Ein schönes Ausflugsziel. Gute Lage. Flammkuchen und Pizza waren ok. Preise erschwinglich. Service hinter der Theke (Selbstbedienung) kurz angebunden - wenig kundenorientiert, nahezu unfreundlich. Schade eigentlich.

Ich mag das, am Sonntag gemütlich in den Clara-Zetkin-Park spazieren und im Pavillon einen leckeren Cappuccino trinken. Das sind tolle Sonntage.

Der Musikpavillon im Clara-Zetkin-Park ist für mich ein magischer Ort – charmant, nostalgisch und voller Leben. Umgeben von alten Bäumen und gepflegten Wegen wirkt er wie eine kleine Bühne mitten im Grünen. Besonders liebe ich die Live-Musik an Sonntagen, die regelmäßig zahlreiche Besucher anziehen. Ganz ohne Eintritt kann man hier unter freiem Himmel verschiedenste Musikrichtungen erleben – von klassisch bis modern. Der Pavillon erinnert daran, wie leicht Kultur zugänglich sein kann – ohne Schwelle, einfach mitten im Park.

Tolles Ambiente .Entspannter Aufenthalt bei angenehmer Musik im Grünen, schneller Service, wunderbare Kuchen und Eisbecher .lm Sommer einfach unschlagbar. Von Jahr zu Jahr erweitert sich der Bereich mit neuen Ideen.

Es war schön dort und es schattig.

War von dem Preis Leistungs Verhältnis positiv überrascht. Wer da nicht satt wird, immer wieder gerne, wenn ich in den Park komme

Angenehme Atmosphäre, leckerer Flammkuchen, im Frühsaommwr Erdbeerbowle (Hmmmmmm), manchmal angenehme Jazz-Live-Musik. Ein schöner Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Nette Location, Essen hatten wir nicht, da beim WGT sehr voll war

Der Musikpavillon war immer eine gute Adresse zum Wochenende für Frühstück und Kaffee am Nachmittag mit musikalischer Umrahmung. Leider hat die Qualität etwas nachgelassen, dass Team wirkt überfordert. Auch das Ambiente hat nachgelassen, da die Glaswände im vorderen Bereich weggenommen wurden.

Trotz Selbstbedienung freundliches Personal und guts Essen. Am Wochnende Big Band oder Salsa Live Musik. Sehr schöner Biergarten im Park.

Schlechtes Essen. Ich komme nicht mehr zurück.

War lange nicht dort. Lange Geschichte. Aber heute war ein sehr toller Besuch obwohl wegen Vatertag sehr voll ging alles sehr zügig. Das Personal sehr nett flott und gut organisiert. Essen mit Piepser selbst geholt, freundlich übergeben, Sonderwunsch beachtet 💪. Besteck, Gläser Zucker Milch usw an einer schönen SB Theke(siehe Foto) und Plätze von Bierzeltgarnitur bis Korbsessel überdacht und sauberer warmer Holzboden frei wählbar. Kurz und gut: tolles Erlebnis, Preise noch dazu erschwinglich, danke Fam. Wiedemann und Team ✌️

