Mr Phung in Frankfurt am Main

Hygiene poor. But beautiful pyramids built. It just doesn't help if the entire food is ice cold. So I can't say anything about the taste. But I don't think it would have tasted warm either. Staff loud and rude. They'll never see me again.

I asked the employee EXTRA if there was egg in the noodles, he said no. When you open it at home, it has eggs in it. Not possible at all!!!!!!!! Spending money for free was outrageous

I write this review today saturday 11 january2025 the night shift around 6 pm ,iam soooo upset from one of the staff there,the lady who clean tables i think and the cashier lady who supports her,no manners no profesionalism,even when i asked for manager to complain i can tell the cashier lady who says she is manager even more rude than other lady,i was upset to extent i called security and police for her how she humilate me and i have a baby 2 yrs old with me,i wish a manager could read this.i orderd a box for take away,and first of all she look my plate and laugh,and speak her language,i felt she make fun of me and more than this,she left all busy restaurant,follow me out side to tell me iam not allowed to sit,while there were a lady eating in a table in take away box also,i wanted only to feed my baby few spoons,i had to ask for a manager to explain me why i cant sit out side and there is around 4 empty tables,she was more rude even to extent i returned back food and left.

The vegetables weren't fresh and it's not clean the food doesn't taste good at all and the employees aren't nice the prices are very expensive I personally recommend you don't go

Mega unhygienic store. My son went to eat at 2 p.m. today and has had severe stomach pains ever since. Rats sometimes eat there too. An idea for the health department!!!!!

Extremely unfriendly employees. They shout at you in their language and hope that you understand them. They can also pull you off. I gave €20 and got €1 back with my own amount of €7. If you think now it can happen, no! It's not the first time. Loading scrap

It was just disgusting! Zero hygiene, all the trays were dirty (apparently leftover food was just wiped down). We don't even need to talk about food; the chicken was still raw. My daughter struggled with nausea for hours. Even one star too many.

Price performance is completely fine, €4 for a lavish ToGo box with plenty of meat. Of course there's less variation, but it's totally cool for in between

The employee there is just fighting with everyone even the customer. I am sorry to say that the staff of Mr. Phung at that branch(Nordwestzentrum) are spoiling Asian name, the behavior and the attitude of the staff is totally unkind and unpleasant. Please tell your staff to be kind and give respect to the customers there is nothing to be rude. Even we are paying what you mentioned. I had a mixed plate mentioned self-fill in 8.50€ but when I was filling multiple items with limited amount of food as I know I can eat, but all your staff suddenly shouting on me one by one „enough enough that is too much for you“ and then start fighting me instead of politely saying. like I did something wrong. Why you have mentioned to fill yourself? Or if you think its cheap, then increase your price. I will never suggest for Mr. Phung.

I can recommend box five. However, on a Saturday afternoon you can really forget about eating in peace.

Incredibly bad food - you find half an onion in the box

I chose this place for a quick lunch. Prices quite normal. The "small plate or large plate" formula to be filled at the buffet is not great in my opinion and not at all convenient because you risk being made to pay a supplement at the cash register if the plate is "too full". I rarely give such a negative review of food but the quality of the food was really poor (I tried a bit of everything and nothing, I stress nothing, was good), I was also sick all evening. Absolutely to avoid.

Just made it home. My child and I spoiled our stomachs there. Never again!

So to call it food is a bit cheeky. Getting a stomach ache while eating. Hygiene also looks different. Not recommended.

Yesterday I had your noodle box with chicken, today I had food poisoning. Under no circumstances eat there!!!!

I was there yesterday with a client with walking difficulties who had a walker with him. The “restaurant” was open and the staff was eating. First of all we were shouted at because we were there. After a while the order was taken in annoyance. Then there was a lot of shouting that the walker was in the way. I was just parking the walker. There was nothing going on in the "restaurant" and he wasn't in anyone's way. My companion said the food was okay, a little unseasoned.

