Very tasty food, very nice and understanding service and if you have any questions you respond in a relaxed manner and answer them easily and understandably

This restaurant has beautiful decor inside. The staff are friendly and the food was delicious! We ordered the grilled pork noodles! As you can tell by the picture, they were great with the portions, I would highly recommend!

The atmosphere was good from the entrance to the inside of the store. Mangola seeds were also to my taste! If you order menu number 13, the miso soup that comes with it and the cilantro go really well! (If you don't like cilantro, you should ask for it to be omitted!) Once fried, the maki was so crispy and warm, and the sauce that came with it was perfect! I liked that the contents inside the maki (salmon, avocado, etc.) were very sturdy. The shrimp sushi had a nice springy texture and taste! The gunship seemed to use boiled salmon and minced tiger shrimp, and the texture was so interesting!! The eel sushi was so soft and delicious! It was so good that I ate it all 👍👍 The two of us went and ordered only menu 13 (45 euros), but we were too full.

Service is very good and friendly. Portions (nr 52 and 92) big and with many ingredients both vegetables and tofu. Taste and decoration was good but nothing special. Prices for food are good, drinks are highly overpriced, e.g. fresh ginger tea 5,90 or they also charge for tap water.

The chicken pho wasn't the best. The beef pho was much better. The portions are relatively huge but feels overpriced at €15 each. The service was professional and organized. The male waiter wearing the round glasses demanded a tip after the meal. Seems like a Berlin thing to do. We live in Europe and have traveled all over Europe and only in Berlin do we meet waiters and waitresses that rudely beg for tips. Not the best Vietnamese food but it was one of the only places open during Christmas week so we didn't have much options. We vote "nay" and recommend to skip this one.

The place was beautiful, with good and fast service, the quality of the ingredients was 10/10, I ordered a pho cap nro 53 in the cart, good flavor, the duck was crispy and the noodles were in the perfect point, we also ordered 2 appetizers

I ordered rice noodles, but the soup was a bit salty for me. The portion was filled with soup instead of noodles, and the noodles were cut into small pieces, so it was very uncomfortable to eat. I had an upset stomach after eating it all... And the female staff was a bit unfriendly. I couldn't understand a single sentence of English, but she was so irritated that I was in a bad mood. The atmosphere was just bad. ' Good

Had dinner at this place since the aroma was very inviting every time I walked past it. Proved to be a bad decision. The place was smelling like frying oil on the inside. I ordered the tofu wonton noodle soup, something I was really looking forward to and that was smelling funnier. I've had lovely wonton soups earlier unfortunately this doesn't even come close. The wontons seemed to be fried but were probably soaking in there for such a long time that they tasted like steamed wontons. Couldn't even finish half my soup. Apart from the food, I asked for a glass of water which I noticed was given to another customer (without a water bottle). They brought me still water and charged 3.9EUR. While I understand that charging drinking water is a rule in Germany, it shouldn't be applicable to just some customers. To top the experience, the server had the guts to ask me whether he was "not good" to my face when I did not tip him, despite my almost untouched soup lying right in front of him.

Unfortunately the ambience is much nicer than the food. It looks very inviting and classy from the outside, which is what attracted us to dine there. To the eye it looks colorful and tasteful, and it is, but not tasty, just ok. I would have liked to give more stars, unfortunately that's not the case. It's a well-intentioned 3 stars. The drinks are ok too. Service is good, fast and attentive. Ps.: To be honest, I can't understand the mostly positive reviews. There are much better restaurants in Berlin that prepare wonderful food even without an atmosphere.

Horrible food horrible service, don't recommend.

We came for a birthday meal. We were both excited about it, seeing that the reviews looked good. Sadly we were both disappointed. After booking weeks beforehand, on arrival, we weren't shown to our seats, we were just waved to a general area. We ordered a white wine, a red came out. The starter came out quickly and it was tasty, however, our mains came out pretty much straight afterwards. So the mains were sitting there getting cold. I asked where the toilet was and just got a swing of an arm in the general direction, no talking. No one came to see if everything was OK with our meal. And we literally had to put our coats on to get someone to give us the bill. On the plus side it's a beautiful set up and the food was nice.

Sushi deserves two stars only but the rice noodles with beef was decent and service and ambience quite good

Delicious dishes, great service and location. We can recommend that if you are traveling in the area and have tickets for the Friedrichsstadt-Palast, for example, to treat yourself to something culinary at NamPan beforehand :)

I picked up the food there and therefore can't give full points for the ambience since I only waited there for 10 minutes. However, these 10 minutes were characterized by a very friendly and authentic impression and I was also served very nicely as a “pick-up person”. The food undoubtedly deserves 5 stars, aromatic and high quality, well portioned. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. Unfortunately, there was only plastic cutlery and plastic packaging to take away; an approach with sustainable materials could be pursued here.

