My Restaurant in Mainz

I got the "extra meat" donor sandwich. Two things- the meat was shaved so incredibly thin as to be tasteless (literally) and THERE WAS SO LITTLE MEAT! All lettuce. A huge rip off. And the lentil soup? Watered down and tasteless. I came because the reviews said huge portions and tasty. WRONG. On both counts.

I went there for the first time after it was recommended. I wasn't disappointed. Really delicious and very high quality.

The meat was very dry and hard. Unfortunately, it didn't have a good mouthfeel. It was as hard as if you were chewing on toothpicks in a kebab. I wonder if the vendors would eat it the way you serve it to customers. What a shame.

I actually just wanted to grab a quick bite. A kebab, I thought, nothing special. What I got was a journey. A spiritual journey. I went in hungry and came out a full, better being. This kebab, to be more precise: this veal, was so tender that I briefly thought I should address it formally. I almost wanted to say: Hello, Mr. Veal, may I possibly eat you? The bread? I don't know how they do it, but it was crispier on the outside than my life in my tax return and softer on the inside than my duvet. I took a bite and briefly looked up at the sky. Just like that. The sauce? It wasn't on top, it was inside. In my heart. It embraced me inside. I think I got goosebumps from the taste. The vegetables were fresh, crisp, and had more character than some people I knew. The whole kebab was a masterpiece. I wasn't just full afterward. I was fulfilled. Spiritually. Emotionally. Maybe even a little bit in love. Thanks to this store. You've improved my life.

I ordered Iskander, it was great, a lot of butter gave it a fantastic taste, the meat was ok, although it's not the best meat I've ever eaten, but it was quite ok, the fries were very good, my husband had the doner and he also praised it, the food is fresh, a nice garden outside

Even after 15 minutes of waiting we were not served. Guests who came after us were served directly by the waitress. No go

Apparently the best Döner ever said by my friends who love it and repeat it twice. It is a pity they didn't have gluten free options and couldn't ensure the meat was free of gluten

I regularly eat in more upscale restaurants, but I've never had such quality Turkish food as here! Every component of the dishes is completely thought out and the best you can get, it couldn't be better. I regularly drive 30km for this restaurant.

Yeah, it was ok The falafel dürüm with cheese was quite dry, so hardly any sauce and very little cheese. We also waited forever until our food came. Easy 20 mins. It was May 1st but boy tell me it took longer and there wasn't that much going on. The people inside talked so loudly and confusedly that you almost couldn't understand yourself.

Ordered a kebab with extra meat for €9 and the result was a very normal kebab and it wasn't even anything special. I wasn't even asked what I wanted in it...

We went to Mainz for a short vacation and were looking for a Turkish restaurant. We discovered My Restaurant near the city center. We previously looked at the reviews, which were very positive. What can I say? The reviews are right. I ordered a chicken pan with rice and my companion ordered a kebab plate. Both were very, very tasty. The kebab meat is super seasoned, mega. The service was very nice and quick. Everything was fine. I can only recommend My Restaurant to everyone. Thanks to the entire My team.

Order placed via liferando. Waiting time over two hours. The food can be said to be good except that it was cold... I called twice what about my food! The second time I wanted to cancel but I heard only insults! The delivery guy explained that the police stopped him because his car was not working! I do not recommend!

ATTENTION: I got a kebab plate delivered here two days ago and it gave me severe food poisoning! The worst pain of my life including extreme diarrhea and vomiting was the result! The health department is already involved!

I ate there for the first time today and definitely not the last time. Very attentive and friendly staff. We were served by Ismail. We had Beyti. The side salad and the meat were really nicely prepared and it tasted so great. The salad was nicely seasoned with vinegar and oil and the meat was grilled to perfection. And at the end there was a sensational tea. I'm looking forward to the next visit. Keep it up 😉
