Sobering and Disappointing – Absolutely Not Family-Friendly We had made a reservation by phone for five adults plus a baby and stroller, clearly stating that we were coming with a dog and a two-month-old baby – including a stroller. Everything was confirmed and assured over the phone, but upon our arrival, this was suddenly no longer the case. Instead of being greeted in a prepared and friendly manner, we were crammed into a table that was far too small, while another group with exactly the same number of adults – but without children, a dog, or stroller – was given the significantly larger table. The waiter responded to our legitimate inquiry in a completely unprofessional, distant manner, and with no willingness to address the situation. We were told that strollers weren't actually allowed inside and that we should fold them up and leave them outside – a completely unrealistic and unreasonable request, especially with a two-month-old baby. Alternatively, we were even suggested to sit outside in the cold – as a family with an infant! One gets the bitter impression that decisions aren't being made based on humanity or hospitality, but simply on appearance. Anyone not wearing designer clothes or coming with family simply seems unwelcome. For a restaurant that aims to be open and welcoming, this visit was a shocking example of a lack of empathy, shallow thinking, and absolute unprofessionalism. Never again. Unfortunately, I have to give one star, even though I'd rather not give one at all. And one more thing: In case you want to point out that we were sent an email with restrictions, we called you afterward and were told on the phone that everything was fine. So why this inconsistent communication and the inappropriate treatment on site?

Very tasty, very friendly. The staff was very attentive and even accommodated our Ramadan requests.

I came here on the recommendation of a work colleague and was very satisfied. The food was delicious; I had the butter chicken and the homemade lemonade; I highly recommend both! Parking nearby worked out relatively well for Frankfurt. We even got a delicious dessert on the house at the end :)

It was very crowded and loud! But the food was very, very good and made up for it all! After all, we had the ISH, a world trade fair, right on our doorstep! The dishes were deliciously prepared, and the plates were preheated! The food arrived quickly even though the place was packed. Well organized! Definitely recommend it!

A place with many expressions. Namaste has a welcoming atmosphere, despite being very busy. The food is always well-seasoned, and I can highly recommend the garlic and cheese naan in particular. I love spicy food, and they accommodated my request until the desired result was achieved. The service is very fast and attentive. The dessert is light and not too sweet. One of my favorite spots and truly worth a visit.

I got food poisoning here! Even this one star is too much for this overpriced junk shop! A few days ago, I ordered takeout from here. A few hours later, the worst stomach cramps of my life started, and I spent the entire night and the next day in the bathroom. It could only have come from this shop, as I didn't eat much else that day, and when I did, I shared everything for breakfast with friends who didn't suffer from these symptoms. I'd love to see the health report here—if there even is one.

Has been my absolute favourite Indian for years. But something has happened. The quality of dishes has changed. Was it just a bad day in the kitchen or is it a new cook? The Naan bread has mutated entirely. It changed into soaking in fat undercooked piece of dough. The sauces of the meals had chunks of onions in them and tasted differently from usual. All that said they have given up on delivery so you have to pick up your food . Used to be worth it. Please bring your old standards back.

Everyone was happy, we had excellent food, like really amazing rich tastes and flavors. The friendly staff, and fast service round up the experience . Can wholeheartedly recommend this place !

Me and my friends were very excited about the visit. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff incredibly friendly and attentive. But the best thing: definitely the great food. Each dish was perfectly seasoned, freshly prepared and full of authentic flavors. The butter chicken and homemade naan were particularly to die for. The portion sizes are generous and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. A real highlight for lovers of Indian cuisine – I’ll definitely be back!

This is one of Germanys top Indian restaurants. If not THE best Indian restaurant in German. The location ist crowded but in a good way. The cocktails are just like that 5 o‘clock feeling in the carribean. And the food… just superb. So, take my word for it, you don‘t want to miss out on this authentic experience, which you will else only get in London or India itself.

