For all kebab lovers, the brother didn't put any sauce in the bread. But only on top at the end. Because of the dry meat without sauce it was dry like a church mouse.

I love this kebab shop on Chlodwigplatz! The food is always great, especially the Adana Kebab – simply a dream. Super tasty and always my first choice. The service is really great, the people are super nice and always attentive. I can only recommend it if you are in the area and want to enjoy really good authentic kebab!

With the new employees and the new owner they are rude even though I have been there every day for three years. There are two guys who have been working there for a long time. They've been polite for a long time, they're still polite, but unfortunately the new employees and the new owner are so rude I wouldn't spend my money here.

I wanted to give the shop a chance today and ordered a kebab sandwich there for €7. The bread is run of the mill industrial goods and the quality of the meat was not very high. The cocktail sauce wasn't tasty either and the bit of loveless salad couldn't save it either. All in all, you could eat the kebab, but in the future I will go to one of the numerous other stalls in the area, where the quality of the bread and meat is much better.

It's the best place in Cologne when it comes to taste and service... I've tried many doner restaurants, no one has the friendliness of this place, I definitely recommend it 🙌

I recently went to this restaurant and I have to say it was a fantastic experience! The food was incredibly delicious – freshly prepared and perfectly seasoned. But what really made this visit special was the exceptional service from waiter Ali. He was attentive, friendly and made sure we didn't lack for anything. You rarely see such commitment and customer focus. This place is definitely worth more than a visit! 5 Stars!

This review has been edited because Google does not allow us to mention the words that were thrown around our guests that evening. It's a shame that we are so denounced in this country and have to censor our true experience. We were in this shop on the night of Sunday to Monday because we wanted to eat something on the way to the hotel after the CSD and the celebrations. We ordered 2 kebabs and a fries with mayonnaise. After ordering, we sat at a table outside and waited. We know it from other kebab shops that when it comes to preparing it, people ask what should be put on the kebab, but here it seems that the employee decides himself and brings a kebab that has been put together without any warning to the table. Since I can't tolerate tomatoes, I complained about this and told the waitress why he didn't ask. He then became very angry and cheeky. Apparently felt his honor was violated. The answer was that I should have said what I wanted from the start. According to him, a guest is not a king here. Things now became very uncomfortable on his part and he verbally attacked me as a paying guest. Then a friend of his intervened and reacted very viciously to us. In order to mediate and because we were now scared, I said everything was fine, I would take out all the tomatoes and it was fine, but the very aggressive friend apparently didn't want to hear that and started screaming at us to get away with you. I then tried to touch him on the shoulder to tell him to calm down, but before I knew it, I was pushed away from my chair and threatened to hit him if I didn't leave. I twisted my foot and lost my shoe . My partner, who hasn't said anything so far because he always holds back when it comes to things like that, just said it's good now, otherwise we'll call the police, then he was also attacked and pushed out of his chair, so that he injured himself and the Sunglasses broken. He was also insulted using expressions that are not allowed to be mentioned here. I then asked for our money back, which I then received without the tip paid. I had to get this later. Police were notified and called in. Of course, while waiting, the person he knew left the restaurant very quickly. Instead of answering for his actions, he cowardly retreated! Apparently the waiter didn't know the people, of course. When we arrived they were sitting comfortably at the table enjoying tea and smoking tobacco. I will never enter this store again. Hope for the justice of our legal system. Something like that doesn't work!

Selam my dear friends, I went with 3 friends who were all very hungry.. ordered a kebab plate 3 times.. the meat was cold and didn't work at all!! The fries and bread were cold too!! That's not possible... there was vomit, feces and blood in the toilet. Never again!!

Unfortunately, the kebab bag is not convincing in terms of taste. The spicy sauce tastes like sambal olek, the rest of the kebab is unfortunately quite weak. Bread was slightly soggy, meat had a relatively neutral taste and was very fatty. The staff at the counter were rather unfriendly and quite demotivated… For 4.5€ the kebab was quite cheap, but I can only recommend you to add an extra euro and go to one of the dozens of other kebab shops nearby, they are simply worlds better. The longer waiting time when queuing is worth it. It will be my last visit to My Antep Mangal…

I had dinner here late in the evening two days ago and I'm still lying in bed with a stomach bug. I'm also very sure that it must be the kebab. Personally, I wouldn't want to eat here anymore.

A drawback in various branches is that some only speak broken German Freshly made bread itself is great and tastes good. Meat is a little too cold, only luke warm enough. Salad and no extra charge for a bit of sheep's cheese but very expensive for €8.90 in my opinion In terms of taste, all in all a good 3+

Great Köft, fresh on the grill Great for after work or just because. Price performance fits 2 Mezzo Mix 1 Ayran a large basket of bread with dips and a good portion of köfte salad rice with kebab meat for 20€, there's nothing to say.

The Hänschen skewer döröm was super tasty

One of the best restaurants in Cologne. The meat melts in your mouth. Very upscale service. You will be treated like a king here. Iskender can be seen in the photo. I recommend it, the current price is 14 euros.

Me and my partner where stuck in an apartment with no kitchen, which means we had to eat out for Christmas. As we were walking in the city we saw this restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly, the food was excellent and we will definitely visit it again. If you visit it you should order one of the lamb dishes.

