We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights... That's right, very friendly welcome. The rooms are beautifully furnished... An absolute plus was the screen door on the balcony. Unfortunately a minus, as already mentioned in other reviews, there is no small shelf in the shower for personal bath/shampoo... We had a room with a lake view... really nice... The breakfast is sufficient and is always replenished.

In my opinion, the food wasn't that great.

Very nice staff, very clean rooms. It's a very nice hotel, I can only recommend it, there's nothing to complain about.

Summer 2024, the weather is perfect and we are lucky to be here again 🙏 Dear team from the beach hotel, big praise and thank you from the bottom of my heart for this wonderful time here. Everything is just perfect 🙏 I can recommend you with 5🌟, always nice ...even if we always had small requests/concerns...always a kind word....not an everyday occurrence these days and therefore appreciated all the more 🙏🙏❤️

We were there for dinner in the evening. The range of dishes on offer is far too large - the menu has no lines, no clear handwriting, they try to cover everything. From German classics to Italian to oriental (Röbel has two Italian restaurants, so why have Italian dishes on the menu) Unfortunately the quality is a bit flawed and unfortunately there are also a few technical errors. The bruschetta tastes like a normal tomato salad and the anti-pasti variation is an Italian starter plate (carpaccio and vitello tonnato have no place on it) The food is okay so far - it could be better with a smaller menu. Unfortunately the waiting time was far too long. We were there at rush hour but waiting for well over an hour is just way too long. Prices are great - rather too cheap for the portions - service was okay, although not professional But we would still like to come back.

The hotel is conveniently located in the tourist area in the middle of a variety of different holiday homes, approx. 100m from Müritz beach, where the cycle path also runs along the hotel's own beach with a public beach kiosk. 2 parking spaces and 2 bicycle parking spaces are sufficient, the hotel looks inviting and friendly. These include, without exception, the friendly staff, the restaurant and also the modern rooms with balconies or terraces, some of which face the lake. The bathrooms are stylish and modern, and the seating on the terrace is comfortable. Mosquito spray is a must, the pests are everywhere, fortunately kept away from the living area by mosquito doors. We had almost no network and to make phone calls you should go a little outside. The WiFi works, but is sometimes a bit slow, depending on usage. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and is constantly refilled. Half board is also available as a 3-course menu and is exceptional. All waiters are courteous, nice and friendly. For us, the hotel was an insider tip that we will definitely use again. By the way: The hotel is very dog-friendly and not only charges money but also gives something in the form of extras in return. Many thanks to all the hard-working and committed employees of the hotel.

Wir waren am ersten Abend unseres Urlaubs im Restaurant essen. Das Matjesfilet war in Ordnung, habe aber schon wesentlich Bessere gegessen. Aber die Bandnudeln mit hausgemachten Pesto waren eine Katastrophe, von Pesto war nicht viel zu sehen, dafür wurden die Nudeln in Sahnesoße ertränkt! Kaum essbar. Heißt haugemachtes Pesto Sahnesoße? Dann bitte auf der Karte so bezeichnen. Der Service war sehr freundlich, der Wein sehr gut und auf der Terasse saß es sich gut.

Great rooms, nice service and perfect location.

Went to the restaurant in the evening as non-hotel guests. The food was good, but the seasoned meat was not recommended, the bruschetta had plenty of toppings but was too sour. The waiter was a bit listless - he could have made a lot more sales with a little more care or follow-up questions.

The two of us were there from Monday to Thursday and had a double room facing the street/sunny side🌞. When we checked in, the young lady was very nice and accommodating. The room was functionally furnished: double bed (box spring? but low), 2 comfortable armchairs, table, desk, cupboard/wardrobe, standard TV, large mirror, opaque curtains (why made of oilcloth? n.a. 🤔). What was annoying was that you couldn't make the pillows higher, and there was no sofa cushion that you could put under the pillow. (Wedge pillows or sofa cushions and a wool blanket would be great.) The modern bathroom with infrared heating and the light mirror with magnification were great. A hairdryer is also available, as well as soap and shower gel. The shower is nice and spacious, unfortunately the water pressure seems to be minimal. What I was really missing was a shelf in the shower for my own shampoo, razor, etc. What a woman needs there. If you, like us, first ask yourself why the light doesn't come on, you always have to leave your room card in the small hotel card port next to the room entrance door, so that there is electricity. The heating in the bathroom can be controlled via a thermostat next to the door. What was really great is the fly screen door to the balcony, because there are hordes of mosquitoes right in front of the balcony. But rarely does anyone stray onto the balcony. What is very inconvenient is the balcony table made of metal. Since it was blazing sun, you couldn't even rest your arm here. But that could be changed with a small tablecloth. Unfortunately the chairs are not too comfortable. A parasol/awning was also missing. Please remove the cobwebs from the balcony lighting and screw in a light bulb. 214. Superb breakfast buffet. Thanks to the lovely “older” dashing lady with the blonde hair pinned up, who always said we should be fine here. Restaurant food great and really inexpensive, delicious cocktails. Just a few meters to the beach. Great snack with fish sandwiches, sausages, soft ice cream, etc. You can rent bikes opposite. It's a long walk to the harbor and shopping. The hotel is definitely recommended. We felt very comfortable. Criticism should only help to eliminate small weaknesses.

