Mundo is a big and beautiful cafe. It is very well connected and the brunch was also very tasty.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, preiswerte Gerichte, Tapas in vielen Variationen. Leckere Hauptgerichte, beim Nachtisch wenig Auswahl, aber sehr gut. Donnerstag abend Livemusik. Oft sehr voll, besser einen Tisch reservieren.

The service, the welcome, the atmosphere, the food, everything was very good. It's good enough to make me consider coming every evening I'm in Berlin.

We went to Mundo for brunch on a Sunday and found it very nice. The brunch buffet was very tasty and freshly prepared and is highly recommended. The service was attentive and very friendly and the ambience was also very nice, it has a slight rustic feel to it and my friends and I really liked it. We'd love to come back.

Hello everyone, It was my first time there and I was very impressed. All employees are very friendly. A change in space was implemented immediately. The food was very tasty. We had the Argentinian rump steak twice. The preparation and serving was very special. The prices are very good. Nothing is overpriced here. I will definitely come back.

We're here for the buffet. Brunch runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. We had reserved for 1 p.m. Everything that was out when we arrived was no longer replenished. No buns. Nothing was added there either. It's now 2 p.m. It's completely clear that there won't be any more crowds. But the fact that everything that was already empty two hours before the end of brunch is just left there dirty is at least strange. The one warm dish that was still there was completely over salted. I like salty. But that's already borderline. If I decided now that I wanted to eat a jam sandwich, I would still find a piece of bread, but no more jam. But the empty glasses have been there since we arrived. Unfortunately the service isn't great either. Most of the people I see working here don't give the impression of being restaurateurs. But the shortage of skilled workers probably affects us all. Long story short: according to friends, it used to be good here. I can't confirm that. It costs €21.90. Even if you don't come until 1 p.m. I'm definitely not coming back here for brunch. Maybe it's better for dinner.

This was our third time in a row for Christmas brunch at Mundo and every time it was an absolute pleasure! The food is always delicious and of high quality, the service is top – fast, friendly and attentive. You can tell that the team attaches great importance to a pleasant atmosphere. An all-round successful brunch that we can only warmly recommend. We'll definitely be back next year!

We were there for the first time. Our waiter Rafael accompanied us very well throughout the evening. Thank you for this great service! Despite the stress of work, he was always very friendly, attentive, quick and also gave us good advice. We decided on various tapas. Unfortunately, one of them wasn't even lukewarm, but it still tasted good. The ambience is more like the station hall. It's quite noisy when all the tables are full. By eliminating a few tables and instead using smaller, cozy, screened-off areas, it could seem much more comfortable and dampen the noise a bit. We sat at the door and so the cold air passed us by. But that's just because of the space. We still had a very nice evening and will definitely be back. We liked it a lot. In any case, a reservation is recommended.

It's a shame that the cocktail menu no longer offers the right price-performance ratio. The frozen strawberry daiquiri has been halved, but unfortunately the price has not. This cocktail was my highlight. Will no longer be ordered.

It's not a tapas restaurant...authentic is different...there are probably 30 better ones in Berlin. And the waiters aren't particularly friendly either, they're just doing their job.

A large restaurant with high ceilings. Saturday, 1800. Very well attended. Despite not having a reservation, the three of us still managed to get a spot. I found it relatively loud there. I found the service a bit taciturn, but nice. There was a discount for 3x tapas. I particularly recommend the fish tapas and the sheep cheese. Unfortunately, the churros didn't blow us away. There was Spanish beer, delicious strawberry daiquiri, delicious homemade lemonade. We would go again, but on the weekend with a reservation.

We visited our children and they “kidnapped” us to this wonderful restaurant. The service, the ambience and especially the food were simply great! Everything tasted incredibly delicious. We used to eat here very often and enjoyed eating here. Then suddenly there were only Indian/Pakistani service staff who really had no idea about being a waiter. Extremely unprofessional. The food was better, we'll never go here again.

Decent restaurant with good service. The paella was and could be ordered with chicken instead of seafood.

We had a delicious latte macchiato there. Location great. Cozy clean. Service polite. Toilets okay. Smells something. When you sit inside by the window, your legs are extremely pulled. Unfortunately, the windows to the terrace are very leaky because they are open in the Dommer. This could be improved for the cold season. We'll still come back.

Very good Spanish restaurant right at the Alt-Mariendorf subway station. An extensive selection of cold and warm tapas, paella and other Spanish specialties. The food tastes very tasty and the portions are quite large. Prices are reasonable. The service is very attentive.

Eine wirklich gelungene Location. Unser Klassentreffen hätte nicht besser verlaufen können. Das Essen war megalecker, das Personal ultra freundlich und sehr sympathisch. Das Ganze Team inkl. After visiting Checkpoint Charlie, it is definitely worth visiting the “Mundo Tapas Bar” in Berlin. Food is excellent, service is nice and friendly. Tip: On Friday evenings there is a music group that plays Spanish and/or Latin American music. Reservation of a table makes sense. Vale la pena la visita en este restaurante. The service still has room for improvement. The food should not come from industrial production, but should be fresh. The nachos are an obvious supermarket product and unfortunately the beef is not.

