Unfriendly, hectic, loud, stuffy. I would like to give zero stars.

Lasagna was almost inedible. Some of the bread was dry and old. Tablecloth had visible dried stains. Service was only the bare minimum. On the way to the toilet everything seemed very untidy and dirty. Unfortunately it was very disappointing.

Cozy place, every time I come to Hamburg I stop by to eat their Tagliatelle al tartufo, the best my partner and I have ever tried.

The food was very delicious and the service was 10. I recommend it.

I like this family click, which presents itself perfectly opposite the Rote Flora. Pizza, spaghetti, fish? Even one or two celebrities show up here from time to time, take food with them or, as the Pauli Club does, show up with half the football team... Top party Italians! Good pizzas and cold Peroni. If you prefer something quiet and comfortable, you should probably go somewhere else - it is quite noisy inside and you sit quite close together. In summer it's also great outside for an aperitivo in the sun. Remo is always very present in the store and is always up for a chat with his guests. Occasionally St. Pauli players are also present.

Very interesting street with great people watching. I had grilled calamari, which also came with a small salad and bread. Tiramisu for dessert. I was happy my hotel suggested this street since I had no idea what I felt like eating. Napoli was a great choice and busier than most on the street.

As soon as I sat down, the card arrived! The meal took a little longer because the restaurant was about 90% full. The music was too loud for my taste.

Very good food, professional service, very pleasant lighting and room atmosphere

Our visit was on a Sunday evening. We got a free seat straight away, were served quickly and the food didn't take long to arrive. The service was friendly and on point. The pizzas were warm and tasty (4 out of 5 stars for the pizza). All in all, a very successful visit! Solid 4 stars ⭐️

We were there spontaneously for dinner. We were assigned a table on the terrace until 8 p.m. No problem for us, we wanted to eat and then move on anyway. 2 waiters came to us and asked us if we were even allowed to sit down here or if we just sat down. During the meal our table was loudly promised to other guests. Unfortunately, this made us feel uncomfortable. When we finished eating (7:20 p.m.), the owner (or so it seemed) yelled to a waiter, "Bring the bill to the table." None came, but we still wanted to pay. When I pointed out to the waiter that I wanted to pay, he said rather unfriendly: "Yes, then go in!" The food was really tasty, but the service was incredibly bad. We will definitely not be coming back again.

Our absolute tribe of Italians! Lunch is incredibly cheap (pizza/pasta €7.60), very tasty, food comes super quickly and, above all, the ambience is great. We come here almost every week - it's great that this shop is on the Schanze!

I really enjoyed it here. It has an Italian flair and you feel like you're on vacation. If you sit outside you can watch everything perfectly.

Location is good, you are right in the middle of the action. The service is also good. Not overly friendly but quick. What bothered us was that the dishes, plates, table and glasses were extremely dirty. You don't have a good feeling about hygiene when eating. Food was ok but nothing more.

In my opinion the pizza was really good. The employee seemed untrained and driven by instinct. If you want to be addressed in simple language as "Boss, ... makes €26.40", you definitely have to come here. The ambience suffered a lot.

It used to be better if everything was stored outside. Food was okay, service and hygiene could be improved!

First the drink order wasn't taken correctly and then we were told that card payment would only be possible if the entire bill for the table was paid with one card. Very weak number.

We were a large group (17 people). visiting Napoli. We were served happily from the very first minute. Enzo and his team were always available when we needed something! Very, very big recommendation, the boss (Remo) was helpful and even showed us football! We were absolutely happy! Price performance is top anyway!

Unfortunately, the waiter was very unfriendly and had more eyes for the ladies in the restaurant than for our table. I ordered the beef medallions (plural) for €40, but only got one. But it still tasted good, unfortunately just not adequate for the price. The wine (Lambrusco) was also good. Attention: Card payments are only possible here from 100€ (!?), unfortunately this was not clear beforehand and could have ended unpleasantly. Conclusion: Next time it would be better to go somewhere else.

"I don't understand how this restaurant can have four stars. As an Italian I didn't have many expectations, but I thought it would be a good idea to order pasta since the chef is Italian. My partner ordered a carbonara without cream and was assured that it was prepared according to a traditional recipe. After a few minutes the chef came and announced that the carbonara was prepared according to a traditional recipe but with besciamella sauce. When my partner insisted, without cream, the chef walked away, annoyed. but the pasta still came with besciamella. I had asked for tagliatelle with salsiccia and porcini mushrooms. When my plate came, the waiter told me that the chef had forgotten the porcini mushrooms, the tagliatelle was full of pepper (inedible) and the salsiccia was not fried . What annoys me the most is that I still left a tip for the service, but the waiter (listless) didn't even say thank you."

