The dishes are enjoyable, even if some have been reduced in quantity. The service is rather slow. On the other hand, does the restaurant close at 10:30 p.m. or 11:30 p.m., since we had to rush towards the end?

We love going here. The service is always wonderful. And the food fantastic. Unfortunately, instead of 5 dishes per course, this has now been reduced to 4.

A dream. Customers' wishes are taken into account. Super nice and courteous staff. Especially on Ramadan. Keep it up 😊

We go to Mukii very often and have always been very satisfied. But now we were very disappointed for the second time in a row, the service seems stressed and isn't exactly friendly, the food takes forever and is usually cold (refers to noodle and rice dishes), drinks also take a very long time. Friends and acquaintances who often visit the restaurant are also increasingly disappointed. Because of the latest price increase, reduced items per round and the sharp decline in service, I can't give more stars. Unfortunately, as regular guests we will have to look for alternatives.

We ate really well overall! Tablet ordering at the top! Two small binding points: For example, when you order meat or fish with sweet potatoes, it would be good for it to arrive at the same time and not the potatoes in the middle of the next round in order to eat logically. And I find their seaweed too thick (2.5 turns of a maki) difficult to chew! Otherwise superb setting!

Food is really great, very tasty and varied - some things are perhaps a bit too greasy, but still 5 stars. Everything is ordered via iPad, the service staff are not particularly communicative and sometimes you have no idea which dish has just been brought. Location is okay, soundproofing could be a little better and some things are a bit old. Overall, it’s still worth a visit again and again!

The food was decent for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. We were informed that the restaurant would close slightly earlier than the stated 22:30 on the website, but the kitchen had already closed at 21:30. Shortly after, parts of the restaurant, including the kitchen, were dark, and the staff seemed to be waiting for us to leave so they could go home, which made for a rushed and unpleasant experience. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. As soon as we arrived, the atmosphere was unbearable: due to the public holiday, the restaurant was invaded by noisy children, left to their own devices by careless parents. The place looked more like a daycare than a place where you can enjoy a meal in peace. Finally, let's talk about the prices: €100 for two people is totally excessive. At this price, one might expect a gastronomic establishment, or even a restaurant on the Champs-Élysées. The only positive point: the dishes were not bad, hence the only star I give them.

Some dishes come very quickly, others took an hour, which made you think you had forgotten it and ordered it again. Then suddenly it happens twice. This can be expanded. Unfortunately, the sushi was very tasteless, and the rice was probably not prepared properly and just crumbled apart. The warm dishes were okay, but only partially. Vegetables very tasty. The good desserts unfortunately come with an extra charge and there were unfortunately only 3 types of ice cream out of 7 that were actually available to choose from. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was also very nice. All in all, the price is definitely not worth it for the quality of the food.

Our visit to this restaurant was simply wonderful! The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The dishes were excellently prepared - we were particularly impressed by the fresh sushi and the cocktails. A perfect place for a family evening or a meeting with friends. We'll definitely be back!

We had dinner there this evening and it was really nice at first. The food came quickly, but unfortunately many of the warm dishes were cold and the sushi was very dry, very rice-heavy and not a lot of fish. The raw fish wasn't bad but wasn't really tasty either. When a group of very loud young men who seemed to somehow belong to the restaurant sat down at the next table, it was really unpleasant. In addition, they turned on an Arabic series on a tablet from the restaurant and the men's conversation meant that we could hardly hear each other. At least three people from the staff were always standing at the table next to us but the empty dishes were collecting. All in all we may have had a bad day, it wasn't a complete failure but I don't think we will eat there again.

The waiter would complain to us because we didn't finish early enough. Of course after we paid and tipped. But the reason for this was that the kitchen took more than 15 minutes to make a few scoops of ice cream... The food was ok, not great, I would advise against Oreos, they tasted rather rancid. Conclusion: I won't eat there again, there are restaurant concepts like this all over Saarbrücken, but the waiters are friendlier.

Went here for dinner at the weekend. I made a reservation online and everything worked, even with a special request. The food was varied and tasted good. It was warm and nothing was overcooked or burnt. The service was very quick and very polite and helpful. Complaints were also handled very well. An absolute disappointment, The service was absolutely disorganized and an absolute disaster. The waiters didn't know their tables and spoke much too quietly. The avocado maki were made from overripe avocados. The hot food did not arrive at the table warm, and food arrived at the table far too late, if it was brought to the table at all. The fried vegetables were burnt and otherwise unseasoned, the vegetables in tempura were mushy, as a trained chef it just made me sad and angry how food can be violated like that. The baked bananas just didn't taste like anything. Before my visit from Bonn, I was ashamed that I had taken you to such a bad restaurant. There were 5 of us and none of us will ever go to this restaurant again. In addition, the quality of the food and service definitely does not justify the high price.

