MoschMosch in Heilbronn

Had the ramen with beef strips. Unfortunately the meat was inedible. Stringy with an unpleasant, sour aftertaste. The broth had no depth and was completely bland. The vegetables are added raw and cold to the stock so that everything is lukewarm and raw. My comment about the meat, which was almost completely still on my plate, only elicited a tired smile from the waiter. There are 2 stars because the chicken dim sum starter was quite good. But we won't come back again.

Very good food, friendly staff. Was there with Asian kitchen experts who were very satisfied.

European hip style…unfortunately no traditional shop including Japanese…. Service or the guy with long hair could be friendlier. What annoyed me the most was that the chicken soup contained way too many carrots…. More pasta and a lot less carrots please!!! I've eaten ramen all over the world, but I've never experienced this...the broth was nice... Thanks

The MoschMosch is an interesting restaurant with good, authentic food, a nice atmosphere and good facilities. The food took a long time to arrive, as did the service to order a dessert. All in all, still satisfied

If you want system catering, you get system catering. The ramen was ok, but definitely not a taste experience, no taste explosion, no umami, just boring, nothing special. It could have been a simple beef or vegetable broth from the pack with some added ingredients.

We once had the morning sun ramen and the chicken skewers with peanut sauce. In my opinion, the waiter could have gotten our order to you a little quicker. But once this was done, we had the food pretty quickly. The ramen was spicy and tasty, the chicken was just as nicely fried and tasty. The restaurant has a great feel-good atmosphere and wasn't too loud. Recommendation goes out and I would be happy to come back.

Reservation is needed on weekends. Food was good and staff are friendly. The restaurant looks good and well maintained. The beer and detox lemonade was different and i liked it.

The bowl was a bit carelessly prepared, some were large pieces, the salmon was raw/smoked in the picture, so I decided on this dish. However, it was cooked with acid. It also comes with a spicy sauce, which wasn't included either. Matcha was very bitter - positive but free upgrade to milk alternative. I've been there 1/2 times before, but I wasn't 100% impressed either. I think there are better alternatives in HN.

+ lots of vegan options + delicious vegan gyoza, crispy harumaki/spring rolls, fruity yuzu lemonade + Service friendly - I didn't really like the Spring Awakening ramen, but maybe this type of noodle just isn't my thing. - The chicken breast wasn't cut, so someone who wants to eat with chopsticks has to grab a knife and have a fight in its shell - Open-plan ambience isn't really comfortable for me, - you can tell that it is a franchise chain, the taste cannot compete with a small (family) restaurant

It is now my favorite restaurant. The food tastes fantastic and the croissants arrive at the tables very quickly. Really a very great restaurant. Only recommended!

I actually like going to MoschMosch, but today's experience was anything but great. We came into the store and couldn't get a seat. When we asked if we could order something to go, this was confirmed, but we were then completely ignored. When other guests came after us, they got a place WITHOUT a reservation. The blonde waitress' attitude to work was also a catastrophe, no smile, no pointing out that we could have taken something to go, just absolute ignoring

Super tasty ramen, I'm mostly happy with everything. I always order the homemade iced tea, it's really great! The service is also super friendly and relaxed!

It's nice there and the service was nice and polite. The food was also good but we had to wait almost 1 hour for udon noodles and curry. By the time the food arrived, our drinks had logically already been drunk. It was our first time there, so I can't say whether it's always like that, but unfortunately I have to say that we won't be eating there again.

Unfortunately, our food order was received late because the delivery of the goods still had to be processed. We would have liked to have had a drink while we waited, but unfortunately we weren't asked. In my opinion, the orders (food and drink) should have been taken with a note that the food preparation will take longer because the ingredients are just being delivered. Unfortunately the edamanese were still very al dente and unfortunately also very oily. Main course great as always.

Quite good food. For my taste, there was too much cartilage on the duck and chicken and the teriyaki skewers had too little sauce. This restaurant also has probably the most uncomfortable seating in all of Heilbronn.

