The food is OK. Delivery always follows on time. BUT The supplier almost never had enough money to change things. If I specify cash payment at Lieferando, it would make sense to have enough change with me. It can't be that you're so unprepared.

Deliver incorrectly several times. I ordered something and it wasn't what I ordered. I wouldn't recommend it anymore. For example, today I ordered pasta bolognese and a pizza with hot sauce. Instead of just putting hot sauce on the pizza, no, my bolognese also had hot sauce which shouldn't be. I personally won't be ordering there again. I pay expensive food for sh... service. No thanks. But everyone has to know for themselves. Have a nice evening.

I'm revising my rating upwards, the last few pizzas were really good, ready for pickup on time and everything was ok!

I often order from Mundfein. Am very satisfied. The food tastes very tasty.

Ordered repeatedly at specific times with enough lead time. What didn't come was the food. Called and asked several times. For the last two orders we received the food over an hour and almost two hours late. The pizza was cold, they would have left a pizza for free next time. Unfortunately we never received a free pizza, nobody knew about anything, it wasn't recorded in the system. Two stars because luckily after such a long wait at least the noodles were still warm. We used to order regularly, everything went great, but now we won't be ordering anymore, it's a shame.

Really bad. You don't get what you ordered. You won't get it anywhere near as promised. My Aloka had hollandaise instead of tomato sauce and iceberg lettuce instead of arugula. Pesto and additionally ordered garlic were completely missing.

Dramatic deterioration in service!!! The promised waiting time of 35 minutes turned into 1 hour and 30 minutes. Underground! They have my phone number! Why don't I get a call back if delivery is delayed! If the driver wasn't so nice and the food was so delicious, I wouldn't order anymore!

Ordered for delivery from Mundfein. Delivery time according to Mundfein 30 minutes. After 75 minutes I asked by phone where the food was. Rude person says food is coming soon. Another 25 minutes later (a total of 100 minutes since ordering) the delivery driver arrives. Ask about compensation for waiting time. Negative. I didn't take any food because I had to take care of it elsewhere in the meantime. Overall impression: They want to make money quickly. There is no customer service.

the delivery time was over 2 hours!!! The original time was given as approx. 40 - 60 minutes... when asked by phone the answer was "there's a lot to do, the driver will be there soon" and "the same" became another 25 minutes. The pizzas were tasty, but unfortunately no longer warm.

1 star is still too much. We ordered a pizza and a calzone at 7:20 p.m. We were told the food would arrive in about 35 minutes. At 8:11 p.m. we called to find out when the driver would arrive. We were told by an employee that the food would be ready at 8:03 p.m. and the driver hadn't left yet. We were told the driver would take about 15, 20 minutes. At 9 p.m. we called again, obviously we ended up at the headquarters, we explained the problem and the lady tried to contact the branch by phone, without success. The driver arrived at 9:30 p.m.! I would like to point out again that the pizzas were ready at 8:03 p.m. We refused the food. I cannot recommend this branch!

We ordered today at 6:40 p.m. After 2 hours I called and asked where the food was, suddenly it said that no order had been taken, strange I was asked 3 times if I wanted to pay with a debit card, which a juice shop doesn't do It's a wonder the Google reviews are so bad, I hope the juice shop has to close, so I'd rather try a delivery service that barely understands German and at least get my food on time

On the whole, the pizza is a normally good Mundfein pizza. However, it's always a surprise what happens... Sometimes the sauce is missing, then the pizza is cold, the dressing for the salad is out and instead you get aioli from the driver with the words "the chef said" or the pizza comes very late (without information) or even not at all. Complaints are recorded, but have no consequences. Unfortunately, there are no alternatives in our area.

After ordering by phone, 72 minutes waiting time for 2 pizzas. Then it was cold too. And then heating up freshly ordered pizza in the microwave at home wasn't actually the plan. Spices were also used very, very sparingly.

Unfortunately, the last order from Mundfein Geesthacht was subpar. Initially, our delivery time was just under 2 hours, so we called the store to make sure there was no error (because the “typical rush hour” had not yet started when we ordered). They wanted to check it on site and call us back, which of course never happened. After our delivery (2 pizzas, 1x pizza rolls) arrived after almost 2 hours, we unfortunately discovered that the pizzas were only topped very sparingly and the dough was not baked through in some places. Given the price-performance ratio, this was certainly the last order we placed at Mundfein Geesthacht.

