We waited 60 minutes for our food, unfortunately this time depends on the sauna! So only go out to eat if you have a day ticket! Food was ok, unfortunately expensive. There were only 2 waitresses present. Will bring us something to eat next time...

I am very disappointed! Long waiting times, poor and unfriendly service. Specifically, you get the feeling of being unwanted by the employee. On the website he is referred to as a barman. Other female colleagues were very friendly, even when they were under stress. But with him it's supreme arrogance: a burden, as if you were downright unwanted. I now watch him on Tuesdays and Sundays no matter what day...no matter if there is a lot going on or less...this gentleman is outrageous! The looks were pretty annoyed and there was no service orientation at all! The food and the menu are literally thrown at you. People who complain will have to wait even longer. This is now the fourth time I've observed this. The total time is plagued by waiting - it took 1 hour just to get a drink and a light appetizer. Mind you, a sauna visit costs €31 for 4 hours at today's prices! PLEASE AVOID DINING THERE. It would be better to have a sandwich or go hungry than to support this service... What a shame! Because the image of Bad Phoenix and the beautiful sauna area also suffers.

The almost €15 for the vegan burger is really outrageous. The patty is a joke. There is a lack of consistency and mass. It was super thin and not very nutritious or filling. It doesn't say what the patty is made of either. But there can't be a lot of plant protein in it as airy as the patty was. And as I said, for almost €15, it's really not okay. And the rest was two slices of tomato and two to three leaves of lettuce and a fat slice of onion, a bit of sauce to make it taste like something. Save yourself the money and order a salad or something. And I didn't want to bother the stressed-out waitress with it. They do a great job. We ate in the sauna area.

We go to the Phönixbad very regularly for a sauna and have always been to Nefeli for a drink. Unfortunately, the service there is always unfriendly, you are simply given the card without a greeting and you usually have to wait in line for ages to collect and are often ignored. Yesterday I was there again, we ordered 2 drinks and 2 coffees. The drinks came relatively quickly and were simply slapped at us in an unfriendly manner. We waited in vain for our coffee for 45 minutes. The waiters ignored us throughout. When I went to the checkout after these 45 minutes just to pay for the drinks and finally politely cancel the coffee, I was simply told in a very unfriendly manner "yes, it's just being prepared, we can't cancel it anymore". I then replied that I had already spent 50 minutes of my 4-hour sauna tariff in the restaurant and didn't want to wait any longer and would therefore only like to pay for the drinks I consumed. I was then shouted at again in a very unfriendly manner. That was definitely the last time I was a guest at Nefeli.

It's simply good Greek cuisine. Sometimes I would like to have more variety on the menu

We've tried it for years and discovered that it's still just crap. A waiter actually came quickly to take the order and the delicious food came quickly, but we wanted a children's plate and it only comes with ketchup. I personally find that sad for a Greek restaurant, but to then charge €6.30 for it even though a small tablespoon would have been enough for us is simply outrageous. We decided to only order one normal adult plate instead of two adult plates and the children's plate as planned and we definitely won't be back for a very long time even though we are at the swimming pool every week.

Were in the sauna today while eating at Nefeli, the food was super delicious, it was freshly cooked and tasted very tasty. The waiter who served us was very friendly and at the end we were given a delicious ouzo and a yogurt. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back.

Yesterday I was in the sauna and ate at Nefeli. It took forever to get a card and after ordering I waited another 30 minutes for my food. It was cold and the souvlaki was just fat. To ask so much for this is an impudence. The waitress was totally overwhelmed and the waiter was super unfriendly. I can't recommend eating there at all.

The service needs improvement, the wrong drink and the wrong food were brought (for 2 people!). However, goodwill was shown. The food was lukewarm, but tasted very good. The price is a bit expensive for what is on offer.

After 15 minutes we got the menu slammed on the table and the waitress said he would be there soon. Several guests were already standing at the counter because they wanted to pay. No staff was to be seen. After another 20 minutes we left the restaurant. This was the fourth attempt to give Nefeli another chance. There won't be another one!

