Mr. Croque Einbeck in Einbeck

Even though my croque, which cost around €10.00, was missing a third of the topping, I'm giving it 4 stars because the elderly gentleman who runs the shop is very nice and personable. I feel sorry for him that the place isn't doing so well, and the croque I ordered tasted okay otherwise. I live nearby and pass by almost every day, often surprised that you hardly ever see a customer in the shop. At some point, the opening hours were cut from 7 hours a day, 6 days a week (Mon. - Sat., 12:00 to 19:00) to 3 hours a day, 5 days a week (Mon. - Fri., 17:30 to 20:30). Well, eventually, hunger and curiosity drove me in. I found the selection of croque toppings to be quite limited. Special (croque with "chicken sausage pan," for example), but okay, that's a matter of taste, of course. Perhaps 2-3 "classics" (e.g., ham/cheese/pineapple/salad always works) and thus a bit more variety would be good. The idea of offering croques, wraps, and crêpes is really good, in a city that now seems to have 100 pizza/kebab shops. The prices (at least for the croques) are definitely excessive, sorry. The prices are about on a Subway level (if you convert the croque size accordingly), although Subway's toppings are considerably more generous. Even if Mr. Croque has all the ingredients that should be on the menu, it's significantly less than Subway's. Unfortunately, as I mentioned at the beginning, that wasn't the case for me. Instead, two of the six ingredients were missing (cheese and peppers), which I only noticed at home after checking the menu again to see what should have been on it. It's a shame; the shop had a good idea, but the execution was suboptimal.

Really delicious and fresh food! It's great that, besides kebabs and pizza, they also offer something else quick to grab and go :)

I didn't know there was a sex shop in Einbeck that was hotter and fresher 🤔. No, seriously, Silly tasty, fresh, and affordable!

The baguette was okay, but nothing special. Strangely, there wasn't a single other customer in the 45 minutes I was there, and the phone didn't ring either. The nice man behind the counter was actually sitting there, apparently not having anything else to do. The oven wasn't turned on until after I placed my order. And that was on a Friday evening. Otherwise, everything was fine except for the Mezzomix, which was six months out of date.

Delicious, freshly prepared food. Definitely something different. Several vegetarian dishes to choose from. Friendly service.

We went there today on a recommendation and thought it was great. Mega well-equipped store and the employees were friendly. The waiting time was a bit long but these are perhaps the last small teething problems. The food was really tasty and fresh. Maybe more advertising should be done, because the store has been underestimated so far

Super lecker und alles frisch zubereitet. Wir hatten Crouques und Wraps. Das nächste Mal testen wir dann die Crêpes. Sehr zu empfehlen. 1000 mal besser Subway oder ähnliches.

Wir waren heute spontan im Mr. Croque, nachdem wir schon einige Male daran vorbei gefahren sind. Probiert haben wir sowohl einen Crêpes mit Nutella, als auch einen Wrap und ein Croque. Die Zutaten waren alles frisch und man konnte bei der Zubereitung zusehen. Alles hat sehr lecker geschmeckt und wir werden sicherlich mal wieder dort einkehren.

Frische Zubereitung, Vegetarisches und Fleischgerichte werden getrennt voneinander zubereitet. Für mich ist der Standort praktisch, da ich nicht bis in die Stadt muss, um ein schnelles Abendessen zu bekommen. Selbst um 18.45 Uhr ( kurz vor Ladenschluss) wurden wir sehr zuvorkommend bedient.

Ein neues Restaurant/Imbiss in Einbeck. Das musste getestet werden. Der Laden sieht echt schick und sehr modern aus. Drinnen gibt es viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, wir hatten uns aber entschieden dass essen mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Hier gibt es Baguettes, croques und Wraps. Mal was neues für Einbeck. Das Baguette fand ich persönlich etwas teure. Deswegen haben wir uns für die Wraps entschieden. Hier gibt es auch einige vegetarische Varianten. Zum Nachtisch hatte man noch einen Crepes essen können. Aber das gibt es beim nächsten Mal. Zum Essen. Die Wraps waren frisch und lecker. Das Brot hat super geschmeckt. Ein bisschen mehr Soße und es wäre perfekt gewesen. Mein Fazit Auf jedenfall einen Besuch wert. Mal was anderes, als immer nur Pizza und Döner 7/10

Das Essen sowie die Inneneinrichtung sind sehr gut. So etwas hat Einbeck auf jeden Fall gefehlt👍🏼

Ein kleiner aber feiner Laden. Sehr freundliches Personal und das Essen ist schnell und lecker zubereitet. Alles ist Helal und auch für Vegetarier ist etwas dabei. Beim Fleisch schmeckt man gute Qualität heraus und daher eine bessere Alternative gegenüber einem Döner! Ich komme gerne wieder.
