Went there spontaneously during a walk, without prior notice. We were able to sit outside, it was still pleasantly warm and there were enough seats available. So as a starter I had a spicy meat which was tasty, but still really cold in places. I still ate it, and the waiter took the criticism very nicely and professionally. So the main course was the beef cheeks, which were absolutely top, very tender and highly recommended. Service staff were always accessible, attentive and friendly. Thank you for that. I wanted to try the Oktoberfest-specific “Büble” beer, but unfortunately it was out. Otherwise a not cheap, but very nice and tasty visit. Beef cheeks!

Great breakfast, good value for money

We got married there in the Orangery a year ago and it was just great. The collaboration during the preparation was very good, we also received help with planning and a good tip for the cake. On the wedding day everything went smoothly and as planned. Super friendly service and the buffet was simply delicious. All in all a great location, a nice atmosphere, great service, high quality and delicious food. We didn't even notice that we were celebrating during ongoing operations.

The prices are absolutely horrendous. Remember that you are in Clarapark and not Central Park. €6 for a small coffee with oat milk is outrageous.

Very good service, tasty food. For one of 11 guests, a side dish on the tarte flambée wasn't quite right. We felt comfortable, the outdoor area was decorated for autumn. We'll be back!

We celebrated our wedding in the glass house with 45 guests and we had access to the orangery and the open space directly next to the orangery. We were very impressed with the entire organization, decoration, setting and food! There were several meetings with Mr. Künast (best regards at this point), who listened to our wishes and noted everything in the background and organized it perfectly. We haven't experienced such a reliable partner for a long time! We put together the menu from different offerings and here too we would like to express our thanks for the excellent preparation and hospitality! We spent a very nice and relaxing day with family and friends – thank you again for that!

Drinks 0.2L for €3 in a plastic cup, so it doesn't matter that it's in the middle of Clara Zetkin.

Unfortunately it's too loud inside and cafeteria-like. It's really pleasant outside. The food was good, but unfortunately there was a lot of fruit missing. There was fruit salad and apples and plums. At the buffet I was missing signs for all the foods. Only some products were marked. However, the service was super friendly and nice. Unfortunately there is nothing for children.

Vlt. hatte die Küche einen schlechten Tag, denn die anderen Gerichte meiner Familienmitglieder konnten auch nicht überzeugen. Über den Service kann man nicht meckern. Ich war das erste Mal da und mit Sicherheit auch das letzte Mal.

Special place in Leipzig's Clara Zetkin Park for lunch, coffee and dinner in the restaurant, the terrace or in the snack area. Good selection of food, cakes and drinks. We had espresso macchiato and ice cream sundae. The Bauhaus style of the building is worth seeing.

The operation and service is exemplary. The food, let's say, could be improved. It somehow reminded me of a ready meal, but that doesn't mean that it was inedible. The attentive service made everything a positive overall result, thank you.

Whether it's brunch with the family or coffee while taking a walk. The “Glaskasten” impresses above all with its great ambience, in the middle of the park. The food was always good value for money. The staff is always friendly, considerate and relaxed and professional.

We went to the Glashaus for brunch for the first time today, there was a very wide range of food and drinks. We all enjoyed it very much. The waiter at our table was very friendly and hardworking, a big thank you.

So for the first time in the Leipzig Glass House. And quite disappointed. Whether egg or bacon, both were cold. The sausage looked fresh, but the selection was too limited. The rolls were NOT crispy. The table was only cleared once. We were asked 4 times if we wanted something else, which of course would cost extra. Then the warm food came. I tried the salmon roast. Since roasted salmon is inherently a little harder, it could have been fried. I didn't try the rest out of frustration. My conclusion. Glasshouse Leipzig. No thanks.

We were there on Friday evening without a reservation. Found a great table in the beer garden and were served very friendly. We ate tarte flambée and admittedly I'm always a bit skeptical, but that was completely unfounded. Price performance was great and the overall selection on the menu was great. We'd love to come back.

It is very hot and stuffy in the rooms in summer. Due to the outdoor area it is acceptable if you go outside. The food is tasty and the staff is sometimes overwhelmed but still on the ball when asked. You should definitely reactivate the containers you take with you as quickly as possible. These quickly leak or leak. After refilling it in Styrofoam it was no longer an issue. The staff was keen to give tips on where they might be even if things were lost.