So I know the name Nefeli completely differently... I ordered schnitzel with fries, schnitzel was so bad... service was unfriendly.. I hope that changes soon...

Yesterday I was in the sauna with a friend, he had a gyro plate and I had souvlaki. The side dishes were swapped, gyros were dry and my souvlaki had no meat but just fat.

The food was really delicious and impressed us with its taste. The dishes were fresh and well prepared, and the restaurant's premises were nice and cozy, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service was a clear negative point. The employee was unfriendly and not attentive and only fobbed us off with sarcastic answers to our inquiries. Even though we left a tip, there wasn't even a simple "thank you" - which left us very disappointed. Friendliness and polite treatment of guests should be a given in a restaurant. Despite the great food and the pleasant surroundings, there is still a bad aftertaste due to the poor service. The restaurant could benefit a lot more if the service was as good as the cuisine.

In the “Nefeli” I noticed the rude behavior of the staff among themselves, which was carried out directly in front of the guests. Several guests, including us, sat down at set tables, which were not served because they were "broken". We were abruptly moved to other places. Some guests who consumed alcohol were treated with clear dislike by the waitress. The moussaka was extremely oily, which had an unpleasant effect on the taste. After this visit, I was able to enjoy the relaxation in the sauna much more intensively - perhaps because the previous stress was so present.

I love the sardinia on salad with pita bread. In addition, the cellar beer is fantastically cold and poured correctly. The waiters Mathias and Ruben are always nice, courteous and quick. We are very satisfied.

I am a regular guest in the sauna and often eat and drink in the restaurant. The food is very good as always, the bacon in particular is great. Unfortunately, I noticed a waiter, whose name is probably Domenik, in a negative way. He seems unfriendly towards guests, which we also experienced ourselves. That somewhat spoiled what was otherwise a lovely stay. However, big praise goes to the waiter Hariwan, who is always friendly and accommodating. From now on I only want to be served by him! The food remains great, but the friendliness of the team could still be improved

Good food at normal prices. Nice access from the sauna area. This is a great way to combine a sauna experience with food and drink in the evening.

The waiter was more than rude. Me and my friend went to eat there. After we ordered, the waiter ignored us, even made eye contact, spoke and called out until his colleague finally came to us. He then came back to settle the bill and decided for himself that he would get a tip. Food was ok but way too expensive.

Super nice restaurant and good service. Even though it's in the indoor pool, the atmosphere is excellent - I wouldn't call it an "indoor pool canteen" under any circumstances. Starter and dessert tasted good, but the main courses (burger and vegetarian moussaka) were disappointing compared to the rest... Still recommended after a long day of swimming! 👍

Be careful with vouchers. Unfortunately, dealing with an expired voucher is not very customer-friendly. It's fully booked and unfortunately there's nothing you can do about it.

I was at Sauna World on Thursday, October 24th and had dinner at Nefeli Restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive. The food was very expensive and unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the quality or taste. The most unpleasant thing, however, was the atmosphere in the restaurant. A waiter constantly ran around cursing and swearing, even while he was standing directly at the table and serving. Numerous swear words were used. A younger colleague was insulted and criticized several times in front of the guests by the waiter in question. . The overall tone was unacceptable and very unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable and the entire restaurant experience was more stressful than relaxing for me.

An absolute institution and one of the best Greeks in the south!

I ate at Nefeli twice last week. Actually, I shouldn't have made the mistake after the first failure, but I wanted to give the “restaurant” another chance. Unfortunately you have to give at least one star “to post”, this canteen doesn’t actually deserve one. Conclusion: the food is terribly bad!!! Currywurst: - lukewarm, carelessly cooked and lightly fried bockwurst - Fries work like that, but the seasoning is boring - the sauce is a total disaster! Some chemically manufactured crap! Tastes absolutely disgusting! So that this food can be called “currywurst”, the supposed “cook” throws a huge load of curry powder over it. Large salad: - actually quite okay in terms of salad. But then the supposed “chef” pours a so-called dressing over it. Again, somewhere from the chemistry lab. The color alone warns of the bad taste and the consistency is reminiscent of baby food or what will become of it later. This lousy “canteen” definitely won’t get a third chance from me. The place still deserves one star: The beer is served in ice-cold glasses