Change the name from NAMASTE to NOMASTI... Pathetic service... When we booked the table for 7pm, we were told you need to vacate by 8pm as we have pre-booking done months in advance. We waited at Hotel till 8.15pm and noone arrived. Further we finished eating by 7.30pm and bill arrived at 7.45pm so that delay is acceptable for them. Portion size are big but they tell it's small and asked us to order multiple and in the end it got wasted... Don't know which other Indian Restaurant in Frankfurt charges you for Onion and Chillies... Waiter picked up the food even before we finished eating. Paneer tikka was Fried Paneer Tikka full of oil and tasteless... Chana Masala seems like Ragda and bland again... Dal Makhani also tasteless... Ordered Lassi and it never arrived. Didnt drink water so asked them to cancel the bottle and the waiter was like it's not possible as we have to mention reason for return. When we argued he cancelled. So sweet.. Will not recommend this Indian Restaurant and I would say Indigo, Indian Flavours, Delhi Tandoori, etc are much better in service and food quality... Aapko humara Aakhree Namaste...

In my opinion, Namaste is the best Indian restaurant in Frankfurt and the surrounding area. Both the food and the ability to reserve a table online, as well as the very attentive service, are great. The food comes quite quickly and is of exceptional quality and exquisite taste. All of this has its price, but it is justified here. On average, a dinner for two people with a starter and main course, accompanied by wine or beer, costs around €80-100.

We visited Namaste to celebrate my husband’s birthday. As I had just returned from my India trip over the weekend, i did not have time to plan for a birthday cake or reserve a table for dinner. I called Namaste immediately when they opened around 5pm on Monday to check if they have a table. As Textile fair was going on in the Messe, he mentioned they were almost booked out. I asked him if he can give me a decent table as it was a special dinner for us and he promised. And he delivered as well. The entire team in Namaste incl. the owner indeed made this a special dinner for us. We loved the food and the ambience. The paintings on the wall were beautifully done. The highlight was a dessert plate specially curated by the person from the bar giving it birthday cake feels. Heartfelt thanks for the entire team.

So yesterday we were in the restaurant with 8 people! And honestly, the people who served us were all very warm and friendly! The food was delicious because we all ordered different dishes so we were able to try different things! The boss was also friendliness personified. When he heard that it was my mother-in-law's birthday, there was even a little surprise and a recorded birthday song! Unfortunately we live in Kamen and probably won't come to Frankfurt that often, but if we are in Frankfurt again this will definitely be our number 1 stop to go out for a delicious meal again!

We were here for a birthday dinner. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very chic and typical. The service was incredibly friendly and, above all, fast. All dishes were delicious. Chicken mango, Indian grill (chicken with mint), spinach dishes... This place is worth it!!! We'd love to come back.

We came here for dinner and the restaurant was fully packed, luckily they had just one table left for us! The staff is very polite and friendly, they took our order and served us promptly! The food was really good, specially the Dal Makhani was absolutely heaven, would definitely recommend. From the moment when we stepped in, to the moment we headed out, we were taken very good care of. Mr.Shetty was very helpful, he shared valuable information about the city with us, as Indian tourists. Would definitely recommend for an authentic Indian cuisine

Delicious, fresh and a stylish restaurant! Even though the kitchen was already closed, the friendly staff conjured up a delicious chicken shashi korma with naan for me - and as a surprise there was even a small, delicious dessert on the house. I'll definitely be back, you should too!

We went to Namaste for the first time as a family (with 2 children, 7 and 10 years old). Since we like to eat Indian food often, we drove from Bornheim to Bockenheim. It was worth it. The service was very attentive, friendly but not artificial and loving towards the children. You're not used to that in restaurants anymore. ;-) The food, we had 3 different dishes (meat and vegetarian) was very tasty, fresh, interestingly seasoned and lovingly decorated, the naan was very fluffy. The only criticism was that it was a little drafty inside, at least where we were sitting. We'd love to come back!