We spent a weekend here with the Nordic Walking group and were very excited about this hotel. Friendly and courteous service, large rooms with balconies, really nicely renovated bathrooms. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and we had different choices at the buffet on both days. The hotel is located not far from the Müritz and there is a beautiful hiking trail along the Müritz to the center. Overall, the hotel is really recommended.

We spent three nights in the hotel with friends over May 1st. All I can say is that I was extremely positively surprised. You don't have to look long to see that the hotel has been very thoroughly renovated recently. The rooms, all with a balcony or terrace, are newly furnished with light furniture, new beds and a great bathroom. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, whether reception, waiter or maid. I thought the location in Röbel was great, with a private section of beach where May was celebrated with music and dancing. The kitchen offers a small menu, but still has something special on offer. If I compare this hotel with others, some of which also have an S behind the asterisk, I would classify this as one of the best. And the cycle paths around the Müritz are really great. 4 hours are also worth it. Arrival from the North Sea. J.M

A great short vacation for the second time. The hotel is very quiet. Freshly renovated modern rooms. A great bathroom. The staff was super nice and the food in the restaurant was excellent. A short vacation there is already planned for next year

A nice restaurant, a few meters from the Müritz and fast, attentive service

I was at the Strandhotel Röbel from April 7th, 2024 to April 10th, 2024 with a tour group from Berlin. My conclusion and that of my passengers, great hotel, great location, very nice staff including the boss. Beautiful hotel, located directly on the lake. The location is quiet. The rooms have a balcony or a terrace. The rooms are well maintained, clean and spacious. The bathroom is new, not very big, but enough storage space.

We are excited. Service is quick and uncomplicated. The rooms are clean and modernly equipped.

The breaded beef neck is way too good. Very good cuisine.

1.Very nice employees!!! If you come later in the evening the parking lot is pretty full. Room is functionally furnished. All clean. No safe. Breakfast was really very good. No sports room or sauna available. 5 minute walk to the water. I'll be back.

We were there with friends over New Year's Eve. Perfect celebration, very nice and competent staff, excellent food, everything was just perfect. We'd love to come back.

We were lucky enough to be able to book for New Year's Eve at short notice. We are thrilled with the service, the New Year's Eve party with food and drinks was a nice end to the year. The staff are very friendly, it is a pleasant atmosphere. The Müritz invited people to take a walk along the bank.

We didn't stay at this hotel, but we had a great New Year's Eve party there. Everything was perfect, from the lovingly set tables, to the very decorative and tasteful buffet, the very nice and fast service, the raffle, the two DJs, the absolutely great fireworks and the ice cream bomb. It was a very nice time for us and a huge thank you and big praise goes out to Ms. Mielke and her employees. You can tell who is a host from the heart. We wish the entire team all the best and many satisfied guests in 2024.

The hotel was chosen because it allowed pets and we were honestly thrilled. There was a dog blanket in the room with a terrace and bowls for water and food were also available. The equipment was completely sufficient and functional, breakfast was served from 7 a.m., which was perfect. There was enough for every taste in a great breakfast buffet. Unfortunately the dog had to stay in the room but that wasn't a problem. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We can fully recommend the hotel and look forward to the next time.

Meine Frau und ich waren in der KW39/23 in Röbel im Urlaub. In der Woche waren Wir 3x imStrandhotel essen. Das spricht für sich. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Wirklich gutes Essen. Gerne immer wieder!

Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit Freunden im Hotel und waren wirklich sehr angetan vom Service. Alle super freundlich und extra Wünsche (Geburtstagstisch) wurden sehr liebevoll umgesetzt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, lediglich die Matratzen für uns zu durchgelegen. Auch sind wir keine „Teppichfans“, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Es war insgesamt aber sehr sauber und das Frühstück ist wirklich Top und auch das Abendessen war gut.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Preis-Leistung top.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, das Zimmer war sehr schön groß, das Hotel ist gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr weich. Auch unsere Hunde waren willkommen, Frühstück sehr reichlich mit genügend Auswahl. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt am Hotel vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Meter vom Wasser entfernt, Hafen/Röbel erreicht man alles gemütliche zu Fuß.