The MoschMosch convinced me on my first visit! Very friendly service, a pleasant volume in the large room, very modern furnishings and a nice layout of the menu. Now to the food: the selection was varied and my dish blew me away in terms of taste. Simply delicious! And to round off the perfect dinner, the chocolate cake with a hot chocolate center should not be missing. Guys, you haven't eaten anything like this before! Simply magical!😍

There were two of us who ate there and we can't complain about the portions, taste or quality. Since we had movie tickets, we were pressed for time. When asked about this, we received our food quicker from the friendly service staff. We then returned this gesture with a big tip. What I personally didn't like was that the staff and especially the kitchen were very stressed and this also showed to the outside world. The reason for this was a lack of staff in the kitchen. The operator of this location should be able to solve such a problem. I also found the price of €5 for a beer 🍺 very expensive. Nevertheless, overall we were satisfied and can recommend the restaurant.

Food was good, but unfortunately cold. Service underground. The code to order food didn't work and an order could only be placed after 30 minutes. Service unfortunately subpar. When paying the same, catastrophe until this was possible. We were there on a Monday and there wasn't much going on.

I've been here once before when it opened and found my ramen soup to be too salty. It didn't taste good. After years I went back to the restaurant and was very positively surprised. The waitress was immediately at the table and explained the menu to me. My yuzu soda was served less than 3 minutes later and the ramen soup and kimchi took less than 10 minutes. The quality was surprisingly very good and really tasty. I can therefore only recommend it.

Even 1 star is too much. Doesn't taste good and completely unprofessional bad service. Food comes way too late. And all you hear is excuses. Save money and go somewhere else.

The food tastes good, the gyoza in particular were great. However, in my opinion the portions are too small for the high price. The rice in the curry was dry. Good selection of vegan products that are labeled accordingly.

Ramen with too little salmon and noodles is not completely cooked through, you can still taste some raw dough in it. Service ok. Ambience nice. Unfortunately, price/performance is not good overall. There is still potential for improvement.

Today we went to dinner in MoschMosch again after a long time. And disappointed again 😞. This only refers to the waiter who served us. First we come in and a lady greets us warmly and gives us the freedom to choose a seat. As soon as we were at the table, the unfriendly waiter came without greeting us and asked if we knew what we wanted. I said we haven't picked anything yet, we've just arrived, but we can order to drink. After we got our drinks, we also ordered the food. As a "STARTER" which I also emphasized, we ordered a super and something else. And then 2 main courses. The appetizers come quite quickly. The lady brought it, and we hadn't started eating yet, the waiter came with our main course, and he just wanted to leave it at the table, so I said we just got the STARTER. He turned around and walked past the counter and mumbled something and looked at our table. Well, after the STARTER came the main course, which was briefly put in the microwave. A little lukewarm at the top and completely cold at the bottom. Taste was ok but unfortunately cold. As I was clearing away I pointed this out to the waiter and his answer was yes, yes. According to the motto lick my ass... When I pay, it prints out one asking me how I want to pay on the card terminal. So please pay and leave. We haven't experienced such an unfriendly person in a long time.

Gyôza dumplings are, of course, frozen. 3 pts. Serviced quickly, friendly. 4 pts. Weeds outside, toilets clean, only 1 of 2 washing options. Spartan furnishings, modern elements.

Tried it for the second time and were disappointed again. Many people report that it's supposed to be so good because we have a 80km drive and tried to make a reservation. The nice lady on the phone said we couldn't make a reservation, but we should come over and find a solution. The waitress offered us a seat but when we went in a rude man behind the counter asked us what we were doing. Half the shop was empty but thanks to the nice gentleman we couldn't get any space and after that we don't feel like making a third attempt. It's been a long time since I've experienced such unfriendliness from this gentleman.

After an initial bad experience, customer service approached me and we found a solution together. Today I can only report positively about my visit. The food was delicious and the service was unbeatable. 😊

The service was nice, location not too bad. Unfortunately, the Ramen (I took the one with chicken) was not good —the broth very salty but otherwise not tasty, the noodles too overbearing, the chicken extremely bland. One of the worst Ramen I ate so far, in all honesty.

