Worst food I‘ve had in a very very long time!

The only good thing about the meal (box) was the crispy chicken. The noodles were white and had little flavor, and the vegetables weren't even fried; some were raw and consisted only of leeks and carrots. No thanks for €7.50!

Definitely the best restaurant in the main station. It has an enclosed seating area so you are protected from the noise of the trains and the surrounding area. The food tastes excellent and the portions are very good for the price. 👍 👍 👍

It was clean, the staff very friendly, and the food was delicious. Even though it was very busy, the employees seemed relaxed and polite. We took a water bottle with us and only realized on the train that it was extremely salty. Since it was still sealed, there must have been a manufacturing error. I called them and explained my problem. Less than 10 minutes later, the money was refunded to my PayPal account (at my request). That was a nice gesture.

The noodles were pretty much the worst Asian fried noodles I've ever had. There were practically no vegetables in them, no spices, and there wasn't much fried either. A 5- for taste. The 2 stars are only because it was at least served very quickly. €8 for fried noodles with tofu is way over the top and even more expensive than in Munich.

Its a (very) fast food restaurant in the middle of a very very busy train station. I get my food in seconds! Thanks to them, I was able to eat AND take my train.

Very good food. It was my first time eating there. I'm thrilled. Fresh, generous portions, and fast and friendly service. Next time in Frankfurt, I'll definitely go back to Asiagourmet.

I don't think the negative reviews are justified. The staff is very friendly (despite their high workload). Sure, the ambiance is rather functional, but yeah, I want to be full, not admire the interior. I had the 20 (vegetables, rice, chicken). The portion was really quite generous, the vegetables very fresh, and overall, really tasty. The wait was only a few minutes. So, I don't think you can really complain. If you want a good meal and have more than a few minutes to wait, you can definitely go there and you won't go wrong.

I have had the spicy curry with chicken and noodles, the Tom Yam soup, spring rolls box, and the crispy duck also with noodles. We keep coming back. We always have more than we can eat, and I love the vegetables in the dishes. Fresh and perfectly cooked. This place is almost always busy, and in spite of the chaos the staff do a good job.

I ordered a chicken teriyaki box to eat here today for €7.50, and it was delicious. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the tables are clean, the chairs are well-cushioned, and in the hustle and bustle of the main train station, you feel like you're sitting in a quiet, pleasant place, watching the world go by. Very good service. I'd be happy to go again.

This was my third time there, and as always, it was delicious. I've tried the noodle box, summer rolls, and noodle soup once before. If you're missing pho noodle soup at the train station, this is the place for you :) The service is super friendly, despite the hustle and bustle of the main station.

One of the biggest worries when traveling abroad is not getting enough vegetables. Especially in Europe and the United States, vegetables are often associated with salads. I wanted to try a different vegetable dish, so I went here. The menu includes noodles, rice and side dishes, and curry. The photo menu has numbers written on it, making ordering easy. *Prices as of 2024. ●Box 10 Vital Box 7.0€ Around ¥1,250. All you have to do is top pre-fried noodles with pre-made stir-fried vegetables, so it's served quickly. The stir-fried vegetables have a Chinese flavor. The yellow noodles are a bit soft, but the flavor balance was good. I asked for it spicy, and they poured a spicy sauce on top. But it wasn't too spicy, lol. This restaurant also has a location in Mainz, so they may have quite a few locations. The packaging is cute, and it has a thin aluminum handle. However, I was afraid it might come off the box, so I put it in a bag to take home. lol

Saw this on a prior trip into the Hbf and just had to try it out because it looked so appetizing. Lived up to the expectations, good portion sizes, spice level can be adjusted to your preference and the food is served up in minutes, piping hot. Located right near the tracks 21-22 and not far from the escalators to the S-bahn.

Bleached noodles drowning in grease yet still unfried, chaotic and unclear customer service, and completely overpriced for the quality. Just go to the McDonald's across the street; you'll be better off there, and that's saying something.

