Good shop with fresh vegetables and salads. The ketchup and mayonnaise from packets aren't that great. It would be cool if they had real ketchup and mayonnaise on the tables.

The Dürüm was acceptable. The meat was cold and there wasn't enough sauce added to it. The flatbread didn't taste fresh. For €10 I would have expected a little more, so it was a little overpriced. The paper straws are total nonsense.

Unfortunately not recommended! From the outside it looks great but ATTENTION: we wanted to eat something yesterday and saw a mouse when we wanted to sit down. I then told the waiter that there was a mouse. His answer was simply: there are no mice here. Zero insight! The mouse shows the hygiene in the store - a shame.

As a Turk, it really competes with the doner kebabs in Turkey, but if you don't like veal, then eat chicken, the atmosphere, the food, the service were good, the prices are average.

At last a spicy "Döner Tasche" with salad, tzaziki and cocktail sauce washed down by a fresh glass of Ayran. Followed by a somewhat dry baklava. It's an interesting trivia that Döner is a Turkish dish that was invented in Berlin. And can't be found in Turkey. But an invention that has sustained many like me over decades as a pocket-friendly nourishment. And an equally tasty competition to currywurst.

I can hardly express how disappointed I was with my last kebab experience. When I walked into the store I had high expectations. The promising reviews and welcoming ambience gave me hope that I would enjoy a delicious kebab. Unfortunately I was bitterly disappointed. The kebab I was served looked like it had been in the fridge for days. The flatbread was dry and crumbly, while the meat was an unappetizing gray color and was rubbery at first bite. Instead of juicy lamb, what awaited me was a tasteless something that only tasted like grilled fat.

Food- Th portion was big enough for the price and the amount of meat in the sandwich was generous. Fries were excellent in taste. The quality of Kebab was great however the tomatoes were not that fresh and onions were of low quality, it’d be better if they replace it with red onion and modify the sauce a bit. Service- Not very friendly. Atmosphere- Great atmosphere, the place has a classy and unique look. I removed one star for the poor and not so clean state of toilet though.

Cozy shop, you stay there. Something like a restaurant. Top central. The portions are really big (-like). They make the bread fresh in the back, generally everything is fresh and good. They have really good sauces Plus they're really fast (but we probably weren't there at rush hour). Watching people outside, without scroungers etc. is also a nice thing. A friend often has lunch there. They already know him :-) You should definitely try Adana and lentil soup. The staff is cool and in a good mood and gives good tips. Price/performance top

I ordered dürüm with extra meat and unfortunately there was no extra meat in it, just a piece of plastic, so it went into my gums and there was no apology or anything. So go for once and never again!!

As a Frenchman, this is the worst kebab I have eaten in my life. It’s very expensive, €9 a kebab (without fries, without drinks) for something barely garnished with meat but filled with raw vegetables. I ordered an Adana dürüm to take away. Unfortunately, I observed that the employee who also works the cash register was wrapping up the Drüm with both hands and rolling it up. Why aren't gloves used here? The Adana had so much salad dressing on it that everything was soaked. You only tasted salad and sauce, the meat skewer was inconspicuous. Ketchup and mayonnaise were simply added to the fries. Why don't you put it in the bag but instead put it on top of the food? Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience for me.

It was horrible. We ordered durums but they gave us doners instead, and they really weren't good. The bread was just bad.

Had a doner plate. €14.50 for a small plate overflowing with salad. Fries and meat are more of a children's portion. Meat dry and more run of the mill. No recommendation!

Unfriendly staff, staff at the kebab skewer unkempt with berets. Ate a kebab plate with fries. Portion very small and fries were cold. Despite the reference to beef doner, chicken doner was unfortunately served. Definitely not recommended!

I got a sandwich and a salad plate to go. Fast, efficient, and tasty. High portions that fed my family of four. The cashier and server were incredibly nice and welcoming. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience there today. I was with my family and we tried few things and everything is extremely delicious. Stuff is really friendly And cherry on the top food comes fast we didn’t wait too long. When i was ready to pay my bill, the old men there give us the baklava on the house.