We often go to MoschMosch in different cities, so the food was usually good. Only the homemade green tea iced tea was very disappointing. It's nice to sit on the Neckar and the atmosphere with several restaurants next to each other is great. We didn't like the service. We were there for 1.5 hours and the three of us only had a main course and a drink. And that was essentially because we didn't get around to ordering and paying. There were enough staff there, but they somehow didn't look around while they were clearing tables, etc. We had to wait a long time to order and then draw our attention to ourselves and at some point we went in to pay. They could have made even more money from us if they had come over and asked for more drinks, etc. But we even skipped the scoop of ice cream that would have been included with the children's meal. How long should we have waited for this?

The food was good, but I'd rather go to our Asian restaurant in the next town. The Yazu lemonade was really tasty according to my taste. Tastes a bit like fresh kumquats from the tree :) We had the Jippi Jappa twice. The beef could have been fried with fewer pieces of bacon, but it was delicious with breaded chicken. As a starter we had the dimsum chicken (4 pieces are served in the bowl). We recommend. It tastes similar to Russian manti except that the filling is “softer”.

Very nice and cozy stay at the MoschMosch Heilbronn. The service staff were very quick and courteous. The food was freshly prepared and served quickly. We chose the fried rice and were very satisfied. The cocktails were also good. Highly recommended, especially in the outdoor area in summer, directly on the Neckar.

Anyone who is used to authentic, delicious ramen soup from the Japanese will be disappointed here. The Tantanmen was more of a large portion of spaghetti with a lot of sauce-like soup. The ambience and service were perfectly fine.

Food isnt upto mark in my opinion. I tried their Red coconut curry with tofu and Fried noodles with chicken. Please don't oder ramen here its disappointing. Starters like Satey chicken and chicken skewers are okay not that great. The drinks menus isn't that vast too. Staff is friendly and nice

Unfortunately a very bad experience. Nori fries raw and lukewarm. Gyozas cold, kimchi was halfway okay, edamame lukewarm. Ramen was carelessly prepared, noodle quality was very low, the broth (should it be miso?) had little more taste than tap water. Main courses arrived when all the starters were still on the table... When I commented that the gyoza were cold, the service person asked what she should do now... Unfortunately I'm speechless, the second time in 10 years that I didn't give any tips. Very disappointed

Went there for the first time for lunch. It was very delicious. The service was excellent, the nice lady was really great. I'll definitely come back again!

Disappointing experience at MoschMosch Heilbronn Recently I tried ordering food for pickup online from MoschMosch in Heilbronn, hoping to take advantage of the cheaper prices offered on their website. Unfortunately, I discovered that this option was not available in Heilbronn, even though it worked in all other branches. Instead I had to order over the phone, but at higher prices as it turned out. In addition, the offer was even advertised in the store using a QR code, but none of the employees knew about this and the boss didn't want to know anything about it either. It seems that disabling the online feature is aimed at making more profit, which I find disappointing. The bowl tasted good, but we found the portion to be a bit small for the price.

There are, among other things, delicious ramen noodles. Very friendly staff, who were quite busy on Saturday evening, even though the restaurant was only busy outside. The food came very quickly. Very pleasant atmosphere. Been there again today. It was again very tasty.

Very nice Japanese restaurant. The food is very tasty and the portions are reasonable. There is a large selection of dishes where you can then add extras such as tofu, meat etc. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options!! Have eaten here several times and it's always good :) If you want to eat out in the evening, it's best to make a reservation because it's always very crowded.

