Naya Jouly in Berlin

I ordered food for 10 guests yesterday, and it was like a dream... delicious, clean, and generous... my guests were thrilled, and I was so happy... the delicious sesame cookies were a gift, and I thought that was so lovely and precious. I highly recommend Jouly Naya's shop.

Unfortunately, I can't confirm the positive experience. The place is little more than a student-run fast food joint with a lackluster interior. The food was overpriced for its poor quality: For example, the meat was tough and extremely stringy/stringy – my impression was that the owner bought the cheapest cheap meat he could find. When asked about it, the staff had only a bland response and offered no compensation. (Any self-respecting Italian would have at least offered a free dessert and an espresso to make up for it.) For that, as I said, simply overpriced!

Incredibly delicious food. Ordered and delivered via Lieferando. The fries were top-notch. The falafel and shawarma were outstanding. Wow! Thank you so much.

I went here for the first time with some university friends. I ordered the shawarma plate, an "Arabic salad," and a chai for €18. I thought it was very fair, and I was definitely full! Very delicious food and extremely friendly staff; I highly recommend it!

The seller's fingernails were so black that I almost fainted.

We had fattoush falafel, a halloumi salad, and an avocado salad, all of which tasted good. However, afterward, enjoying the movie next door was unfortunately only possible with interruptions.

You order here, pay in advance, the order is accepted, you wait and wait, and suddenly the order is canceled. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The food is bad, the service is zero, the treatment is poor, there is no credibility in what they say or in their appointments. Note that I was having a birthday party at their restaurant and I showed up with a bad face in front of all the guests. May God suffice me and put my trust in Him against you.

A deceitful person who agrees on one thing and promises another, but everything turns out to be different. We agreed on many things for a birthday party, but he didn't keep his promise.

This restaurant is wonderful in every possible way. It’s perfect for a quick sandwich, they do wonderful catering, the food is absolutely delicious, it’s not too expensive, they are super reliable. I have asked them to do catering for events I organized at the university and I have had them host large groups in their restaurant, and everyone is always very impressed. I highly recommend them!

Delivery via Lieferando was very fast, the supplier was very friendly and personable. The food was beautifully prepared - something you don't get from other restaurants. It tasted great and I will order again.

The Shawarma plate is incredible - array of flavours, house made dips and beautifully plated. The outdoor dining is lovely in the afternoon sun. And they sell beer (alcoholic and non), which rounds out the whole deal. Will come back :)

The terrace is very nice. Inside it is a bit small but cozy. Unfortunately, not all employees speak enough German to be able to understand the order. If you are allergic to something and share it and it is not understood or implemented, it is problematic. The portions are a bit too small and the meat is also saved.

They have gained a good reputation within a short period of time. There's always something going on, it's nice in the garden in summer too. Inside it's not my taste, a bit spartan, too much plastic. But otherwise a little discovery that you'll always enjoy coming back to.

We had a very good meal there as a group on Sunday. We were initially given friendly and patient advice. Our food came quite quickly and we were all very satisfied. The food was fresh, tasty & sufficient. At the end we were given a chai. One drawback would be that the card reader was not working at the time of payment. But we would be happy to come back at any time!

Naya Jouy actually looks like a snack bar and therefore sells itself far short of value based on its appearance. The food is almost perfect if you know what a Lebanese mesa is. Everything is homemade, served perfectly and at a price-performance level that is hard to believe. You actually have what it takes to become a real restaurant.

Delicious, huge portions, cooked perfectly and very nice staff. I got grilled chicken and my partner got vegetables which were both very nice. I saw other people having a vegetable stew with rice which also looked really good.

Came here based on reviews. Is a Grillroom. Food is fine, not great, my meat and chicken were a bit dry. Baba ganoush was very tasty. Please note if you eat here, you can only pay in cash. The nearest ATM is 1 km there and 1 km back, so do that in advance 😜. I was allowed to eat my food straight away 🤣😂 but I should have known that in Berlin. Friendly people who work here, very gentle and nice people. Nice contact. Recommended if you choose a Grillroom.