Der Service ist eine große Enttäuschung, als Gäste im Saunabereich wurden wir regelmäßig übersehen und die Karte holte ich mir meist selbst. Das Essen ist überteuert und unterer Durchschnitt. Die Pizza schmeckt wie Karton. Im Schwimmbadbereich sehr dreckig und ungepflegt.

The reviews here are very mixed. In my case I guess I was lucky. It was quite busy, but the waiter was just running around, so I was fine with having to wait a few minutes for the menu to arrive so that I could order. I was actually just a little hungry, so I ordered a starter: zuchini pancakes with pita and tzatziki. Priced at just under €15, I think that's quite a lot for an appetizer. In the end the price was reasonable because the quantity of the dish was more of a main course. I was correspondingly full afterwards... But the taste of the whole thing was really quite good. Please note that the kitchen closes between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. during the week.

Terrible food, unfriendly staff. After 45 minutes of waiting (schnitzel with fries), I just asked if there was a problem or if a mistake had happened. The guy insulted me and didn't help. Food tasted like nothing and smelled. The child couldn't eat it. It's better to just take a snack with you.

Complaint to Kiosk Nefeli in Phoenix Quite directly: The boss/owner is an A. The small South Macedonian melon-feta salad costs €10.90. The reasoning is increased prices for melons and feta. Be careful here, a rip-off shop. Please take your own food with you. By the way, according to the employee (slave), several guests have already complained about the overpriced salad. We went to the Phönix Bad kiosk at lunchtime and ordered 2x Cuttywurst with fries and fries extra with a 0.5 juice spritzer for two adults and one child. Cost €31.10. After 25 minutes the food was finally ready...then the surprise...lukewarm currywurst with almost cold fries. Taste bland... The only good thing was ketchup and mayonnaise for free with the cold food. Conclusion: It's better to bring food with you.

The basement was very unfriendly

We ordered 2 portions of fries but initially only received 1 portion after waiting 40 minutes! Then we had to order another one because that one portion was missing... In the end we had to pay 3x5.50€ even though we had only ordered and received 2! The workers we ordered from then said there was nothing they could do about it...

We've probably been to Nefeli about 20 times in the last 7 years. The quality of the food has always impressed us - except for the burgers, so it's a shame about the "meat"! Finally, in my opinion, the price is less in relation to the performance. I experienced the service as fluctuating as in the reviews. T. described. A more than questionable remark from a waiter unfortunately spoiled my penultimate stay: when I ordered a banana wheat, the answer was "Immediately unfollowed by only fans!". Since both my friend and I were unsure whether the comment was meant that way and whether it was "that" platform, we asked him to explain his comment when he returned to the table. Our question as to whether this wasn't some kind of porn site was answered in the negative and explained away. Luckily we didn't see the man in the hat again last time.

Today the two of us ate in the Nefeli sauna area. There were at most 6 tables occupied, so it was clear. Since I was ignored the last time (3 weeks ago) we sat right in the middle. After 20 minutes of being "not seen" again, I went to the waiter and asked for the tablet. He gave this to me and said he wouldn't get anywhere because customers always come to the counter. (but after all he just stood there and rattled) I pointed out where we were sitting and said that he should please wipe the sticky table when taking the order. He then just said "I'm working, even if it doesn't look like it, I'll be right there." After another 15 minutes we placed our order, the table was not cleaned. Drinks came quickly, my husband's food came after 20 minutes. He had ordered a burger, which was very dry. After 45 minutes I asked about my food, whereupon the waiter said I hadn't ordered anything. Instead of apologizing, he complained and started arguing. In the end he passed my order on to the kitchen. Which came then. It was gnocchi that didn't really taste good. In total we sat there for 1.5 hours and our mood was in the basement. Another waiter apologized to us. I don't understand why this Mr. Ha.... works there if he doesn't really enjoy his job. Next time, we'll take our own food and drinks. It's a shame, it was always very nice there.