The food is delicious. The portions are very small and you hardly get full. In my opinion the prices are too high for the portions. I find 7.75 extra for 4 small pieces of duck very steep. Service was good, ambience is good but not special. I've eaten better and, above all, cheaper things :)

If you like ramen, this is the place for you. But the dishes with rice and noodles are also very good

Essen und Getränke kamen schnell. Zubereitung war frisch und lecker. Die Auswahl war toll. Wir haben vegane Menüs bestellt. Die Kinderkarte enthält lustige Menüs aus der japanischen Küche genauso wie „Notlösungen“ wie Pommes, für wenig experimentierfreudige Kinder. Wir essen am Liebsten hier, wenn wir in Heilbronn mehr als einen Imbiss suchen.

Had reserved a table for a Thursday at 6 p.m. When we arrived at the restaurant it was closed and there was a note on the door saying that due to operational circumstances it would be closed at 5 p.m. for the entire week. Of course I understand exceptional circumstances. But I expect at least some information to be given that the reservation cannot be made. Unfortunately, this did not happen. Very weak. Unfortunately, MoschMosch Heilbronn will no longer be able to win us as customers.

We were in the restaurant for the first and last time. A loud and uncomfortable atmosphere. Food was totally tasteless...despite seasoning, I couldn't taste the food. Mosh mosh is not recommended.

It's a shame that you can't reserve a table for 2 people 🤔. We were directed to this long, somewhat low table. This was our first time there, but I don't want to sit there anymore. They are no longer the youngest, had real problems getting up from the "wooden chair stools"...and walking... The food was really delicious!!!!!! Had gyoza with BBQ beef, grilled skewers with teriyaki, 44 with Tonkatsu and 40 with duck... 😋😋😋

Food was super tasty, had spring rolls as a starter and the fish ramen as a main course. Service was friendly and quick. But somehow after we got food, no one came anymore. I would have liked to have another drink. I found the ambience ok but somehow not that outstanding. I think the furnishings seem a bit cheap.

The food and service were ok, but the toilets are a matter for the health department... the tables and the floor in the restaurant were also not clean... that could really be better, dear MoschMosch team!

Food came very quickly… Tofu wasn't that great... more bland and "boring" The rest was really good! But be careful, if it says it has chili in it, then it also has chili in it... and how... it was pretty hot and I personally would have tasted it even better without chili... for next time :) but I'm also more sensitive to spicy. Service is very nice and helpful.

The food was ok, the service too and the ambience is also ok. But the MoschMosch doesn't go beyond this "OK status". System catering. In any case, a little more love would be desirable. The allergy menu is great for allergy sufferers because you can see exactly what is in which dish.

Sehr enttäuscht! Als Kunde haben sie mich verloren. Beim letzten Mal war das Essen total überwürzt, schmeckte nur nach Pfeffer! Total ungenießbar. Grundsätzlich bin ich immer gerne gekommen, obwohl die Service Mitarbeitenden nicht super sind. Man wird merkwürdig angeschaut wenn man mehrere Sachen bestellt (die man sich zu mehreren Personen teilt und teilweise nichts anderes an dem Tag isst als das bestellte), Mitarbeitende kennen sich nicht mit den Speisen hinsichtlich Allergenen aus, wissen nicht was vegan ist und was mit Fleisch. Haben mehrfach Gerichte mit Fleisch bekommen obwohl das nicht gewünscht war. Mitarbeitende sind unfreundlich und wirken permanent genervt. Das lässt einen als Gast nicht wohl fühlen. Schade! Fehler können passieren aber nicht so regelmäßig und so dass das Essen nicht genießbar ist.

Habe die gebratenen Udonnudeln gegessen. Waren okay. Das Gemüse war mir etwas zu roh und allgemein war es sehr salzig. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Zu wenig Fleisch und andere Zutaten neben den Nudeln für einen Preis (mit extra Rindfleisch) von fast 20€. Das Ambiente ist je nach Tisch ganz gut bis ungemütlich. Wir saßen an einem langen Tisch mit 4 fremden Leute, an viel zu niedrigen und unbequemen Hockern ohne lehne. Zudem mitten am Gang, wo alle 30sekunden jemand vorbeiläuft. Es gibt allerdings auch Tische mit Bänken, die angenehmer wirken. Das gesamte Erlebnis war eher mittelmäßig. Wirklich zufrieden war ich danach nicht.