Unfortunately, I've eaten there twice so far – both times were disappointing. The fried noodles were extremely oily/greasy, lacking any flavor, and the portion was very small for the price. The duck with noodles was also disappointing in terms of taste. As mentioned several times in other reviews, the change is often incorrect – it seems as if they're counting on the customer's inattention. Even if you're in a hurry, I would advise against a visit.

Just had a red curry, very tasty, generous portion, efficient service. It should be clear to everyone that this isn't a restaurant with a fine ambiance. I arrived at the station hungry on the train and quickly had a delicious takeaway dinner in my hand, great ;)

This quick restaurant offers some quick meals on the go. The food is balanced and somewhat healthy. You are able to dine in. They got small boxes, which are still a good portion, that you can get right away, very easy take out!

I ordered Box 2 chicken with rice, vegetables, and peanut sauce. It started with the fact that the whole place was disorganized and hectic. Of course, there are a lot of customers at a train station, but you can still take your time and really listen. I had to repeat my order many times and was interrupted while I was talking to other people. Then one of the Arab-looking guys couldn't understand me at all and annoyedly told me to speak more clearly. I spoke clearly and loudly. But if someone isn't listening to me, is busy with other things or people, and/or doesn't speak German, then of course they can't understand me either. Absolutely terrible customer service! The main thing is that the next person gets served when you haven't even managed to place your order yet. He then even touched my food, which is really disgusting. Hopefully I won't catch anything else, because the place itself was horrible in terms of hygiene, even for a train station snack bar. As for the food itself, this overpriced box was 95% rice. I had two small pieces of meat, 2-3 beans, and a bit of cabbage. The peanut sauce was smothered in a small dollop on top of the box. The dollop of sauce was far too small for the large portion of rice. I've had better flavors. Next time, I'll take a little more time and go back to Liu's hotpot across from the station...

Crispy chicken is really good, and with enough siracha, the pasta is also quite edible. When you can't open anything at night, it helps with hunger.

Severely degraded. You can't eat tofu - unfortunately, it tastes very, very bad. Peanut sauce tastes as if not even a peanut had been involved in its production. Just frozen vegetables. The price is now too high for a bad experience.

Highly recommended! I loved both the soups, and the natural mango juice is a delicacy you absolutely have to try! The girls are super friendly and smiling! You'll enjoy this place immensely!

I ordered a portion of peanut ramen with tofu; it was a large portion and very tasty and fresh. Highly recommended for a train station restaurant.

Never buy the tofu! It's amazing 🤮 and tastes like watery tofu, and the noodle box is generally super small. 8€ for something vegetarian and then you get ripped off like that! Better not go there! Best wishes!

great portion sizes and flavor for a cheap price

I had fried noodles with crispy chicken. The chicken was actually crispy, but that was it. The chicken was rubbery inside. The fried noodles weren't browned at all and were more like mush than noodles. The soy sauce tasted of nothing. The waitress was yelling and rude. The prices are exorbitant for this cafeteria food. And to top it all off, I got heartburn 20 minutes after eating. Conclusion: The place looks nice, but don't expect much.

Love this chain, great for some veggie/vegan fast food.

Horrible and hostile to customers

Even from a train station snack bar, one should be able to expect a minimum level of cleanliness and hygiene, but this place is a case for the health department and trade inspectorate. Dirt crumbles from the open ceiling directly onto the tables, chairs, and floor; everything is completely filthy, along with inedible "food." At least this dingy snack bar fits perfectly into the desolate ambience of Frankfurt's train station district...

Best Asian in all of Frankfurt.

I ordered a portion of ramen with spicy peanut sauce and chicken. It already started that the change was wrong because they served three customers at the same time. Then to dinner. The pasta and sauce were okay, but for some reason I had a handful of mint in the food, so definitely enough to ruin any other flavor. In addition, the mint taste didn't fit at all. The chicken was also full of gristle, but you can't look inside it beforehand, so I won't blame it... Still, I probably won't eat here again...

