It's such a shame. This was by far our favorite restaurant for a long time. Now it's really run-down, old, and filthy. The floor, the tables, and especially the restrooms are all dirty. The food is becoming less and less plentiful and is nowhere near what it used to be. Ordered dishes are often forgotten. We've given the place a few more chances, but the last four times we've been disappointed, as described. We won't be going back. It's a real shame.

A varied selection, the dishes are good and served hot, unfortunately the service is subpar; several dishes were forgotten and had to be requested, and even then, it never happened. The service was quite slow. The setting is pleasant, the decor is nice. Drinks are excessively expensive, over €6 for a 75cl bottle of water.

Unfortunately, our visit was an absolute disaster. Only half of the dishes we ordered arrived, and what did arrive was cold. We only ever had a maximum of two plates on our table at a time and often stood there for at least 15 minutes with empty plates before anything else came. It was truly a shame, especially considering the high price. I informed the waiter about the missing dishes, and he assured us he would go and get them himself, but he never returned, just like the missing dishes. Eventually, we decided to give up on our meal and ordered dessert to pay. The bill arrived quickly, but the dessert never came! We will not be coming back.

Based on my recommendation, we came here today as a group of six. What can I say… We had a reservation for 8 pm and were seated at 8:20 pm. We couldn't order until 8:35 pm. The quality of the sushi and rice was, in some cases, a disaster! The pictures speak for themselves; it was falling apart… The wait time between orders was sometimes over 30 minutes. We gave our feedback immediately, but the server couldn't do anything about it, although she was very understanding and friendly nonetheless. Another table eventually left because they couldn't get anything to eat. Furthermore, many dishes were already sold out, as were some drinks. We're still sitting here, so this review is live :)

The staff is extremely friendly, and both the food and drinks are consistently delicious. The tempura rolls could have been a bit crispier, but that's hardly worth mentioning. In addition to sushi, lamb chops were also served, which were delicious but a bit tough. One significant downside: the sour cream with the sweet potato fries unfortunately seemed rancid. In total, we paid around €90 for dinner for two – including beer, a cocktail, and about 2,700 calories per person. Contrary to some reviews, I found the restrooms clean and well-maintained. Climbing the stairs to the restaurant was more reminiscent of walking into a movie theater or club than into a traditional restaurant. The wait for the food was roughly the same as in a typical restaurant.

It's a restaurant where food is ordered via iPad. You can order 12 dishes (1 small portion) per session, and then it starts again in 20 minutes. Everything tastes delicious, but you can skip the soup. The ice cream is delicious! You can also order à la carte. For €33, you have to be hungry; children pay half price, and seniors sometimes get a discount.

We were at the mu-kii restaurant in Saarbrücken two days ago, and it was truly a disaster. Not only did the food arrive cold, but it also tasted awful, completely inedible. As if that wasn't bad enough, we found a fly in our soy sauce. That's simply disgusting and an absolute no-go for a restaurant. The service was also extremely poor: unfriendly, slow, and completely disinterested. For us, this was one of the worst restaurant visits ever. Never again!

We were really looking forward to the sushi and were a bit disappointed. I found it quite striking that the classic "fish sushi" items simply weren't brought, or if they were, they only came after repeated insistence. Fried dishes or "fillers" like rice, on the other hand, were brought quickly and in full. Unfortunately, this meant that we didn't get a large portion of our orders. Combined with the two-hour time constraints, this was a bit unfortunate. The quality of the fried dishes wasn't particularly good either. Therefore, overall, the price-performance ratio isn't recommended.

We go there here and there since a couple of years as we enjoy the food and the all you can eat tablet based concept but we were really deceived last time we went (June 2025), not by the food but by the cleanness of the place… the toilets were not clean and smelled terribly like bleach and so did the whole place as they use a spray containing bleach to clean tables… the smell of the bleach ruined the eating experience, plus they just use the same towel to clean all tables in one area of the restaurant and just spray a bit of cleaning product on the table before the next group arrives to eat… the seats as well as the tables were sticky and I felt gross when I sat down and during the whole dinner… for the price you pay and to enjoy your meal Thai should not happen… also they seem to not renew the dishes and the cutlery as the ones we received were all damaged and is a bad state…

