The woman would like to share a portion for 4 children on site, should it be taken away or sold on site? I was there, I saw everything. Before she ordered it, she already knew that she could only take her order with her. Every snack bar or restaurant is also in an economic position to incur a lot of costs. They are not able to bring all the cutlery/plates for their children despite small order per head. The woman should understand it, otherwise she won't, she'll run away. Someone who just wanted an appetizer/soup at the restaurant on site, did he/she wonder why he/she shouldn't order it on site? No one wants to serve a small on-site meal because of increasing staff/operating costs. Instead of being sold on-site, they are sold to-go to reduce staff/operating costs. If I were the owner, I would agree. The important thing is that the food tastes very good in huge portions and is always freshly prepared. I like to come every week, order the food either to take away or on site and everything is good. I am always satisfied. Only someone who is ugly rates poorly. Regular customers always like to come back!

I can only agree with the other reviews here, we weren't allowed to sit down either, we had to take food with us because I only ordered 2 main courses, but we still had small children with us, .. every person had to order a main course, including every child, otherwise they were allowed you couldn't sit down even though the snack bar was empty. And small children cannot manage a main course on their own. Therefore a bit illogical. Not child friendly. They also didn't want to give out extra cutlery or small plates for children, which was the first time I've experienced this in my life on this earth. In every other snack bar and restaurant on earth we were always given small empty plates for the children. It's a shame, we won't be coming back either. Even if the food tastes good, we won't come back because of the poor service.

My colleague and I enjoy coming here every week for lunch. We are very satisfied. The food tastes so delicious and is always freshly prepared. Asia Wokstar is the best Asian cuisine in Rödelheim!!!

We wanted dinner on site for four of us: 2 of the most expensive main courses and “only” 2 soups. Only one other table was occupied. When we wanted to pick up the order we had placed with the man at the counter, the owner shot up and shouted at me extremely aggressively that it wasn't possible. "All 4 would have to take main courses to eat in the restaurant. It would be against the house rules." Whereupon I walked away without a word. My friends tried - unsuccessfully - to argue with the woman, who only resisted aggressively and loudly. And the only way you can pay there: in cash: Take it or leave it: Now the “restaurant” has lost four more guests. "Restaurant" is misleading here: take-out + only cash + "observe house rules" (which are not written anywhere!), and eat like the three monkeys (see no evil, hear no evil, say no evil) would be appropriate here.

The owner was extremely unfriendly and told us to leave the place cause only two of us wanted to order a main dish and two of us only wanted a soup sitting at one of the 5 empty tables. One wonders what is the purpose of this place? To sell food or something else? Never have experienced anything like this, especially not at a place where I regularly buy food to go.

A very unfriendly service I order food without champions and get the food with mushrooms and after my complaint I am asked whether I have an allergy! I would stay away from there, they don't take into account the customer and I didn't get my money back either.

During my visit (around 7:25 p.m.) I was made aware that they close at around 8 p.m. Since I just wanted to quickly order something to take away (usually takes a maximum of 10 minutes), the order was taken. The question as to whether you can pay by card was answered directly and decisively with NO. I then wanted to go across the street to withdraw money. I then noticed that my order was crossed out by the woman there and the man present (chef and/or owner) shook his head and said: “No, we don’t do anything like that. The order will only be accepted with direct payment! I don’t know if you’ll come back and I want to call it a day!” Unfortunately, this answer was conveyed in a very customer-unfriendly tone, which showed a great lack of interest in my order. The tone was aggressive! I then canceled the order and left the store. Too bad! I have never been served so rudely in a restaurant! The food may be good, but customers are not treated kindly here (if they haven't paid yet). As you can read in other reviews, I am not the only customer with this problem.

Since we went close to closing time on a Sunday, we took it home as a package. We ordered fried rice, chicken and shrimp rice, and chicken and vegetable noodles. They were both wonderful. Portions were extremely large and filling. The ingredients were abundantly prepared. It was prepared very quickly. The staff was friendly and attentive. I'm looking forward to trying other products. I love it 🥰

Afraid to eat again next time!! The food is okay but it is not edible because of the employees!!!!!! the woman who works there is scary and aggressive! I didn't even dare to ask where I should put my dishes. The woman who works there yelled at other guests and scared them away. I'll never go there again, I'm too afraid, enter at your own risk.