The brunch offering on Sunday was mixed. While there was a very large and, above all, delicious selection of "breakfast foods", the warm options left a lot to be desired. There was a severe lack of sauce options there, which is why rice, potatoes, etc. had to be eaten dry... In terms of price, however, it's worth it for €35.

We tested the breakfast buffet for the first time today. The selection was terrific, at least for our taste ;) totally sufficient and super tasty! From bread and rolls of various types, pancakes to homemade salads and desserts in small glasses. I thought the little clay bowls were cute. Of course there is also yogurt/milk with muesli and lots of fruit and vegetables. Our service professional was impeccable! Courteous, super nice and always with a smile on his face! One point that concerns my personal taste, I would prefer basil pesto over tomato mozzarella. Otherwise everything was great for us.

It's quite nice, but it's also designed for the rush of visitors, i.e. assembly line processing. But the service person was really nice and friendly... we had kaba and latte to go... they were ok too...

Unfortunately today in the beer garden there was only old or not fresh cake and bad tasting coffee, there simply has to be more possible.

The food and the service were very good BUT: it's open until 9 p.m. and at 8:50 p.m. a waitress came to the table and wanted to pour our drinks into plastic cups, even though all the tables outside were still being wiped down. That was a first-class eviction and doesn't particularly speak for hospitality, especially since we ate for significantly more than 130 euros.

Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area. Nice staff, drinks and snacks in the beer garden at reasonable prices. In the middle of the green.

We have been to the Glass House several times on various occasions. Now it's time for an assessment. The service is excellent, every employee is courteous. You can sit wonderfully outdoors or indoors. Of course it's best in the winter garden (I think). The food tastes good and is lovingly prepared. The potato salad is a poem. The price is upscale, but with handmade cuisine and today's prices, it's completely okay. All I can say about the coffee and cake is that it's deliciously homemade. See you next time.

Were there on Saturday afternoon before Ben Zucker's concert. Had cool wheat and delicious liver loaf rolls. Prices completely ok.

We were there for breakfast. The buffet offered a large selection and there was something for everyone. Among other things, there was fresh bread/rolls, salads, sausage, cheese, eggs, homemade jam, Nutella honey, desserts, fresh fruit salad, pancakes... The price also includes a glass of orange juice. When the weather is nice you can sit outside and enjoy the park. Clear breakfast recommendation from me. (Reservation is advisable) I can't give an opinion on the rest of the menu because I haven't used it

Visited for breakfast with four people. Buffet. Once with and once without a reservation. Everything went well. Breakfast was sufficient and good. Hot drink and orange juice were brought to the table. Everything else was picked up at the buffet. Parking was easy to find. You basically have breakfast in the park. Nice ambience in the countryside.

We stopped for a beer and a wine along our walk through the park. The service was so sweet. My friends and I are terrible at German, but the two folks serving beer were very patient with our terrible German. They serve good beer at decent prices under the shade of lovely trees. Definitely worth the stop!

The service was good, but the kitchen doesn't seem to be up to scratch. Not only that guests who arrived 30 minutes after us had their food earlier than we did. The kitchen also cannot distinguish starters from main courses. Because there is no other way to explain why the starters are served at the same time as the main course. Despite apologizing, the waiter cannot hide his incompetence.

I always enjoy being here. The service is friendly and courteous, the selection of cakes and ice cream is great. The food is very tasty - you can taste the attention to detail here. I particularly recommend the tarte flambée and the pasta dishes. Everything happens quickly and the prices are completely reasonable. The ambience in the middle of the park is of course the cherry on the cake. Keep it up and see you soon.

The location in the park is excellent. The Wiener Schnitzel can fully compete with the Viennese original.

DANGER! This review is only aimed at the outdoor area of ​​the beer garden area. As soon as you step through the gate marked 'Biergarten', your whole body relaxes. Lovely and atmospheric location in the park! Really cozy. The food was ok, but a bit dry. Could be more flavorful. The appetizer was pretty delicious though! (Hänchen-Würzfleisch). The waiter didn't seem like he was having a good day. No smile, a little inattentive and a little bad mood.