All is good except when service crew was asking for tips LOUDLY where other tables definitely can hear.

The Pho soup with tofu was okay, but very plain and no green herbs or veggies. The soup had only 4 thin slices of tofu and just noodles and water. I probably would still give it another try, but will choose a different dish.

There was a toilet paper in my food at this restaurant! The behavior and manners of this restaurant are rude and disgusting. After I informed the waiter, he took the food and completely denied the napkin’s presence, threatening to call the police if I didn’t pay. Don’t go to this restaurant, or you’ll find toilet paper in your food! You have lost my trust in your restaurant. You ruined my good evening, and nothing can bring that back. Change your management style; this is not customer service. 😳 Your response to a customer’s complaint is nothing but another insult. So, does that mean every customer who walks into your store is a potential suspect, and your mistakes should be blamed on them? The presence of a napkin—whether it’s a kitchen towel or not—is inexcusable. You didn’t even answer our question, and there was no customer to feel offended, although every customer should be aware of the issues with your restaurant. You took the food away, and this is recorded on your security cameras—unless you choose to delete it! There is also a witness. You should learn to address complaints properly instead of accusing the very customers you rely on for your livelihood. Don’t avoid responsibility. Take a class on customer service and be honest. Additional Suggestion: Also, it is important for a business to admit when mistakes are made and address them constructively. Denying the problem and blaming the customer only damages trust and your reputation. Customers will always appreciate honesty and a genuine attempt to correct mistakes. This is how successful restaurants build long-lasting relationships with their clients.

Yesterday there were 6 of us in your restaurant, which turned into a big disappointment over time! Because of the number of people, we were put in the place that was a little higher up, so I thought we would be noticed well, but that wasn't the case! Before we placed our first order, we had to wave for 10 minutes until someone finally came over. However, the waitress was extremely friendly and apologized. In return, the food came very quickly, so I was a bit surprised, the sauce and the chicken were lukewarm/cold. The taste was good. At some point another waitress came and cleared our table, but she simply didn't take two plates with her. I then signaled to an employee from the kitchen that we needed something. He ignored me. I then signaled to another waiter, he just nodded & then suddenly went to another table to place the order. Then suddenly the nice waitress came who wanted to take a few glasses with her and promised us again that she would come back in 5 minutes. This promise was not kept either! So again the stress of getting a waiter. In the meantime, the number of guests at the restaurant has dropped significantly! When we wanted to pay, the whole stress was repeated, so in the end I got up and personally went to the waitress and asked for payment. I have NEVER experienced anything like this in other Asian restaurants, so this was my only and last visit here. And the worst of all - my clothes smell extremely strongly of frying oil and food!

Unfortunately I would deduct a point because our food didn't come together... otherwise everything was great and the salmon bowl was very tasty!

Kein Bitte und kein Danke seitens der Bedienung. Das Hauptgericht wurde direkt neben die Vorspeise geschoben. Die Miso-Suppe war schlapp lauwarm und relativ geschmacksneutral. Das Hauptgericht (Nr. 55) war einschl. Fleisch, Reisnudeln und Brühe kalt. Die Schale sogar eiskalt. Keine Weiterempfehlung.

Food far too expensive for the taste, two small shrimps (advertised as king prawns) for 8 euros. No more dirt

The food was delicious, but the spring rolls had a trace of taste of the freezer, with the inside a little bit cold. But despite this little detail, the meal (I took a big crispy won-ton soup and my wife the Udon noodles) was really authentic and delicious. Service was fast and professional. We ate outside on the terrasse, but the interior decoration was beautiful.

Used the delivery service. The driver came after just 25 minutes. Delicious, fresh sushi menu for 2 and a dessert (mango rice pudding). A clear recommendation. Gladly again!

Ristorante che potrebbe ottenere molto di più con poco. Il locale presenta bene all'esterno e pure nell'ingresso, salvo poi essere un mix tra ristorante, pub, locale per musica dal vivo all'interno. Zona esterna antistante il locale ok, mentre la analoga zona retrostante è deprimente. Menu troppo vasto e poco indicativo di quelli che sono i loro punti forti: si passa dal cibo vietnamita a quello cinese, infine le specialità giapponesi: troppo caos e poca chiarezza (se un piatto non è cotto non sarebbe meglio indicarlo?). Positiva l'esperienza con il Pho, il cui brodo è risultato delizioso. Meno bene udon e riso saltato, che non erano particolarmente curati. Si potrebbe fare di più e di meglio con pochi accorgimenti, anche perché il prezzo (al lordo di uno sconto TheFork) avrebbe superato tranquillamente i 90 € per 3 antipasti e 3 portate principali.