We (2 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby in a stroller) just wanted to have a little something for lunch there about 3 weeks ago (it was about 11.15 a.m. on a Tuesday). Would have been gone within 30-45 minutes. So we went in (with a stroller), the snack bar was completely empty (only two people were sitting outside) and wanted to sit at a table for four in the corner. The waitress came and said that we can't sit there, we should take the table directly opposite the door. Since it was cold and we were traveling with 2 children, I asked that we please sit in the corner because there was a draft on the door. Unfortunately, the lady became very rude and said that the other tables had to remain free for the lunch guests. So it was clear - we are not guests. We said goodbye politely and will certainly not come back after such an event. For your information: We then ate at the competition and then took a look at the snack bar because we were expecting a big rush there. You can all guess how busy it was... that's right, nothing! What a shame!

Classic Asian snack. There is always fresh and delicious food here and the portions are filling. The operators are also very nice.

Unfortunately the food is not at all edible. The rice dish was burnt, dry and didn't taste like anything. The duck dish was from the day before, reheated, dry, burnt dough, hardly any duck meat inside. The best thing I could have said was that I wanted my money back as soon as I saw it on the plate. The employee/boss was very friendly, but her cook/husband can't do anything, just disgusting food...! The visit was big disappointment, not fresh and very poor quality

Very bad and unfriendly service! Ordered the No. 43 chicken with *green* curry, eggplant and bamboo and got chicken with *red* curry, peppers, zucchini, onions, carrots and broccoli. So a completely different dish. When I complained, I was told that the curry turned red because of the spiciness?! And the other vegetables??? The person then shouted at me incomprehensibly and hung up! Impudence! Never again!

No matter what kind of sauce you order, ALL taste the same, the meat is only available in traces. The owner is very unfriendly so we will avoid this shop. There are other Asian restaurants in Frankfurt that are a thousand times better, thank God.

The food was below average, I wouldn't go there again. The price/performance ratio is not right at all. Unfortunately you couldn't pay by card either. However, the employee was super friendly.

Delicious food, pleasant atmosphere and a friendly Asia Wokstar team. What more do you want? Can personally recommend the chop suey dishes, red curry and fried noodles with vegetables and chicken (No. 31, photo).

This sambal oelek on the tables of so many Asian shops is a real nuisance. If the cruets that contain the stuff are completely encrusted, you don't suspect anything good. This premonition was confirmed during the taste test. It must be a piece of cake for an Asian cook to get fried rice right. Oh and back to Sambal Oelek for a moment: the older the stuff is, the darker the color becomes. If it's not red, it's old. Get well soon.

Typisch asiatisches Essen, Qualität war okay aber hat mich nicht überzeugt; für den Preis gibt es besseres. Vegetarische Gerichte gibt es nur mit Tofu, da könnte man noch andere Optionen einführen.

An sich in Ordnung, ärgerlich nur dass sie offensichtlich verbranntes Essen nicht zurücknehmen wollen mit der Aussage, das sei normal so. Als hätte man noch nie irgendwo gebratenen Reis gegessen und würde wissen wie gebraten im Gegensatz zu verbrannt schmeckt... Schade, aber in Zukunft ohne mich.

Schmeckt an sich ganz In Ordnung, allerdings wird hier Tiefkühlkost (Gemüse) von dem Disounter Aldi verwendet. Das Essen wird leider nicht frisch zubereitet. Je nach Gast, kommt auch mal die TK Tüte zum Einsatz.

Unterschiede der Soßen auf der Karte nicht erkennbar. Pikante Soße kann dunkel oder hell sein… auf Rückfrage wird die Dame sehr schnell pampig und aggressiv… war eigentlich schon häufiger dort essen, aber Qualität lässt nach. Zusätzlich sehr schlechte Luft, da nicht gelüftet wird. Schade

Das Essen war fantastisch! Super lecker, super frisch und eine perfekte Größe! Definitiv ein absoluter Geheimtipp und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Nette Bedienung, gutes Ambiente, ABER: Das Hühnchen schmeckt einfach furchtbar, es ist roh und es hat einen ekligen Geschmack. Sowohl paniert als auch normal. Ich war 3x dort und es war jedes Mal gleich. Bitte den Zulieferer ändern, da ansonsten das Restaurant super ist.

Seit dem das Restaurent eröffnet hat, bestelle ich dort relativ regelmäßig. Das Essen wird schnell zubereitet und ist für mich im Vergleich zu den umliegenden Asia Restaurants vom Geschmack her besser. Wer in seiner Pause etwas leckeres möchte und zeitgebunden ist, ist hier genau richtig. Die Besitzer sind nett aber etwas wortkarg.

Nette Bedienung und üppige Portionen, die dazu auch noch gut schmecken und nicht zu teuer sind!
