The breakfast buffet on Saturday is absolutely amazing, a huge selection of dishes, free juices, from savory to sweet there is something for everyone, super diligent service, warm and friendly. We will come back.

Yes, we can recommend it, but be careful when ordering whether it's brunch or breakfast. Unfortunately we were disappointed on May 1st. According to the internet, there is always a holiday brunch on public holidays, which was not the case for May 1st, as we only found out on site. That really dampened the mood. At the latest when ordering, we should have been informed that the holiday regulations for May 1st do not apply, for whatever reason.

Worthwhile destination. Very good food. Outdoor terrace available. Quiet location in the middle of the park. Also suitable for celebrations.

I can even highly recommend the glass house in Clarapark. We were there late on a Thursday afternoon, it had been raining all day and we found a warm, romantic spot by the high window. The marzipan cappuccino was incredibly tasty and the apple strudel was quickly eaten. I would love to come back as a couple at any time 🤗 It wasn't noisy, the company was very pleasant and the chairs were comfortable.

Easter holiday brunch in beautiful spring - Clara Park is an absolute highlight! For the price, an absolute top selection of warm and cold dishes, as well as a lunch buffet included....fresh bread....for children, a fun, colorful variety of pancakes, muesli, donuts,...fried sausages...whatever a child's heart desires. The service is very, very friendly and helpful, and special requests are met here. Any time. For me the best location for a really nice brunch in Leipzig

This restaurant suits Leipzig. In the green and far away from the noise and hustle and bustle. We were invited to a family celebration. The management responded to all special requests, the staff was very attentive and friendly. The buffet was very good rich with many little surprises. On this basis you can celebrate really well!

We celebrated our wedding at the weekend with a small family group in the Glashaus and were completely satisfied! The organization in advance was great, the service on site was very friendly and accommodating and the food was excellent. All guests were enthusiastic and completely satisfied. Thank you for that! I've been here quite often (at least 20 times in the last year), it's a lovely place to sit outside in the warmer seasons. The fact that prices have risen significantly in recent years: OK, that's the case everywhere and understandable. But if you, as a guest, ask for a sip of tap water with your small cappuccino for 5 euros (1 euro extra because it's caffeine-free, elsewhere it's also possible at no extra charge, but so be it) and that seems to be completely impossible, then I find that inhospitable and disappointing. But what really annoyed me was the waitress's urgent need to be right in this matter. Guys, it's not about right or wrong - just acknowledge that this disappointed me, but leave aside silly arguments like "we have to pay for all the water" (note: price approx. €5 per 1000 liters), "if everyone did that, everyone would only drink tap water" (this isn't about quenching your thirst, but about a glass of schnapps) or "water with coffee is only available in Germany anyway, otherwise nowhere" (mhm). Well, then I'll go here less often. Too bad!

Nice place in the middle of Clarapark. There are some food and cakes to choose from as well as shady and sunny places outside as well as enough to sit inside. The service was neutral and the hot chocolate, for €5.10, was only made with water, which I found quite disappointing. The amount was good, but instant cocoa with water is disgusting. Especially not for this price. The toilets were clean, but the water for washing hands is ice cold. All in all, I would look for another café next time. Ps: And typos on the map....

There was a large selection of delicious and fresh food, the staff was very friendly, but the items were not directly labeled, there was just a list next to them. I knew e.g. For example, I don't even know that the little pancakes were pancakes and not quark balls. Please fix. But it was nicer inside than outside, and luckily we were inside. But the location in the park is beautiful, after a 7-course meal you can take a nice digestive walk to the island pond and the weir, which are practically right next to it.

Unfortunately the food was only warmed up and wasn't enjoyable. Stuffed peppers. The restaurant is worth a visit but the food is thumbs down.

Beautiful place to sit outside when the weather is nice. The food was very tasty, the portion size was definitely very large so you can save yourself the starter 😅. One point deducted because the tarte flambée was left open for too short a time, a few minutes longer then it becomes very crispy, we didn't have to wait long for our food. And we all enjoyed it. Over all, the price was right. It's not the cheapest, but you get something for your money. My asparagus was al dente and my schnitzel wasn't too thin or too dry. Requests were met and the staff is also very fond of animals. We were there with the dog. The menu selection is large and, depending on the season, there is a menu with seasonal dishes at the front. There is also homemade lemonade which is highly recommended. There is also a separate ice cream menu.