And this was despite the restaurant not even being half full. We've been there several times, but unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't so good. There were three of us, and it took us over two hours to eat four courses – the wait times between courses were disproportionately long. We ordered the fifth course, but after waiting 45 minutes, we never received it. We also had to wait over 30 minutes for the bill. The food is good and the price is right, BUT the organization and processes are abysmal. Sushi takes 30 minutes from order to table at normal customer frequency. Since you're only allowed to stay for 2 hours, that's quite steep. The ordering system is based on rounds, with orders being allowed every 15 minutes. The hot dishes from round 4 outstripped the sushi from round 2. One sushi dish was completely forgotten. The restroom smells pungent, similar to a football stadium restroom on a Saturday afternoon. There's dust on the decor. And where there's no decoration (around the windows), there's an 80s charm.

A sushi restaurant on the first floor of a building in the heart of Saarbrücken, overlooking the Berliner Promenade. A rather unusual access via a staircase wedged between two kebab and ice cream parlors. Once on the first floor, you arrive at two spacious rooms, one on the right and one on the left, overlooking the Saar. The service we chose was "all you can eat." Accustomed to this type of service in other establishments in the city, we gave in to temptation. The atmosphere is pleasant, with quality music and tables; the plates are branded with the restaurant's name. The service is generally smooth, with a good number of servers. The decor is very pleasant, and the chefs are visible depending on where you are in the room. The concept is controlled via a tablet, on which you order ten dishes every 13 minutes from a fairly extensive menu. Be careful ⚠️ many dishes are not included, but they are cheap but not free. But you can easily fill up on what's on offer at the all-you-can-eat buffet, which costs €30.90 (excluding weekends). The dishes that arrive are good. The dessert was just okay...nothing special. But in our opinion, the price is a bit stiff, certainly considering the location, but unfortunately, it's in line with the competition. So overall, it's recommended! €25 to €30 max seems more reasonable to us. It's up to you!

Attention gourmets and connoisseurs! All you can eat = eat a lot and pay little! Gourmets know what that means. Anyone who says the food and quality are very good unfortunately has no idea. I went there on a recommendation and was more than disappointed! The food is of the lowest standard. Sushi and vegetable dishes are just barely edible. All other dishes are convenience foods of the lowest quality. The only thing that's fresh here are the drinks. It's extremely loud in the evenings, and the air is very bad. I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. As soon as we arrived, the atmosphere was unbearable: due to the public holiday, the restaurant was invaded by noisy children, left to their own devices by careless parents. The place looked more like a daycare than a place where you can enjoy a meal in peace. Finally, let's talk about the prices: €100 for two people is totally excessive. At this price, one might expect a gastronomic establishment, or even a restaurant on the Champs-Élysées. The only positive point: the dishes were not bad, hence the only star I give them.

We had dinner there this evening and it was really nice at first. The food came quickly, but unfortunately many of the warm dishes were cold and the sushi was very dry, very rice-heavy and not a lot of fish. The raw fish wasn't bad but wasn't really tasty either. When a group of very loud young men who seemed to somehow belong to the restaurant sat down at the next table, it was really unpleasant. In addition, they turned on an Arabic series on a tablet from the restaurant and the men's conversation meant that we could hardly hear each other. At least three people from the staff were always standing at the table next to us but the empty dishes were collecting. All in all we may have had a bad day, it wasn't a complete failure but I don't think we will eat there again.

Went here for dinner at the weekend. I made a reservation online and everything worked, even with a special request. The food was varied and tasted good. It was warm and nothing was overcooked or burnt. The service was very quick and very polite and helpful. Complaints were also handled very well. An absolute disappointment, The service was absolutely disorganized and an absolute disaster. The waiters didn't know their tables and spoke much too quietly. The avocado maki were made from overripe avocados. The hot food did not arrive at the table warm, and food arrived at the table far too late, if it was brought to the table at all. The fried vegetables were burnt and otherwise unseasoned, the vegetables in tempura were mushy, as a trained chef it just made me sad and angry how food can be violated like that. The baked bananas just didn't taste like anything. Before my visit from Bonn, I was ashamed that I had taken you to such a bad restaurant. There were 5 of us and none of us will ever go to this restaurant again. In addition, the quality of the food and service definitely does not justify the high price.