We were in the restaurant on Saturday and were informed right at the start that we only had 90 minutes for our table. That wasn't a problem for us. But after the meal, when we had already paid and packed our things, my companion was denied access to the toilet. He was also spoken to harshly by the waiter because we had exceeded the time limit and because of us customers would now have to wait. They could have simply asked us in advance that we should order the last round earlier. My Coke was also stale and we had to wait over 15 minutes for the last lap, which also meant it took us longer - otherwise we would have left earlier. Such behavior and the unfriendly tone on the way out really spoiled our evening. We will not visit this restaurant again.

I would have liked to give it 5 stars but the air is very bad in the restaurant. It depends on stale air and sweat. Therefore there will be no more visits from me. There are no complaints about the food and service. Ambiance is a matter of taste, but considering what a visit to the restaurant costs, there is definitely room for improvement.

Price-performance ratio is no longer appropriate. Most recently I had to send wings back twice because they weren't cooked through. In addition, it is becoming more and more expensive and that is absolutely unjustified. During the evening you practically sit on the laps of the people sitting next to you. Service is friendly.

Today we ordered the all you can eat menu. We were able to order supplies again and again via the tablet. What might sound a bit complicated at the beginning was actually quite simple. Service: Nice and quick staff. We didn't have to wait long. Eat: Very tasty dishes and there was a large selection. Ambiance: It is very large and spacious. You can easily go there with a large group.

Anything with meat doesn't taste good. Most things arrive cold. Very disgusting especially with beef and pork. The cola at the beginning also killed my appetite. Definitely not Coca Cola like it says on the menu. With the pineapple spritzer, the part about the spritzer was forgotten. Dessert went. You just had to get it out of the fridge. It was noisy there and you have to go into the hallway to use the toilet and you have to ask for the password to even be able to open the door to the toilet.

Really can't say anything bad. Food tastes fabulous, especially the sushi. Fish very tender and the rice not so present, which I like very much. The service is friendly, but every now and then something is forgotten, which is understandable given the volume of orders. It's just a shame that it takes a little longer. Really highly recommended! The Japanese dishes are incredibly tasty and everything is freshly prepared. No long waiting times and out of 15 courses we have never managed more than 4 (with 4 people). The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating and always has a smile on their faces. Children are no problem either, minis even get extra small chairs and are welcome. We really enjoy coming to eat and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The three of us were at Mu-Kii last night at 6:00 p.m. and in short, the first and last time! In the first round we had 3 soups, noodle soup with beef, Tom Yung Gung and Mi soup. All the soups were just lukewarm. The noodles in the noodle soup were spaghetti, definitely cheaper than ramen noodles, the beef was tough and the broth had an indefinable taste. The Tom Yung Gung soup consisted of 1 shrimp, 1 slice of Champion and a leaf of coriander, at least the taste of the broth is reminiscent of a Tom Yung soup. The Mi soup was also indefinable in taste and, like the noodle soup, went back. Sometimes the order came quite quickly, but sometimes 1 or 2 courses later. The sushi tasted ok but the rice was too wet. The kimchi was the worst thing we have ever eaten. My stepson defined the taste as if it had been in the bottom corner of a musty aquarium! The beef fillet my wife had was very tough and full of bacon, so definitely not fillet and way too much pepper. The rest of the dishes tasted ok, but nothing special that would have justified the price of €35 per person. There were only 3 types of ice cream to choose from, even though there were a few more on the menu. The toilets weren't clean either and the paper was gone by 6:30 p.m. We believe a good Chinese has better food at cheaper prices. We will not come to this restaurant again.

Unfortunately it is no longer what it once was. The service was unfriendly and inattentive. Empty plates were not cleared away and soy sauce was only given upon request. The Lillet was warm and stale. The food from the first round came over an hour later. The noodle soup with beef was spaghetti for me and without beef. Sushi falls apart, hot food is cold. Some of the ambience is getting old. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is no longer right here.