Unfortunately, you can no longer get the food here that you used to have years ago! Serving meat as tofu is a complete rip-off! It would be difficult to give it three stars, but I would rule out a repeat visit to this restaurant.

For me the best quick Asian buffet I know. Point. I often have problems with my stomach afterwards. Never here! No idea what it is, maybe skill? 😉 The prices are still affordable, the employees are ALWAYS friendly to me, everything is clean and in great shape 🌟 And the absolute highlight: Everything from the deep fryer. You only rarely get one in Dld. as good fried food as here ♥️♥️ -> Worth a trip!

Bad service. They always gossip about the customers and are very unfriendly. 👎👎 They want €8.50 for a plate (it shouldn't be "overcrowded" even though there aren't any big plates). If your plate is "overfilled" then the madam at the checkout will yell at you "there's an extra €2".... Make a plate for €10.50 from the start and it's fine...but the food should also be warm and fresh!!!! If you want to take something with you, instead of €8.50, you pay €9.50 (just nonsense). I'd rather spend my money somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO GO!!!!!!!!!👎👎👎👎👎

Convenient, tasty and affordable.

I had food poisoning, vomiting and diarrhea after my last visit. The next day after eating it in the restaurant I felt very bad. I've been there three times so far, I didn't get food poisoning on previous visits, but I will avoid this place in the future. In addition, the place is pretty dirty, everything seems pretty unhygienic and is ultimately a mass process. The health department should really take a look here

Very cheeky/impolite staff... the employees complained a lot about the customers: he was too slow... he shouldn't have picked up/packed so much food (even though his box/plate wasn't full)... just disgusting

I am shocked. The lady at the counter had gloves on, which she used for the pasta. Then she reached into the cash register, touched the money and then reached straight back into the vegetables. Simply disgusting. Never again.

Food is good for the price. The lady didn't give me enough change. I received the money promptly when I asked, but she didn't even apologize for it.

In dem Restaurant, ist Selbstbedienung am Buffet angesagt. Es gibt auch a la Carte Gerichte. Das Essen ist gut, bietet aber keine Abwechslung. Das Ambiente, lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. LP

Essen vor Ort oder to go, beides ist hier möglich. Das Ambiente ähnelt eher einem Schnellimbiss (ist es ja auch eigentlich 😉) Aber sie haben eine schöne Auswahl, in einer ordentlichen Qualität.

Das panierte Hähnchen ist eigentlich nur Teig. Die süßsaure sosse ist auch bloß verwässert. Schade

Lecker und Preis-Leistung passt. Selbstbedienung, vor Ort essen oder Mitnehmen. Mann kann entweder vom reichhaltigen Buffet nehmen oder auch ein Gericht bestellen. Preise Buffet richten sich nach der Teller größe! Buffet ist Sauber und immer gefüllt. Sitze und Tische ebenfalls. Sie finden das Geschäft im Nordwestzentrum, Untergeschoss am U- Bahn Aufgang bzw. wo die Busshaltestelle ist.

Coole Idee - kleiner Teller 6,50/ großer Teller 8,50, freie Wahl der Speisen. Schmeckt alles sehr gut. Allerdings stört die Geräuschkulisse ein wenig.

Es war nicht viel los, ich habe mich in der kurzen Reihe zur Selbstbedienung angestellt... Warum eine übereifrige Servicekraft sich direkt links neben mich, wirklich eng, stellen musste, um alle 50 cm zu versuchen, mit ihrem Lappen über meinem sich langsam füllenden Teller zu wedeln, hat sich mir nicht erschlossen. Trotz dezentem Protest, keine Änderung. Eigentlich hätte ich das Tablett einfach stehen lassen müssen. Hatte Hunger, habe brav meinen Teller bezahlt, die Hälfte mit langen Zähnen gegessen...Nochmal jedenfalls nicht.