Very unreliable. I placed an order for the quarter-finals with delivery one day before the European Championship quarter-finals. This didn't happen. After half an hour late, I called again and was supposedly connected to a switchboard who then wanted to put me through to Geesthacht. After some back and forth, I was promised delivery in half an hour. This delivery failed to materialize. So stay away from the store - it doesn't work!!

There's always something... Rarely what you ordered. It's actually a shame, otherwise the food is delicious.

Today we ordered 2 pizzas (pizza workshop) and a children's box (chicken). After about 45/50 minutes the order arrived. When unpacking, I noticed that the 6 pizza rolls (included in the description of the children's box) were missing from the said children's box. We called Mundfein and they kindly helped us clarify the incident; someone would be sent out with the pizza rolls straight away. About an hour later I got a call (unfortunately I missed it and called back). The person who answered had difficulty understanding me, asked my name and wanted to know if I wanted to buy a cell phone. I said no and mentioned the order, whereupon I was told that the pizza rolls would be delivered in 10-15 minutes. About half an hour later the delivery person arrived and had the pizza rolls with him and said we had to order the pizza rolls separately. To our answer that the pizza rolls were part of the children's box, according to Lieferando, there was only one answer: "Listen, friend, I work here, I know that." We won't order there again because unfortunately the olives were missing from one pizza (€1.90) and the pizzas were cold and the pizza rolls that were delivered only had 3 instead of 6. Waited two hours. I was glad that they thought of the ice cream this time, but the ice cream (Ben&Jerrys) was in the bag along with the pizza. So the ice cream is melted and the pizza is cold. Unfortunately, the quality of the store continues to decline

I've ordered from Mundfein several times and I'm actually not one to write great reviews. But the word hygiene is probably not that big of a deal there. The change is given out and the next moment you go to the counter and put salami and cheese on the pizza with your unwashed hands. Or last time, after paying, we reached straight into the salad bar and prepared a salad. This is very unhygienic! If you don't wash your hands, you should at least put on disposable gloves! There are also employees who wear them, but unfortunately not the colleague who is at the checkout and also prepares the food. Next time I'll think about ordering food there again. It's a shame, because the pizza is really good so far, but I don't like unwashed fingers preparing my food.

Very bad. This is what an “Aloka” looks like with salad and sauce. When we called we were told, “My dear, I made this myself and I know that there was salad and sauce on it.” Well, unfortunately that’s not true. So service was also super disappointing. Just never again!! Oh well, of course I waited 74 minutes for it.

Underground! Ordered food at 12:30. delivered at 1:10 p.m. Called 3 times in between and no one could tell what the problem was. Ordered 6 salads & bowls, forgot 4 dressings and 1 was moldy. Delivery person was super rude and pissed off. The warm food ended up being cold because it was 45 minutes too late. NO GO!

Ordered food on the Mundfein website for Ascension Day. Received order confirmation. Drove there. Shop dark, no one there. 3 hours later I get a call and then they get rude on the phone. (Geesthacht branch)

Mundfein's pizzas taste delicious and taking orders over the phone works smoothly and is extremely friendly! Very good price/performance ratio if you pick it up yourself. Only the ambience in the store needs a general overhaul, the sales area looks impossible.

It tastes good, but if you say something that shouldn't be on it and then it's put on it, that's a shame. This has happened several times now.

Simply weak, weak pizza, weak service, so really not recommended. I put together a pizza for myself and my girlfriend. The toppings were really stingy, the bottom of the pizza was burnt and the delivery person was extremely unfriendly. You wish someone a nice Sunday and they just turn around without saying anything and then they mumble something to themselves as they walk away. The bad pizza afterwards was just the crowning glory. Really bad.

Unfortunately we had to wait 40 minutes longer for our fixed time. This would also be confirmed in advance! Unfortunately no one could be reached by phone!!! When asked why you can't even tell them, the driver only responds with "yeah, bye" and was exhausted!!! Food was also cold!!! No longer recommended!!! Especially not at this price!!!

