Pleasant atmosphere, unobtrusive music, delicious sushi and rolls, everything is fresh. I really liked the raspberry lemonade. One of the best establishments in Heilbronn👌 The staff is polite, in pursuit of service, not tips. This is very conducive to coming back here again and again🌸

Never (until today) have I been asked, fork in hand, whether they should pack it for us, after walking past us 10 times to see how far we are. After just 1.5 hours we were basically asked out. I'll think twice about going there again. That doesn't work at all.

I've been there several times since the store opened, but the taste has deteriorated a lot recently. I won't do ANYTHING!! case more there. I ordered a carafe of sake and while pouring the last glass, I discovered a beetle IN the carafe. This was a very sad discovery and nothing and no one will bring me to this store again!!

Our favorite sushi restaurant. The food is great, the service is very friendly and accommodating. We never had to wait long for the food. Even the children love eating here. A nice little extra is the arrangement with dry ice. Reservations are recommended as it is often very busy.

I've been here several times now and have never been disappointed. You can spontaneously get a table even after a short wait, even though the restaurant is full. The food tastes excellent and there is enough choice so that even those who don't like eating sushi will find what they're looking for. Service is competent and always courteous. The food is delicious and the selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails is also huge. Price-performance ratio doesn't disappoint here.

The food is terrible. The sushi is tasteless, the ginger is from last year.. Miso soup is the water in which the cook washed the dishes. Don't go here, I don't recommend it to anyone

I ordered a table for 2 on the terrace. When we arrived we were told that they would not accept reservations on the terrace. My husband and I heard the phone call. A blatant lie that the more than unfriendly employee told us. Just rude, unfriendly. I can't recommend going to them. Anyone who treats guests like this doesn't deserve to make any sales from us. Simply speechless, my husband and I went to Tenno in Heilbronn. They are extremely friendly and still interested in the customer.

The food tastes really good, but sometimes the food comes very cold because the food sits on the counter for a long time before it comes to our table. In the beginning there were long waiting times, but they have improved a lot. The starters taste very good, as does the sushi. We also work in an open kitchen, which in turn gives the ambience a different look. I think it's very nice and modern. Everything is always very clean and tidy and all the employees are very friendly. The prices have increased in the last few months, which I can understand, but I find it a little too high for what is presented.

Edit 05/24: Went to YEDO again today. Food was very tasty and service was good. Unfortunately, the voucher couldn't be calculated, which is a shame. This detracts from what is actually a very nice experience. That's why I'm reducing the stars to three. This was our first time in YEDO. The SUSHI was very tasty. Fresh and well prepared. The other dishes were also very tasty. Only the soup could have used a little more seasoning. We also had Hommade Ice Tea and cocktails. These were also very tasty. The service at our table was ok. Unfortunately, the table next door wasn't so lucky. The food there came very late/was forgotten. Also, a lot was missing. That's why "only" four stars. I hope this doesn't happen too often. The ambience was nice, but the restaurant was very loud. Since the food was so good I would definitely go there again.

All you could ever ask from an Asian restaurant, great variety and quality, reasonable prices and excellent service. 3 times we have been there and it never let us down

The food (Vietnamese) looks and tastes mediocre and is not a recognizable “fusion kitchen”. Service discreet and friendly. Location stylish and clean for Heilbronn conditions. Prices are still acceptable considering the current high costs.

The food is super delicious and definitely worth a visit! We would love to come back for the food. Unfortunately, we didn't like the fact that we had to wait almost 30 minutes for a table despite having a reservation. The tables are all placed very close together, which automatically creates a slightly louder atmosphere. The taste of the food was very good, everything is freshly prepared, but the portions are a bit small, which is why you unfortunately won't be full with just one main course.

Great Asian restaurant, five of us went “Behind the Scenes” after visiting the theater. We all enjoyed the food. The Japanese beer was actually good too, I tried two types 😀

We have been enjoying visiting the restaurant for some time now and continue to be very satisfied. The atmosphere is very inviting, the service is very friendly and the food selection is very extensive when it comes to Asian cuisine. A very striking feature is the completely open and visible kitchen directly in the restaurant. Here the customer can see for themselves at any time how clean the menu is prepared and the freshness of the products. If you want sushi, this is the right place for you, but if you prefer alternative dishes, there is also a lot to choose from here. A feast for the eyes is also offered when serving, smoke is created with dry ice and the table is magically decorated. If you haven't seen it and tried it, I highly recommend it.