I had a really disappointing experience at this kebab restaurant. The service was really bad right from the start. I had to wait at the counter for a really long time even though I was the only customer. When it was finally my turn, I was treated unfriendly and annoyed. I ordered a kebab and a sandwich. I was told to sit at a table and they would bring it to me. But no one asked what ingredients I wanted for the sandwich. So I had to go back to the counter because I thought: How will they know what I want if they don't even ask me? The employee – totally annoyed – then took out a piece of paper and asked: “What do you want?” I said everything exactly, but when the order came, none of it was correct. I wanted the kebab without onions - and what was on it? Onions. I ordered a special sauce that was completely missing. When I went to the counter to get the sauce, I was again treated rudely and unsympathetically. The kebab itself was also disappointing: hardly any meat and simply nothing special in terms of taste. I've eaten a lot of kebab in Frankfurt and I love this kind of food, but I've never experienced such a bad kebab here. Maybe other people had good experiences, but for me it was the first and last time in this store.

Nazar kebab is always a good choice, whether to take away or eat in. The kebab box with salad and sauce is particularly recommended. It's healthy, delicious and filling. #Frankfurt

Even when it was crowded on a Saturday evening, the service staff were very attentive. The service was very fast. We ordered the Iskender and pita doner menu. Unfortunately, the children did not like İskender Döner at all. Of course, in this; It is undeniable that they are expecting the taste and butter they are used to in Istanbul, and that they are not used to the garlic sauce on top. The place is in a very beautiful place. Compared to most döner restaurants here, they have a very nice and restaurant-like place. The employees are very attentive. That's why, even though the children did not like Iskender at all, I think they deserved 4 stars when other factors were good...

Unfortunately I received a Döner Dürüm with very little meat. According to the staff, it was supposed to contain 200 grams of meat, but my Dürüm only had about half of that. Price was 8.5€. I don't recommend anyone.

I did it. On my bucket list was “Kebab man should recognize me”. It is not without pride that I announce: he knows me! As soon as I enter the really nice restaurant, people call out expectantly “the 17 with cocktail sauce to take away”. The food is super delicious. Of course, you have to have a bit of time around lunchtime, after all everyone here at the Hauptwache wants to stock up on the delicacies! Highly recommended!

The Durum wasn't balanced well. It was a bit smaller

Service was rude and my order had absolutely no connection to what I received. When I wanted to communicate this, they said it was the right thing to do. I ordered Gözleme with cheese and could swear that everyone wouldn't say Gözleme about what I got. This was not thin Gözleme dough but definitely Pide dough. What I order, what I got...

I always order takeaway here because the store is too hectic for me. The employees often seem (rightly) overwhelmed. The kebab is really good for that. For example, I can definitely recommend the kebab with baked vegetables, red cabbage and yogurt sauce.

The garlic sauce is the best food I've eaten in a long time. I would eat it again and again!!!

The food was ok at best. The kebab here is really not good and below average. However, the service bothered me even more. The waitress who brought the food to my table was very unfriendly and stressed. Everyone can have a bad day, but that is no reason to take out your frustration on the customer. This further spoiled my meal. Nazar kebab once and never again.

This was by far the worst kebab I've ever eaten!!

€9.00 for a small kebab with cheese (which is simply put in as a piece), which only tasted so-so. Waited 40 minutes, then asked. No apology, just the kebab handed to you. The tables are cleared but not wiped after a guest leaves. The toilets smell terrible and were also very dirty. At least card payment was possible.

I went to Naza Döner in Frankfurt with my boys and it was a disappointing experience. We had to wait an hour for our food, and when it finally came, it was wrong. When I tried to complain I was treated rudely and told to shut up and leave. I really can't recommend this place to anyone. There are definitely better options in the city.
