Fischkutter in Röbel/Müritz

On vacation to Müritz. A wonderful experience, and of course, fried fish is a must. We did that at Fischkutter. It looked inviting. Unfortunately, the fried fish was very disappointing. Water leaked out when we cut it. Is the fish pre-fried and delivered frozen? Does it just need to be defrosted in a microwave or oven? It certainly looks that way. Was it bad? Not terribly bad, but you wouldn't expect it to be. Back home, we went back to our local fishmonger and bought a freshly fried fish, which we thoroughly enjoyed!

We were in Röbel again today and at the fishing boat. The fish sandwiches were absolutely fresh and delicious, and we also tried the fish soup for the first time. Simply fantastic 👍

It's quite fun to eat fried fish or a fish sandwich on the cutter. Although you have to imagine it more like an open houseboat. It definitely rocks in the wind and sea. We come here again and again, but this time we were very disappointed with the food. The fried fish is now more like a giant fish stick from the deep fryer with potato salad from the discount store. So we've decided not to come again.

Fish sandwiches were tasty and large

Unfortunately, another disappointment! Last year it was the fried fish, and this year it was the Bismark roll. Both were sadly below average. If the change doesn't work as expected, then another visit here is out of the question.

Highly recommended. Friendly saleswoman, with Mecklenburg charm. The tip to try potato salad instead of a roll with the fish for a change was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the hangover snacks. Thanks

The most delicious fish sandwiches

The food here is always good. The fish soup, in particular, is the best of all the Müritz fishermen's farms. On every trip to the Baltic Sea, we make a special detour to stop here.

Unfortunately, our fish sandwiches weren't particularly tasty. The Bismarck was very sour, and the fried fish sandwich was far too dry. The staff were, unfortunately, extremely unfriendly.

After completing the Müritz tour by bike, you will be rewarded with a fish sandwich and a non-alcoholic wheat beer on the boat. If we end up in Röbel, we will also head for the cutter. Nice service and delicious fish sandwiches and other things too, you can't say no to that.👌🏻

Today we visited the fishing boat in Röbel and enjoyed the best fish soup. There was really something in there! We have tried fish soup in many places, today was the best ever! It looks like a small portion at first, but the contents fill you up well, plus 3 slices of freshly baked baguette. But because it was so delicious, it had to be 2 portions. You can sit on the boat and look out over the lake. The ladies behind the counter are friendly and we were served quickly. Of course there are also other dishes based on fish. We'll definitely come back if we're in the area, promise!

Very tasty fish rolls, eel and char with homemade sauce and, above all, not 0-8-15 rolls but good rolls. Prices are completely okay and you could tell from the waitress that she loves her job! Highly Recommended.

We hiked in the area on a Sunday. There was only the ice cream store and this fish sandwich restaurant on a ship. Do we opted for fish We had fried fish with FF and cabbage slaw(kim chi like) The fish was NOT fresh. Tasted frozen old Some white cod like fish tasted fishy. The breading was actually well done. But fish was terrible 2 stars FF 2.5 stars average not really special Maybe I should have ordered something else… Disappointed Didn’t like slaw pickled cabbages

After a stroll through Röbel it was a very welcome break with herring and fish soup, both very tasty - my wife is still raving about the fish soup. On your next visit, a snack on the cutter is definitely on the agenda.

You can tell from the ladies that the cutter is very busy. In contrast to the Restaurant/Hotel Seglerheim on the opposite side of the bank, you don't let the stress show and you're always friendly. The products on offer are of good quality and tasty, I definitely prefer the Müritzfischer fishing cutter to the Seglerheim. Keep it up!

This time no smoked fish/rolls. The baguette rolls were very soft and tasty. Fried fish was OK for frozen food, the sauce was creamy and delicious. No beer batter

Great to sit here! I love the rolls with pike or white fish! Great. Eating herring or other sea fish on the Müritz is not my thing!

There were fries in the deep fryer and we waited patiently, but I didn't eat them - they were just stuffy. (all together €11) Baked fish rolls are also much better in Plau am See. Maybe you can eat here if the crowds aren't so big. They can be happy when there is a lot to do and then still give out the food properly prepared - the sticky fries for €4 really annoyed me 😠

Ate very tasty fish sandwiches. Char, eel, herring and Bismarck rolls. All four rolls were prepared quickly and not only looked very tasty, but were also very tasty. The waitress was very friendly and let us try it beforehand to make it easier to make a decision. We will be back!

I expected more from a purely fish snack bar right on the lake. The fried fish was frozen and unfortunately tasteless. I don't know whether the other things taste better, I absolutely can't recommend the nackfish (6.50 euros is absolutely disproportionate to the product)

Fischbrötchen mit Backfisch fand ich recht teuer (5,50€) und geschmacklich so la la. Die überquellende Remoulade hat da auch nicht geholfen.

Wir haben in unserem Urlaub hier 3 Mal Fischbrötchen gegessen und es war einfach super. Das Essen (vor allem der Backfisch) schmeckt lecker, die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und man hat einen tollen Blick über das Wasser. Da muss man in Röbel unbedingt gewesen sein.

Einer der wenigen Anbieter an einem Montag in Röbel. Aber es hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Lecker Fischsuppe, Fischbrötchen und auch tolle Getränke. Absolute Empfehlung. Etwas Zeit einplanen; die Schlange ist länger.