A beautiful wedding location. We celebrated our wedding in the Orangery with around 30 people and it was perfect. Own entrance and exit, beautifully surrounded by greenery with all the glass windows. Everything, from contact, from planning to the implementation of my decoration ideas, everything worked out wonderfully. All the guests had nothing but compliments about the food. Price-performance for the room and really great for the hours!

There were 6 of us in the outdoor area in the afternoon. I haven't experienced such good service in a long time! Coffee, cake and ice cream sundaes were great.

Staff not motivated at all, standing and playing with their cell phones and customers waiting. "Homemade" raspberry-grapefruit lemonade is terrible, just soda with a piece of grapefruit and a raspberry.

A really great location. Anyone who complains about the prices here has probably never eaten anywhere other than the usual fast food chains. I have rarely experienced such attentive, courteous and friendly service. Really great! The food is also really delicious. You can taste and feel that the food is homemade (in an absolutely positive sense). We felt absolutely comfortable and absolutely enjoyed our visit. We will be back definitely! We were here to celebrate a wedding. The buffet was very plentiful and everything was really, really tasty. You can really taste the love for cooking and preparing things. The prices that you can see on the map are absolutely fine. The service is great. Polite, friendly and very attentive. When you are seen as a guest, people smile. Very pleasant. If we end up in Leipzig again, we will definitely stop there.

Wir haben am 26. Mai in Großfamilie zu einem Geburtstagsbrunch im Glashaus gefeiert und waren begeistert. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, schnell im Abräumen und Bedienen, das Buffet war sehr lecker und jederzeit gut aufgefüllt - sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Mittagsbuffet ab 12 Uhr. Die ältere Dame, die für das Buffet verantwortlich war, hat sich maximal sorgfältig gekümmert und man merke, dass sie den Job gern und ernst nimmt. Unser Hund hat unaufgefordert einen Wassernapf und eine kleine Decke bekommen. Und als wir aufgrund des guten Wetters fragten, ob wir draußen statt drinnen brunchen könnten, wurde ohne Murren und mit viel Effizienz schnell alles draußen umgestellt. Kein Zeichen oder Ausreden wie Personalmangel o.ä. - ganz im Gegenteil, eine tolle Erfahrung! Wir werden diesen Geburtstagsfeier als einen wunderen Sommergeburtstagsbrunch in Erinnerung behalten, danke liebes Glashausteam!

Frühstück am Ostersonntag mit der Familie, die Brötchen waren knusprig und frisch , die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und der Prosecco war kalt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden.

Wir waren heute mit 6 Personen zum Mittagessen hier. Von 2 uns bedienenden Kellnern war 1 extrem unfreundlich und unaufmerksam. Die Speisekarten wurden uns quasi hingeworfen, Getränkewünsche erst nach langer Wartezeit aufgenommen. Wir saßen im Anbau direkt am Notausgang-draußen war es etwa 10 Grad kalt und regnerisch. Der unfreundliche Kellner war plötzlich der Meinung, mal eben Lüften zu mussen, so dass unsere Mütter mit Mitte 70 plötzlich im Durchzug saßen. Als wir um das Schließen der Tür baten, bekamen wir eine schnippische Antwort. Dann kam das Essen-allerdings kam es nicht zusammen für alle, so dass 1 Teil der Gesellschaft schon essen konnte, die übrigen mussten noch 5 Minuten warten bis ein lauwarmes Essen kam. Geschmacklich ok, habe der Preis nicht passend. Keine Frage nach Dessert oder weiteren Wünschen. Schade-wir sind enttäuscht und werden nicht wiederkommen. Service, Preis und Leistung passen nicht zusammen.