Leider irgendwie unbefriedigend. Das Ambiente ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig mit den Sitzen ohne Lehne und der Garderobe an der Wand. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und man kann hier nichts beanstanden. Das Essen war definitiv zu salzig und die Ramen waren für den Preis von 15€ zu arm an Fleisch und komplexeren Zutaten wie bspw. Tamago Eiern. Grundsätzlich bekam man sehr viele Nudeln in einer salzigen Brühe, welche an sich sehr gut schmeckten und gemacht waren, aber an Besonderheiten zu Wünschen übrig ließen. Insgesamt war ich nicht zufrieden mit dem Essen, welches dort serviert wurde... mir fehlte das gewisse Etwas.

A friendly restaurant with tasty Japanese food in the Heilbronn centre. Competent and friendly staff, nice atmosphere.

Super liebe Kellner, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Ich kann euch das Restaurant sehr ans Herz legen, vor allem wenn ihr Asiatische Küche mögt und mit großen Portionen klarkommt. Außerdem gibt es immer wieder neue Möglichkeiten die Speisen mit anderen Toppings zu ergänzen, love it.

Das Restaurant sollte sich wirklich neu orientieren und nicht versuchen alles mögliche an Gerichten anbieten zu können. Gerade die japanischen Gerichte wie Ramen und weitere sind kein bisschen authentisch und auch nicht wirklich gut.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht so ganz. Nudeln, Soße etwas Gemüse und zwei hauchdünne Scheiben Hähnchen 16,- €, naja... Vor allem dann nicht, wenn etwas nachbestellte Soße 2,50 € ! extra kostet.

Die Vorspeisen waren sehr lecker, aber leider auch sehr kalt. Bei den Hauptspeisen (wir hatten Ramen bestellt) waren die Nudeln roh und die Suppen waren auch kalt.

Keine guten Gäste! Ich habe die Gute-Gäste-Karte, zum Geburtstag erhält man ein Getränk und ein Essen gratis. Beim ersten Versuch, den Gutschein einzulösen, Montag kurz nach 20.00 Uhr, wurden wir wieder weggeschickt, die Küche habe schon geschlossen! Am Freitag startete Versuch Nr. 2. Diesmal rief ich Mittags an, um einen Tisch zu reservieren. Am Telefon sagte man mir, heute würden keine Reservierungen angenommen, man solle so vorbei kommen. Als wir vorbeikamen, wurden wir gefragt, ob wir reservierte haben !!! Bevor wir bestellten, wollte ich zur Sicherheit nochmal wissen, ob der Geburtstagsgutschein noch gültig ist. Der Kellner sagte, dass könne er erst beim bezahlen prüfen. Das war aber gelogen, da ich schon mehrere Gutscheine auf meiner Guten-Gäste-Karte hatte und man mir auch vorher sagen konnte, welche Gutscheine gültig waren. Beim bezahlen gab es dann nur ein Essen umsonst, aber kein versprochenes Getränk. Das ginge nicht nimmer, erklärte der Kellner. Erst auf nochmaliges Bitten bekamen wir dann auch ein Getränk gratis. Es war eine unangenehme Situation, wer will schon um etwas betteln, aber wenn man schon mit diesen Gutscheinen wirbt, müssen sie ganz einfach auch unkompliziert eingelösten werden, sonst sollte man das besser lassen! Das war insgesamt absolut kein schönes Erlebnis, ich habe immer noch zwei Gutscheine auf meiner Gute-Gäste-Karte, aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich diese nochmal einlösen werden.

Waren heute das erste Mal dort. Die Tantanmen Ramen waren mega lecker, bei den Getränken gab es nur wenig Auswahl (je eine Sorte bei Eistee und Limonade). Dafür war die Sorte Eistee mega lecker und außergewöhnlich (Vanille). Service war etwas eigen, aber ist nicht weiter schlimm. Würde es empfehlen! :)