The ambience is really nice and the service was nice but unfortunately the food was absolutely subpar. The food was on the table in less than 5 minutes, which is never a good sign. I had tagliatelle with green pesto and my partner had the rosemary potatoes. Both were pretty tasteless and unsalted but above all completely overcooked. The pasta fell apart on my fork and not even the pine nuts could add any flavor to the dish. Why you don't roast pine nuts beforehand and simply throw them carelessly into a bland-tasting meal is beyond my knowledge. Both dishes tasted as if they had been reheated in the microwave for the umpteenth time. For us it was the first and last time in the restaurant. But it's still worth enjoying a cold drink and some fries outside in summer.

One of the most beautiful restaurants in Leipzig. The food is fantastic, the staff very friendly. The ambience is just awesome. Both inside and in the very nicely designed outdoor area you can eat and drink very well in smaller or larger groups. And the location in the middle of Clara Zetkin Park, one of Leipzig's green lungs, means you have wonderful peace and fresh air. After eating, the surrounding area invites you to take a leisurely walk with your dog, child, family and friends. The Glass House is always recommended, especially for visitors to Leipzig.

We had a lovely day in Leipzig and a wonderful visit to the Glass House. The service was quick and friendly, the food and the subsequent chocolate cake with ice cream and berries were very tasty. We really felt comfortable. It's a beautiful location.

The glass house in Clara Park is really highly recommended. After a wonderful walk you can stop there in peace and quiet and have a little something to eat and drink. The service is very accommodating and also super nice. We sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful view of the park. The Clarapark is also beautiful and it's always a liberating feeling to go for a walk there and relax.

The place and the food are nice, however the restaurant is clearly understaffed. I would recommend it for a small break, but then it has to be with plenty of time to spare. The cakes are good.

A really fantastic breakfast buffet on a Saturday morning that left nothing to be desired. Large selection of vegetarian dishes, homemade spreads and jams, fresh fruit, delicious desserts and it was always refilled until shortly before the end. Plus a friendly waiter and great ambience. I'll definitely come back.

It's a shame that if you only want to eat half a roll/jam, you would like to drink 1 cup of coffee (per person, there were 2 of us). We were forced to choose the "breakfast buffet". Conclusion: over 40,--€ for 2x small hunger! Every user should think about it themselves. My personal resume: That's what I call "getting rich with all your might"! Luckily, there are hundreds of great cafes in Leipzig. I will use these in the future!

Today, March 1, 25, what was offered was not a revelation. The food selection was no surprise as the menu was the same as Nov. 24. The dishes were lightly seasoned. The pepper filling was quite a lump that was hard to share. An inconspicuous sauce was offered for the linguini with veal bolognese. In addition, the parmesan was pretty absent. At least all the dishes were hot. The service was normal, except that it didn't fit you and you in any way the salutation. In terms of price, the prices are too high, especially when it comes to drinks. For example, €7.70 for 0.75 liters of mineral water is already steep for a place like this. Overall, there is little desire for a repeat visit.

I like the glass house: it's in a good location and it's just beautiful outside in the summer. The food is solid and the service is generally attentive. So I had breakfast here today with my two sons. It was super nice. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The offer was also very appealing. The service staff was also very friendly. Only one thing was incomprehensible to me. When I looked at my bill at home (I know you should do that right away, but I wouldn't have changed anything) I was almost shocked. We had a 0.4 l orange juice that cost a whole €10.00. Well, I have a lot for a lot of things Understanding, but that's beyond "GOOD" and "BAD". Even if it was delicious and super fresh, that's not acceptable.

I particularly liked the delicious rolls and the various spreads. The ambience is cozy and flooded with light, which creates a relaxed atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the visit even more positive. 📌 Conclusion: The brunch in the Glass House was a completely successful experience. The quality of the food, the pleasant atmosphere and the good service made the visit a pleasant experience. I'd love to come back! 😊

Had breakfast here with my wife on a working day. We hadn't made a reservation beforehand and had no problem getting a nice spot. The selection at the buffet was large. The only thing I missed was bacon. Price in relation to performance is great. I will definitely go here again.

Ambiance and service good But unfortunately the food was very dry and everyone had a very limited selection on the menu, although I personally wish there was something from everyone, that would be great However, I also have a very strong feeling that the waiter and the woman in the bar were gossiping about us because they constantly looked so strange, which made me feel uncomfortable as a customer, as I work in the catering industry myself :/ it's a real shame I would also like that if you don't like eating something like chicken with mushrooms, you don't put the mushrooms in without thinking about it There should always be alternatives, after all, some people do it and you're grateful for it. I wouldn't eat anymore, but the coffee was good :) that's the only thing I would drink there

We followed a friend's invitation with our little kids. Food, ambience and service great. Accordingly the prices. Except for one point. The kids wanted fish fingers. Saw it on the menu and ordered it. Pros: Homemade. Super. As an adult: Great, they're made from salmon. As a small child who expects a normal fish stick: "No, I won't eat it" A little tip/request from parents: Please note on the menu or when ordering that it is not pollock but salmon. At this point, our waiter (for whatever reason) became mushy for a moment.

