Nana Eat & Run in München

Sorry but that was the worst service in all of Munich. I can't recommend it to anyone.

This is my go-to Lunch spot in Munich Haidhausen, I have tried literally the entire Menu. While the Falaffel Laffa is my favorite, the other Laffa's are very close contenders. +Best Hummus I have ever had in Europe. And my personal favorite thing about Nana: The service is ALWAYS smiling. I recommend going before 12:30 or after 13:30, lots of office-lunch goers during typical hours, with everything freshly made this can lead to 5-10mins waiting.

So far I've always been satisfied, but unfortunately I've noticed that the portions are getting smaller and smaller. The Sabich Laffa is now only half the size, and the contents have also been saved. In addition, the laffa is now toasted, which I personally don't prefer. As a regular customer, I am disappointed and feel that the low quantity and quality no longer justify the price. You were better before!

Still a very tasty flatbread sandwich, but it's a shame that all sandwiches now start at €10.

Delicious sandwich with lots of fresh ingredients. Trying to pass on your own bad mood to the customer when ordering is generally not a good idea in the service sector.

Nice place to have some middle eastern cuisine, my wife had the Sabich plate while i had the chicken laffa, both were delicious and served very quickly, the Sabich plate does not come with a Pitta bread and that is why i did not give five stars.

It doesn't taste bad. But unfortunately it became too expensive for me. At 9€ for a falafel sandwich to take away, I unfortunately have to wait until the famous “inflation” 😉 goes away. A pity

I tried the "Mr. Beef" roll there, it was very tasty, but overall too expensive. The staff is very nice and the location on Rosenheimer Square is excellent.

This has very little to do with Israeli hummus. Small portion for the price. Served without pitot.

Great healthy and spicy street food and a very friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I often go here on my lunch break, usually to go, because it can get quite crowded.

Delicious. Best to go. The shop is rather small and cozy. Very crowded, especially at lunchtime. But especially if you want to grab something delicious for the office during your lunch break, the best food is at Rosenheimerplatz.

One of my favorite places for getting take away, I love the sandwiches they make and it’s super delicious, they sauce in the sandwich, that’s special!

It feels like home and family and the music is great And I would highly recommend coming on Tuesdays or Thursdays from 6 p.m.

I ordered sabich in pita and a portion of falafel - I didn’t like the sabich at all and seemed to be pre-cooked and reheated, since the pita was soggy on top and the paper stuck to it. Well, accordingly, it tasted like “yesterday’s” from the refrigerator. The kitchen there is separately closed (not like in kebab shops and not like in Israel they assemble everything in front of you) and it is not clear how it was prepared or where they got it from ready-made. Of course, there is no comparison with a sabich from Israel. Falafel - like everywhere else not in Israel, ordinary)). In Israel, of course, falafel is also completely different - fresh, bright green inside. Everything here is drier and fried.

We went there for the first time and ordered Falafel and Sabich and a salad with red cabbage. We have been there at lunchtime and didn't have to wait long. Afterwards we sat down nearby in the autumnal midday sun and ate. Falafel and Sabich each with Laffa bread were really tasty, but very powerful. We can only recommend Nana Eat and Run if you are looking for a quick lunch near Rosenheimer Platz. All in all, it's a pleasant place to have a good lunch.

Ein Traum! Das beste Falafel Sandwich der Stadt - unbedingt probieren. Ideale und gesunde Stärkung für die Mittagspause. Sitzgelegenheiten eingeschränkt. Mein Tipp: Öffnungszeiten vorab online checken! -- Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 5/5 Wohlfühlfaktor 4/5 FOMO*-Faktor 5/5 (*Fear of missing out, d.h. muss man diese Location unbedingt besucht haben)

the hummus is good but the food generally is rather over priced for the portion size. Not the best falafel in the city. Location good.

Since this place is closed on Saturdays and Sundays it’s been difficult for me to give it a try but luckily the other day I had a home office day so I ordered their sandwich for lunch and it was delicious! The delivery was delayed for 30 mins that was the only negative thing. I wish the food was warmer when it was delivered but the taste was amazing. :)

Meine Laffa war lecker. Bei der Doraden sind allerdings recht viele Gräten drin gewesen, sodass ich sie beim Essen immer herausfieseln musste… persönlich finde ich das nicht weiter schlimm, ist aber vor dem Bestellen definitiv zu beachten. Mit 9,5€ auch recht teuer für die Größe.

The sabich was extremely tasty, and the service very fast. And super friendly. We don't speak German but they spoke to us in English and Hebrew. They explained very patiently what the sauce was (amba sauce). The next day we went back because we had liked it so much, and had falafel, which was also very tasty.

Ein Laden, wie man ihn auch in Israel finden kann. Kleine Karte - kleines Geschäft: Hummus, Falafel, Sabich, diverse Salate und eine übersichtliche Auswahl an Getränken. Darunter auch israelisches Bier. Der Hummus mit Zaatar war super. Die Pita genau so, wie ich sie aus Tel Aviv kenne. Die Chicken-Pita war nicht so mein Fall. Das Fleisch war mir zu trocken. Geschmacksache. Deshalb nicht fünf, aber sehr, sehr gute vier Sterne. Wem nach einer Alternative zu fleischlastigen Speisen "auf die Hand" ist, der sollte Nana Eat & Run aufsuchen.

Super lecker! Ich liebe die Laffa Sandwiches. Am liebsten Sabiech, aber das mit Rinderhack ist auch nice. Gute Abwechslung zu den anderen Lokalen am und um den Rosenheimer Platz.

Bereits paar mal bei Nana gegessen. Immer wieder sehr lecker, sehr empfehlenswert. Preis Leistung ist auch gut. 2 pita, 1 Humus, 1 Falafel Laffa und 1 Sabiech Pita für insgesamt ca 18/19€. Ich finde ganz besonders das Pita Brot sehr lecker und fluffig, alles andere aber genau so gut und empfehlenswert und von der Portion auch gut sättigend. Für Vegetarier/Veganer auch geeignet. Das Falafel Laffa ist soweit ich weis komplett vegan. Essen to go ging schnell und unkompliziert.

Der Laden war mir schon mal aufgefallen, bin aber nicht dazugekommen zu testen… jetzt endlich kam ich dazu und muss sagen, dass es sich gelohnt hat! Teigtasche 🥟 mit entrecôte für 10€ ist zwar etwas happig, dafür absolut deliziös 🤤 Der Herr an den Tresen war sehr nett 👍 Bestellung ging auch flott.. alles sehr nice 😊 Achja zurzeit ist es nicht möglich, drinnen zu Essen.. Corona sei dank. Not 😒

Der Laden hat Potenzial, ist irgendwie lässig. Fall das Personal israelisch war, waren es typisch unfreundliche Israelis. Das Essen war von der Qualität OK. Ich meine, die Speisekarte könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, einfach mehr Auswahl. Was mich nervt: Man erfährt, dass die Verpackungen aus Recycling sind, wird dafür unfreundlich behandelt. So ein bisschen: vielleicht flasche Prioritäten. Was auch in diese Richtung geht: Der Laden müsste einfach mal aufgeräumt werden.