100 m vom Müritz See, super zu Fuß erreichbar, 2 Euro für großen Hotelparkplatz. Ein stilvolles mit Teppich ausgelegtes Hotel. Echte Aquarellbilder in meiner Etage im Flur. Das Zimmer ist angenehm in der Größe und Räumlichkeit, hatte eine ca. 2x 3 m Terasse mit Blick aufs Grüne und ein sauberes Bad. Alles in allem sauber, farblich aufeinander abgestimmt, mit Sinn für Schönes ohne kitschig oder Steril zu wirken. Eine gelungen beleuchtetes Restaurant ist direkt am Hotel. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Toll,toll,toll.... Leider waren wir nur 3 Tage hier. Tolles Zimmer mit Seeblick, sehr sauber und das Bad ist eine Wucht. Das Frühstücksbüffett ließ keine Wünsche offen, das Abendessen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Kompetenz des gesamten Personals. Ob an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück oder im Restaurant, wir haben uns immer willkommen und umsorgt gefühlt. Keine gespielte Freundlichkeit, alles echt. Selbst kleine Sonderwünsche wurden ausnahmslos erfüllt. So ein tolles Team haben wir noch nicht erlebt! Man merkt bei jedem einzelnen Angestellten, daß er seinen Job gern macht. Wir empfehlen ihr Haus auf jeden Fall weiter. Alles Gute für das gesamte Team! Es grüßen herzlichst die Neumanns aus Dippoldiswalde

Tolles Hotel in super Lage. Top Frühstück Buffet. Sehr nettes Personal

Man ist wirklich überrascht so ein funktionierendes Hotel vorzufinden. Essen auch bei HP hervorragend, tolles Serviceteam das auch miteinander kommuniziert. Hier kommt man gerne wieder hin.

Sehr erholsamer Ort mit vielen Wandermöglichkeiten. Ausgesprochen angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und guter Restaurantküche.

Neues Hotel mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Die Zimmer haben kein Kühlschrank. Das Hotel ist barrierefrei. Die Zimmer sind recht schön mit Balkon und ganz guter Ausstattung. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider keine Spiegeleier beim Frühstück. Sonst war es gut. Parkplätze sind am Hotel vorhanden, Preise sind ok. Kann ich empfehlen.

Ich buchte ein Einzelzimmer. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Damen an der Rezeption waren nett und freundlich, es wirkte echt und nicht gespielt, wie es in anderen Hotels bisweilen der Fall ist. Das Zimmer war, nebst Bad sehr sauber, es verfügt über einen Balkon, auf diesem es nachts derart finster ist, dass man die Hand nicht vor den Augen sehen kann. Mir gefiel es, konnte ich ich dort doch bestens den Sternenhimmel genießen. Was mich persönlichlich stört, ist die Dauerbestrahlung durch das WLAN und die Hellhörigkeit, welche gerade am Morgen auffällt. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, für jeden war etwas dabei, das Personal war freundlich und natürlich. Zum Restaurant kann ich nichts sagen, die Speisekarte las sich aber nicht unbedingt schlecht, ich werde auf jeden Fall dort einmal einkehren. Sicher- es gibt bessere Hotels, aber auch sehr viel schlechtere. Ich würde dieses Haus empfehlen.

Schönes, sauberes Hotel etwas abseits von Röbel. Sehr nettes Personal. Essen ist hier zu empfehlen. Bitte aber reservieren, da immer gut besucht. Großer Parkplatz aber leider brauchen hier viele Gäste eher 2 Plätze, besonders die mit den großen Auto's...bitte Ihr habt doch parken gelernt... E Auto laden geht an 2 Plätzen aber nur mit Schuko dafür Kostenlos. Richtige Lademöglichkeiten wären toll, man ist auch gerne bereit dafür zu zahlen. WLAN hat bei uns obwohl das Hotel gut besucht war funktioniert. Zimmer sind ausreichend groß und sehr sauber, wir hatten auch ein tolles Bad und ein Balkon. Frühstück vollkommen OK, alles reichlich und bis zum Schluss vorhanden, echt netter Service. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder 😀

Eine Woche Urlaub waren hier toll.Personal freundlich, Zimmer in Ordnung, Bad renoviert. Frühstücksbuffett reichlich...Restaurant lecker... Nähe eigener kleiner Strand und Strandkiosk( kleiner Snack ) sehr gemütlich. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Danke für Alles

Nettes Personal, alles sauber, gutes Frühstücksbuffet und Abendbrot im Restaurant, aber auch am Strandkiosk gute Verpflegung. Sind mit dem Rollstuhl gut zurecht gekommen. Leider ist der Strandblick durch neue Häuser verbaut.