Sommerrollen, Saucen usw. ganz o.k., aber nichts Besonderes. Entenfleisch gut, Huhn durch Doppelgebackensein recht hart, aber alles durchaus ansehnlich dargeboten und mit Appetit eßbar. Service auf's Nötigste reduziert, z.B. für Nachfrage nach dem Auftischen erst wieder bei Abtragen sichtbar. Lieblings-Kreditkarte nicht akzeptiert. Cocktais (7,90) sehr gute Alternative zu überteuertem Bier-Angebot.

Pretty good. We ordered the menu of the day, plate 55 (with pork) and 56 (with chicken) each and we shared the starters (rolls). We left at 14 per person, with drinks included. Very cheap for what we were paying and very good. Abundant quantity. If you feel like trying something different, filling and not heavy, highly recommended

The waitress was quite unfriendly. We have ordered a menu. He didn't even ask us about the drinks. He also didn't specify what was on the menu. Finally we ordered a "large" sparkling water and he brought us a water in a large glass, to share between two. One of the dishes was udon with chicken that didn't taste like anything. Sushi and mein courses were good. The ginger cocktail was too strong on the ginger, felt like a ginger concentrate. However, even though I wanted to tip appropriately, after being reminded twice while paying by the staff that tip isn't included made me want to change my mind, you shouldn't feel pressured to leave a bit especially after a good experience.

The waitress didn't speak English or German well, which made communication a bit difficult, but the dishes were very tasty! And the Coke was truly cold, which is an exception here in Germany.

The Nam Pan Restaurant on Oranienburger Straße is an absolute gem in Mitte! Whether you sit outside, inside or in the beautiful back garden, the ambience is simply enchanting. The lovingly designed decorations give the Vietnamese restaurant a special atmosphere. The presentation of the dishes is a real eye-catcher. The plates are artfully arranged and really whet your appetite. The service is friendly and the food is served quickly. The drinks also come quickly and are always refreshing. A visit to Nam Pan is always a pleasure and I highly recommend it!

Great Vietnamese and Japanese restaurant at oranienburger straße. I came across this restaurant after showing some people Berliner Dom and Museum Insel. This place has a spacious outdoor seating, which was great for a warm day. We ordered grilled salmon and mango lassi. Everything was delicious. I will try this place again as it is close to my office.

The taste of the chicken was very bad (it seems it was heated). I could not finish the meal. The Avocado Sushi and coconut ice cream were good. The staff are great.

I've eaten here several times with the Schlemmerblock over the last few years and the mango sauce is the best I've ever tasted. Delicious. But the prices are a bit more expensive for both food and drink.

7 thin pieces of meat for just under 18 euros, drink 0.2 for 3.20. Proud prices. Prices very high for the amount of meat, taste very good.

Even though the menu includes mainly Vietnamese dishes, their taste is far from original. They are more like Chinese dishes, with a lot of soy sauce and too salty. I ordered Pho Xau Bo with carrots, peppers and broccoli, overcooked noodles covered in soy sauce. One of the worst Vietnamese dishes I have ever eaten, and I eat Vietnamese cuisine regularly.

The food was good, it tasted really good as well as nice portions. The atmosphere was good too. However, service was subpar at best. We had to, for example, ask the staff where our drinks were, to only them receive them at all. Lastly when we tried to pay, one of the servers had the absolute gall to try to tip for me. Even though I expressed I did not want to. I think he did that on purpose because we were tourists

Very authentically decorated restaurant. Friendly service. The two of us were here on an early Saturday evening. Very tasty dishes. Sushi menus have a very aesthetic presentation. Papaya salad was a highlight.

The food was really good, the restaurant is big but was not too crowded. Staff is really friendly. Only downside: at the end of the night, we were sort of forced to leave a review. We were a group of 4 and left and outstanding review because we were scared of the consequences if we didn't. We tried to shake it off by saying we would do it later but they didn't want to take no for an answer. Looking back at it, was a fun experience though.

Food was good! But the service can better. We ordered starter and main course like it was written on the menu. Before we were finished with the starter the main dish also arrived.

The food is really not good. I heard that the restaurant was delicious and my family had high hopes for the food. We were very disappointed. The vermicelli noodle soup was only pretty on the surface, and the food was bland. I swear it was bland. like not leaving out the spices. I was planning on ordering one dish for each person if it was delicious and ordering more, but it didn't come with the next dish

It's frustrating to be served the wrong dish and experience unprofessional service. They didn't apologize when they served the wrong dish. They communicate with us in their native language. When they finally made a mistake and we asked them, they said that they rarely serve people like us. with an unpleasant tone of voice and in the end it was our fault =)) However, you will only find Vietnamese dishes on our menu. How should I understand? We wanted to relax, but we brought frustration home with us. 😵😵😵

This rating is based on my experience as a vegetarian. They have none to a very limited options in veg main course (except if you like Maki) . We had to leave without ordering anything as "the bill amount wasn't enough".
