Cafeteria in Ottobrunn

Ordered for pickup. The food was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the portion size was good too. We'd gladly come again.

The place is beautiful. Been living in Ottobrunn for 3 years and just know discovered this couzy place.

A classic/modern ambiance, incredibly delicious and, above all, fresh and hot food, modern music, and friendly staff who offer helpful tips and are always in good spirits! It was well worth it!

⭐☆☆☆☆ – Unfortunately, a huge disappointment Our visit to the restaurant at the Phönixbad in Ottobrunn was extremely disappointing. The service was simply a disaster. We were barely acknowledged upon entering, and even later we had to wait a very long time, despite the restaurant not being full. Orders were taken reluctantly, inquiries seemed more of a nuisance than a welcome, and overall, we felt like we were being treated as a nuisance. Friendliness and attentiveness towards guests were sadly lacking. Especially in an environment like the Phönixbad, where one should be able to relax and feel comfortable, such treatment is very frustrating. Unfortunately, the food couldn't salvage the experience. Overall, this is not a place I can recommend. There is a desperate need for improvement, especially regarding the service.