Today we went to the swimming pool kiosk, had three burgers with fries, and a latte macchiato - the price was right, but more importantly: the burger was delicious. Also very nice service staff. It should be so! Gladly again and again!

I have been a guest at this pool for years and regularly eat in the restaurant there. However, the service and also the quality have deteriorated massively. On the one hand, call up restaurant prices like in a 5 star hotel and then afford camping tent prices. That's not how you treat regular customers. Even and especially when we are in a swimming pool. What happened last? The service staff, consisting of three waiters, were unable to place an initial order. Although I was sitting in the manageable restaurant area and the number of guests was also manageable, it was only after several waves and shouts that my attention as a guest was aroused. The writer ordered a marathon plate. Admittedly, the serving of drinks and the production of the food went very quickly. I would also give it 5 stars for that. However, when the waiter put the plate down it made me very uncomfortable. The rice side dish on the marathon plate smelled very unpleasant. The subsequent tasting was more than bad. Just like when ordering, it takes a while to complain about the dumped rice side dish. Table neighbors also noticed an unpleasant smell and also complained about the increasing deterioration in the restaurant. The waiting time was used to reflect on the fact that neither the kitchen staff nor the service noticed this noticeably sour smell. It should also be noted that the price of two manageable calamari was also considered a deficiency. In fact, the waiter finally agreed with the statement and offered to return the marathon plate and then deliver a gyro plate with French fries in return. The release also took place in a short time. Unfortunately, the fear of having to put the meat back on a new (gyro) plate came true. The meat was completely dried out and no longer had any flavor of its own, but in one place you could still see traces of the sour rice. The potato side dish was very tasty. According to the principle “hunger drives it in” and not wanting to make the wonderful occasion of the sauna any more negative, I ate 75% of the otherwise medium portion. I wanted to change my 1 year old daughter on the changing table and the table broke off the wall while she was lying on it and a wooden beam fell on her head and we spent the night in the hospital. When I brought this to the attention of the restaurant management, all they did was blame you and didn't even apologize. The prices are more than reasonable for what you get there. Despite being very hungry, we left food because it just wasn't good. A bit careless and the quality doesn't match the price. After our visit last year in the summer to the Nafeli on Berger-Kreuz-Strasse, which was like a total failure of service and exorbitant prices, I had second thoughts when I saw who was running the restaurant at the Phönix in Ottobrunn... What can I say... we absolutely did positively surprised… the food was quick as the portions were large enough and, above all, the service was 1a with a star. Everyone was clearly trying really hard. Particularly noteworthy here is Harry - This man knows Greek hospitality and is always in the restaurant with a laugh - Today's visit makes us forget the drama from the other Nafeli and we are very happy to come back 😎

Ein Laden zum Vergessen. Pizza falsch geliefert und auf die Reklamation unverschämt angemacht worden, dann die gleiche ,inzwischen kalte Pizza, mit einer kalten Salami drauf neu hingestellt bekommen. Auch diese Reklamation wurde in sehr unerfreulicher Weise abgekanzelt. 4 schlechte Essen für über 60,00€ und noch nicht einmal zusammen auf den Tisch,sondern mit Abständen von bis zu 10 Minuten. NIEEEEEEE wieder

We went to Phoenix for the first time today and then went to eat here at Nefeli. What's unbelievable is that they charge normal restaurant prices, but are worse than some kiosks in other bathrooms. All frozen goods, service unfriendly, tables underground (I had to clean it myself and was sometimes disgusted about eating there.) There is no alternative there, but I still wouldn't try it again. Seldom eaten so badly! I can't understand the positive reviews here. Four of us ate there, no one was happy with their plate (so no individual opinion)