The food itself was really tasty, very good and fresh sushi. Unfortunately there is a 2 star deduction because we had to wait a long time. Once at the reception, staff came by several times but we were initially ignored. When we wanted to pay we had to wait a total of 45 minutes, even though we had already told the staff 6 times in the meantime that we would like to pay. I understand when there's a lot going on, but I didn't think that was okay.

This place should be avoided! Cheap overpriced “Vietnamese food” which is mostly sushi (Japanese) and some other dishes (!) Furthermore, we experienced a bizarr issue with a 6€ (!) water bottle which had been clearly refilled (!) When we tried to send it back, it was not possible: the waitress would get hard on us and turn totally rude (!)

It's not worth eating here. The drinks are not original and water bottles are refilled. When there were complaints, one waitress in particular was very rude and not customer-oriented. For that money I would have preferred to go somewhere else.

It was a bit noisy, but everything else made up for it. We had the spring rolls as a starter and the crunchy rolls with cucumber, avocado and pumpkin as a main course, as well as the ones with chicken. We enjoyed everything very much. We'll definitely go there again. But we will definitely reserve again beforehand. There was a long line of people waiting at the entrance.

Really great restaurant with really good and inexpensive food. Since we ate it warm, I can't say anything about the sushi, but I assume that it is at least as tasty as our meal was. In my opinion, the ambience is also really nice, and is emphasized every now and then by the “table fog machine” (dry ice). When I'm in Heilbronn again, I'll definitely come by again.

Köstliches Essen, sehr aber wirklich sehr freundliches Personal schönes Ambiente nur ist es ohne Reservierung schwer am Abend ein Tisch zu bekommen. Immer wieder mal zum abholen und zu Hause zu essen gemacht, war super! Am Telefon bestellt, halbe Stunde später abgeholt und zu Hause genossen. Top!!!!!

Wir waren dort essen. Haben sehr lang vorher reserviert. Hatten einen separaten Tisch. War toll. Service war echt freundlich, bis auf eine Sache. Es wurde uns gleichzeitig Essen gebracht, wir haben das genommen was bestellt wurde. Allerdings stellte sich später raus, dass das Fleisch mit den Zugaben vertauscht wurde. Für uns kein Problem, aber eine Bedienung reagierte etwas unfreundlich. Da meine Kinder Sushi lieben, kommen wir gerne wieder.

It was a lovely evening, with great staff and great experience. However...the sushi we ordered, the fish was a bit off on that evening. But seeing as everyone around us was also eating salmon, we assumed that it was just us, as we ate there before and the sushi was close to amazing in taste.

Nice place for pictures but very expensive and horrible food. I already tried QQ sushi, My sushi, Sushi boat, Teno, etc… and after coming 3 times to try YEDO I would say, for sure, it is one of the worst sushi from Heilbronn. Rice was not well cooked, tasteless, dry, and the filling doesn’t taste fresh. Definitely doesn’t worth the price at all. I’m not coming back.

Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet. Generell ist viel los hier. Esse kam recht zügig, schmeckt alles soweit ok. Jedoch sollte man hier keine kulinarische Reise erwarten. Glaube, dass alles der breiten Masse eher angepasst wurde. Preislich und geschmacklich eher Mittelfeld.

Unser liebstes Sushi-Restaurant. Das Essen ist top, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir mussten auch nie lange auf das Essen warten. Selbst die Kinder lieben es, hier zu essen. Kleines nettes Extra ist das Arrangement mit Trockeneis. Eine Reservierung ist zu empfehlen, da es oft sehr voll ist. Einziges Manko: Die Lautstärke. Die Decke schluckt nicht viel Schall und die Tische stehen eng. Eine Unterhaltung kann mitunter anstrengend sein. Parken kann man entspannt im K3-Parkhaus.

Unfreundliches Personal!! Null Kundenservice!! Zu Beginn wurden wir schon extrem patzig behandelt, weil unsere Reservierung nicht durch ging und sie keine einzigen Plätze mehr hätten .. dann wurde uns nach langer Diskussion ein Tisch für 45 Minuten gegeben .. als wir dann saßen wurden wir ständig gedrängt jetzt endlich zu bestellen ( wir waren eine große Gruppe .. wir mussten uns kurz einigen .. das ging wirklich nicht lange ) .. als wir dann bestellen wollten ging es um einen Alternativwunsch aufgrund einer vorhandenen Allergie, das konnten sie nicht umsetzen, da es mit „zu viel“ Aufwand verbunden ist … dabei war das wirklich eine Kleinigkeit .. jedes andere Restaurant hatte nie ein Problem damit.. es kommt noch dazu dass sie eine Woche vorher die Alternative nach meiner Erklärung zur Allergie zubereitet hatten 😅 Nach weiterer Diskussion sind wir aufgestanden und gegangen.. Ich werde diesen Laden nie wieder betreten!! Sehr enttäuschend…

Von 6 warmen Gerichten waren 4 kalt sogar so kalt als seien dort Udon-Nudeln aus dem Kühlschrank. Das war der Service sehr toll.