We had brunch there and I have to honestly say it was fantastic, the food was very tasty, all the drinks were included and the best thing was that we were allowed to take something home with us afterwards because it was just too much.

We went for brunch on Sunday. You really can't complain about the range of food, including drinks (tea, coffee, water, various juices, homemade lemonade)! Large selection of cold, warm, sweet and savory dishes. Sometimes you can't even manage to eat everything. Very high quality. Super delicious. It was always replenished quickly. Today's brunch was a special event for my parents and what can I say. There was enough space for over 20 people. The breakfast buffet left nothing open (at least for my taste), the same applied to the lunch buffet. For lunch there was duck leg, dumplings, game goulash, salmon with tagliatelle, mushroom gnocchi and more. The food tasted great. The staff were all friendly and helpful, even if one or two mishaps happened, which wasn't a big deal. The ambience invites you to linger. A short walk in the park is also possible. Definitely recommended. No photos today because I was just enjoying the time with my family.

Despite the drizzle, the snack bar we visited was open. The employees were nice and quick. The bratwurst was delicious and the bun was freshly baked. A few seat cushions would be nice on the patio. Only the prices are worthy of criticism. 3 bratwursts and 3 mulled wine for just under €25 at a snack bar are simply too expensive. The snack bar at the playground next door shows that there is another way.

A real feel-good place, the glass house in Clarapark. We have enjoyed the tasty food and the wonderful atmosphere several times now and went home feeling elated every time. Maybe this was mainly due to the pleasant feeling that the team creates through their warm-heartedness and passion in dealing with their guests ;-). Just beautiful!

Went there spontaneously during a walk, without prior notice. We were able to sit outside, it was still pleasantly warm and there were enough seats available. So as a starter I had a spicy meat which was tasty, but still really cold in places. I still ate it, and the waiter took the criticism very nicely and professionally. So the main course was the beef cheeks, which were absolutely top, very tender and highly recommended. Service staff were always accessible, attentive and friendly. Thank you for that. I wanted to try the Oktoberfest-specific “Büble” beer, but unfortunately it was out. Otherwise a not cheap, but very nice and tasty visit. Beef cheeks!

Great breakfast, good value for money

We got married there in the Orangery a year ago and it was just great. The collaboration during the preparation was very good, we also received help with planning and a good tip for the cake. On the wedding day everything went smoothly and as planned. Super friendly service and the buffet was simply delicious. All in all a great location, a nice atmosphere, great service, high quality and delicious food. We didn't even notice that we were celebrating during ongoing operations.

The prices are absolutely horrendous. Remember that you are in Clarapark and not Central Park. €6 for a small coffee with oat milk is outrageous.

We celebrated our wedding in the glass house with 45 guests and we had access to the orangery and the open space directly next to the orangery. We were very impressed with the entire organization, decoration, setting and food! There were several meetings with Mr. Künast (best regards at this point), who listened to our wishes and noted everything in the background and organized it perfectly. We haven't experienced such a reliable partner for a long time! We put together the menu from different offerings and here too we would like to express our thanks for the excellent preparation and hospitality! We spent a very nice and relaxing day with family and friends – thank you again for that!

Unfortunately it's too loud inside and cafeteria-like. It's really pleasant outside. The food was good, but unfortunately there was a lot of fruit missing. There was fruit salad and apples and plums. At the buffet I was missing signs for all the foods. Only some products were marked. However, the service was super friendly and nice. Unfortunately there is nothing for children.

Drinks 0.2L for €3 in a plastic cup, so it doesn't matter that it's in the middle of Clara Zetkin.

Vlt. hatte die Küche einen schlechten Tag, denn die anderen Gerichte meiner Familienmitglieder konnten auch nicht überzeugen. Über den Service kann man nicht meckern. Ich war das erste Mal da und mit Sicherheit auch das letzte Mal.

I think the prices are too high, unfortunately this is the case with almost all catering establishments, which is why I generally avoid catering establishments. But you prefer to sit outside in the patio/beer garden anyway. Location: this gets 5 stars. The location in the middle of the city park makes it special. Special place in Leipzig's Clara Zetkin Park for lunch, coffee and dinner in the restaurant, the terrace or in the snack area. Good selection of food, cakes and drinks. We had espresso macchiato and ice cream sundae. The Bauhaus style of the building is worth seeing.