We always go to the sauna area and then eat here. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the food was lacking. It's okay. But what really bothers us are the abnormally large portions and then the associated prices. A warm starter plate for 1 person costs € 19.90! The price is okay for the portion you get. It's just stupid that no one manages to get the plate because at least 1/3 of it goes back and then ends up in the trash. And that's how it is with most dishes that we've seen. It's sad these days when some people have little or nothing to eat. Just to justify the price in some way. Starter, main course, dessert and 1-2 drinks are neither feasible to eat nor feasible to pay (approx. 60 € per person), especially since we are talking about a run-of-the-mill Greek sitting in a leisure pool in a non-star Greek restaurant on Marienplatz! Please think about your dish sizes and then the associated prices. We have been coming here for over 20 years and know the previous owners, but there has never been anything like this before. It's a shame you'll have to do without us and our clique in the future. The waiters are great and the atmosphere is also very inviting.

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich auch wenn die Bestellung nicht korrekt aufgenommen wurde und Speisen vergessen wurden. Das Zaziki absolut fade. Putenschnitzel und Souvlaki zäh und trocken. Das vegetarische Moussaka bestand zum großen Teil aus einer dicken Pampe mit Käse oben drauf. Da die Küche einsehbar ist wissen wir nun vermutlich auch warum das Essen nichts besonderes ist. Alles Convenient Food. Es wurde eine Plastiktüte nach der anderen aufgerissen. Alles in allem: Nie wieder

Leider nicht mehr das was es einmal war! Bauernsalat mit geschmacklosen und eiskalten Tomaten. Für meinen Eindruck für 13,90 definitiv zu klein und es gab nicht einmal Brot dazu. Pizza Diavolo war leider aus, na ja vielleicht war ja die scharfe Salami aus oder sind die etwa gefroren?? Echt schade war früher mal ein echt guter Grieche. Damit hat es heute nichts mehr zu tun. Was uns ebenfalls aufgefallen ist, dass es im Obergeschoss der Sauna extrem nach Küche riecht, was früher nie war, vielleicht gehören die Filter einmal gereinigt oder ausgewechselt!

Ich bin regelmäßig im Phoenix Bad. Wer im Saunabereich nicht Selbstversorger ist und etwas trinken oder auch essen möchte, nimmt automatisch die Dienstleistungen des Nefeli in Anspruch. Das Essen ist im allgemeinen gut. Nicht zu empfehlen die Burger. Das Fleischpatty eigenartig in der Konsistenz. Preislich nicht günstig, im großen und ganzen noch ok für das gebotene. Die Tische könnten durchaus etwas mehr Pflege im Sinne von „putzen“ vertragen. Ein Lotteriespiel ist jedoch der Service. Mal gut, mal schlecht. Kommt darauf an, wer gerade Dienst hat. Man gewöhnt sich an diese Schwankungen. Somit kommt es schon mal vor, dass man nicht begrüßt wird, das Personal ziemlich pampig ist, es zu langen Wartezeiten kommt und vieles recht unkoordiniert wirkt. Alles in allem noch ok, ich ertrage es, mangels Alternative. Gäbe es im Phönix eine Alternative, wäre das Nefeli nicht meine erste Wahl. Nachdem hier kritische Bewertungen, augenscheinlich mit der Begründung einer „fehlenden Geschäftsbeziehung“ gelöscht wurden (auch ich wurde dazu aufgefordert), anbei die letzten beiden Belege als Nachweis, dass ich auch wirklich zu Gast im Nefeli war. Ich würde dem Inhaber/Inhaberin empfehlen die Energie und Kosten, welche für das Löschen der kritischen Bewertungen aufgewendet werden, in das eigene Unternehmen zu stecken. Auf Grund dieser Vorgehensweise werde ich vermutlich doch Selbstversorger.