Mediocre food but poor service. Three young waiters who arrived on February 9th We served the food there - no one was really friendly or accommodating. My friend was sitting there with a broken arm and asked if the pizza could be cut into manageable pieces - this was denied because it was "already cut". Das Essen ist sehr lecker, besonders die Trüffelpasta im Parmesan-Nest sind ein Traum! Im Lokal ist es ziemlich laut, darauf muss man sich einstellen. Der Service ist durschnittlich.

Leider nur ⭐ 1 von 5 Sternen ⭐ Der Teig war nicht wirklich durch... Schinken war roh... Tomatensoße sehr flüssig und Annanas kalt... Nicht zu empfehlen

Anständige Pizza, sehr günstig - gerade im Mittagsmenü. Personal und Atmosphäre waren ganz angenehm - es war aber nur Barzahlung möglich.

An unseren Nachbartisch setzten sich 3 Jugendliche die uns versuchten zu provozieren obwohl wir sie nicht einmal angesehen haben. Als wir auf Provokationen weiterhin nicht eingingen sagten sie zum Kellner wir hätten sie belästigt. Sofort wurde uns das Besteck weggerissen, unsere Pizza wurde falschrum in einen Karton geworfen und dann waren wir auch noch so blöd und haben trotzdem bezahlt. So eine Frechheit ist mir noch nie im Leben untergekommen.

Heute gab's zum Mittag Spaghetti Bolognese. Bedienung war freundlich und zügig. Essen war ok. Satt bin ich auf jeden Fall. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch ok. Kann man empfehlen.

Jedes Jahr zum Valentinstag gehen meine Frau und ich in ein Musical und dann in dieses Restaurant und es sind immer die schönsten Stunden unseres Lebens. Egal ob Pizza oder Pasta, die Gerichte sind authentisch und Lecker. Die Einrichtung erinnert an ein kleines Restaurant irgendwo in Italien. Vielen Dank dafür. 5 Sterne!

Ho preso una pizza da asporto, devo dire che il gusto non era il massimo non ho sentito una gran qualità degli ingredienti, nonostante il prezzo abbastanza elevato per una semplice pizza con verdure.

Haben dort Nudeln gegessen, die pasta alla matriciana hatte mehr Zwiebeln als Speck drinne und die Tomaten Soße war ziemlich flüssig, dazu waren die Nudeln verkocht...Schade! Der Service war dafür schnell, authentisch und sympathisch und das Ambiente war sehr original. Werde diesem Restaurant eine weitere Chance geben.

Vom Essen hätte ich grade so 3 Sterne gegeben, aber da es preislich noch dazu sehr teuer ist, nur 2. leider für mich keine gute italienische Pizza.

Nettes Italienisches Lokal in toller Lage. Zuvorkommender Service und tolle Pizza. Die Canneloni waren ok.

Das Essen war typisch italienisch und richtig gut. Daran gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Leider sind die positiven Punkte meiner Bewertung damit auch schon abgeschlossen. Der Service ist stark ausbaufähig. Es wurden Getränke verwechselt (statt kleines Alster und großes Bier haben wir genau das Gegenteil bekommen), es wurde eine Vorspeise vergessen (wir hatten nur Eine bestellt) und man hat zwei normale Lasagne serviert, obwohl eine veggie sein sollte. Ich habe dann das Essen mit meiner Schwester getauscht (Sie hatte Nudeln mit Gemüse), um nicht noch mal warten zu müssen. Insgesamt war es sehr hektisch, unruhig und laut im Lokal. Wir wurden von drei verschiedenen Kellnern bedient. Der Chef versuchte die ganze Zeit, sein Personal irgendwie zu koordinieren und war damit doch der eigentliche Unruheherd. Man möchte bei so einer Hektik einfach nicht sitzen bleiben und noch was trinken/eine Nachspeise zu sich nehmen. Mal ganz davon abgesehen, dass uns sowieso keiner danach gefragt hat. Zum guten Schluss beim Bezahlen wurden wir noch darüber aufgeklärt, dass Kartenzahlung nicht möglich ist. Es hängt zwar ein kleiner unscheinbarer Zettel im Fenster, der darauf hinweist aber ich denke, dass dies heutzutage ein absolutes Unding ist.

Essen ist sehr gut aber sehr gestresster und hektischer Service teilweise mit Kippe in der Hand. Massenabfertigung

Absolutely delicious Italian food and a great ambience! One of the best Italian restaurants in Hamburg. The prizes of the pizzas and pasta don't really dent a hole in the pocket either 😊 I would definitely recommend it.

Das Essen war gut, preislich allerdings etwas überdurchschnittlich. Das Personal war zeitweise etwas überfordert und vergaß Bestellungen.