Bin kein sushi-fan oder Experte, deshalb gebe ich nur eine allgemeine Beschreibung. Grösseres, auf Menge und viele Leute ausgelegtes vietnamesisches Lokal. Interieur hat einen gewissen Palast der Republik-Charme. Man wird schnell bedient, zum langen gemütlichen sitzen ist es eher nicht so gedacht. Wir hatten verschiedene essen mit Reis, ein paar Sachen waren abends schon aus. Essen war lecker, frisch und das Gemüse knackig gegart. Da gibt's nichts zu meckern. Preise auch ok. Lage zentral, beim K3.

Das Essen dort ist wirklich sehr sehr lecker aber die Organisation was Platzbelegung angeht ist sehr fragwürdig. Wir wurden schon nach der Hauptspeise andauernd gefragt wie lange wir noch bleiben und ob wir denn noch was bestellen wollten. Nach dem Nachtisch wurden wir von dem dennoch recht freundlichen Personal gebeten doch bitte zu gehen, obwohl wir reserviert hatten, da schon eine lange Schlange an der Tür wartete. Reservierungen werden hier eindeutig ignoriert.

Visuell ganz toll, Essen super, Service ok, aber wenn gut gefüllt, ziemlich laut, so gut wie keine Unterhaltung ausser mit dem direkten Gegenüber möglich.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier, die Location ist toll. Sehr modern und künstlerisch mit den Baumstämmen und den Baumkronen an der Decke. Die Bedienungen sind nett, trotz dass es voll war, hat weder die Bedienung, noch die Bestellung lange gedauert. Das Sushi war sehr lecker, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen war lecker, aber leider gibt es nicht so viel veganes Essen zur Auswahl. Bei den Toiletten ging nur ein Wasserhahn, die Seife war teilweise auch leer. Die Bedienung hat zu Beginn sehr lange gebraucht, bis überhaupt die Bestellung aufgenommen wurde.

Zuerst muss man den netten Service und das wirklich gute Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis hervorheben, wirklich sehr gut und eines der Besten in Heilbronn und Wartezeiten waren für uns in Ordnung. Ich würde aber lieber mehr ausgeben und dafür etwas Ruhe haben, damit kommen wir auch schon zum Abzug der zwei Sterne. 1. Die Lautstärke. Wenn der Laden voll ist (und das ist er oft) kann man sich kaum unterhalten. Tische stehen sehr nahe aneinander und nicht ein einziger Raumtrenner ist vorhanden, der Geräusche Dämpfen könnte. Man möchte sich beim Essen und danach auch mal unterhalten - fast nicht möglich. Das führt dazu, dass man schnell isst und wieder geht - schade. 2. Der Abzug/Geruch. Eine Wäsche der Kleidung muss nach dem Besuch eingeplant werden. Durch die offene Küche und vermutlich schlechten Abzug (?) riecht das komplette Restaurant nach der Küche und dementsprechend dann auch die Gäste. Andere Sushi Restaurants haben auch eine offene Küche und es riecht überhaupt nicht. Einen kleinen Abzug gibt's noch für die Vielfalt, sehr "deutsches Sushi", da gibt es in anderen Lokalen mehr und bessere Auswahl. Fazit: wir gehen lieber etwas gehobener in der Stadtmitte essen haben dafür aber mehr vom Abend da man sich auch Unterhalten kann.

Wir waren zu zweit an einem Samstag, das Lokal war sehr belebt. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und das Lokal ist sehr schick eingerichtet. Es gibt über asiatische Gerichte bis zu Sushi eine gute Auswahl an Speisen. Wir hatten verschiedenes an Sushi als Vorspeise und danach eine Beefbowl und knuspriges Hähnchen mit Nudeln, alle Speisen sind frisch, lecker und von guter Qualität.

Sehr schön hab ne Decke bekommen als ich abends draußen saß Home Limonade ist krass und die Kellner sind auch sehr cool