Knapp 8 Euro für eine pita gyros (als Snack) . Abzocke pur. Anfangs war viel billiger (also normal ca. 4 Euro). Heute verdoppelt! Super Jungs. Weiter so! Update : Heute wurde ich von Google angeschrieben dass der Inhaber Rechtliche Mittel einsetzt, zum Löschen meiner Bewertung! Geht's euch noch gut? Was ist denn los mit euch und könnt ihr mit Kritik nicht umgehen? Schließlich mein Kritikpunkt ist, dass (zumindest für die Badegäste) viel zu teuer seid! Aber wenn ich bei anderen (Bade-) Gästen die Rezessionen hier lese, gibt es auch andere Probleme! Evtl. die Probleme liegen vorwiegend in dem Bad-Bereich, und nicht im Restaurant, aber Das ist auch Teil des Geschäftes oder? Eine Entschuldigung und der Versuch sich zu verbessern, wäre das erste Schritt in die richtige Richtung, aber.... 2. Update : Heute habe ich 2. Beschwerde vom Rechtsanwalt 😁😁😁 Ihr tut mir leid!

Seit Jahren bin ich immer wieder (1-2 mal die Woche) in der Sauna, und gehe jedes Mal wieder sehr gerne ins Nefeli, das Essen, und die Getränke sind immer super, der Service ist trotz vieler Extrawünsche super und zuvorkommend! An manchen Tagen bei hohen Besucherzahlen muss man mal etwas länger warten - aber das gehört auch dazu! Zu einem rundum perfekten Saunatag passt das Nefeli und dessen Team gut ins Phönixbad dazu und ich freue mich immer wieder darauf!

Sind oft da. Wahre immer zufrieden und sollte mal was nicht passen findet man eine Lösung. Wenn mann schnell zwischen denn Sauna Aufgüssen Essen will, ist es manchmal sinnvoll davor zu fragen wie ausgelastet die Küchen gerade ist. Selbst jetzt an der langen Saunanacht mit knapp 400 Personen hat alles geklappt! Hut ab ans Team!

Nefeli im Saunabereich indoor: *NeuNeuNeu* Service-Crew. Ging es euch auch so wie mir? Die Sauna ist toll ! Aber essen gehen will man da nicht , wegen dem Servicepersonal? Das hat sich aber so was von geändert!!!!! Neue Gesichter, toller Service aufmerksam, freundlich. Es kommt was man bestellt , das Essen war schnell da . Es hat hervorragend geschmeckt. Ein 2tes Getränk ?Brot? Nachtisch ? Kein Problem. Aufmerksamer, hervorragender Service . Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall dahin zu gehen.

Bester Service ever!!! Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Habe frische Muscheln und Vorspeisenplatte gegessen. Komme mittlerweile jede Woche. 👌🏻

Wir sind seit Jahren fast 1x/Woche in der Sauna und auch im Nefeli! Das Essen und der Service waren bisher immer tadellos! Leider sind wir nun von der 3.Preiserhöhung in wenigen Monaten wirklich enttäuscht und empfinden es als nicht mehr gerechtfertigt! Eine Vorspeise die vorher 10,90€ kostete, kostet jetzt, mit einer kleineren Portion 13,90€! Die Weinschorle, die wirklich lecker ist, ist schon lange nicht mehr bezahlbar (erst 8,90€, jetzt 10,90€)! In Zukunft werden wir wohl eher seltener hier Essen! Sehr schade!

Unser Stammlokal. Wir sind einmal pro Woche dort und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl. Die Speisen sind sehr lecker. Wir sind auch immer sehr nett bedient worden. Heute waren wir seit 8 Wochen das erste Mal wieder dort und schon wieder wurden die Preise angehoben. Die wurden in den letzten Monaten schon mehrfach angehoben und jetzt ist der Punkt erreicht, an dem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einfach nicht mehr stimmt. Beispielsweise kostet Weinschorle 0,5l jetzt 10,90 €, Wasser mit einem bissl Wein. Garnelen Saganaki kosten mittlerweile 13,90€, 3€ mehr als zuvor! Das ist eher eine Vorspeise. Sehr schade! Ansonsten kann ich das Nefeli empfehlen, aber nicht um jeden Preis.