Ordered from Mundfein for the first and last time today. The prices are sometimes quite high. We ordered food for the family for a specific time which was also confirmed. Unfortunately the food arrived over 40 minutes. Too late. With no children very very annoying. The food was cold and the driver responded rudely to the delay. This is not good customer service and certainly not for the money. Was our last purchase there.

Ordered again and disappointed again. They just can't keep to the delivery times!!!!!! On the phone you end up in some call center where you are told 10 times that the driver should be there in 1-2 minutes. The store is just annoying. Every time the same !!!!

Unfortunately I am unable to post photos here. Based on a recommendation, I ordered a pizza today and the Frauke for dessert. (Collection) Sorry, but that doesn't work at all. If I want to eat burnt mince, I can make it myself! The Frauke: based on the Kaiserschmarrn: with a lot of roasted aromas 😉 not really a treat for the palate! It should also be mentioned that the dessert actually comes with a sauce and after asking three times (oh you would like more powdered sugar) no, that sauce goes with it! An imaginary canister was brought in and a sauce was actually conjured up from some ingredients (cherry) You have to keep in mind that there are now only two people working in this shop (there used to be around eight people, with very good quality) who are supposed to offer a quality in street clothes that doesn't work that way! I don't even want to talk about some of the other things that I observed! Mundfein used to stand for excellent food and quality! Sorry, at least in Geesthacht we missed the mark! I'm going to throw away the snot and cook something for myself! Have a nice evening And besides, tastes are completely different and you can't argue about it!

Even though the food tasted really good, we were very disappointed again today. Not only was the food delivered 45 minutes later than the time ordered (actually, one would think that even on a Friday appointment orders should be able to be planned far enough in advance), the extra ingredient that was ordered was not included in the salad, but was still calculated. At €15 for a salad, I expect it to be prepared the way it should. Unfortunately, two calls to the hotline didn't help either. The Mundfein Pizzawerkstatt in Geesthacht cannot be reached, nor do I seem to get my money back for the goods that were not delivered... Such poor service will no longer be worth the money to me in the future

I ordered it! 1x pizza salami 26 cm €9.45 1x Calzone construction kit €15.85 with: 1x tomato sauce, 1x broccoli, 1x chicken strips, 1x chicken breast IT was about being delivered at 5 p.m.! But what only happened 20 minutes later was that the calzone was supposed to have chicken strips and chicken breast in it, but there were only the chicken strips in it and the pizza itself had no taste! Unfortunately, the conclusion is not repeated

Leckeres Essen und gutes Service!!

Das Essen wurde eine halbe Stunde zu spät geliefert. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn sich jemand gemeldet hätte, um Bescheid zu geben, dass es zur Verzögerung kommt. Leider musste ich dann feststellen, dass statt Dressing ein Dip geliefert wurde, den ich nicht bestellt hatte. Ist leider nicht das erste Mal.

Die Fahrer werden nicht gut eingewiesen. Oft werden Soßen vergessen und dann hat der Fahrer kein Wechselgeld dabei. Das es die Geesthachter Straße auch in Gülzow gibt und die Pizzen deshalb kalt ankamen, war mehrfach ärgerlich. Bestellen nicht wieder dort.

Ich bin eigentlich Stammgast der Kette Mundfein und war immer sehr zufrieden, doch Mundfein Geesthacht entspricht nicht unbedingt den Standards der anderen Filialien. Das Essen ist zwar gut und wir bestellen auch gerne dort, besonders Pizza, aber in Geesthacht leidet leider irgendwie die Qualität so fehlen zB einfach mal ein paar Zutaten im Auflauf oder aber die Pizza sieht nicht unbedingt ansehnlich aus. Ja einmal war sogar die Sahne schlecht... Dinge die können mal passieren, aber wenn immer mal was ist...ist es eben keine 5 Sterne mehr wert....aber auf jeden Fall ausbaufähig 😊

Wir haben jetzt das dritte Mal bestellt. Die Lieferung erfolgte schneller als mitgeteilt, meine Calzone Fullhouse wie immer delikat, meine Frau hatte das erste Mal Pasta ( Pastachick ) und war sehr angetan, der Nachtisch Frauke wie gewohnt höchst lecker. Unsere Nummer 1 in Geesthacht

Das war die beste Pizza und die besten Pizzabrötchen, die wir jemals gegessen haben. Wir haben mehrfach bestellt zum Abholen. Damit kann ich über den Lieferservice nichts sagen. Ich finde es etwas besorgniserregend, was über die Hygiene geschrieben wurde, kann darüber aber nichts sagen. Ich hoffe einfach, dass die Mitarbeiter entsprechend instruiert wurden. Was für Qualität des Essens angeht, hoffen wir sehr, dass es so bleibt.

