This restaurant is a must visit in Frankfurt. All their preparations were authentic, the flavours reminded us of home. We tried angar kebab and hara bhara kebab were brilliant in the starters. The main course gravies were also nice and their breads are just perfect, the right amount of crispy and tender. For dessert we tried gulab jamun with ice cream, which was also nice, but the serving size felt less compared to the price.

In the quiet lanes of frankfurt lies this amazing restaurant serving nice Indian food. Ordered a veg thali for lunch, which can be more filling if they a roti. But otherwise taste is very good. Will definitely come again.

Lots of fake reviews here, I think. Garlic naan very good, lamb dish good. Coke should come in bottle not pre served (cheaper for them). Young waiter very nice, quite expensive for what it is.

We received a warm welcome as soon as we entered – the service was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and yet pleasantly unobtrusive. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The ambiance is stylish, cozy, and designed with great attention to detail – perfect for enjoying a culinary journey to India in a relaxed atmosphere. The meal itself was a true highlight: freshly prepared, authentically seasoned, and perfectly balanced in flavor. Every dish was a delight – from the appetizers to the main courses. Of particular note: The owner personally came to our table to ask how we were and to have a friendly chat with us. This personal touch really impressed us. As a small thank you and in recognition of our reach, we were even served a delicious dessert on the house – a gesture we greatly appreciated. We will definitely be back – and can highly recommend Namaste to anyone who wants to experience authentic Indian cuisine with friendly service in a great atmosphere!

It’s a shame. Over intrusive and controlling behaviour, ruined the whole evening. Over suggestive and then suggested bad dish. Really disrespectful towards customers, their privacy, knowledge and feedback. I really felt controlled. They decide what we order, what feedback we give, how authentic dish tastes like etc. In the end the taste is very average looking at the price.

We're still impressed! From the food to the ambiance to the staff, you feel like king and queen here. The food tastes super authentic and is incredibly delicious and varied! The atmosphere is pleasant, not loud, and even the furniture is specially branded for the restaurant, which is very professional! The service is truly top-notch... The order is taken WITHOUT NOTES (no mistakes!), the plates are handled with special cloths so that your hands don't touch the edge of the plate, and at the end, there was a little something on the house. The bill was placed on the table with a detailed list of the entire order in a leather book. Truly fantastic, we'll be back!

Every bite is an explosion of flavor, finely seasoned, perfectly balanced, and simply authentic. I'd particularly like to highlight the butter chicken and the paneer tikka – tender, fresh, and incredibly aromatic. The vegetarian dishes are also a revelation; you immediately notice that the cooking here is done with heart. What really makes the whole thing special, though, is the warm service. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to accommodate your requests. You can feel that hospitality is lived here, honestly and with soul. For me, Namaste is not just a restaurant, but an experience. If you're in Frankfurt and love Indian cuisine (or want to get to know it), you should definitely stop by. I have travelled Germany for more than a week and I can say with full conviction that you can find best authentic Indian food in this restaurant. We visited this restaurant on 23rd June 2025 and ordered Veg. Soup, Indian Masala Tea, Dal Tadka, Aloo Parantha and Grill Aloo Gobhi….everything was delicious and perfectly cooked with Indian spices. Will definitely visit again in our next trip to Germany. ❤️

This one is the top of my list of Indian restaurants in Frankfurt. The food is delicious and full of flavor you can even ask for Indian spicy if you like that extra kick. What I liked most is the staff super friendly and warm, they make you feel very welcome. The atmosphere is relaxed and chill, perfect for a nice meal with friends, family, or colleagues.

This was my first time at this restaurant and I absolutely loved it. I had the butter chicken with garlic cheese naan and a mango lassi, and it was delicious! The service is so lovely, polite, and attentive. You feel welcome from the very first moment :) The atmosphere in the restaurant is also beautiful.

Not worth the hype We were visiting Frankfurt from Hamburg and looked up some of the best places for Indian food. "Namaste India, Frankfurt" came up with good reviews, so we decided to try it. The food was okay but definitely overpriced for the quality. What made the experience more disappointing was the service — the staff member (I think he was from Mumbai) was more focused on getting us to leave a Google review than actually taking care of the service. It just didn’t live up to the expectations we had from the online ratings. Personally, I wouldn't recommend it or go back again. Reviews should be earned through good food and service, not by asking customers to post them.