Neue Bewertung 10.05.2026 Preis und Leistung sind absolut in Ordnung – zumindest im Bereich der Selbstbedienung. Es gibt eine bunte Auswahl an Pizza, Pasta, Pommes, Schnitzel sowie weiter Gerichte. Süßspeisen kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich nur gelegentlich zur Mittagszeit dort war. Der Service war mehr gestresst und nicht wirklich sehr freund. Man konnt stark merken das sie möglichst schnell den nächsten abkassieren wollten. Da bereits während der Rückgeld übergab der nächste Gast aufgefordert wurde seine Bestellung abzugeben. Die Qualität der Speisen ist insgesamt sehr durchwachsen: Einmal waren die Pommes nicht knusprig, und mindestens zweimal war die Currywurstsoße nicht richtig warm. Das Schnitzel wurde frisch zubereitet, war jedoch zu dick, nicht richtig plattiert und geschmacklich eher neutral – dafür immerhin frisch gebraten. Die Pizza wird von einem Freund sehr gelobt, und sie sah auch wirklich gut aus. Positiv ist außerdem die freie Platzwahl rund um den Musikpavillon, inklusive ruhigeren Ecken. Auch wenn das Essen nicht immer vollständig überzeugt, ist es dennoch eine gute Alternative für einen kleinen Snack im Park. Trotz der Kritikpunkte würde ich jederzeit wieder vorbeischauen – am Ende überzeugt das Preis‑Leistungs‑Verhältnis. Tomatensauce, Mayo und Senf ist frei nehmbar ohne zusätzlichen Kosten. Bestellt wurden: – Schnitzel/Pommes – Currywurst/Pommes – Großer Kaffee – Apfelschorle 27,20€ Wenn euch die Bewertung gefällt freu ich mich über einen 👍🏻 Alte Bewertung 6 Jahre alt Ambiente ist sehr gut und schön, relativ locker und ganz ungezwungen. Aber dafür ist der Service eine Katastrophe, es ist ein Selbstbedienungslokal mit einzelnen Ständen wie Eisstand Bratwurststand, Kaffee und und Kuchenstand oder ein Crêpestand. Leider sind die Preise sehr hoch gewesen dafür das es Selbstbedienung mit langen Wartezeiten waren. Positiv war jedoch das die Tische schnell wieder vom leeren Geschirr befreit wurden.

Das Essen war lecker, frisch und schnell zubereitet. Die Preise sind fair. Der Park drumherum ist sehr schön und lädt zum entspannen ein.

Der wunderbarste Ort zum Entspannen

Schöne Lage, großer Freisitz, mitten im Grünen/ im Clara- Zetkin- Park. Selbstbedienung, schnelle und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Preise etwas höher.

Wir haben gerade 2 Burger gegessen. Sehr lieblos. Ohne Tomate, ohne auch nur ein grünes Blatt. Schade. Es war der letzte Burger hier.

Ich bin noch ziemlich neu in Leipzig und war an diesem Karfreitag zum ersten Mal hier. Die Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich zu tun hatte, waren herzlich und freundlich. Der Apfelkuchen war sehr lecker. Sehr zu empfehlen zu relaxxen im Clara Zetkin Park

Das ist Essen ist lecker aber die Wartezeit ist leider sehr lange. Ich habe eine Currywurst mit Pommes bestellt und habe eine 1h gewartet. Für die Currywurst habe ich 8€ gezahlt .

Eine Stunde auf Pommes warten und der Laden ist komplett überfordert

Das war ein Satz mit x. Wir wollten am Sonntag eine Pizza essen. War ja groß genug beworben. Nach einer viertel Stunde anstellen, bekamen wir von einem eher unfreundlich wirkenden Mann hinter dem Tresen die Auskunft: "Pizza gibt's heute nicht". Den 2. Stern gibt's in Memoriam, weil es dort "früher" wirklich nettes und engagiertes Personal gab.

Oft mit lokaler Live Musik, überall kann man etwas zu naschen kaufen, Crepes, Bratwurst, Eis, Getränke

The ice cream tastes great, the service at the ice cream stand is very friendly, and there's good musical entertainment on Sunday.

We found it quite pleasant there, but the tables should be wiped more thoroughly and more often by the "busier."

Beer to go, no receipt, but in the bathroom, they yell at you for not having a receipt... Toilet paper is on the floor. And 5 euros for a bottle of beer, great...

The food has the quality of a construction workers' canteen. The sour cream on the baked potato seemed "old" and questionable, and the salad that came with it didn't deserve that description. The staff seem rushed and irritated (presumably, their jobs are really bad, too). I'll only drink Bionade there in the future, at least then you know what you're getting for your money.

