Doy Doy Restaurant in Frankfurt am Main

We were in Frankfurt for a training course and were looking for a place to eat dinner that evening. We came across Doy Doy. The food was delivered quickly, hot, and delicious! Sometimes it took a while for a member of staff to come by, which is my only negative point. It was so delicious. I highly recommend it. Greetings from Munich

My dish (Dürüm Döner with feta cheese) was good, the size was okay, and at a price of €10, it was about what you'd expect for Frankfurt. Nothing particularly special, but I didn't leave feeling angry or hungry.

Unfortunately, we were totally disappointed. A particularly loud and unfriendly waiter preferred to take selfie videos with his phone instead of taking care of us.

I clearly told the waiter there which number I wanted and twice I still ended up being given the wrong one and not what I wanted. I asked the waiter about it and he said I said the wrong number and laughed and said he can't do anything now, even though the food was a 10/10.

We had to wait a very long time, even though we got there much earlier than other customers. Several people who came after us were served before us - and with significantly better service. You felt absolutely unappreciated. This shouldn't happen in a well-run store.

My food was cold and the lamb was medium rare and not well done. Disgusting! Had to wait forever until we were served and then such a disappointment with the food. Really a shame. Definitely not recommended!

A kebab but nothing more normal

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was disappointing. We were a group of ten people and arrived an hour before breaking the fast. The waiting time was okay, but we discovered hair in three out of ten dishes, which was extremely unhygienic and unpleasant. Two of the dishes were replaced, but we didn't complain about the third one because we had lost our appetite. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the restaurant under these circumstances.

I was disappointed by my experience. I had ordered an Adana but couldn't finish it as it wasn't cooked well and was served cold. I was left hungry. I thought it was a famous restaurant in Frankfurt but I was wrong. I won't go back there.

İskender kebab was really delicious..paça soup and spicy lentil soup were nice too. Humus was nice too. Service was smooth. 2 persons cost 55 euros for whole dinner. Location is in the centre. Definitely recommended

I am very disappointed with the Lahmacun I ordered, very dry and the salad has it the salad dressing was missing. Since you're not allowed in with a dog, I sat outside It was so cold and no heaters were turned on. Strangely enough, with a group of 3 gentlemen sitting opposite who came after me, they even had all 4 Heater turned on.

Yesterday I had dinner at DoyDoy Steak & Grillhouse in Karlsruhe. Unfortunately the food didn't do me any good. Also, I wanted lamb skewers but they brought me beef. I could not eat the meat at all because it was not possible to cut it with a knife; It was meat as hard as rubber. This is the first time in my life that I have encountered such a situation. I called the waiter and explained the situation, but the waiter came to us with a smug attitude and accused me of lying; He said such a thing was not possible. We came here to eat as a family for the first time upon recommendation. The place is very nice, I recommend the lahmacun and lamb chops as food. It says doner is homemade but it is not, the beef delight is very dry and I do not recommend you to eat it without oil. We were pleased with the service.