Has improved dramatically!!! I was here a year ago and had to throw away over half of my portion because it was basically inedible. Today I was there again and it was really great! The peanut sauce was very tasty, the vegetables were cooked perfectly (not too hard, not too soft) and my special requests (extra chili sauce) were also taken into account. The ladies behind the counter were also super nice, super fast and super coordinated! :)

If you're really hungry and don't want any fast food, this is ok. My box didn't really have anything to do with fried noodles, it was more like spaghetti with vegetables and crispy chicken. However, the crispy chicken was actually crispy

According to our dining experience, except for the rice noodles and shrimp rolls, the rest are not highly recommended. The taste and cooking methods need to be improved. But the clerk is very helpful and the location is convenient, those are two advantages.

Fast food for expensive money. If things have to go quickly, then this is definitely the right place for you. However, I think the prices for the small ToGo boxes are very high. I had the chicken teriyaki box with rice. The meat was crispy on the outside, but rubbery and partly gristly on the inside. The rice was ok but quite dry as the teriyaki sauce was just poured over the meat.

The noodles were quite dry and sticky, and the sauce had little taste. Communication with the staff was almost impossible, there was a lack of basic knowledge of German.

Fast service, okay taste. At €7.50 it's very expensive for the size of the box/portion and of course you won't get enough of it.

Less vegetables in the noodles compared to other outlets. The vegan option is generally with just spicy sauce. Without asking, they add other sauces, too.

The woman has to shift gears down a few gears, which is absolutely stressful, but otherwise the store is as you imagine it to be. Noodle boxes are okay. Absolutely stable for what it's supposed to be. You get your order in seconds and the food is really okay for the price. People who complain about the service must be spoiled Munich residents passing through. Of course it's as quick as possible and the customer contact isn't like the Ritz Carlton, but that's exactly the point. The service was very friendly and I am very satisfied.

If you're in a hurry, you absolutely have to go here. Really cheap for quick, delicious noodles. I'm really not lying when I say that if you order a noodle box with chicken at 1-2 p.m., you'll receive it in 30 seconds if you pay by card. However, the dishes to eat there are quite expensive. I've never eaten it before so I can't understand it. The interiors in the morning are clean. 3 hours later it looks like there was a boxing match inside. There are dust flakes, cables, boxes and other things that cannot be identified. As I said, only suitable for quick hunger pangs

I was just mind blown by the pho they have, it was really good and it was also big portions. The only downside of this was the price is a bit too high it was 14€ for a pho which was quite expensive. Nonetheless it was really good!

Udon Yaki with Crispy Duck was exceptionally good and flavorful, especially when using the self-service garlic, chilli, soy toppings. I ate better than in most asian restaurants. Of course, when just ordering a fast fried noodles box to go, it's your own fault. Eat the real food here and sit in, then it's great!

I got a BiBimbab here in a hurry before a train ride and was more than pleasantly surprised! Everything was super tasty, all the ingredients and sauces were very, very tasty. Given the atmosphere, I never thought I would have such a delicious lunch.

What you can expect from a railway station restaurant. I had a 45 min layover, so grabbed a tofu miso udon dish. Got it in five minutes, the taste was fine (a bit greasy however) - no large complaints. If you don’t have much time, good option if you want to sit down. Nothing notable in either direction, at least for European tastebuds.

I actually enjoyed going there. But I was there the other day and since then I've had a stomach ache that won't go away. I hope I haven't caught any worms, but everything points to that. It's best to stay away from the food

Unfortunately, really terrible. In the to go boxes only pasta and hardly any vegetables. The vegetable box was ordered... so no. I commute here all the time but I never take anything with me again. I also found it impersonal, hectic and unfriendly.

The place is known through YouTube and Instagram as the worst restaurant in Frankfurt, but 1. There are restaurants in Frankfurt with less average reviews, 2. this is a snack bar in a train station. It serves its purpose, nothing more. The store is good enough for that. If you're expecting a candlelight dinner, you've come to the wrong place.
