Authentic Thai cuisine, but the portions are very small for the price! What a shame... We somewhat outsmarted the restaurant's concept (€25-30 per person) by "sharing," which is common in Thailand. It would also be nice if you received the bill for review, then paid by credit card (it's possible here!), and then tipped in cash. I hate shouting out the final amount to save on the cost of the receipt... Still, sawadekap!

Just a short walk away is the restaurant "Natthanicha Thai Kitchen." I/we have been here several times. The food is very good and highly recommended. The dining room is open, and the tables aren't too close together. Groups of companies or colleagues often come for lunch. The acoustics are also good. Drinks arrive quickly, but the food is always reasonable, depending on the kitchen's workload. I also often order takeout. The portions are generous and worth the money. I always look forward to it, as they also have the right amount of spice for us. All the best, and keep up the good work! 💚💚💚💚💚 5 hearts from me 🫠

Angeblich bester Thai in Mannheim, das kann ich in keiner Weise bestätigen. Es gibt bessere in der Schwetzinger Stadt. Das Restaurant war kalt und daher ungemütlich. Die Ente war alles andere als knusperig und die Sauce extrem soyalastig. Das ist noch viel Luft nach oben. Schade.

The portions have become much smaller and more expensive. The main course was quite good, the starter plate was fried for too long and didn't taste good. Service was overloaded and so you always had to wait a long time and sat there with empty drinks

Good cuisine, we both ordered green curry, mine normal and my friend medium hot, unfortunately my friend's was too hot. Otherwise it was still very tasty, my duck was great, one of the best I've eaten so far. Portion of rice could be larger for the price. I can definitely recommend it in terms of taste.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the inside is well maintained and dignified. Despite no reservations, common space was created for six people by moving tables. The food was very good, if you like it spicy you can also use "spicy - 3x chili" as a Central European. Various dishes, soups and desserts met our taste. Absolutely recommended.

Discovered while walking. Small but very nice Thai restaurant. We were there for lunch and were absolutely thrilled. The portions are a decent size. Everything is freshly prepared. The taste is simply great. We also had the homemade iced tea with lemon 🍋 This is also freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. We'll be back! Our recommendation!

Really really good food! Everything is just right here. Quality and quantity are excellent. All of our dishes were absolutely to our liking - the selectable levels of spiciness were also very good. The very friendly and attentive service completes the overall picture. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

Great, super unfriendly service. The cuisine was never particularly impressive compared to other similar restaurants in Mannheim. Unfortunately, the Natthanicha was suddenly no longer open at lunchtime and was also closed very often... it kept saying on the door that it was closed for holidays. Now we finally managed to find the shop open and had to deal with an incredibly unfriendly person - probably the owner. No greeting at the entrance, we were simply left standing without saying a word...harassed when we dared to ask what was going on...and once we finally weren't served at the table at all. After what seemed like an eternity no one showed up, we left the restaurant because the cuisine here isn't that great to justify such behavior. Then you go to the Italian, which is much more professional. We really recommend that the unfriendly lady change her job because she obviously doesn't feel like doing it anymore.

Ein kleines, nettes Thai Restaurant, kurz um die Ecke - die Bedienung war sehr nett, man kann sich dort wohl fühlen. Jedoch war der Fisch leider nicht knusprig, eher weich und die Teller waren nicht schön angerichtet. Da bin ich leider anderes gewöhnt. Daher für mich persönlich nur 3 Punkte - aber das ist natürlich Ansichtssache. Ich war spontan mit meinem Freund hier und habe die 76 gegessen Fisch (knusprig) mit Baby-Mais, Gemüse und Cashewnüssen in Austernsoße. Toll fande ich, dass wir ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen haben. Wir waren auch relativ früh da.

Sehr smartes Ambiente, eher kühl für einen Thai…Essen lecker und schön angerichtet. Man sollte auf jeden Fall Vorspeise und Hauptgericht nehmen. Service etwas langsam und nicht sehr aufmerksam…daher Punktabzug

The pictures of the place looked simple to me online. When you visit the restaurant you are very pleasantly surprised. It is stylishly furnished and the service is very courteous and polite. The food was very tasty and you could see that it was prepared with great attention to detail. We were there again a few days later and everything was great again. This Thai restaurant is now one of our favorites.