We left after seeing the prices... yes, everything has gotten more expensive, everything has to be paid for, etc., but you can also overdo it. A salad for €13, a sandwich for €13, or a schnitzel for €28 isn't necessary for a beer garden. Where will this lead?

In the pavilion, you sit happily, but something is missing – where is the Gose? No tap, no stream, no fresh water, only bottles standing still in the barrel. It's still there, but not as it once was, chilled, tapped, directly united with summer air and joie de vivre – now all we have left is the frustration of the bottle.

Lousy service and a cake that was completely dry. Absolutely unacceptable.

Beerhouse atmosphere with self-service. A relaxed chat with friends is great! A good selection of food and drinks, but could be better signage. Cleanliness could be improved.

The bandstand in Clara Zetkin Park is a magical place for me – charming, nostalgic, and full of life. Surrounded by mature trees and well-kept paths, it feels like a small stage in the middle of nature. I especially love the live music on Sundays, which regularly attracts large crowds. There's no admission charge, and you can experience a wide variety of music styles here in the open air – from classical to contemporary. The pavilion is a reminder of how accessible culture can be – without a threshold, simply in the middle of the park.

Update July 2025: Saw it in passing: The ice cream sundae now costs €10.20!! The strawberries and whipped cream probably have to be imported from Ukraine, which is a laborious process. Higher pay for employees is fine; today's €7.50 would be OK. But increasing the price of the sundae by 36% is outrageous – especially for a self-service restaurant. I don't recommend this sundae! €7.50 for a pointlessly full cup (it makes you sick). 40% of it is whipped cream. If you ask for fewer scoops of ice cream in the cup for a child, you still have to pay €7.50 because there are no children's portions. This all makes no sense and was disappointing. Strawberries don't come from Ukraine and grow even in times of COVID-19, so what justifies the high price...? It would have been better to have one less scoop in the cup, 20% less whipped cream, but for €6.50, and a children's cup for €5.50, then it would have been 5 stars. As we were leaving, we were even reminded by an employee (who was actually just standing there watching) that we had to clear the table ourselves... So even that doesn't justify the high price. For us, it was clear: no thanks, we won't be back.

Unfortunately, the quality of the ham pizza I ordered has declined significantly compared to previous years. It's basically just dough with tomato sauce and cheese. There's only a tiny amount of ham. Disappointing.

I was here on a Wednesday; the tables were dirty, even though the restaurant was three-quarters empty, so there would have been enough capacity to clean up the ketchup and crumbs left by previous customers. I found the price of Aperol too high, but the tarte flambée is highly recommended. The man at the cash register also needs some practice. I don't want to know how long the line is on weekends.

There's always something going on here. The food is delicious, whether it's a quick snack or a full meal. And if you just want to have a drink and people-watch, you'll also find something to enjoy!

We've noticed several times this season how ridiculously small the ice cream scoops have become – and again today. Just before ordering, we decided to get ice cream at the glasshouse 80 meters away – it was a perfect decision, and we'll always do that in the future!

Unfortunately, the "Band Pavilion" doesn't live up to its name. A regular complained about the noise level at a weekly salsa party, resulting in the event being canceled (for the time being). Instead of offering potentially 30 to 40 paying visitors an event that would enhance the venue's reputation, they are bowing to the opinion of a single, bitter regular. I find this incomprehensible not only from a human perspective, but also from a business perspective. I would have expected more backbone from the "Music Pavilion"; I've always enjoyed going there. I'll consider doing this in the future.

Unfortunately, the portions of fries, for example, have become much smaller, but the price has of course remained the same.

Self-service, but perfectly fine. Good ice cream selection. I'd be happy to go again.

You're basically sitting in the city and yet in the countryside. Very good cuisine, pizza is worth mentioning, and freshly tapped beer. Clean and tidy. Wonderful!

Our order was completely forgotten, we waited half an hour and didn't receive a partial refund.

