Delivery time almost 2 hours!! If this pizza weren't so incredibly delicious, I wouldn't order again. So, pizza is highly recommended, really, but be prepared for long delivery times.

Sorry guys, that was a complete 6. 2.5-hour delivery time and ice-cold pizzas.

I would NOT recommend this:( We ordered today, October 30, 2025. My fiancé ordered pizza rolls with an "aioli dip," but the aioli had already been made on October 23, 2025, and expired on October 28, 2025.

They never have the right change and say they'll charge you next time, which they then don't do, and unfortunately, the amount isn't in cents. We're very annoyed!

The delivery service is very disappointing. The last time we ordered, about a month and a half ago, the driver didn't have enough change and basically credited us with €8. He scribbled something on the bill and said next time we should just show it and then we'd pay €8 less. We ordered again yesterday and showed the driver the bill to redeem the "coupon." He told me that wouldn't work and that I would have to redeem it with the same driver. Funny. After all this time, I can't remember the exact driver, and I have no control over which employee brings our order. I find that really awful. Especially since we're moving out of the delivery area soon and certainly won't get our money back. Besides, the driver didn't give us the correct change yesterday. Instead of €7.28, I only got €7. Sure, that's not a lot, but it's just not right.

Ordering was quick. The order still hadn't arrived after 2 hours. The nice man on the phone said the order should have been there 15 minutes ago, but that hadn't happened. Then I called again after 45 minutes and was told again that the order would be there shortly. After calling again, I was told it would be there shortly. In the end, it took 3 hours. But at least the food was hot and edible. But I'll never order again.

We've ordered from Mundfein several times over the past year...more often at first, but the quality isn't improving. The highlight is tonight: we ordered at 7:45 p.m. The order is supposed to have been delivered since 8:05 p.m. After the second call, about 90 minutes later, they repeated that the pizza was on its way...we'll wait and see ;-)

I ordered food that never arrived. I called twice and was assured it would arrive soon, but it simply never arrived.

The food is usually always very good, but this is the second time at MUNDFEIN in Geesthacht that I've noticed that extra meat is charged for but not included. I ordered Polly's pasta with extra chicken breast, and it still doesn't even come to 100g in total!!?? They generally don't give grams. Given these prices, that's simply unacceptable.

Their attitude is good and the pizzas are delicious.

It's been a long time since I've ordered pizza again and I'm thrilled! The dough is exactly how I like it: fluffy and crispy. Lots of toppings, lots of vegetables and not greasy - delicious. You just have to allow 50 minutes for delivery in the evening, but it's worth it for the good taste 😊

2 hour wait… I ordered from Mundfein on February 22, 2025 at 7:58 p.m. and had to wait over two hours for my delivery. I understand that it can take longer when busy, but such a long wait is simply not acceptable. When the food finally arrived, it was only lukewarm to cold - understandable after such a long time. The taste was okay, but of course not what it should be. I live in Müssen, which is about 20 minutes away, but even with that distance, a wait of over two hours is not acceptable. What was particularly disappointing was that I was promised something as compensation, but I received neither compensation nor any serious feedback. It was simply not taken care of. It's a shame, because it doesn't really make you feel valued as a customer. One thing is certain for me: If I order from Mundfein again, it will only be for collection. The delivery service is absolutely unreliable for me. If you want to eat quickly and hot, you shouldn't rely on delivery here.

Ordered through Lieferando and got ripped off on New Year's Eve! I asked about the order 3 times and was always put off and should understand the situation... I will never use this “workshop” again! Unfortunately, it's always like a lottery as to whether something will be delivered as ordered and whether it will be delivered on time. We actually like Mundfein, but this branch is always "thinking up" new mistakes in order to scare away long-time customers like us. Today the delivery again did not correspond to the order. Things are forgotten, simply not delivered, you occasionally have to wait hours for delivery or the pizza is swimming in grease! It's actually a shame but we can't recommend this branch to anyone!!!