So first of all, the staff was very nice, the atmosphere was pleasant and the food was good too. What we didn't like was that everything was too soaked in oil for our standards. I really like eating vegetables, but had to give them up because they were too oily for me. The same applies to the dumplings etc. (had to dab them) I wouldn't necessarily have to go there again, but I wouldn't refuse if my friends really wanted to go there. It wasn't that bad. The food there couldn't get any worse, we ate there today, only half of the orders were served to us and half of them were always cold, after complaining to the staff several times we decided to leave the shop when we were paid The discount was waived but that didn't help us either. Unfortunately the quality really drops for the price. The food is not a good price-performance ratio. The soup is completely watery and the lamb smelled very strong. The shrimp didn't make an impression either. All in all The dishes are very oversalted, so you have to order more drinks. I've been a customer for years and two weeks ago my daughter invited me to dinner. There was no one at the door and we stood there for about 5 minutes. It was never like that. The food is good Every now and then sushi falls apart but that's not so bad. Since I was so thirsty I took a big sip of cola, which was unfortunately warm and stale, no ice cubes because there was so much missing so I didn't want to say anything. At the next table, sushi was returned twice because of a hair. When we got our dessert there was some ice cream in mine too. I let it go back and the waitress asked me: doesn't she want that anymore? NO When we wanted to pay I complained. The waitress offered me an espresso on the house for the cola and I thanked her. For hair in the ice cream he told me the colleague said the ice cream was cold.....NO a hair the waitress looked into the kitchen it made him uncomfortable. He then asked what we wanted and he could have simply called the boss who could have made us an offer. We're not coming anymore

We were there for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised. The portions were just right and not too much, so you could also enjoy the selection. We thought it tasted very good. The quality of the food was also very good for us. You are welcomed in a friendly manner and the friendliness stays that way. At the table, as well as when saying goodbye. We also liked the ambience, but the noise from all the conversations was a bit tiring. Maybe you can work with large plants, subtle room dividers or something similar. We felt comfortable, the food was tip top and is recommended. A visit is definitely worth it and we will definitely come back.

Rather disappointed with my last visits, prices increasing probably due to inflation….. but still… My last visit in July 24 was average Restaurant only 50% full At the end of the service the waiter who asks me twice for a tip, something which I obviously refused….. in short you have to be sure to see one, such as a larger table or even just a glass of 'water …. Went to the store with high expectations due to other recessions, but unfortunately we were very disappointed. Unfortunately the sushi always fell apart into small pieces. The meat that was offered was like rubber to eat and simply not seasoned well. Sometimes it was simply delivered fat or cold. The soup was also very watery and not really flavorful. Fried things were also fried very sparingly. Drinks are also really expensive and were served in glasses that were very worn and some had sharp edges. However, some sushi dishes were really tasty, which is a positive thing, and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, it was very aggressively pointed out that please add a tip when paying by card. For 2 people with a drink just over €80 is a bit too much for the “quality” on offer.

Overall there are 4 stars because I hope we just had a stupid day. We made a reservation for 2 people last Saturday evening. It was really busy and loud, so the service was quick and hectic. Our table was already ready, but unfortunately my companion only had a single chopstick on his plate. We had to point this out several times until a second one was finally brought. At this point the first orders were already on the table. We were also asked at the beginning if we would also like wasabi and ginger. The wasabi I wanted never came. The technology and orders via tablet were very simple and worked without any problems. It just took a long time for the orders to be delivered. The all-you-can-eat is valid for 2 hours, during which you can order up to 5 dishes per person per round. In 1.5 hours we received 3 rounds we ordered. We didn't want to stay any longer. Meanwhile, the food at our neighboring table arrived faster, even though we were sitting at the table at the same time. The food was okay overall, but unfortunately it didn't make up for the rest of the experience. Conclusion: If I come back, I will definitely avoid peak times.

In their category it is a very good shop (all you can eat). Unfortunately, something has changed lately. Or the recipes or the quality of the ingredients, I don't know. We had reserved for 6 people (5 adults and 1 toddler), then our group spontaneously increased to 7 people (+ baby) and we were seated at a really unpleasant table - right by the toilets and the scullery. It didn't smell good, so I asked for a table change again - that's what happened and everything went smoothly. We were still sitting within “smell proximity,” but it was bearable. Then we asked for another iPad because choosing something in such a large group just takes forever. “An iPad Pro table is enough” was the waitress’ response. Oh well. It's nice that children under 7 eat for free, but it's not so nice when everyone can only order 5 items per round and the child then just has to eat with them. You could release one item per round for children under 7, otherwise you don't need to advertise on the homepage that children under 7 eat for free 😅 I mean, I can always give something from my plate to my child. And then the last big point: shortly before the end of the meal it was time and one of our children had to be changed. After we were sent to the disabled toilet (which is supposed to have a changing table) by the one waitress, then waited in front of the toilet for 10 minutes because it seemed to be occupied, I asked again whether someone could perhaps open it. I was then told that the toilet was closed because it was broken and I couldn't go in to change my diaper. Very annoying! Because the evening was inevitably over for us, because of course we had to leave. Something can always go wrong - no problem, but then it's simply up to the restaurant to ensure that the guests still feel comfortable - if necessary through compensation or something like that. And especially when you're there in such a large group.