We were in the restaurant on Saturday and were informed right at the start that we only had 90 minutes for our table. That wasn't a problem for us. But after the meal, when we had already paid and packed our things, my companion was denied access to the toilet. He was also spoken to harshly by the waiter because we had exceeded the time limit and because of us customers would now have to wait. They could have simply asked us in advance that we should order the last round earlier. My Coke was also stale and we had to wait over 15 minutes for the last lap, which also meant it took us longer - otherwise we would have left earlier. Such behavior and the unfriendly tone on the way out really spoiled our evening. We will not visit this restaurant again.

Anything with meat doesn't taste good. Most things arrive cold. Very disgusting especially with beef and pork. The cola at the beginning also killed my appetite. Definitely not Coca Cola like it says on the menu. With the pineapple spritzer, the part about the spritzer was forgotten. Dessert went. You just had to get it out of the fridge. It was noisy there and you have to go into the hallway to use the toilet and you have to ask for the password to even be able to open the door to the toilet.

Really can't say anything bad. Food tastes fabulous, especially the sushi. Fish very tender and the rice not so present, which I like very much. The service is friendly, but every now and then something is forgotten, which is understandable given the volume of orders. It's just a shame that it takes a little longer. Very nice atmosphere with a view over the Saar. Especially recommended at night.

Really highly recommended! The Japanese dishes are incredibly tasty and everything is freshly prepared. No long waiting times and out of 15 courses we have never managed more than 4 (with 4 people). The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating and always has a smile on their faces. Children are no problem either, minis even get extra small chairs and are welcome. We really enjoy coming to eat and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Here you can have a good look over Saarbrücken. Not a top restaurant, but tasty. Tables are a bit cramped. The entrance looks like it's in a parking garage.

The three of us were at Mu-Kii last night at 6:00 p.m. and in short, the first and last time! In the first round we had 3 soups, noodle soup with beef, Tom Yung Gung and Mi soup. All the soups were just lukewarm. The noodles in the noodle soup were spaghetti, definitely cheaper than ramen noodles, the beef was tough and the broth had an indefinable taste. The Tom Yung Gung soup consisted of 1 shrimp, 1 slice of Champion and a leaf of coriander, at least the taste of the broth is reminiscent of a Tom Yung soup. The Mi soup was also indefinable in taste and, like the noodle soup, went back. Sometimes the order came quite quickly, but sometimes 1 or 2 courses later. The sushi tasted ok but the rice was too wet. The kimchi was the worst thing we have ever eaten. My stepson defined the taste as if it had been in the bottom corner of a musty aquarium! The beef fillet my wife had was very tough and full of bacon, so definitely not fillet and way too much pepper. The rest of the dishes tasted ok, but nothing special that would have justified the price of €35 per person. There were only 3 types of ice cream to choose from, even though there were a few more on the menu. The toilets weren't clean either and the paper was gone by 6:30 p.m. We believe a good Chinese has better food at cheaper prices. We will not come to this restaurant again.

Unfortunately it is no longer what it once was. The service was unfriendly and inattentive. Empty plates were not cleared away and soy sauce was only given upon request. The Lillet was warm and stale. The food from the first round came over an hour later. The noodle soup with beef was spaghetti for me and without beef. Sushi falls apart, hot food is cold. Some of the ambience is getting old. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right here.

So first of all, the staff was very nice, the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was good too. What we didn't like was that everything was too soaked in oil for our standards. I really like eating vegetables, but had to give them up because they were too oily for me. The same applies to the dumplings etc. (had to dab them) I wouldn't necessarily have to go there again, but I wouldn't refuse if my friends really wanted to go there. It wasn't that bad. I just know others who do it a little better for my taste

The food there couldn't get any worse, we ate there today, only half of the orders were served to us and half of them were always cold, after complaining to the staff several times we decided to leave the shop when we were paid The discount was waived but that didn't help us either. We then went to eat somewhere else, the shop was no longer necessary, people would rather go somewhere else for a good meal than here in the juice shop!!!!! Best regards from Saarlouis

