Mykonos in Rinteln

Wir haben zwei Mykonos Teller bestellt. Nach 20 min war schon das Lieferfahrzeug an unserem Wohnmobil. Was soll ich sagen, es war super lecker und auch alles noch gut warm. Für 17€ gab es so viel Fleisch, dass wir die zweite Portion für morgen noch haben. Vielen Dank, wir können es nur weiterempfehlen

Eine bessere Imbissbude mit angenehmer Sitzmöglichkeit....das ist aber schon "Alles" was es positiv zu erwähnen gilt....das Essen, speziell "Gyros überbacken", Fleisch verbraucht Geschmack, wahrscheinlich vom Vortag, da das komplette Gericht kalt war, nur die Schale, welche die Heizplatte gesehen hat war wohl temperiert....Danke nie wieder....👎

Gyros war lauwarm bis kalt.... Falsches Getränk.... Die Ambiente war schön Ich frage mich was da los ist. Es war mal soooo lecker dort. Fand ein Besitzer wechsel statt? Wenn ja bitte orientiert euch an den alten 🥰

War früher mal besser. Seit dem Umzug in das neue Gebäude haben sich die Preise mehr als verdoppelt, früher hat ein Mykonosteller 9,50€ gekostet, jetzt sind es 20€. Seitdem bestelle ich auch kaum noch.

Lieferservice: schnell, pünktlich. Essen: Lieblos in die Schalen geschmissen. Schmeckt gut. Viiiiel zu teuer mittlerweile! Jedes Grillgericht kostet ca 19 Euro. Steht in keinem Verhältnis mehr zum Verzehr aus Plastikschalen und ohne persönlich vor Ort einen Service zu nutzen. Wir haben uns nach Jahren, aufgrund der Preise dazu entschlossen, hier nicht mehr zu bestellen.

Super lecker, große Portionen! Zudem auch hundefreundlich 😇 Wir saßen draußen, durch den Straßenverkehr war es teilweise sehr laut.

Wir haben mit dem Wohnmobil fussläufig in der Nähe gestanden. Das Essen war sehr, sehr lecker und reichlich. Der Service war freundlich und gut. Im Eingangsbereich, wo wir gesessen haben, war es sehr zugig. Denn weil das Restaurant gut angenommen wird, ging die Tür ständig auf. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Ich war angenehm überrascht. Sehr lecker und reichlich große Portionen. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Danke an den netten jungen Mann, der uns bedient hat.

Wir haben immer Pizza bestellt. Diese war auch immer zufriedenstellend. In der letzten Zeit allerdings hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen. Nicht nur, das s falsche Ware geliefert wurde, auch die Qualität ist mangelhaft. Eine dicke Schicht Käse bedeckt die ganze Pizza. Auf der letzten war auf einem Viertel nichts ausser Boden und Käse, konnte man nicht essen. Davon abgesehen wird die Pizza so schnell geliefert, dass es kein Wunder ist, wenn die Qualität schlecht ist. Wir werden jedenfalls nichts mehr bestellen.

Bei schon mehreren Besuchen ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis festgestellt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und wird schnell serviert. Das Ambiente ist einladend und wirkt nicht erdrückend. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und hat ein gutes Auge dafür in welcher Regelmäßigkeit man sich bei den Gästen nach dem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder.

Ein Stern ist dem Zugang geschuldet. Gyros mit Pommes und Salat bestellt. Fleisch war Roh und völlig ekelhaft. Pommes total fettig. Salat war Krautsalat. Geht’s noch!

Update/Nachtrag zur ersten Bewertung. Nach laaaanger Zeit mal wieder hier gewesen. Es wurde umgebaut und Vergrößert. Ein sehr großer Aussenbereich ist dazu gekommen. Ambiente ist ok Personal sehr freundlich Essen ist lecker......aber die Portionen schon sehr übersichtlich geworden Preis Leistung finde ich nicht OK. Für einen besseren Imbiss sehr teuer zu den servierten Gerichten. Erste Rezension: Mega leckeres Essen. Tolle Portionen.Gute Preise. Im Innenbereich zwar nur 4 Tische.....aber sie liefern auch bis ins Kalletal. Im Sommer gibt's im Aussenbereich noch ein paar Tische. Bin ich immer gerne selbst oder lasse mir das Essen liefern. Echt Empfehlungswert!!!!