After I ordered through To Good To Go and was there for the pick-up appointment, I encountered a locked door with no information on their website or on the door, then I called them until the bartender took pity on coming down and giving me my order it felt like they wanted you to pay but not accept their service in order to make more profit. I also ordered two packages for different prices and, right, I got exactly the same thing twice. Conclusion, if you like good food and want to be treated like a money cow who is milked on site, I can only recommend this shop 👍

The Mu-Kii is a bit confusing but still a good restaurant. Even short-term seat expansion was no problem. Ordering via pad works well and quickly. However, the guys and girls at the service could be a little friendlier and more attentive. Empty dishes stood for a long time and new dishes were then placed on the corner of the table because there was no space on the table. I think that could be better.🤔 But otherwise everything was very good and the food was very tasty 👍👍

I won't come here anymore. Were there on Saturday. After 20 minutes, a waiter finally came half-heartedly with the tablet. We ordered the drinks directly from him. They didn't arrive for another 20 minutes. After we ordered our food (and waited forever) a waiter came and started working on the tablet without communicating with us what was going on. Repeatedly drove with another colleague and talked next to us as if we weren't there. At some point we were told that they probably had an internet problem and the orders weren't arriving. We should order again. When no food arrived, I asked a waitress about it. She simply said in a very unfriendly tone that we should order everything again. She wouldn't know if the orders arrived and today it's just taking longer. After waiting 1:30 hours, we had 4 small plates out of over 4 large orders and were still hungry. I had to ask for wasabi and ginger first. After a 2-hour stay and further complaints, the first plates finally arrived. Mushrooms were already shriveled like the day before. Beef smelled unpleasant. A very poor performance, not even an apology for the inconvenience. Proud price for the little bit of food we ended up having for free. I can't recommend people, go next door to Oishii. They are more competent.

Großes Sushi Haus mit allerlei guten hochwertigen Speisen. Die meisten Bedienung sind sehr zurückhaltend, da wünscht man sich ne freundlichere Bedienung. Ansonsten alles super. Jederzeit wieder!!! 30.01.2022 Wieder hier -> super 👍😌🤣 Heute (27.01.2024) mal wieder dort. Leider hat es nachgelassen. Sitzen schon eine Stunde hier und Essen ist immer noch nicht da!!! Das Essen war leider alles mit Sojasoße übergewürzt und somit alles gleich geschmeckt. Wir haben uns die Karte hoch und runter probiert leider alles gleich.... Was sehe schade war, aber das ist alles Geschmacksache. Schlecht war die Qualität des Lammfleisches. Knorpelig und zäh, ungenießbar. Getränke völlig überteuert. Service und Ambiente toll ☺️

Unverschämte Preiserhöhung 2024! Der gesenkte Mehrwertsteuersatz wurde damals nicht an die Kunden weitergegeben, Preise wurden damals aber trotzdem erhöht und jetzt 2024 nochmals saftig aufgeschlagen. Mehrwertsteuer wird von 19 auf 7% gesenkt. Viele Gastronomen wittern die Chance mehr Gewinn zu machen. Anstatt die Reduzierung an den Kunden weiter zu geben, streichen sie einfach den Mehrgewinn für sich ein und freuen sich drüber. Dann wird die Mehrwertsteuer wieder erhöht von 7 auf 19% und der Mehrgewinn aus der zuvor gesenkten wird kleiner. Das passiert wenn man den Hals nicht voll bekommt… Gott sei dank gibt es in SB noch viele Restaurants die das verstanden haben und nicht auf Abzocke aus sind. By the way: gibt es die to go Artikel jetzt auch 12% günstiger?

Leider ist die Qualität des Essens nicht besonders. Die Miso Suppe ist überwürzt und der Rest auch eher Einheitsbrei.