Standardpizza ohne große Ausschläge nach oben. Teig sehr dick und dominant. Preis/Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Lieferant war sehr freundlich

Wir bestellen recht oft bei Mundfein und sind, bis jetzt nur 1x vom Essen enttäuscht worden. Es ist lecker, immer noch heiß wenn es ankommt und die Lieferanten sind immer sehr freundlich. Auch für die Kinder ist immer was Leckeres dabei. Wir werden auch weiterhin gern bestellen!!!

Ich bin etwas enttäuscht von der Bestellung. Vorweg: Zum ersten Mal habe ich nun bei Mundfein in Geesthacht bestellt. Die Bestellung kam recht schnell und der Lieferbote war auch sehr freundlich. Dafür gibt es auch die drei Sterne. Von der gelieferten Pizza bin ich jedoch sehr enttäuscht, sieht Bild. Ein beträchtlicher Teil der Pizza war nicht auf der Pizza, sondern klebte im Karton. Damit war diese Stelle ohne Belag, lecker ist was anderes. Bitte schaut selber mal in den Karton, bevor ihr Pizzen ausliefert.

Total enttäuscht, die Qualität hat stark nachgelassen. Pizzabrötchen sind teilweise nicht durchgebacken, Mehrkornbrötchen sogut wie ohne Sonnenblumenkerne. Das kannten wir mal anders.

Haben per Telefon bestellt, da die Filiale über Website oder Lieferdienstapps nicht gefunden wird. Das Essen kam relativ schnell, der Fahrer war freundlich. Die Pizzen und die Pizzabrötchen sahen auf den ersten Blick ganz gut aus. Der Bacon auf der Landhauspizza hätte gerne knuspriger sein können, ebenso die Salami auf der Salamipizza. Jedoch viel uns bereits beim ersten Stück Pizza auf, dass der Teig sehr weich ist und noch teigig schmeckte. Auch der Teig der Mehrkornpizzabrötchen waren noch nicht durch. Alles in allem war es essbar, aber wir würden uns für die Zukunft wünschen, dass der Teig der Produkte durch und knusprig ist.

Im Groben uns Ganzen, mein persönlicher Eindruck: Das Ambiete vor Ort macht leider nichts her. Zu viele unprofessionell angebrachte Schilder und Aufkleber, sowie teils schmutzige Flyer. Der Preis für Salat und Pizzabrötchen fande ich fair. Der Selbstabholer-Rabatt von 25% hat das Personal automatisch abgezogen. Kartenzahlung via NFC (Smartphone) war problemlos möglich. Ich finde es super, dass einige vegane Optionen angeboten werden. Zurück im Büro merkte ich, dass im Salat eine halbe Ingwerknolle versteckt war (Wie kann das sein?). Die Pizzabrötchen waren weich, warm und lecker. Allerdings war vorher nicht klar, wie diese aussehen oder wie groß diese sind.

So sehen die Pizza lecker aus, aber sie waren Kalt und das bestellte Eis war schon warm und noch dazu ein ganz anderes als bestellt wurde, wenn das bestellte nicht da ist wäre es schön gewesen sie hätten sich gemeldet und nicht einfach ein anderes geschickt was man nicht haben wollte. Der bestellte Kaiserschmarrn wurde ohne Kompott geliefert, was seinem Geschmack bestimmt gut getan hätte. Aber wie ich gesehen habe wird nur auf gute Bewertungen reagiert, was mir sagt das es beim nächsten Mal bestellen nicht besser sein würde, da es nicht gelesen wird. Wir werden dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Die Lieferung ging super schnell, wohne aber auch nur 1km entfernt.Die Pizza war schön heiß, allerdings habe ich statt Peperoni Paprika bekommen, darum 1 Stern Abzug. Der Salat super frisch und groß.