Erster und letzter Besuch Am gestrigen Sonntag wollten meine Kollegin und ich eine Kleinigkeit am Chlidwigplatz essen. Bestellt haben wir eine kleine Pommes und einer Hähnchendönerteller. Der Service war super klasse. Kurz nach der Bestellung kam ein Korb mit frischen Fladenbrot. Knapp 10 Minuten später kam dann unser Essen. Während die Pommes meiner Kollegin frisch frittiert und auch meine heiß waren, kam die Ernüchterung. Mein Fleisch war gerade lauwarm. Schlimmer aber noch war, dass das Fleisch komplett fettig und nur halb durch war. Dies ist schon eine Kunst bei Hähnchenfleisch. Auf die Frage des Service ob es geschmeckt hat, habe ich ehrlich geantwortet. Er nahm dies auch so an, bestätigte sogar, dass dies leider aktuell so sei. Er bot uns hierauf einen Tee zur Entschädigung an, den aber auch jeder so bekommen würde. 16 Euro waren für diese Erfahrung fällig. Obwohl Kartenzahlung angeboten wird, nimmt das Gerät nicht die neuen Visa/Giro Karten Kombinationen, da es zu alt ist.

Essen ist sehr gut für die sehr niedrigen Preise. Aber leider werden die Leute nicht auf 2 G kontrolliert, die sich setzen und vor Ort verzehren! Die Mitarbeiter ignorieren einfach die Vorschriften, unglaublich! Und die Maskenpflicht wird auch nicht kontrolliert, es wird nichts unternommen, wenn die Kunden aufstehen und nicht die Masken anziehen wie es Vorschrift ist!

Heute einen Döner geholt, es war viel Fleisch drin, aber das Fleisch ear trocken als ob es gestern gebraten wurde. Keine Chance dass ich es aufessen, obwohl ich betrunken war!!!

Auch spät am Abend noch leckeres und frisch zubereitetes Essen mit sehr freundlichem Service und netter Atmosphäre

I've read the comments about Mr. Şaban and I can say it's true. He's very kind and providing great service, chance to chat with him was awesome. For food, I tried meatballs and lamb wrap, both was beyond my expectations, can't say anything negative about the food. Have a lot options. Only bad thing about the place is you have to pay with cash, no credit cards, so beware of that. I visited the place twice after midnight, so my comments doesn't cover daytime service.

Vorab: die Mitarbeiter sind großartig und die Sauberkeit ist gut. Daher 2 Sterne. Alles andere ist leider mies. War nun 3 Mal dort und habe diverse Dinge gegessen, wobei sich ein Problem immer wieder zeigt: die Fleischqualität ist geschmacklos, fettig und mutet sehr billig an. Die Saucen, insbesondere die Scharfe, scheinen billige Großmarktware zu sein und alles was im Hause gemacht wird scheint nahezu ohne Gewürze zusammengerührt. Mein İskender wurde den Ansprüchen guter türkischer Küche aus meiner Sicht nicht gerecht. Es tut mir in der Seele weh, dass diese Bude den dort vorher sitzenden Nimet Grill ersetzt hat. Leider muss ich das Restaurant von meiner Liste streichen. Schade! EDIT: Musste mein ursprünglich drastischeres Review editieren, da es wohl von "jemandem" geflagt wurde. Fairer Hinweis: War seit dem Review nicht mehr dort. Vielleicht hat es sich seitdem geändert.

Der schlechteste Döner meines Lebens

Nicht mehr, was es mal war. Neuer Inhaber / neues Team? Überfordert, mehrfach Bestellung vergessen, falsch abgerechnet, Fritten laff, wirft in die Fritteuse zu den fast fertigen Fritten neue gefrorene Fritten nach. Das gibts woanders besser.

Shalom, ich esse hier jetzt schon seit geraumer Zeit und muss sagen, dieses Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis findet man bei meinem Italiener, Griechen oder Spanier. Hier bekommt man ordentlich Fleisch auf die Teller serviert und der Preis ist wirklich angemessen und optimal kalkuliert. Man geht satt hier raus, beim Italiener haben wir zu 4 als Familie knapp 90€ bezahlt und sind nicht satt geworden. Bitte macht weiter so und behaltet die Preise, wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben dort lecker gegessen.. Sehr nettes Personal und man bekommt immer Tee kostenlos angeboten. Über eine Treppe kann man auch in der oberen Etage essen. Kommen gerne wieder.

Zunächst waren wir etwas verwirrt, dass der Laden einen verblüffend ähnlichen Namen hatte, wie eine bekannte Dönerkette. Dies war natürlich irreführend, allerdings haben wir dies erst nach dem Bestellen bemerkt, sehr unglücklich. Naja. Wir haben bemerkt, dass es nun zu spät war einen Rückzieher zu machen und haben unseren Fehler eingestanden und den Döner anschließend verzehrt. Im großen Ganzen kann man sagen, dass der Döner sehr Standard war und man könnte ihn gar als langweilig bezeichnen. Natürlich waren wir schon im Voraus etwas enttäuscht, da wir den falschen Laden betreten haben, aber leider hat uns dieser Döner dann auch nicht aus den Socken gehauen. In Zukunft werde ich die Brille aufsetzen und wir haben aus unseren Fehlern gelernt. Naja müsst ihr wissen. Die Salatmayonnaise war baba. Ps.: Kartenzahlung nicht möglich. Schade halt.
