MULLIGAN'S - Irish Pub, Bar und Grill in Nürnberg

Food was very disappointing. 😢 I ordered an Irish beef stew with Guinness and got a Gaisburger March in vegetable broth. My partner ordered a burger which was served lukewarm and without onions (as advertised). Service is good, friendly and fast 👍🏻 Absolutely OK for a pint, not recommended for food.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere was also nice. A place I would like to visit again.

The food is great, there's also a Mahr. The drinks aren't cheap, I'm willing to pay the price and give a tip, but the waitresses are incredibly unfriendly, which ruins a pub where you're always chatting. Edit: Even better, my review should now be removed (again) because it is not possible to determine whether I was ever a guest there. It's funny that I know there is Mahr beer there without ever having been there... Good thing I still have the bill...

Muligans is the place to be! Great food, Great drinks and fast service. I recommed The Dirty Mulligan and sweet potato fries, Unreal!

Irish stew was like dishwater I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap which turned out to be a spicy kebab!! Red wine undrinkable Ok if you want a few beers maybe. Nice location.

I’d give 100 stars if possible. There’s no better beer, bar, drinks in Nuremberg. Oh did I mention the staff? Yeah they’re most amazing, mind-reading, beautiful and friendliest people you’ll ever meet. Kinda like coming home a bit. Thank you guys, always a pleasure to be there.

We only had one beer. The “typical” Guinness. It was busy (around 9:30 p.m.). Unfortunately the waitress ignored us for a while. But once we placed the order, the beer arrived quite quickly. We sat in the "middle aisle", so people were always walking past to the right and left. That wasn't so nice. But I would recommend it for a quick nightcap.

If you want to eat a good burger near the main station, you've come to the right place. The taste was great and the staff was also very friendly. Why not 5 stars, unfortunately it is a bit noisy because of the street when cars or police drive through. Otherwise clear recommendation.

Bad service, bad drinks, bad atmosphere from the waitress. Despite all the good reviews, there was a catastrophic evening thanks to poor hospitality. And that even though the store would have given everything in terms of furnishings and a great solo entertainer.

Mulligans Irish Pub offers excellent service. I had barely sat down when the friendly server promptly took my order. Unsure of the menu, I requested a vegetarian burger and a cider. She immediately recommended their vegetarian burger and bottled cider. Despite being at the last available table, the atmosphere was calm and smoke-free, perfect for watching football. Card payments are accepted, but note that there's a €10 minimum. With such a great experience, you'll easily spend more than €10 here.

I may have had too much to drink in this pub.

Good pub food and cold beers. You can sit inside and watch sports or outside under umbrellas. Only downside is that outside is full of smokers - not pleasant when you eating ...would be great if there was a dedicated smoking section.

Unfortunately one of the staff was exceptionally rude to us, going as far as mocking our accents and stropping about when we asked for some ice with a bottle of bulmers. The service being rude was a shame given it was the first pub we visited during our trip to Nuremberg Not planning on going back

Sehr gutes Essen, netter Service! Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist: Während der EM Spiele wurde eine Leinwand aufgestellt mit dazu gehöriger Lautsprecherbox. Diese wurde einfach neben unserem Tisch platziert mit einer unfassbaren Lautstärke, dass man sein eigenes Wort nicht verstehen konnte. Als man darauf hingewiesen hat, ob man es nicht etwas leiser machen könne, sagte man uns wir können ja den Tisch wechseln, der sich wo ganz anders befand. Nicht sehr Gastfreundlich.

Absolutely crazy! You make a reservation and then the table is simply given away because the time is supposedly wrong. And then you get insulted in an unfriendly way. It doesn't work at all!

The lady in service definitely didn't feel like working on weekday afternoons. There was hardly anything going on, she seemed very clumsy and unfriendly. Toilets also left a lot to be desired. Small note for the map: feel free to put all the ciders in one category or at least say that it is cider. I've only seen one, but there are actually more.

moderate. Not even beer mats when you sit outside, so there are wasps in the beer. The waitress has apparently given up the smile at the cloakroom. Update: we were there again (beginning of May 24) this time everything was fine. It probably depends on the day and how things are going there.