Preise deutlich angehoben! Der Service ist eine völlige Katastrophe, als Gast wird man solange ignoriert bis sich man heftig und lautstark meldet. Nach sehr langer Zeit habe ich mich gestern dazu hinreißen lassen wieder einmal etwas zu essen - großer Fehler. Ich dachte bei Pizzabrot kann man nicht viel verkehrt machen. Der Teig war kartonartig-furchtbar und das ganze ultratrocken. Insgesamt NICHT zu empfehlen.

Update: Nefeli wehrt sich per Berliner Anwaltskanzlei gegen gerechtfertigte Bewertungen auf Google, anstatt den Mängeln abzuhelfen. Dreist und unverschämt. Ich hoffe, damit kommen die nicht durch. Dieses Verhalten gibt nochmal ein dickes Minus. +++ Das Nefeli ist zwar nett, aber das Essen ist mir einfach - besonders nach einem Sauna- oder Schwimmbadgang - doch etwas zu deftig, schwer und fettig. Absolut NICHT empfehlenswert ist das "vegetarische Moussaka". Außerdem stört mich, dass dort Fussball auf der Großbildleinwand gezeigt wird. Wenn ich Kicker sehen will, gehe ich in eine Sportkneipe und nicht in einen Wellnesstempel, wo man Ruhe und Entspannung sucht.

Katastrophaler Service, unfreundliches Personal und keine Kritikfähigkeit. Vorneweg: Nefeli geht mit beauftragter Anwaltskanzlei gegen negative Bewertungen vor und greift damit unsere Meinungsfreiheit an (Stand 30.05.2023). Beim Blick auf andere Google-Bewertungen merkt man, dass das Image auf unrühmliche Weise versucht wird aufzubessern, das ändert aber nichts an meiner Kritik: Wir haben zweimal im Nefeli gegessen. Das erste Mal waren wir enttäuscht, das zweite Mal noch enttäuschter. Die Mitarbeiter waren in beiden Fällen pampig und äußerst unfreundlich. Das Angebot an Speisen ist groß, aber m.E. nicht passend für eine Sauna, zumal das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich nicht angemessen ist. Uns wurde sehr unverschämt mitgeteilt, dass wir schleunigst bestellen müssen, da die Küche in 2 Minuten schließt - laut Aushang hätte die Küche aber noch 20 Minuten offen gehabt. Die Bestellung wurde dann sehr desinteressiert und nüchtern aufgenommen, ebenso das Essen serviert. Die Portion passte nicht zu unseren Preisvorstellungen. Der Geschmack war für uns auch nicht besonders gut. Wir meiden in Zukunft das Nefeli!

Essen hier sehr gerne wenn wir saunieren. Ich vermisse jedoch neuerdings die Musik im Restaurantbereich. Das war schon besser mit Musik egal ob da 90er Remix und Loungemusik lief - ohne ist leider keine Alternative…

Der Service der hier geleistet wird ist immer professionell, höflich und zuvorkommend... Das Essen ist jedes mal ein Genuss und wir hatten noch nie was zu beanstanden Es ist bedauerlich das dieses sehr gute Restaurant nur von Menschen bewertet wird die zu sich einbilden die Welt drehe sich nur um sie.... Die Leute die hier negativ bewerten sollten sich vielleicht mal im klaren darüber werden wie stressig es sein kann von Tisch zu Tisch rennen zu müssen weil alles brechend voll ist und sich dann auch noch mit Kunden rumschlagen müssen die - statt zu entspannen - nur rumnörgeln können...

Ich war heute am morgenin der Sauna. War super angenehm. War danach was essen und hab einen Salat mit einer Schorle bestellt. Die junge Dame hat mich sehr freundlich bedient und professionell. Gestern waren wir da und haben gegessen. super essen. Ganz besonders hat mir die weibliche Bedienung gefallen und die sehr sehr freundlich war. Da wir davor einen jungen Mann hatten und er anscheinend nicht wusste wie man freundlich mit Gästen umgeht. Hat sie sich entschuldigt und hat dann übernommen, was uns sehr beeindruckt hat. Wenn ihr dahin geht , dann nur zu ihr !

