The tapas were good, but nothing special. The cocktails, on the other hand, were exceptionally good. The service was fast and very friendly 👍. The prices are moderate. The restaurant is very clean and offers plenty of space for groups, couples, and individuals.

I recommend it. Delicious food and great service. Dishes made with fresh ingredients. Prepared quickly despite the restaurant being fully booked. Large selection of dishes, huge portions.

Very authentic dishes with good selection and very tasty

I went there for breakfast with my girlfriend, and it was very pleasant. We were there during the week, and it wasn't busy. Our server was very relaxed and cheerful, the drinks and food arrived quickly, and everything looked delicious and fresh. We sat there for almost four hours, enjoying a few more drinks.

I was there today for the first time in a long time and I don't know why I waited so long...Very tasty food and drinks at reasonable prices, great service, friendly staff, everything was great! We'll be back soon :) Update from August 17, 2025 - The service was also very nice, but the owner seems to have changed, and now some of the food isn't as good as it used to be, which is a shame...And the music was so loud that it was difficult to have a conversation.

I have been here maybe 10 times. Always do the 3 tapas deal. It's honestly really decent food. If we can't decide where to go for dinner we always go here. It's just consistently decent and the food comes out quite quick. We have not been disappointed yet.

Unfortunately, the tapas were cold, and the service was poor. If you just want a drink and don't mind waiting, this is the place for you. If you want good food, unfortunately, this isn't it.

The tapas selection is okay, but the taste wasn't particularly convincing. The service was unfortunately lacking. No one asked if everything was okay or if we wanted another drink. It's a shame ☹️ The outdoor furniture wasn't very well maintained, and the ashtray on the table remained full the entire time, even though we were non-smokers. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Mundo.

I've been feeling sick for a week now. Severe diarrhea. It must have been the contaminated goat cheese. Never again!!!

Mundo is located at Alt-Mariendorf 32, 12107 Berlin. The atmosphere is very good and the ambiance is also very nice. I recently drank several beers there and ate an Argentinian rump steak. The tapas were really great...the waitress had a bad face and was absolutely terrible. First, the stuff with the oil, basil vinegar, pepper, and salt was sticky, so we asked the waitress to clean it, which she didn't. Everything was still sticky. The restrooms were full of dust and unsecured electronic cables. In short, apart from the fact that the tapas were good, everything else was BAD AND DANGEROUS.

Das Ambiente ist passend. Der Service ist zunächst aufmerksam und die Getränke kommen recht schnell. Das Hefeweizen war leider nicht richtig gekühlt. Das Essen (4x3 Tapas) ist ganz in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes. Teilweise nicht so, wie man sie in Spanien bekommt. Die Croquetas mit Schinken sind anders und die Spieße mit Rindfleisch sind recht klein.

The restaurant was full, which speaks volumes about its popularity. The food was okay, tasty, but nothing exceptional. What bothered us was that the service couldn't handle the crowds at all. Long waits, and at times, you felt like you'd simply been forgotten. The staff were friendly, but overwhelmed. Perhaps we were just unlucky with the timing—it can get stressful when the place is full. Nevertheless, a little more organization and attentiveness would have been welcome. With a little more structure in the service, this visit could have been a truly wonderful experience. Unfortunately, parking is also hard to find.

The food was wonderful. I love the Spanish tortilla and the skewers. The churros were disappointing and the chocolate they gave me with it was burnt, so maybe have some more Spanish tortilla instead next time. Definitely go, it was delicious. The service was very nice.

A restaurant like no other in Berlin. Chaos during operation

Pre-ordered table for 4 people was available immediately. Everything clean and tidy. Staff very quick and friendly. We all enjoyed the food very much. Gladly again. Recommended.

It was a bit difficult to get in with a stroller... We were 4 adults and 1 child... had 9 tapas, 1 breakfast that was very generous and tasty and 1x pasta with chicken, mushrooms and broccoli, also plentiful and tasty. We were there around 12.oo and the service was very nice. We'll definitely come back again

We always like to come to Mundo for some tapas and a cool Estrella. We are never disappointed with the food, the wines are not chilled enough for us personally. On weekends you are naturally more likely to meet groups, which makes comfortable conversations almost impossible. But delicious food makes up for it.

A good restaurant in itself. Food is delicious, with some drawbacks. Unfortunately the service was a bit overwhelmed. It took an enormously long time and orders were sometimes forgotten. But it is definitely recommended and certainly worth a visit.

The tortilla ships are delicious. The salad with chicken too. Billy is a very friendly, personable and considerate waiter.

The food was fantastic, varied, fresh and very tasty. The food was constantly being replenished. It was well arranged and attractively presented. Unfortunately the waitress was in a bad mood, which we found very unfortunate. The service and the necessary conversation were very bad-tempered and kept to a minimum. Yes, the store was full but that shouldn't be an excuse for poor service. The toilets have seen better days and the background noise was very loud. Nevertheless, we will happily come back, the great brunch buffet made up for everything.