A good bar with TVs. The meal was good but the salad was bathed in sauce. It's an Irish bar atmosphere. The TVs are very large and make it easy to follow the matches. The service is fast.

There is Mahrs beer. On Bundesliga match days you can watch the games here. Sometimes the staffing level is a bit thin. Overall a solid pub and a good alternative.

Visiting a Sunday is def better. Less traffic. The food is great. Good fish&chips. Would have love the fish portion to be slightly bigger, but none the less, very lekker!

I think the pub is great. It was a pleasant atmosphere - not too empty, not too crowded, and the live music was great. The artist has played or sung many different genres. So there was something for everyone. The employees were all very friendly until the end. And we actually stayed there until closing time in the evening. The drinks were well mixed. The price was also completely reasonable! I would have even expected more. However, I can't comment on the food because we didn't eat anything there. Nevertheless, definitely recommended and we will absolutely come back.

Das Mulligans ist ein tolles Irish Pub. Mein Liebling ist natürlich das Cider dort. Schön gekühlt. Das Essen ist einfach klasse. Empfehlung sind die Wings, die Süßkartoffel-Pommes und der Shepherd’s Pie. Am Wochenende kann man live Musik hören. Die Fußballspiele aber auch Rugby und anderen Sachen an den vielen Monitoren sehen. Gemütlich auch an der Bar was trinken ist möglich. Ein Muss für jeden Pubgänger!!!!

A very great bar. I always come here to watch football games, as there are a lot of TVs here so you can watch the action from anywhere. The bar also offers a great Irish-style atmosphere and a great selection of alcoholic drinks. The food is also very tasty. Always a great visit here

A really recommended pub. The service is quick and friendly, the atmosphere is attractive and clean. The fish and chips here are a real recommendation, I don't know of any better ones in Nuremberg.

All food that was served was OK, the service stuff always friendly. There are nice places to sit in the rear area, however we didn't get one of these. As there are several TVs showing soccer, there is always a strong basic noise which you should like. For me personally, it was too loud.

Irish Pub, large bar and wide choice of beers, menu a little limited for the occasion as three dishes indicated on the menu were not available and therefore a somewhat difficult choice; the place is nice, located in the Old City, the service is friendly and smiling from Viviana, prices are average.

I had a terrible experience with staff working at the bar - mixed strong alcohol or selling fake versions of the original once. I had a visit with my family and we wanted to have a drink, we ordered one beer, cola, and 2x double whiskey. Apparently, on their menu, a single shot is 2cl instead of the usual 4cl, and we got a single as double, but that was not a problem, so we asked a bartender to double it more so we could get a total of 8cl as it is supposed to be - On what bartender answer to us was: "You got to finish first what we already got" and that he will not add any more whiskey into our glass until we are done saying it coarsely "what and excellent hospitality" But the story was not ending on that, we took a couple of sips of our Laphroaig and straight away understood that something was wrong with it... I know that brand very well and know all the tastes it has. I kindly asked the bartender to change my drink and possibly make the change from the new sealed bottle. The bartender started to argue with me straight away and asked me to bet 100 euros with him if he would open the bottle. After a few minutes of discussion, he brought the new bottle and opened it in front of us. The way he was opening the bottle was very mean and he tried to show us a rude face that we are wrong by asking him to do it. However, I asked him to pure me a small taste sip into a glass from the new sealed bottle and the bartender refused to do it by shouting at us that we must leave the bar or he would call "someone" to talk with us. Lately, I asked other employees of the bar If they could let me taste the whiskey from the new bottle that just has been opened and they were fine by doing it, but that other employee immediately started to shout at the other employees .. I tried to explain to that rude bartender that he was wrong in his actions, but instead of talking with me and finding the solution, he said he would call the police on me ( because he knew he made a mistake and had been caught by the hand for scamming his customers) so far I waited for the police at the bar for about 40 minutes and of course, nobody showed up...