Be careful, this restaurant is not for vegans!!! I was very happy that they offer a menu for vegans. I chose No.14 Champions Al Ajillo as well as No.16 Patatas Brawas and No.18 Berenjenas Y Calabicineso. Unfortunately the potatoes came with non-vegan aioli, which I didn't like. The bread for the tapas was also not vegan. Absolutely not recommended for vegans!

Abee was the best waiter en the food was amazing. The prawns and paella were one of the best we ever had and we had them all over the world. This is a must have if you like tapas and are in Berlin.

The brunch buffet is extensive on Sundays. Good warm food, we were served by an extremely friendly waitress. You can also sit outside. The Sunday buffet is usually fully booked, so it makes sense to call ahead. The Mundo is very easy to reach by public transport and is located directly at the Alt Mariendorf subway station. Price-performance ratio for the area is rather high, p. Person 20.50 without drinks. We'd love to come back.

It's a shame what happened here. Mundo used to be famous for food and cocktails but not anymore. No freshly made cocktails, everything prepared from the bottle. Wine selection wasn't good either and beer wasn't strong enough

There is a very good breakfast buffet here. Service was also very friendly. Unfortunately, the location is on a very busy street and is therefore very uncomfortable outside. Unfortunately, it's a bit noisy inside due to the many guests. If you want to have a quiet breakfast, it's not really suitable there. If you don't mind this, the rest is great! :)

Best tapas restaurant. The staff is very friendly and competent and the food is unbeatably delicious. My favorite is definitely the homemade aioli and the fried Manchego balls!

The food was delicious. The restaurant is absolutely recommended. We were there on Monday afternoon. The tapas were very tasty and the salad with goat cheese was also an absolute delight. The restaurant is located at a busy intersection. Is nicely decorated inside. It's relatively noisy outside but generally nice that you can sit outside and inside. Card payment possible and generally relatively cheap. Top!

Somehow the Mundo has dropped quite a bit in terms of the quality and preparation of the food. Some of the food we ordered was cold and didn't taste particularly fresh.

Today we went to the brunch buffet with 14 people (pre-booked about 3 weeks ago) for our birthday. When we arrived at the restaurant we were told there had been no buffet for three weeks on Saturday. No information about this was announced to us. That's a disgrace, especially since there are small blackboards on the tables. With the imprint Sa Sun and public holiday large buffet. We stayed and only had breakfast but it was very disappointing. It wasn't a nice day for me. NEVER AGAIN.

We've been there for brunch several times, the quality of the food and the selection is good. Unfortunately, the brunch is always structured a little differently and you have to be surprised. The service is nice but it sometimes takes a while until you are served or your plate is cleared away. There is no direct parking lot, but there are some parking options in the streets around it. Ps. Little tip: It's better to call instead of reserving online, because you won't receive direct confirmation of your online reservation. 😉

We had dinner there last night with 5 people. The first order went quite quickly and the food arrived quickly and tasted good. But then our plates were left standing for an hour, only when we pointed this out to a waiter were they hesitantly cleared away. Yesterday we spontaneously decided on Mundo on the way home and can only report positive things: the food didn't take long to arrive, it was served hot and was very tasty. We were there for brunch. Very good selection, very tasty baguette bread (I didn't try rolls). A variety of salads, all very tasty. Large selection of sausage and cheese. Some main courses, not all to my liking, but still good quality. And very tasty desserts, especially the mousse au chocolat and the red fruit jelly were delicious. I haven't tried cake. All in all, a very tasty brunch at a good price (€20.90). Full, so the friendly service wasn't always there.

The breakfast offerings are not offered on weekends as advertised on the website. Although the website says “daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.,” you cannot order it.

Viel schlimmer jedoch: Meine Reservierung wurde vergessen, trotz nochmaligem Anruf heute und ich kam extra ein Tag zuvor vorbei. Sehr, sehr schlecht. Es war mein Hochzeitstag.Uns wurde ein Tisch in der Naehe der Toilette angeboten, den niemand anderes wollte. Ja, die Kellnerin bemühte sich. Sie bot uns aber Dinge an, die i.d. Regel sowieso auf Kosten des Hauses gewesen waeren.Rundum nicht gut und null Verständnis für Service. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder und können das Mundo wirklich nicht empfehlen

A great evening with lots of delicious tapas. The rooms are furnished in a chic southern Spanish style. The food (tapas) is rather expensive. The bottle of Rioja costs 19.90 euros and was quite good. We had the offer of 3 tapas with aioli for 14.90 euros 2x for 2 people plus a tortilla plate and guacamole, very small but very tasty. Our highlight was the salmon in sesame and pineapple pieces. The Queso Manchego is OK when fried, but very powerful, rather tastier raw! The rosemary potatoes are good for dipping, but you shouldn't think about the price-performance ratio of this tapas bowl. The fried eggplant/zucchini were great. The anchovies too! We'll definitely come back if we want to do something special. It's rather expensive!

Love to the happy hour! Atmosphere was good, singers came to sing live later in the evening which was very nice. The service was friendly and came by often enough.

The food was great as always, unfortunately I don't really like the atmosphere in the train station halls (always a bit loud). It's simply due to the high rooms.