NIE WIEDER!!! Wir haben mehr als eine Stunde vor Ladenschluss angerufen und gefragt, ob geöffnet ist. "Ja, aber es gibt nur noch Pasta und Salate"... Das ist schon mal frech! Das Mädchen am Telefon sprach sehr schlecht Deutsch und wirkte extrem genervt und unmotiviert, regelrecht zickig. Als wir 15 Minuten später vor Ort waren, war der Eingang verbarrikadiert, die Lichter waren aus und alle Stühle standen auf den Tischen. Da wollte jemand möglichst früh Feierabend machen und lässt zahlende Kunden einfach auflaufen. Ich habe mal mit dem Inhaber darüber gesprochen. Er war genauso genervt und obendrein großkotzig und bot mir lieber gratis Essen an, anstatt sich meine eigentlich konstruktive Kritik bis zu Ende anzuhören. Für mich war's das! Die Mentalität, die mir hier entgegen schlägt, kenne ich weder von Deutschen, noch von Griechen, aber von einer anderen Seite, die den Gastro-Bereich seit Jahren überschwemmt... "geh doch woanders!" "Ja, mach isch! TSCHÜSS!!!"

Wir waren am Mittag dort, der Spieß sah fertig aus, das Essen war auch lecker aber nicht richtig warm. Die Portion war groß, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

Wir habe bestellt, geliefert wurde zwar schnell, leider war das Essen zum vergessen. Die Pommes gefühlt noch nicht durch und trotzdem das Beste am ganzen. Schade, wir bestellen hier auf jeden Fall nicht nochmal.

Waren Sommer 2025 das erste Mal dort. Jetzt Februar 26 wieder. Leider war diesmal das Essen schnell kalt auf den Plastiktellern. Das Gyros war leider nicht gar. Hätte noch locker länger am Spieß sein müssen. Pommes waren ok. Krautsalat war so frisch das der nicht durchgezogen war. Beim Tzatziki fehlte auch der Pepp. Ob wir nochmal da hinfahren muss ich mir stark überlegen. Aufjedenfall kein Großeltern wieder.

Die Sternenvergabe spricht für sich. Sehr schönes Lokal leider an der Straße aber mit Scheibe separiert. Sehr sauber. Essen hervorragend, Auswahl vielfältig. Sehr große Portionen. Bedienung sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, sogar lustig. Preis Leistung gut.

Wir bestellen schon seit Jahren bei Mykonos. Waren immer sehr zufrieden. Bestellungen kamen immer schnell, essen war immer gut und lecker. Aber mittlerweile stimmt das Preis -leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Es ist extrem teuer geworden, aber geschmacklich nicht mehr so gut. Ein bifteki mit einer Mini Portion Krautsalat für über 20,-€ ist schon heftig. Und leider gab es auch bei uns Baumschmerzen danach, was viele andere hier ja auch schon geschrieben haben. Schade

Wie waren immer gerne hier, da als Familie mit Kindern noch bezahlbar. Essen schmeckte bisher auch gut und die Bedienung geben sich auch wirklich Mühe. Der Laden ist auch schick. Allerdings durch die Theke, die ständigen Abholungen und Lieferungen und die allgemein hohe Lautstärke auch eher ein Imbiss (wo ja erstmal auch nichts gegen spricht) Kommen wir zu meinem einzigen, als Familienvater aber für mich wichtigen Kritikpunkt: Die Preise. Die Preise sind nun wieder deutlich erhöht worden, sodass man auch zu einem richtigen Griechen gehen kann. Dazu kommt nun noch , das die MwSt dieses Jahr um 12% (von 19 auf 7%)gesenkt wurde. Trotzdem wurde wieder erhöht. Die Senkung sollte den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern zugute kommen. Tut uns leid, aber da passt für uns die Preis - Leistung für einen (durchaus schicken und leckeren) Imbiss nicht mehr, wenn ein Grieche mit gelernten Servicekräften und einem richtigen Lokal die gleichen Preise schafft. Diese Kritik ist absolut sachlich gemeint. Ich denke, dass einige Kunden einfach wegbleiben werden, ohne was zu sagen oder zu schreiben. Ich wollte Mykonos allerdings gerne meine Gründe nennen.

Preis /Leistung passt hier nicht mehr zusammen. Die Qualität und der Geschmack haben sehr nachgelassen, die Preise sind dagegen sehr gestiegen. Schade, aber für das Geld kann ich in einem richtigen Restaurant essen gehen.

Liebes Personal, auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Essen war lecker, aber preislich teurer als Mitbewerber. Haben vor Ort gegessen - es ist halt eher ein Lieferservice, aber es war trotzdem nett.