The best pub in Nuremberg We are coming here for quite a while and it’s always a very nice and comfortable experience. You can also watch all kinds of sports and listen to live music on some evenings. If you’re here you should take some time and pay them a visit 😁😁

Amazing place to come and hang out with your friends! Very authentic Irish pub. They have a huuuuuge selection of drinks, whiskeys and beers. It kind of gives you that “ how I met your mother pub “ vibe. The food is delicious!!! The owner is also very friendly and outgoing! 10 out of 10!

Best Irish Bar in Nuremberg. Bear is exactly like in Irland. Food very tasty. So many screens to watch football. Try cocktails and shots too. They are awesome!

So unfreundlich und ignorant zu Gästen (an der Theke) muss man erstmal sein! Hauen‘s dann die gefühlt Dutzend Fernseher und das drittklassige Pubambiente (öfter schon in welchen in Belfast gewesen) auch nicht mehr raus. Keine Musik bei der unpassenden Auswahl wäre auch besser gewesen.

Lieb alles an der Bar. Atmosphäre und Service top, Essen auch Mega lecker. Komme immer gerne hierher !

Chicken Wings mit Pommes bestellt, nach 45 min gefragt, wo das Essen bleibt und darum gebeten worden noch 5 min zu warten. Es wurde an den anderen Tischen kaum gegessen, also offensichtlich vergessen. Nochmal knapp 15 Minuten warten müssen. Ich habe dann gesagt, dass ich das Essen nicht voll zahlen werde, aufgrund der Wartezeit. Später drei mal nach der Rechnung gefragt, bis ich dann mit verdrehten Augen gefragt wurde ob ich den ganzen Tisch zahle. Auf meine Bemerkung, dass ich knapp 1 h auf die chicken Wings gewartet habe, meinte die Bedienung, dass sie das nicht rabattieren könne. Kein Entgegenkommen, kein Bier umsonst. Traurig.

Arrived late into town and needed a burger and beer. Food delivered quick and was good for time. Beer was local, cold and refreshing.

Unterbesetzter Service? Nettigkeit war top, Bedienung hat aber gedauert. Ambiente ist eher Sportsbar als "richtiger" Irish-Pub. Kann man aber auf jeden Fall ansteuern.

Chicken mit Pommes waren gut , Ketchup und Mayonnaise im Überfluss. Bedienung hat etwas auf sich warten lassen. Muss aber auch sagen das das Lokal sehr voll war. Ambiente sehr gemütlich. Mein nächster besuch wird nicht lange auf sich warten lassen. Gerne wieder. 3 x Bier und 2 x Chicken preis ca. 25 € , ist vollkommen ok.

Ambiente war in Ordnung. Die Bedienungen waren allerdings sehr unaufmerksam und langsam. Es hat gedauert, bis wir unsere Getränke hatten und wir mussten mehrfach darauf aufmerksam machen, das wir zahlen wollen. Das der Betreiber jetzt Monate später versucht hat meine Bewertung entfernen zu lassen, weil er sie "nicht zuordnen könne" lässt mich an der Seriosität des Ladens zweifeln.

Ein sehr atmosphärischer Ort, ein Besuch erinnert mich immer an gute Erinnerungen. Freundlicher Service, bereit zu Vorschlägen, die immer für mich funktionieren. In Angebot Gutmann Hefe Weizen, Was ich allen empfehle, die es nicht versucht haben. Essen in großen Portionen. Ich kann es nur empfehlen

Consistenly one of the most lively Irish pubs in town. Nick, the bartender/manager makes great drinks and the staff are friendly! As far as pub food goes, it's quite good! I like the jagerschnitzel with potato wedges and salad. I also love that they do live music on Fridays and Saturdays, which is not that common in Nuremberg.

Schöner irischer Pub in Nürnberg. Der Live Musiker war nicht so dolle, aber dafür gibt es eine große Auswahl an irischen Getränken, Whisky etc.