So honestly! How expensive did they get? This is really quite disgraceful. I used to order from Mundfein very often but these prices are absolutely extortionate!

If you've always wanted a pizza spoon, then order from Mundfein. Because the pizza was so soft and so greasy that you could eat it with a spoon, and it also only tasted like fat. Then the delivery person didn't give me any money back, I had to pay €9.35, gave him a €10 note and he just ran off with it.

So delivery came relatively on time. The delivery person was friendly. We were disappointed when the food arrived. Ceaser salad with EXTRA shrimp for an extra charge and what do you get? A salad that mostly consists of just the ends of the lettuce head and stalks and 6 mini shrimps. And half of the salad, which cost a whopping €11.65, was immediately thrown away and hey presto, there wasn't even a portion left. There were bay leaves in the lasagna. Does it have to be that way?? The pizza was nicely burnt on the edge and the FREE pizza rolls were charged....Thank you..... Also, the lady on the phone should perhaps think about how she speaks and interacts with the customers. We definitely won't order here again. Edit: the owner keeps reporting my review, after 5 years! What a joke. Allegedly due to defamation... The food is OK. Delivery always follows on time. BUT The supplier almost never had enough money to change things. If I specify cash payment at Lieferando, it would make sense to have enough change with me. It can't be that you're so unprepared.

Deliver incorrectly several times. I ordered something and it wasn't what I ordered. I wouldn't recommend it anymore. For example, today I ordered pasta bolognese and a pizza with hot sauce. Instead of just putting hot sauce on the pizza, no, my bolognese also had hot sauce which shouldn't be. I personally won't be ordering there again. I pay expensive food for sh... service. No thanks. But everyone has to know for themselves. Have a nice evening.

I often order from Mundfein. Am very satisfied. The food tastes very tasty.

Ordered repeatedly at specific times with enough lead time. What didn't come was the food. Called and asked several times. For the last two orders we received the food over an hour and almost two hours late. The pizza was cold, they would have left a pizza for free next time. Unfortunately we never received a free pizza, nobody knew about anything, it wasn't recorded in the system. Two stars because luckily after such a long wait at least the noodles were still warm. We used to order regularly, everything went great, but now we won't be ordering anymore, it's a shame.

Really bad. You don't get what you ordered. You won't get it anywhere near as promised. My Aloka had hollandaise instead of tomato sauce and iceberg lettuce instead of arugula. Pesto and additionally ordered garlic were completely missing.

Ordered for delivery from Mundfein. Delivery time according to Mundfein 30 minutes. After 75 minutes I asked by phone where the food was. Rude person says food is coming soon. Another 25 minutes later (a total of 100 minutes since ordering) the delivery driver arrives. Ask about compensation for waiting time. Negative. I didn't take any food because I had to take care of it elsewhere in the meantime. Overall impression: They want to make money quickly. There is no customer service.

1 star is still too much. We ordered a pizza and a calzone at 7:20 p.m. We were told the food would arrive in about 35 minutes. At 8:11 p.m. we called to find out when the driver would arrive. We were told by an employee that the food would be ready at 8:03 p.m. and the driver hadn't left yet. We were told the driver would take about 15, 20 minutes. At 9 p.m. we called again, obviously we ended up at the headquarters, we explained the problem and the lady tried to contact the branch by phone, without success. The driver arrived at 9:30 p.m.! I would like to point out again that the pizzas were ready at 8:03 p.m. We refused the food. I cannot recommend this branch!

On the whole, the pizza is a normally good Mundfein pizza. However, it's always a surprise what happens... Sometimes the sauce is missing, then the pizza is cold, the dressing for the salad is out and instead you get aioli from the driver with the words "the chef said" or the pizza comes very late (without information) or even not at all. Complaints are recorded, but have no consequences. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives in our area.

After ordering by phone, 72 minutes waiting time for 2 pizzas. Then it was cold too. And then heating up freshly ordered pizza in the microwave at home wasn't actually the plan. Spices were also used very, very sparingly.