Früher stand Mykonos mal für Qualität, jetzt ist dieses nicht mehr so. 2 Stunden auf meine Lieferung gewartet und das Essen war kalt, als es ankam und der Geschmack ist auch nicht mehr so gut wie früher. Preis Leistung passen überhaupt nicht mehr zusammen. Nach 30 Jahren als Kunde, werde ich dort nicht mehr bestellen oder Essen gehen. Es ist echt schade, was aus diesem tollen Restaurant und Bringdienst geworden ist.

The following happened today during a phone order and delivery: I wanted four meatballs (bifteki without cheese), one souvlaki, and gyros. The woman on the phone offered me a mixed grill with steak, to which I replied that we didn't want steak, but the meatballs. Then she spoke to someone else, but I couldn't understand her. Then she asked me what side dishes we wanted. I said fries, no onions, and no tzatziki. We generally like coleslaw, but the one from Mykonos isn't great. Okay, we ordered it anyway. What we received was an outrage: one meatball, one souvlaki, and one gyros. The driver even added €1 to the tip. I called again and asked if she could explain, and she said that such a plate doesn't exist... I know that perfectly well, it was an extra. ... @Mykonod: Your receptionist apparently isn't able to take an order...! This is just embarrassing!!!

Wir wollten heute online Essen bestellen. War sonst ganz einfach zu erledigen, jetzt sollen wir über eine Seite Happy Gast bestellen 🤔 das hat nicht geklappt und wir haben dann woanders bestellt 🤷‍♀️

That was the last time, you've lost customers! Prices are outrageous for this quality of food (reheated frozen food)! Then orders are only delivered halfway, the quality is abysmal, it's a shame, we used to enjoy ordering and eating there!

I don't even know where to begin—this "visit" to the Greek restaurant was an absolute disaster. We were ignored as soon as we walked in, and when the waitress finally arrived, she was so unfriendly that you just wanted to turn around. My polite request to maybe put the soggy, half-raw pizza back in the oven for a bit was met with an annoyed "No." No smile, no goodwill—pure rudeness. My family's meal was barely edible: everything was carelessly thrown together, lukewarm, and completely tasteless. Drinks and plates were cleared away without trays, clattering like they were at a fast-food restaurant. Meanwhile, the waitresses stood in the middle of the restaurant on their phones, talking loudly instead of attending to the customers. And finally, the icing on the cake: over €70 for this nightmare! Honestly—I've never experienced such a mixture of bad food, disrespectful staff, and zero hospitality in my life. If you want to be treated like a nuisance for money and get bad food, this is the place for you.

Very clean, friendly staff. The food was more than plentiful and delicious. The service was prompt, and the food arrived hot and quickly. Two large dogs were very welcome.

I was at [name of restaurant] today and had the Sirtaki plate (gyro, suzuki, and souvlaki) with fries and salad, along with a Coke Zero. The portion was huge and really filling. The taste was amazing, everything was fresh and well-seasoned. I was particularly impressed by the extremely fast and friendly service. The place was completely packed, and the food still arrived in no time. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the prices were absolutely fair for the quantity and quality. Mykonos is a MUST when we're in Rinteln, and we always look forward to the delicious meal and the friendly staff. The food is perfect, and the generous portions are always delicious without exception. The gyro is perfectly seasoned, crispy, and still juicy. The fries are also excellent. The salads are also highly recommended. So, once in Mykonos, always in Mykonos.

We've ordered and eaten at Mykonos several times. I really don't want to know what else I ate besides the regular food... Because that's just not acceptable. Beetles in the salad? I must have found about 10 of them after just a quick search. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. You should think twice about eating there.

I'm sorry, but that was the worst pasta I've ever had delivered. We ordered two different pasta dishes, but both seemed to be prepared in the same pot. I can't explain the identical and unappetizing appearance any other way. The dishes had absolutely nothing to do with the photos on the website. Indefinable sauce, oily, dry meat, completely tasteless... What a shame! The mixed salad was okay.

Eating was impossible, chicken steak was very firm and with fat and gristle. The metaxas sauce was sour. 1x and never again.

I have ordered calamari at least eight times over the years. Initially, they came with remoulade, tzatziki, and garlic sauce as described. After the first few times, the garlic sauce was no longer included. For my last three orders, the tzatziki has not been included either. With my last order, I specifically stated that I wanted all three specified sauces, which should really be obvious if they are listed for the dish on the menu. Nevertheless, the garlic sauce was forgotten again. This time, after I had pointed this out, the tzatziki was included, but there was no garlic sauce, even though I had specifically pointed this out. In my opinion, that is not only the height of audacity, but legally fraudulent. If the restaurant does not contact me and refund my money, I will not order from there again. They could simply adapt the menu instead of blatantly cheating their customers by providing false information.