Very tasty food but incompetent service. Ordered a beef dish over the phone and was told when I picked it up that beef was sold out and I could take something else with me. When I asked why I wasn't told this on the phone, I was told "I have no idea". There wasn't even a goodwill offer made, so I went there for free. This is how you lose regular customers.

Nach dem Besuch der BuGa sind wir spontan hier eingekehrt. Wir hatten Glück, dass wir ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen haben. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und die Gerichte sehr lecker. Auch optisch sehr ansprechend. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Mannheim werden wir bestimmt wieder hier zum Essen einkehren, dann aber mit Reservierung.

Ein nettes kleines Restaurant mit thailändischer Küche. Obwohl es sehr voll war, wurde uns ein Platz angeboten. Der Service war sehr freundlich, aber aufgrund der Auslastung dauerte es manchmal etwas, auch schien es etwas durcheinander zu gehen. Das Essen war lecker. Obwohl es als scharf angegeben wurde, war es das leider nicht. Aber es konnte nachwürzt werden. Ich würde hier wieder essen gehen.

Wahrscheinlich das beste thailändische Restaurant in Mannheim. Leckeres Essen, freundlicher Service. Drinnen ist es gemütlich, draußen grundsätzlich auch, aber halt direkt auf dem Gehweg neben der Straße.

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Nudeln, Frühlingsrollen und das Curry waren super! Die Bedienungen waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Preise waren gut.

Das Essen war einfach unschlagbar. Leider war die Auswahl an fleischlosen Gerichten sehr klein. Laut Speisekarte sind Shrimps vegetarisch. Preise entsprechen durchaus der Qualität der Gerichte (Qualität des Fleischs kann ich nicht beurteilen). Leider wurden wir am Fenster neben dem Eingang laufend übersehen und mussten immer wieder lange warten, damit die Kollegin bei uns schaute, Essen aufnahm etc. Das ist sicher besser, wenn man weiter hinten sitzt. Dafür waren die Mitarbeiterinnen wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ambiente ist etwas kühl & es läuft keine Musik. Das gute an der fehlenden Musik: Es wird nicht so laut, da die Gäste nicht die Musik übertönen müssen.

Sehr leckeres Essen, zuvorkommender Service und vernünftige Preise. Hatte das Geang Phed - rotes Curry mit Ente und war begeistert. Darin fanden sich nicht die üblichen Curry Zutaten sondern auch außergewöhnliches wie Thailändische Aubergine und Trauben. Die Ente war knusprig und sehr empfehlenswert.

Wer authentische Thailändische Küche sucht ist hier genau richtig. Einfach Sau lecker. Service überragend und essen der Oberhammer. Respekt!

Wir gehen in der Mittagspause hin, werden immer nett und freundlich behandelt. Das Essen ist super! Leider hatte man ab und an den Fall, wenn man in einer größeren Gruppe dort ist (ca. 5 Leute) ist man schnell überfordert. Es kommt ab und an das falsche Essen oder es wird eine Portion vergessen. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber ziemlich auf Zack, es wird sich sofort entschuldigt und das eigentliche Essen wird mit Prio in der Küche zubereitet, sollte das Essen zu scharf sein, bekommt man auch kostenlos Milch an der Bar. Von daher kann ich das nur Empfehlen.

Wir haben mehrere Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte telefonisch bestellt und konnten es wie besprochen 30min später pünktlich abholen. Das Restaurant ist super sauber und der Service war freundlich. Das Essen ist wirklich toll: frisch, heiß, selbstgemacht! Noch absolut nie in Mannheim so gutes Thai Food bekommen. Sogar die Soßen im take away wurden noch garniert und alles war super liebevoll angerichtet. Wir sind wirklich begeistert!

Ich kannte Natthanicha schon, als es noch der kleine Laden in der Innenstadt war. Das Essen war auch diesmal gut, nur der Service eine reine Katastrophe. Essen wurde lieblos hingestellt und dann sah ich den Service nicht mehr. Trotz leere Gläser, trotz aufmerksam machen war das Gespräch mit Kollegen anscheinend wichtiger. Beim bezahlen musste ich mich ebenfalls bemühen und dennoch dauerte es gute 10 Minuten….das Gespräch halt mit Kollegen. War für mich ein No Go
