Everything delicious. Food was hot and tasty.

Ordered food over the phone. The lady could hardly understand us. Nevertheless, she accepted the order and said that the food would be there in 30-45 minutes. After 90 minutes there was no food in sight and then I called again and asked where the food was. The lady's statement was that it would take another 15 minutes because there was so much to do and I should call the driver. I discussed it with the lady and explained that I had to go to work and that I had known that if I had waited 105 minutes for the food and had not ordered the food, the manager came on the phone and told me that they couldn't do anything and that they would give us a credit for the next order. A few days later I tried again. Ordered food from the same lady on the phone. Well, when we mentioned the credit, she said that it was 10%, so an order from 32 euros to 28 euros, everything was clear. The order was taken, this time the lady said that it could take a while before we placed the order, everything was clear. If the driver arrives after 60 minutes, that's also fine because she said in advance that it could take longer. The driver said 30 euros and said that it had something to do with net plus tax. I didn't quite understand it. Well, I called again to pay to have it explained in detail. The manager had some kind of invoice and tried to explain it. Well, the statement from the lady from the driver and from the manager didn't agree and what I personally think is that I'm actually a regular customer and was always a very likeable man on the phone The last 2 orders only had complications and that's why this store is no longer my favorite.

So I ordered the Baramee Bowl, which according to the glossy description should actually have had sweet potatoes, edamame, jasmine rice, broccoli etc. in it... unfortunately what arrived looked very, very sobering... simple salad mix with a bit of chicken, no trace of the fine ingredients mentioned :/ and at a price of €14.95... an absolute disaster... never sorry again🤐

Ordered Pizza Margherita and unfortunately got the worst pizza in a long time. It had been in the oven too long and tasted more like it was baked. It's a real shame, I used to enjoy ordering from Mundfein.

We were just in Kiel and ate there. The shift manager was pleasantly friendly. He also addressed his colleagues in a direct, friendly tone. The food we ordered was at the table quickly. We had Fullhouse, Eliza, Pasta Elvira and 6 pizza rolls with cheese. Not only did everything look great, it was also delicious! 😁 We'd love to appear again! See you soon! greeting Christina

It was already an experience when accepting the order. The friendliness, thoroughness and questions were excellent! The delivery service topped the whole thing with a satisfaction query announcement of the total price and of course brought along a reader for card payments that was very advanced! My summary of the order is that in 30 years of delivery service orders, I haven't even seen such a perfect symbiosis of the whole thing! More than recommended!!!

It's been a long time since I've eaten such a bad pizza, half cold, hard and just bad in taste. In contrast, every frozen pizza is a culinary delight. And selling the few lettuce leaves with 1 1/2 cherry tomatoes and some parmesan for 11.45 is really a disgrace.

Unfortunately far too expensive. 99 cent delivery fee and then 15 EUR minimum order value for a pizza that costs 14.95. Do you have to take some nonsense extra with you to get a pizza. Pizza is only ordered in emergencies. Unfortunately, all delivery services have become so crazy.

We had ordered. First of all: I always rate things very fairly. Lasagna: too little and mediocre in taste Pizza Margherita: a little too small, dough too dry, not enough flavor and not enough toppings, unfortunately no basil leaves as a Margherita should be, unfortunately it was really very bad Pizza rolls (cheese filling): taste very good, dough fluffy, the herb-garlic dip very fresh and tasty Delivery time: 45 minutes (still within limits for a Friday evening) Unfortunately I can't give this more than 3 stars. But I think that the quality is better in the local restaurant.

The pizza dealer I trust. It always tastes delicious, I really like the pizza rolls, but the other pizzas are also great. To be honest, I haven't eaten there yet, I've only ordered delivery. We have been loyal customers for many years and have mostly been very satisfied with the quality, price and performance. Recently, however, we noticed several times that the pizza had not risen properly, i.e. it was completely flat, yet rock hard and tasted like a dry biscuit. What happened there? I called once to give feedback and the person on the phone apologized and offered us a new pizza. Completely fine with him, I thought it was correct. Unfortunately, the pizza that followed was the same again. :-( and the three times afterwards as well. Why?? We were really disappointed and were about to stop ordering here at all for the time being. Today we ordered again, and yay: The pizza was already risen, fluffy and well topped, super tasty! Just as we actually know it from you. Delivery super on time, friendly and uncomplicated. That's how it should be... :-) I would therefore like to give an expressly positive review today with the request and the point that it is important for a catering business to keep an eye on the quality of the food served. There are definitely mishaps everywhere, but not in a series, see above. Whatever happened at that time: Please continue to deliver great pizza like today :-) we'll be happy to order again and again.

Unfortunately not good service today. Forgot pasta, complained directly to the driver. A little later I discovered that the dressing was missing from the salad. Complained on the phone. Hearing in the background “Should I go there again now or what the fuck….”. Unnecessary reaction! In the end it was my own fault because I supposedly canceled the dressing...

Moin, leider super schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Bestellung im Wert von 34,00 € aufgegeben und zum Wunschtermin erhalten. Dann aber ein großes Kunststoffteil in der Pizza gefunden, wobei es keine gute Erfahrung war darauf zu beißen und das Knacken in den Zähnen zu hören. Zur telefonischen Reklamation wurde eine Entschuldigung ausgesprochen und eine Gutschrift in Höhe von 20,00 € angeboten, diese sollte auf die angegebene Mailadresse bestätigt werden. Einen Tag später ohne Mailbestätigung ließ mich erneut anrufen und nach der Mail fragen. Was jetzt folgte toppte das Kunststoffteil (Durchmesser 1 cm) um Lichtjahre! Freche Ansage, angeschrien zu werden, warum ich mich wiederholen würde, man hätte mir eine Mail gesendet etc.! Der Gutscheinbetrag wäre ja hinterlegt, aber ich wollte eine Bestätigung, die mir ja auch schon am Vortag zugesagt wurde. Diese ist nie eingegangen weder im Account noch im Spam Ordner. Unglaublicher untergalaktischer Service, wie man hier mit einem Kunden umgeht. Gern stelle ich das zerbissene Kunststoffteil zur Verfügung, falls dieser Laden das Interesse hat seinen Fehler und damit die Ursache für die Verschmutzung nachzugehen. Ein erneutes senden der Mail nach einer endlosen Diskussion führte dann zu einem Maileingang mit einem Gutscheincode. Böse ist, wer Schlechtes dabei denkt und vielleicht Absicht vermutet, aber das wird sicherlich nur der Gegenpart wissen, von GESPÄCHSPARTNER spreche ich hier mal absichtlich nicht. Daher einfach nur schlecht in allen Punkten und wer weiß, was in der nächsten Pizza steckt. Selbst der eine Stern ist nur, damit man es posten kann.

Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Bestellung über die Homepage lief problemlos und die kurze Wartezeit vor Ort war schnell mit Smalltalk überbrückt. PS: Hier gibt es Ben&Jerry's Strawberry Cheesecake. Hab das ewig nicht mehr in "freier Wildbahn" gesehen.

Für 18.15 Essen zum selbstabholen bestellt. 5min vorher abgeholt und war die Pizza leider schon ziemlich abgekühlt. Ansonsten war die Qualität gut.