The food is very good, everything else is good, but the drivers are very strange. Driving on the sidewalk to get to the gas station?! Do you have to? You could have waited the two minutes. Or in the parking lot below. What's walking speed?!

We ate at Mykonos today and were so disappointed! We've never experienced such poor quality food and wine. The meat was dry and unseasoned. The fries were soft and not freshly prepared. The coleslaw was also bland, with much too large pieces of cabbage that you had to chop up to eat. It lacked seasoning, too. The so-called feta cheese had no flavor, was dry, and tasted of nothing. The red wine tasted bland, stale, and no longer carbonated. The bottle must have been opened a long time ago. The "Metaxa sauce" tasted like cream and tomato sauce and not at all like Metaxa. After the waiter asked how the food was and we made a negative comment, he asked if we wanted the rest of the food packed. They unfortunately have no idea about customer satisfaction and service! On top of that, as a grown woman, I got my Coke with a children's lollipop in a straw. It was a disgrace to treat an adult like a child. We haven't experienced such a bad restaurant experience in ages, with such high prices and incredibly poor quality! I definitely don't recommend Mykonos! We know some very good food of comparable quality!

Food: One of the three dishes was as ordered. The farmer's salad (I googled the recipe) was missing half of what makes a farmer's salad. It lacked olives, salt, and pepper, and barely any feta cheese, and it wasn't dressed with olive oil either. I wanted my grilled dish, souvlaki, and gyros, topped with Metaxas sauce, but they served both separately and told me I hadn't ordered them that way. Even if the customer isn't necessarily king these days, we shouldn't start arguing about it! Service is better! I can't say anything positive about the Metaxas sauce either. Only the vegetarian dish scored highly. You slowly get the feeling that everything is getting more and more expensive, but the food is getting worse. We were looking forward to a nice evening, but we've never left a restaurant so quickly. For us, that means never again. It was pleasing that after our criticism, we only had to pay half the bill.

Taj, with three orders, the staff seems overwhelmed! One came wrong and one 20 minutes late! A little tip: the service staff should speak German! This is a terrible story. Not again. Fact.

Yesterday, I ordered just a small portion of gyro with onions and saziki, without a drink. The gyro was crispy but dry. The spices were barely noticeable. I doubt the saziki was homemade. It was more run-of-the-mill... and having to pay €15 for it is frankly extortionate. €8.50 would have been fine, but €15? The pizzas are also overpowered by the cheese. The prices are completely exorbitant.

Unfortunately, I had to go to the counter myself to ask for a menu. We were ignored before then. Even after ordering, we were only asked once if everything was okay. The food itself was good and plentiful, but even though we had ordered mayo with the fries, they unfortunately didn't come with it. At least our dog was allowed to come along. Even then, it would have been nice if he had been offered a bowl of water, as is common practice at countless other restaurants. The bottom line is, if we're in the area again, we'd rather find another restaurant.

This is my third time here. I've never been truly impressed. Today I had gyros with Metaxa. The Metaxa sauce was very watery and very thin in flavor. The gyros isn't really gyros, it's just doner meat. That's a shame. They're trying to make you seem Greek with the Greek name, but it's still just a doner kebab shop. The portions were very small, despite ordering large portions. The fries were counted with your fingertips, and at just under €15, they were quite expensive. All in all, it was quite nice, and the staff were really friendly. But the price-performance ratio isn't really good.

It's not a typical Greek restaurant. It's very modern and the seating is comfortable. Service is fast and friendly. A very good and varied selection of dishes. The gyros are good, but not as good as the Greek restaurant next door. But the portions are very generous. You have to have a big appetite. The pizza is also very tasty. Overall, it's worth it. We didn't regret it and would happily go back if we're ever in the area again. Excellent value for money, really good value for what you get. Keep up the good work.

Either we had some really bad luck last week (May 2025) or the team changed. The price/performance ratio was completely out of whack. (Spontaneous restaurant visit) Yesterday (end of June 2025) we ordered delivery with friends. Despite a written online order, 1 of the 7 menu items was delivered incorrectly. Very annoying if you don't like the menu. The Metaxa sauce is now more of a thin soup. At least the last two times. It's really a shame.