Zum 80. Geburtstag hat meine Schwiegeroma uns ins Glashaus zum Brunch eingeladen. Ich war zum ersten Mal dort. Die Speisenauswahl ist sehr vielfältig und sicherlich für jeden etwas dabei. Es gibt verschiedene Brötchen und Brot, diverse Aufstriche (Herzhaft und Süß), sowie die Klassiker Rührei/Bacon/Nürnberger. Schön fand ich auch die Auswahl an Salaten. Viele kleine Süßspeisen werden angeboten. Vom Mittag habe ich dann nicht mehr viel geschafft, da ich bereits zum Frühstück so viel probieren wollte. Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass nicht alles nachgefüllt wurde. Wenn alle dann alle. Obwohl ich dem auch was gutes abgewinnen kann. So hat man zumindest das Gefühl, dass nicht soviel weggeworfen wird. Der Service war freundlich und engagiert. Das Glashaus selbst ist gemütlich und lädt zum verweilen ein. Sicherlich auch zum Kaffee. Die Auswahl an Kuchen und Torten ist wirklich riesig. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut in Ordnung. Parkplätze sind rund um den Park reichhaltig vorhanden. Und während des Brunchs bietet sich ein kleiner Spaziergang an. Auch ein großer Spielplatz ist direkt in der Nähe. So haben ist es auch für die kleinen nicht so langweilig! Wenn es sich anbietet kommen wir bestimmt wieder.

Nette Bedienung , Flammkuchen ist zu empfehlen ,und danach Leckeres Eis oder Kuchen ! Heute 1.2.24 essen war perfekt ,zu empfehlen für etwas der extra Klasse !

Im 21Jh. könnte man mehr vegane Gerichte erwarten. Ich hatte auch gern eine Suppe oder einen Salat oder ein Dessert. Veganes Essen können ALLE essen. Vegane Küche ist so EINFACH. Bsp. Nudeln ohne Ei. Das Personal wirkt gestresst.

6,80 für einen Milchkaffee mit Hafermilch. Das ist schon ganz schön krass und steht in keinem Verhältnis mehr.

Also, ich persönlich verwechsle ganz oft das Glashaus und den Musikpavillon, weil sie wirklich nur 2Min.fußläufig auseinander liegen. Vor allem im Winter, wenn sich alles nach Innen verlagert, trifft man sich wahrscheinlich eher im Glashaus, weil es die größere Location mit mehr "Vesperauswahl"😊 und grob geschätzt 70 Plätzen gibt. Wohingegen es im Musikpavillon überschaubare 10 Plätze und logischerweise ein fixeres Kommen/Gehen und eine gediegenere Geräuschkulisse gibt, da maximal 2Kinderwägen Platz haben und sich das Gewusel der Mitarbeiter in Grenzen hält. Als wir im Glashaus von einem Mitarbeiter empfangen wurden, vernahm ich bei der Tischzuweisung (wir hatten aufgrund der Geräuschkulisse nicht recht verstanden, wo er uns gern hätte sitzen haben wollen), 3 mal ne genervte Schnippigkeit. Naja, nichts desto trotz... wir suchten uns an der Kuchentheke einen Möhrenkuchen, Frischkäse-Spekulatiustorte, einen Milchcafé und entkoffeinierten Kaffee mit Hafermilch (dabei sind den Wünschen wirklich keine Grenzen gesetzt) aus und schwatzen eine Weile. Die beiden Kuchen waren sehr lecker, obwohl die Spekultiustorte etwas mehr Fluffigkeit im Frischkäseteil und Cremigkeit in der Toping-Schicht hätte vertragen können, damit sie nicht auseinanderfallen. Geschmacklich aber war beides toll. Ich habe nicht in die Karte geschaut, aber auf dem Tisch lag eine kleine Karte mit Waffelkreationen und diversen Eisbechern. Die Dekoration an der Decke fand ich gelungen, das Ambiente an sich sehr gemütlich. Grundausstattung in dunklem Holz und Lederbezügen gehalten. Großräumig, auch mit Rollstuhl gut passierbar. Eine kleine (überwindbare)Stufe führt zu weiteren Tischen und ins Panorama-verglaste Rondell-Eck mit herrlichem Blick in den Park. Die bestellten Leckereien kamen schnell und genauso schnell wurden wir auch (nicht negativ bewertet) abgerechnet. Die Toiletten sind sauber und Stilish-was ich immer sehr wichtig für den Wohlfühlcharakter und die Wiederkomm-wahrscheinlichkeit finde. Wir haben für diese kleinen angenehme Aufwärmzeit gern 18€ bezahlt.

Unser Brunch war super, nur die Gäste welche um uns rum gesessen haben, waren zuuuu laut. Man hat sein eigenes Wort verstanden. Frei mich, wenn der Freisitz endlich wieder geöffnet hat.