Unfortunately, the last order from Mundfein Geesthacht was subpar. Initially, our delivery time was just under 2 hours, so we called the store to make sure there was no error (because the “typical rush hour” had not yet started when we ordered). Very unreliable. I placed an order for the quarter-finals with delivery one day before the European Championship quarter-finals. This didn't happen. After half an hour late, I called again and was supposedly connected to a switchboard who then wanted to put me through to Geesthacht. After some back and forth, I was promised delivery in half an hour. This delivery failed to materialize. So stay away from the store - it doesn't work!!

Today we ordered 2 pizzas (pizza workshop) and a children's box (chicken). After about 45/50 minutes the order arrived. When unpacking, I noticed that the 6 pizza rolls (included in the description of the children's box) were missing from the said children's box. We called Mundfein and they kindly helped us clarify the incident; someone would be sent out with the pizza rolls straight away. About an hour later I got a call (unfortunately I missed it and called back). The person who answered had difficulty understanding me, asked my name and wanted to know if I wanted to buy a cell phone. I said no and mentioned the order, whereupon I was told that the pizza rolls would be delivered in 10-15 minutes. About half an hour later the delivery person arrived and had the pizza rolls with him and said we had to order the pizza rolls separately. To our answer that the pizza rolls were part of the children's box, according to Lieferando, there was only one answer: "Listen, friend, I work here, I know that." We won't order there again because unfortunately the olives were missing from one pizza (€1.90) and the pizzas were cold and the pizza rolls that were delivered only had 3 instead of 6. Waited two hours. I was glad that they thought of the ice cream this time, but the ice cream (Ben&Jerrys) was in the bag along with the pizza. So the ice cream is melted and the pizza is cold. Unfortunately, the quality of the store continues to decline

I've ordered from Mundfein several times and I'm actually not one to write great reviews. But the word hygiene is probably not that big of a deal there. The change is given out and the next moment you go to the counter and put salami and cheese on the pizza with your unwashed hands. Or last time, after paying, we reached straight into the salad bar and prepared a salad. This is very unhygienic! If you don't wash your hands, you should at least put on disposable gloves! There are also employees who wear them, but unfortunately not the colleague who is at the checkout and also prepares the food. Next time I'll think about ordering food there again. It's a shame, because the pizza is really good so far, but I don't like unwashed fingers preparing my food.

Very bad. This is what an “Aloka” looks like with salad and sauce. Mundfein's pizzas taste delicious and taking orders over the phone works smoothly and is extremely friendly! Very good price/performance ratio if you pick it up yourself. Only the ambience in the store needs a general overhaul, the sales area looks impossible.

Simply weak, weak pizza, weak service, so really not recommended. I put together a pizza for myself and my girlfriend. The toppings were really stingy, the bottom of the pizza was burnt and the delivery person was extremely unfriendly. You wish someone a nice Sunday and they just turn around without saying anything and then they mumble something to themselves as they walk away. The bad pizza afterwards was just the crowning glory. Really bad.

Ordered from Mundfein for the first and last time today. The prices are sometimes quite high. We ordered food for the family for a specific time which was also confirmed. Unfortunately the food arrived over 40 minutes. Too late. With no children very very annoying. The food was cold and the driver responded rudely to the delay. This is not good customer service and certainly not for the money. Was our last purchase there.

Unfortunately we had to wait 40 minutes longer for our fixed time. This would also be confirmed in advance! Unfortunately no one could be reached by phone!!! When asked why you can't even tell them, the driver only responds with "yeah, bye" and was exhausted!!! Food was also cold!!! No longer recommended!!! Especially not at this price!!!

Ordered again and disappointed again. They just can't keep to the delivery times!!!!!! On the phone you end up in some call center where you are told 10 times that the driver should be there in 1-2 minutes. The store is just annoying. Every time the same !!!!

But what only happened 20 minutes later was that the calzone was supposed to have chicken strips and chicken breast in it, but there were only the chicken strips in it and the pizza itself had no taste!
