Super dear owner & delicious vegetarian Dürüm with mega crunchy, delicious red cabbage😊

This is the best kebab in Mainz. The taste is great and the bread is always generously filled. The meat is deliciously seasoned and the salad and vegetables are always fresh and crunchy. The lady behind the counter is always extremely friendly and asks if the kebab is okay before she packs it up. Small extras such as a little more sauce are a given here. The chavs from next door can pack in the Aspendos, they are greedy and charge extra for everything. Apart from the fact that it doesn't taste good there anyway.

Despite the high volume, preparation is very quick and without loss of quality. Clear recommendation.

It looks inconspicuous, but it's really the most outstanding kebab I've eaten in a long time. Super tasty meat, fully stuffed, good kebab bread, not too much sauce. Really a clear recommendation if you want to eat Mainz kebab.

The meat tasted very good, there was also a lot of meat in general in the kebab, the quality also seemed okay. Bread was average. Otherwise the vegetables were pretty fresh, although not at kebab level. The sauce was also average. In my opinion, the price of €6 is outstanding for the kebab given the amount of meat and the portion size, I don't think you can get more anywhere these days. Overall, the best kebab in Mainz so far. Incredibly nice employee.

Konya ist in der Mainzer Neustadt der beste Dönerladen. Die unfassbar freundliche Besitzerin macht immer ein gutes und extrem reichhaltiges Essen. Die Portionsgrößen sind überdurchschnittlich groß immer frisch. Zusätzlich gibt es im Laden noch einige Supermarktartikel.

The falafel sandwich and the falafel Durüm are really good. Great crunchy falafel served with enough sauce so that it's not too dry, also red cabbage in the salad. I especially like the combination of the yoghurt and cocktail sauce in the meals, that rounds it up pretty well. Also 5,50€ for either of them is more than fair.

Für den Preis war der Döner aufjeden fall üppig belegt, also über die Menge kann man sich definitiv nich beschweren Allerdings war das Fleisch furztrocken und hat nach nichts geschmeckt, trotz saucen und viel salat hat es einfach nicht gepasst man hat keine schärfe bzw würze aus den saucen herausschmecken können was mein Kollege und ich sehr schade fanden, außerdem war das Brot zu weich wir hatten das gefühl das ist schon ein paar tage alt.. wir konnten trotz großem kohldampf nicht den kompletten Döner essen und sind sehr unbefriedigend/enttäuscht gewesen

Lots of fresh food items are kept outside for a reasonable price and inside there's a large olive bar with also selections of soft cheeses. Also inside are spices and other food staples. Cash only!

Der Döner entsprach leider nicht meinem Geschmack. Zu viel Fleisch, zu wenig Salat/Gemüse. Die Soßen waren gut, das Fladenbrot dürfte krosser sein. Insgesamt lag er schwer im Magen.

Am Döner wird nicht gesparrt und der Preis nicht erhöht, das der dann auch noch gut schmeckt ist echt klasse. Ich empfehle darum zu bitten Peperoni auf den Döner zu tun und sich mal im Laden hinten umzuschauen.