Vorab mein persönliches Highlight: das Frühstück!!! Lange hatten wir nicht so ein tolles Frühstück, es war von allem was da. Die Brötchen frisch, das Rührei warm, verschiedene Marmeladen, Wurst und Käse. Auch Obst fehlt natürlich nicht. Nun zur Bewertung: Zimmer: ordentlich, aufgeräumt, hochwertig. Das Bad ist modern, die Dusche ebenfalls. Kleiner Punktabzug, die Zahnpastaspritzer im Spiegel vom Vorgänger war erst am 3. Tag weg (war minimal, wahrscheinlich würde jeder andere darüber wegsehen). Ansonsten alles sauber. Über eine Zimmerkarte kommt man u.a. auch Abends ins Hotel. Im Zimmer selbst gibt's ein Tablet, welches viel Informationen gibt oder man sogar ein Tisch bestellen kann. Wirklich sehr modern 👍 Service: von Empfang an der Rezeption, über den Service zum Frühstück bis zum Service zum Abendessen gibt's nichts zu meckern. Alle sehr freundlich und angegiert. Essen: auch hier gibt's nichts zu meckern, das Frühstück ist mein Highlight gewesen. Aber auch das Abendessen war gut. Hotel: die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut, Parkplätze sing genug vorhanden, der Strand ist Fußläufig schnell erreichbar und vor der Tür kann man sogar Fahrräder (externe Firma) ausleihen. Die Fahrräder können sogar im Hotel angeschlossen werden. Zusätzlich gibt's hier auch noch einen Automat für das leibliche Wohl (Bier, Chips etc) falls es zu spät für den Supermarkt ist. Die Außenterrasse auf der man wunderbar den Tag und Abend genießen kann, hat eine Überraschungen auf Lager, wie zum Beispiel indirekte Beleuchtung oder Sonnenrollos. Alles in allem muss man sagen, wer hier Bucht, hat alles richtig gemacht und kann seinen Urlaub genießen. Ich hoffe meine Bewertung hat euch geholfen, wenn ja würde ich mich über einen Daumen nach oben freuen.

Sehr schönes Hotel 100 Meter vom Wasser. Das Zimmer war sauber inkl. neuem Bad. Für ein Einzelner war das Zimmer groß und verfügte auch über einen kleinen Balkon. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war umfangreich. Großer Parkplatz, kostet 2€ pro Tag. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältniss. Für ein 3*S Hotel ist das Müritz Strandhotel eine klare Empfehlung.

Ruhiges Zimmer zum Garten hin. Zu wenig Parkplätze.

Alles sehr schön. Gute Lage zur Müritz, toller Strand. Was fehlt in der heutigen Zeit ist eine E-Ladesäule/Wallbox und ein besseres WLAN. Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend 😊

Die Speisekarte bietet für jede Geschmacksrichtung etwas. Die Speisen werden frisch und schmackhaft zubereitet. Der Service ist sehr freundlich.

Die Bewertung ist schwierig. Die Maischolle war sehr gut und lecker. Die Nudeln mit selbst gemachter Pesto viel zu weich gekocht und daher matschig, die Pesto geschmacklich na ja. Tipp für den Service, wenn ein Gast den Teller halbvoll zurück gehen lässt und sagt es war zerkocht, sagt man nicht mhh, sondern es tut mir leid oder ich sage in der Küche bescheid.

Aufgrund des Verzichtes auf Gluten und Milchprodukte sind wir für einen Koch nicht die einfachsten Gäste, aber im Seestern waren die beiden Kellner sehr bemüht im Pendel zwischen Küche und uns eine Neukreation der Gerichte zu finden, um uns etwas zu zaubern. Dabei sagte man uns auch ehrlich, was geht und was nicht. Fisch, Fleisch, Suppe, da wir Wiederholungstäter sind, kann ich sagen, es ist alles sehr lecker! Möblierung und Temperatur im Wintergarten könnten überarbeitet werden. Die Kernelemente eines Restaurants, Küche und Service sind Spitze!

Wir hatten als Gruppe mehre Zimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer waren neu eingerichtet, die Leute an der Anmeldung nett und freundlich. Der Parplatz war direkt am Hotel und zum Strand war es nicht weit. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, man mußte ständig nach Kaffee, Eiern, Saft und Wurst fragen. Es war aber alles schmackhaft . Die Kellner im Hotelrestaurant waren unfreundlich und überfordert. Wir hatten seit März eine Tisch im Wintergarten bestellt. Am Freitag wurde mit einem Kellner nocheinmal alles besprochen. Das Ergebnis war, dass am folgenden Tag der Tisch im schlecht belüfteten und übervollen Frühstücksraum gedeckt war. Bei nochmaliger Nachfrage gab es keine richtige Antwort. Dafür durften wir ewig auf unser Essen warten, welches aber sehr gut war. Die Kellner haben es mehrmals geschafft an dem Tisch vorbeizulaufen und sämliche leeren Gläser zu ignorieren. Die Hotelleitung sollt überprüfen, ob ei solch schlechter Service im Restaurant nicht dem Gesamteindruck des Hotels schadet.