Nice restaurant with good food and service

We had a delicious latte macchiato there. Location great. Cozy clean. Service polite. Toilets okay. Smells something. When you sit inside by the window, your legs are extremely pulled. Unfortunately, the windows to the terrace are very leaky because they are open in summer. This could be improved for the cold season. We'll still come back.

Yesterday's Sunday brunch at Mundo was the top idea we could have had for visiting our children at the weekend!!! Everything was just right... Time for each other, delicious buffet and great staff Simply recommended!!!!!!

Tasty tapas, reasonable price, nice staff and place, what I enjoyed the most was the small portion of paella that you can order as tapas, but was enough for 1 person, even as the main dish. The rice was closer to risotto rather than the typical spanish paella, but I still appreciate because this small portion of paella for 1 person, you can not find anywhere else in Berlin :) I will come back, for sure.

Mundo is a big and beautiful cafe. It is very well connected and the brunch was also very tasty.

We went to Mundo for brunch on a Sunday and found it very nice. The brunch buffet was very tasty and freshly prepared and is highly recommended. The service was attentive and very friendly and the ambience was also very nice, it has a slight rustic feel to it and my friends and I really liked it. We'd love to come back.

Hello everyone, It was my first time there and I was very impressed. All employees are very friendly. A change in space was implemented immediately. The food was very tasty. We had the Argentinian rump steak twice. The preparation and serving was very special. The prices are very good. Nothing is overpriced here. I will definitely come back.

We're here for the buffet. Brunch runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. We had reserved for 1 p.m. Everything that was out when we arrived was no longer replenished. No buns. Nothing was added there either. It's now 2 p.m. It's completely clear that there won't be any more crowds. But the fact that everything that was already empty two hours before the end of brunch is just left there dirty is at least strange. The one warm dish that was still there was completely over salted. I like salty. But that's already borderline. If I decided now that I wanted to eat a jam sandwich, I would still find a piece of bread, but no more jam. But the empty glasses have been there since we arrived. Unfortunately the service isn't great either. Most of the people I see working here don't give the impression of being restaurateurs. But the shortage of skilled workers probably affects us all. Long story short: according to friends, it used to be good here. I can't confirm that. It costs €21.90. Even if you don't come until 1 p.m. I'm definitely not coming back here for brunch. Maybe it's better for dinner.

This was our third time in a row for Christmas brunch at Mundo and every time it was an absolute pleasure! The food is always delicious and of high quality, the service is top – fast, friendly and attentive. You can tell that the team attaches great importance to a pleasant atmosphere. An all-round successful brunch that we can only warmly recommend. We'll definitely be back next year!

We were there for the first time. Our waiter Rafael accompanied us very well throughout the evening. Thank you for this great service! Despite the stress of work, he was always very friendly, attentive, quick and also gave us good advice. We decided on various tapas. Unfortunately, one of them wasn't even lukewarm, but it still tasted good. The ambience is more like the station hall. It's quite noisy when all the tables are full. By eliminating a few tables and instead using smaller, cozy, screened-off areas, it could seem much more comfortable and dampen the noise a bit. We sat at the door and so the cold air passed us by. But that's just because of the space. We still had a very nice evening and will definitely be back. We liked it a lot. In any case, a reservation is recommended.

It's a shame that the cocktail menu no longer offers the right price-performance ratio. The frozen strawberry daiquiri has been halved, but unfortunately the price has not. This cocktail was my highlight. Will no longer be ordered.

It's not a tapas restaurant...authentic is different...there are probably 30 better ones in Berlin. And the waiters aren't particularly friendly either, they're just doing their job.

A large restaurant with high ceilings. Saturday, 1800. Very well attended. Despite not having a reservation, the three of us still managed to get a spot. I found it relatively loud there. I found the service a bit taciturn, but nice. There was a discount for 3x tapas. I particularly recommend the fish tapas and the sheep cheese. Unfortunately, the churros didn't blow us away. There was Spanish beer, delicious strawberry daiquiri, delicious homemade lemonade. We would go again, but on the weekend with a reservation.

If you want it to be comfortable then Mundo and also delicious. Top shop, always friendly service and great food.

We used to eat here very often and enjoyed eating here. Then suddenly there were only Indian/Pakistani service staff who really had no idea about being a waiter. Extremely unprofessional. The food was better, we'll never go here again.

Very good Spanish restaurant right at the Alt-Mariendorf subway station. An extensive selection of cold and warm tapas, paella and other Spanish specialties. The food tastes very tasty and the portions are quite large. Prices are reasonable. The service is very attentive.