Waren gestern Samstag wieder da. Haben mittags eine Kleinigkeit gegessen und etwas getrunken. Abends alle 8 Leute zusammen ein schönes gutes Abendessen genossen. Komen immer wieder gerne hierher.

Das Essen und das Ambiente im Phönixbad ist für ein Restaurant im Saunabereich außergewöhnlich gut. Ein sehr großes Kompliment an die Küche, die absolut hervorragend ist. Die Mitarbeiter sind schnell und immer sehr freundlich. Nervig sind nur die Gäste, die meinen innerhalb von 30 Sekunden bedient werden zu müssen und schlechte Stimmung verbreiten, weil es von ihrer Saunazeit abgeht. Verbesserungsvorschlag : Die Zeit im Restaurant sollte separat von der Saunazeit gerechnet werden... Und an alle Dauernörgler : ihr habt schon mitbekommen das in den letzten 3 Jahren alles teurer geworden ist ? Also sorry das eure Schwimmbad Pommes nicht mehr nur 30 Pfennig kosten... Alles in allem kann man sowohl die Sauna wie auch das Restaurant bedingungslos weiter empfehlen.

Regelmäßig besuchen wir das Nefeli im Phönixbad im Dreierpack. Kulinarisch ist es immer wieder ein Geschmackserlebnis mit oft wechselndem Angebot. Der Service arbeitet professionell - auch bei gefülltem Lokal und Gästen die keine Minute warten wollen ;-) - und ist immer wieder freundlich und zuvorkommend. Betonen möchten wir dabei Daniel und Niko. Das Ambiente ist ebenfalls top und die Möglichkeit Speisekarten alternativ bequem per Handy zu scannen zeitgemäß.

Wir sind einmal pro Woche in der Sauna im Phönix Bad, wollten es vor einem Jahr einfach mal ausprobieren. Die Sauna ist schön aber was uns veranlasst hat zu bleiben war das Restaurant. Das Essen dort und die Getränke sind wirklich sehr sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super nett und es ist immer wieder schön dort zu essen. Im Sauna Bereich haben die Leute irgendwie immer sehr wenig Zeit. Leute genießt doch einfach mal eine leckere Pizza und bekommt nicht gleich einen Anfall wenn es mal 5 Minuten länger dauert. Das Personal macht so schnell es eben kann. Sehr gerne fahren wir jedesmal 40 km einfach um einen schönen Sauna Abend zu haben. Danke an den genialen Koch, an Hariwan und Sakis und alle anderen im Service. Ihr macht einen tollen Job. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl bei euch

Die Pommes sind lecker. Leider waren die Mitarbeiter scheinbar so überfordert, dass es eine Weile keinen Ketchup gab. Der Latte Macchiato war scheußlich. Es ist unfassbar, für etwas 3,60 € zu verlangen, das so schmeckt wie bei mir zuhause der Kaffee, wenn ich aus versehen das alte Pad drin gelassen habe. Da hatte ich schon besseren Kaffee aus dem Automaten. Den Service wollte ich damit nicht behelligen, da ich keine Lust hatte, für sowas zu warten. Der Mann, der die Tische abgeräumt hat, hat mich aus Versehen angerempelt und mich dabei mit einer Gabel in den Arm gestochen. Sowas kann passieren, aber danach sagt man doch wenigstens was, "Sorry" oder so. Naja, vielleicht ist er stumm oder so.

Wir sind einmal die Woche in der Sauna und fester Bestandteil ist dort was zu trinken und zu essen. Das Essen ist sehr sehr gut ein großes Lob an die Küche. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Servicepersonal Sakis und Hariwan. Super freundlich und immer gute Laune. Auch wenn es sehr voll ist sind sie immer super professionell. Selten das man so einen guten Service noch bekommt.

Mit weitem Abstand bestes Restaurat in einem Freizeitbad. Tolles Essen und super netter Service.