Man muss sich selbst bedienen. Das Essen ist meistens lauwarm, da es aufgetürmt auf der Theke steht. Nur der untere Teil ist warm. Seit der Energiekrise haben sie die Preise aufgeschlagen. Ente wird nicht mehr angeboten am Buffet. BEi den Bohnen fällt auf, dass Sie nicht geschlissen wurden. Einfach so mitgekocht und serviert. Beii allen Gerichten auffallend mehr Gemüse. Auffallend dicker geworden ist die Panade bei den frittierten Sachen.

Sehr lecker!! Alles was ich auf mein Teller hatte, war genau nach meinem Geschmack.

All you can eat für 7,90 € pro Person. Immer alles frisch und sehr gut. Zum mitnehmen oder dort essen

Kürzlich im Skyline-EKZ erstmals entdeckt, nun auch hier im NWZ ... und gleich wieder den Großen Teller für 6,90 € genommen (inzwischen 7,40 €, Ende Juli, inzwischen 8,50 € Jan. 2023). Und Vorsicht: ein „übervoller“ Teller kostet 2 € Zuschlag. Dann kann man sich an der Büfetttheke den Teller nach Herzenslust und Stapelvermögen vollladen. Die Auswahl ist recht groß und starten kann man ja mit einer Probe von jedem. Das Meiste ist außerordentlich schmackhaft, Prioritäten setzt jeder sicher anders. An der Kasse gibt es noch 4 Soßen. Kleines Problem: Das aufgetürmte Essen ist nicht sonderlich warm, aber es ist noch ok. Wer sehr viel auf dem Teller hat, bei dem sind die letzten Bissen dann allerdings schon kalt. Nichtsdestotrotz: Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Habe mir einmal Essen auf den "großen" (der Teller ist gar nicht groß) Teller an der Selbstbedienung bestellt. Das Essen hat mich zwar gesättigt, jedoch hat es - mit Ausnahme des panierten Hähnchens - nicht so gut geschmeckt. Es war nicht warm und hat auch nicht frisch geschmeckt. Der Preis in Höhe von 8,50€ ist für diese Qualität viel zu hoch. Getränke sind auch viel zu teuer (eine 330ml Dose kostet 2€). Alles in allem ist es kein Besuch wert. Da helfen auch nicht die freundlichen Bediensteten und die tolle Atmosphäre.

Essen gut Personal unfreundlich Gehe nur dorthin weil mir die Erdnusssoße so gut schmeckt.

War mal besser. Der Preis ist nach wie vor okay, aber das Essen und der Service hat nachgelassen, der Fisch war heute gar nicht gut, total ausgetrocknet. Die Krönung aber war das man jetzt keins von diese Minidöschen für die Sosse mehr bekommen kann, dieses Miniteil sollte sage und schreibe 50 Cent kosten, Abzocke! Würde ja auch gerne eins aus Porzellan nehmen wenn ich dort esse, aber nein, 50 Cent extra, gibt nur Behälter aus Plastik. Vor wenigen Wochen war das noch überhaupt kein Problem seine Sosse darin kostenlos vom Buffet zu nehmen.

Decided to choose this place by chance and were very pleased. Delicious, filling and inexpensive. A large plate costs 7.80€ - you can add whatever you want.

Its a very good restaurand the food is warm and spicy you feel like its made now the souces are very good and the cashier very nice.

Ich war am frühen Mittag da und alles wurde gerade frisch vorbereitet. In Zeiten wo alles teurer wird, sind 3,90€ für Nudeln mit Frühlingsrollen ja schon fast günstig. Geschmack und Qualität ok.

Für ein Schnellrestaurant war das Buffet gut. Die Speisen waren warm und der Geschmack angemessen. Das Lokal ist hoch frequentiert gewesen und das Personal wickelte den Bezahlprozess trotzdem freundlich ab. Das Lokal ist sauber gewesen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ging in Ordnung.