Unfortunately the quality really drops for the price. The food is not a good price-performance ratio. The soup is completely watery and the lamb smelled very strong. The shrimp didn't make an impression either. All in all The dishes are very oversalted, so you have to order more drinks. Unfortunately, these are very stale and warm and are served in really old, rancid glasses. Absolutely not what it used to be. Not recommended for the price

I've been a customer for years and two weeks ago my daughter invited me to dinner. There was no one at the door and we stood there for about 5 minutes. It was never like that. The food is good Every now and then sushi falls apart but that's not so bad. Since I was so thirsty I took a big sip of cola, which was unfortunately warm and stale, no ice cubes because there was so much missing so I didn't want to say anything. At the next table, sushi was returned twice because of a hair. When we got our dessert there was some ice cream in mine too. I let it go back and the waitress asked me: doesn't she want that anymore? NO When we wanted to pay I complained. The waitress offered me an espresso on the house for the cola and I thanked her. For hair in the ice cream he told me the colleague said the ice cream was cold.....NO a hair the waitress looked into the kitchen it made him uncomfortable. He then asked what we wanted and he could have simply called the boss who could have made us an offer. We're not coming anymore

We were there for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. The portions were just right and not too much, so you could also enjoy the selection. We thought it tasted very good. The quality of the food was also very good for us. You are welcomed in a friendly manner and the friendliness stays that way. At the table, as well as when saying goodbye. We also liked the ambience, but the noise from all the conversations was a bit tiring. Maybe you can work with large plants, subtle room dividers or something similar. We felt comfortable, the food was tip top and is recommended. A visit is definitely worth it and we will definitely come back.

Rather disappointed with my last visits, prices increasing probably due to inflation….. but still… My last visit in July 24 was average Restaurant only 50% full At the end of the service the waiter who asks me twice for a tip, something which I obviously refused….. in short you have to be sure to see one, such as a larger table or even just a glass of 'water …. I think my next visit will be in 2025…….

Went to the store with high expectations due to other recessions, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. Unfortunately the sushi always fell apart into small pieces. The meat that was offered was like rubber to eat and simply not seasoned well. Sometimes it was simply delivered fat or cold. The soup was also very watery and not really flavorful. Fried things were also fried very sparingly. Drinks are also really expensive and were served in glasses that were very worn and some had sharp edges. However, some sushi dishes were really tasty, which is a positive thing, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, it was very aggressively pointed out that please add a tip when paying by card. For 2 people with a drink just over €80 is a bit too much for the “quality” on offer.

Overall there are 4 stars because I hope we just had a stupid day. We made a reservation for 2 people last Saturday evening. It was really busy and loud, so the service was quick and hectic. Our table was already ready, but unfortunately my companion only had a single chopstick on his plate. We had to point this out several times until a second one was finally brought. At this point the first orders were already on the table. We were also asked at the beginning if we would also like wasabi and ginger. The wasabi I wanted never came. The technology and orders via tablet were very simple and worked without any problems. It just took a long time for the orders to be delivered. The all-you-can-eat is valid for 2 hours, during which you can order up to 5 dishes per person per round. In 1.5 hours we received 3 rounds we ordered. We didn't want to stay any longer. Meanwhile, the food at our neighboring table arrived faster, even though we were sitting at the table at the same time. The food was okay overall, but unfortunately it didn't make up for the rest of the experience. Conclusion: If I come back, I will definitely avoid peak times.

I'll start with the ambiance. We sat inside, which was very nice, but the chairs were so worn and uncomfortable that you couldn't even sit comfortably on them. Otherwise, the decor was quite nice. The service was rather slow; the waitresses seemed a bit annoyed at times and weren't very attentive (it took a long time before they noticed you and asked for a second order). The food was rather mediocre. Not bad, but the value for money wasn't right. I had the cannelloni, which was very tough (reheated?). The sauce that came with it was good.

We waited forever for our food, even though 3 people were working on our food in the meantime. In the middle of it all, one of them started making a phone call. The owner looks very greasy, so you might think he shouldn't have anything to do with food. The menu doesn't say what's in a sandwich, so I was quite shocked to see that my steak sandwich had more mushrooms than meat and I absolutely hate mushrooms. Bread was somehow soft, there was no salad or anything like that