Es war sehr lecker, gab nichts zu beanstanden. Gleiches Konzept wie Masons. Wer lieber asiatisch mag empfehle ich Mu-Kii, wer eher mehr aus allen Ecken der Welt kosten möchte würde ich Masons empfehlen. Beide Restaurants bekommen 5 Sterne

Bis auf die Salmonellen ganz gut

Ich war das zweite mal da und wurde wiederholt enttäuscht. Das Essen erreicht mich lauwarm die Soßen indem das Essen angereichert wurden sind kalt. Suppe musste ich zurückgeben um nochmals zu erwärmen, wurde gemacht aber eine Entschuldigung kam nicht. Sushi ist eine tolle Variation zwischen warm und kaltem Essen. Essen das warm sein sollte so wie warme Speisen sollten auch warm sein und kalte Gerichte sollten nicht Kühlschrank kalt sein wie der Gurkensalat z.b.

Concept original mais ça s'arrête la. Les plats arrivent au compte goutte et certains n'arrivent jamais.... La quantité est là mais la qualité est vraiment sans plus, plutôt fade. 32 euros pour un menu ça fait cher au vu de la qualité gustative. L'ambiance ne fait pas penser à un restaurant asiatique (serveurs, musique....)

Ablauf: Man bekommt ein Tablet vorgesetzt. Pro Person kann man pro Runde 5 Gerichte kaufen. Zwischen den Runden hat man einen Timer von ca. 5-10 Minuten den man abwarten muss, bevor man wieder bestellen kann. Wenn man mit mehreren Personen dort ist, muss man sich das Tablet mit 3 oder mehr Personen teilen, was dazu führt das man: A) nicht mehr weiß, wer was bestellt hat und schnell durcheinander kommt B) der Bestellprozess gerne etwas dauert. Essen teilen ist eigentlich bei der Art von Restaurant Pflicht. Die Gerichte kommen teilweiser sehr Zeitversetzt. Person 1 kann schon seine 5 Speisen bekommen und gegessen haben, während Person 2 noch nichts bekam. Gerichte die man in der ersten Runde bestellt, kommen gerne auch erst in der 3. Runde - oder gar nicht. Teilweise sind aber wirklich sehr leckere Gerichte dabei, aber diese heben sich weder Qualitativ noch durch die Auswahl von den anderen "Tablet all you can eat" Restaurants ab. Qualitativ auch ein Glücksspiel. Teilweise ist das Fleisch zart und lecker, teilweise nicht essbar weil es zäh wie Gummi ist. Preislich (0,5 Liter Getränke gerne 6 €) auch weit oben angesiedelt. Daher muss man schon mit 40 € pro Person rechnen. Ist es schlecht? Nein Ist es besonders gut? Nein Ist es sein Preis wert? Jaein

Das Essen an sich war lecker, leider haben wir sehr lange gewartet vorallem auf die Getränke. Die sind erst nach 30-40 min gekommen. Verschiedene Gerichte haben wir leider garnicht bekommen oder erst als wir schon fertig waren mit essen…

Super leckeres Essen und durchdachtes Bestellsystem :) ein toller Ort, um einen Abend mit Freunden zu verbringen. Am Wochenende auf jeden Fall reservieren, da es sehr voll wird und am besten nicht zu leichte Kleidung tragen, je nach dem wo man sitzt zieht es wegen der Belüftungsanlage ordentlich. Es gibt ein großes veganes Angebot, sehr empfehlenswert!

Es ist ein Erlebnis dieses Restaurant zu besuchen. Es ist ein All-You-Can Eat Prinzip, wobei man seine Bestellungen an einem Tablet aufgeben kann. Zwischen den Bestellungen muss man 10 Minuten warten. Man sollte es auf jeden Fall mal ausprobieren. Die Auswahl ist super, von Sushi, über viele gegrillte Fleischsorten bis hin zu Suppen und Salaten, kann man alles als kleine Portionen bestellen. Das Ambiente ist an und für sich sehr schön, allerdings ist es sehr laut. Wir gehen schon ein paar Jahre dort hin, allerdings hat in der letzten Zeit leider die Qualität etwas nachgelassen. Manchmal sind die warmen Gerichte schon kalt oder man wartet sehr lange, sodass es passieren kann, dass die Bestellungen plötzlich am Ende gleichzeitig kommen. Ausserdem waren bei unseren letzten Besuchen immer die frittierten Raffaellos ausverkauft. :(
