China-Thai Snack in Frankfurt am Main

I enjoyed my meal. Heads up, this is a snack bar. And yes, prices have gone up, partly because a certain country has been waging war (against us) in Europe for the past two years, plus the pandemic (things this bad haven't happened in the last 30-60 years!!). Heads up, a doner kebab now costs around €10 in Frankfurt, OMG! -> I'm leaving a bad review for something the owner can't control. (...) Many of the reviews are unjustified, especially regarding the "high prices"! -> A COKE COSTS a whopping €2 (March 2, 2024)! Not €2.50, not €3, not €3.50, which is what you pay everywhere else. The food (duck) was delicious, the vegetables fresh, the rice cooked perfectly, and there was plenty of meat, not the cheap kind you find at other snack bars. This snack bar can easily compete with the larger Thai restaurant in the Hessen Center! ``` Disadvantages: There are only about 6 seats, so I'm deducting 2 stars for location, as this is an area where improvements could definitely be made. However, complaining about the prices in one of Frankfurt's wealthiest districts is unjustified.

Hygiene is clearly lacking there! The kitchen floor is filthy, and the pick-up area is very messy. It's not inviting at all. Everything looks very unclean. In my opinion, hygiene is nonexistent in the kitchen.

I ate at China Thai Snacks today and I was thrilled. I haven't had such delicious food in 15 years. The portions are generous, the prices are very fair, and the food is fresh and authentic. Everything is simply top-notch, and I absolutely recommend it!

The portion of duck (75) is a bit lost on the large plate, but that's deceptive... It's really plentiful and very good.

Komme seid Jahren hier her! Super leckeres schnelles Essen. Knuspriges Hühnchen ist immer Top. Portionen sind groß.

Gehe ab und zu mal essen mit meiner Frau und Freunden. Essen in Ordnung, von Personal wünsche ich mehr Freundlichkeit. Wo bleibt das berühmte Asiatische Lächeln?

Not authentic for Thai, they have no Thai-Noodles and no Pad-Thai Hoped that Fried-Rice instead of boiled is less than ordering extra portion. Unfortunately not. Seem Basilikum and Aubergines are banned in their kitchen (to expensive?)

Hrana je ukusna. Savetujem da je uzmete za poneti jer u lokalu nema ventilacije. Za isti novac mozete jesti i u bilo kom drugom kineskom restoranu gde je mnogo prijatnije za sedeti

Das Essen war hier ganz gut für einen China-Thai Imbiss. Der Service war etwas moderat. Ich habe mich draussen hingesetzt, das Essen wurde mir gebracht, jedoch weder Messer ubd Gabel, noch Löffel. Preislich ist das Niveau im Bezug zur Leistung ganz okay. Das Ambiente, nun ja... draussen im Innenhof stehen 3 Tische mit ein paar Stühlen, das wars. Manchmal sieht man Anwohner aus der Tür durch den Hof in Richtung strasse laufen. Im Restaurant selbst hat man zwar Platz zum Essen, aber nicht all zu viel. Nach meiner Auffassung ist das eher mehr ein take away Imbiss. Dennoch, das Essen war dafür gut. Parken kann man mit dem Auto 🚗 hier relativ gut.

Netter Besitzer, leckeres Essen komme seit Jahren hier her, immer alles Top 😊

Gier(in)flation!! Ein Partion Rindfleisch mit rotem Curry hat 7,50 eur gekostet. Jetzt kostet zehn Euro das ist eine Preissteigerung von 33%. Es hat mit dem Inflation nichts zu tun, es ist einfach Gier. Dazu kommt, sie akzeptieren keine Karten Als Zahlungsmittel. Man kann nur Bargeld zahlen. Also, Materialkosten sind nicht mehr als 2€ . Zwei Sternen hat er bekommen, weil es schmeckt. Okay, sonst hätte nur ein Stern bekommen.

Ein kleiner Imbiss wenn man Lust auf Asiatische Gerichte hat. Das Essen ist seit vielen Jahren immer gut gewesen. Nur wenige Sitzplätze.

Ich finde es sehr lecker, obwohl es ein kleines Imbiss ist, es gibt sehr nette Mitarbeiter und ein sehr netter Besitzer. Ich kann es euch allen nur empfehlen

Sehr lecker und bei Anruf immer frisch zubereitet. Wie der Name Snack schon sagt ist es besser das Essen zum mitnehmen zu holen da es jetzt nicht unbedingt für längere Aufenthalte ausgelegt ist. Tut aber nichts ab zur super frischen Qualität der Speisen und preislich ist es auch nicht abgehoben.

Ich bin bereit 10km für das leckere Essen zu fahren. Die Portionen sind groß und günstig. Ich kann das Essen wirklich nur empfehlen.

Die Bedienung ist freundlich. Und wenn der Besitzer noch draußen den Tisch ordentlich sauber machen würde und die Garnelen Suppe ordentlich mit Garnelen und anderen Zutaten befüllen würde, so das es auch nach anderem wie heißem Wasser schmecken würde, wäre ich echt dankbar.

Essen schmeckt immer, ob Ente, gebackenes Huhn oder gebratene Nudeln und das auch noch zu einem günstigen Preis. Könnten guten Gewissens mindestens 20 Prozent mehr verlangen.

Für mittags ist es einfach praktisch, schnell, preiswert. Sie gehen auf Sonderwünsche ein und bereiten es so zu, wie man sich das vorstellt. Passt alles.

Es ist nun einmal ein Imbiss, bei dem viel Essen für wenig Geld gibt. Aber es ist eben nichts Besonderes, wie in einem echten China-Restaurant, in dem man aber durchaus das Doppelte zahlt. Wenn man damit klarkommt: dann wird man nicht enttäuscht. Sehr nett: das Essen wurde nach meinen Wünschen angepasst.