I went here for ice cream yesterday. The server, who seemed unfriendly from the start and had no smile on his face, tried to get even more money out of me by accusing me of giving him less money, even though he had accepted it and put it in the cash register. As he left, he told me to "go away." This isn't the first time the ice cream server has tried to give me less change, for example, or something similar. This is to earn extra tips. A terrible place. NEVER AGAIN!

We went there today for coffee, milk, cake, etc. There were four of us. The whole place has the charm of a rest stop, the staff are unfriendly, everything has to be done quickly, it's a self-service concept, the chocolate cake for 4.00 for a dry and small slice, the Rababar cake was terrible, the coffee was okay, everything else was bad, with a total turnover of about 40 euros, I was charged another euro for peeing. Today, June 9th, out of necessity, I had two small soft ice creams. 8.00, sorry, that's a rip-off.

We went on a weekday for lunch. The food was made promptly and the buzzer let us know to collect it. Lots of tables and beware of the over confident birds looking for food. A lovely setting in the park.

We often go to cafés on the weekend. In this restaurant we ordered a latte, a cappuccino and 2 pieces of cake. Unfortunately the coffee is not very tasty. Apparently there is no portafilter machine. Regarding the cake, I have to say that I have never had a less tasty one. Apparently it had been thawing for days.

Very nicely located in Clara Park and easy to reach from many streets (parking lots). Beer garden ambience at its best! The food is freshly prepared and extremely tasty; I have never eaten tarte flambée better than here. If you like it relaxed and rustic, you will feel good and the strawberry punch tastes good too.

The bandstand itself is quite beautiful. The gastronomy, the ambience... Well 🤷🏼‍♀️ The pavilion is embedded in a wonderful park. You can also eat delicious ice cream there. I think the ball deserves €2.00. What I don't think is right is that the person working there that day raised or lowered the prices for the ball at will. Sometimes two balls cost €4, sometimes €4.50. 🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

Relaxed atmosphere on a Sunday.

I don't think there's anything to complain about. The food didn't take long. You get a beep when the food is ready. Can you pick it up, price performance fits. Of course not everything is homemade and fresh but it should be. You wouldn't expect it, but the food is delicious. I was satisfied. And extra water bowls are provided for dogs. The staff is very friendly 😊

I like being here. Unfortunately the prices have risen beyond my comfort level. €5.80 for the beer and €8.50 for the Aperol. It's a shame, because the visits will be significantly fewer. Nice beer garden that, in my opinion, is well managed so that even when it's busy, tables that become available are cleared quickly so that you can almost always find a seat. Cozy beer garden 👍 I like this: The music pavilion in the beer garden of Clara Zetkin Park offers a very pleasant atmosphere. It's a nice place to sit outside on warm days and enjoy nature. The selection of drinks and snacks is good, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The live music in particular creates a pleasant atmosphere and makes your stay even more pleasant. 🤔 This could be improved: The seating could be a bit more comfortable as the benches and chairs can become a bit uncomfortable for long periods of time. This could perhaps be helped with a few pillows or cushions. 📌 Conclusion: Overall, a nice place for a relaxing afternoon in the beer garden. The music pavilion is definitely recommended for a relaxing break.

Übel. Keinerlei warmes Essen zum Sonntagnachmittag, keine heiße Schokolade oder anderes Kakaogetränk. Und zur Krönung wurde uns preiswerteres Kellerbier als Urkrostitzer herkauft...

Food: I think the food is ok. Oh, but not anymore. I think the prices are too high, unfortunately this is the case with almost all catering establishments, which is why I generally avoid catering establishments. Ambience: practically simple. Not exactly comfortable. But you prefer to sit outside in the patio/beer garden anyway. Location: this gets 5 stars. The location in the middle of the city park makes it special. On nice days the music pavilion is well attended. I think it's good that the company exists, but unfortunately I can no longer visit it because of the prices.

I order a kartoffel with advocado and it was not good, at least for the money spent. It doesn't taste fresh and it's something that you buy in a Supermarket and prepare it yourself. Don't recomend.
