Tenno Sushi Lounge in Heilbronn

Selten so begeistert gewesen von einem Sushi Restaurant! Die Saucen durch die Bank herausragend, aber vor allem das Shake Cerviche und Tommy‘s porno roll… waren außergewöhnlich!

Wir waren an einem Samstag Mittag da. Es waren nur wenige Gäste da. Im Verhältnis mussten wir länger warten, bis wir zu Tisch gebracht wurden, das Essen bestellt und gezahlt haben. Die Dame war zwar nett, aber das längere Warten zwischendurch war etwas nervig. Das Sushi hat uns ehrlich gesagt enttäuscht. Geschmacklich war es ok, aber leider ziemlich fad. Hier hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht gepasst. Das Ambiente war hingegen schön und auch das Einzige, was uns positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist. Sehr schade, unsere Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt.

Die Mission ist hier klar, ,,DURCHPROBIEREN" Sehr schönes und elegantes Ambiente, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Gibts nichts zu meckern. Zum essen hatte ich mir eine Sushi Platte (Sehr lecker), Temari (für den Preis etwas teuer, trotzdem eine leckere neue Erfahrung), bestellt. Zum Abschluss gabs noch ein Mango Mochi. Nur eins, da der Preis mich anfangs etwas abschreckte. Muss aber ehrlich sagen, das der Geschmack von diesem einen Mochi, eine positive geschmackliche Erfahrung für mich war. Sehr schön angerichtet und geschmacklich so gut, dass ich mir extra sehr viel Zeit lies, um dieses eine Mochi zu genießen. Komme sehr gerne wieder und empfehle es absolut weiter.

Es war unfassbar schön. Die Kellnerin die mein Freund und ich hatten war Mega nett und sympathisch. Das Essen kam schnell und war sehr frisch. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal !

Stimmiges Gesamtbild. Freundlicher, aufmerksamer Service, fokussierte Karte und nette Cocktails. Viele der Sushis haben eigentlich so hochwertige Zutaten, dass man sie gar nicht in Unagi und Mayo ertränken müsste. Mindestens bei den Shake Aburi und Wagyu Nigiri rate ich dazu, die Sauce abzubestellen und die Aromen von Lachs und Beef pur zu genießen!

Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das bestellte Essen mit Vorspeise hat auch richtig gut geschmeckt. Allerdings müssen wir einen Stern abziehen, weil die Speisekarte wenig aussagekräftig ist für Neulingen. Es gibt keine weiteren Erklärungen zu den Gerichten. Auf der Webseite sind die Außer-Haus-bestellbaren Gerichte gut erklärt. Die Speisekarte scheint eher für Sushi-Profis geschrieben worden zu sein und nicht für Gäste, die zum ersten oder zweiten Mal ein Sushi-Restaurant besuchen

Kurzfristig einen Tisch reserviert, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Die Sushiplatte (55 €) war ausgezeichnet. Fisch super frisch und köstlich. Etwas nervig waren die Gäste am Nebentisch, die sehr laut gesprochen haben. Aber die gute Musik im Hintergrung hat es kompensiert. Ich kann das Restaurant empfehlen!

Service Gut. Essen gut. Alles gut. Vor allem vorher war ich in einem anderen Restaurant (Ratskeller) wo die Aufmerksamkeit der Kellner gegen Null ging.Deshalb bin ich hier gelandet wo der Serrvice,, das Essen und alles Andere vom Feinsten war

Sensationelles Sushi! Einmal Tenno, immer Tenno. Dafür nimmt man dann auch gerne mal 70km (eine Strecke) auf sich. Geschmacklich ein Knaller, optisch mehr als ansprechend. Der Service ist super, die Bedienungen ultra nett und auf Zack. Das Ambiente überzeugt obendrein. Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal 😊

Der Laden hatte mit uns noch weitere 2 Tische mit ein paar Gästen, Trotzdem haben wir 45 min auf unser essen gewartet. Kleine Portionen zudem ist das essen nicht besonders angerichtet gewesen. Also falls ihr sushi essen wollt bringt 2-3 stunden zeit mit.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Insbesondere der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Beim Betreten wurden wir mehrere Minuten nicht beachtet, auf die Schlussrechnung mussten wir geschlagene 25 Minuten warten. Genug Personal war vor Ort, dieses war aber mit reden beschäftigt. Die Qualität des Essens war in Ordnung, in der offenen Küche konnte man aber sehen, dass auch Convenience-Produkte eingesetzt werden.

Sehr gutes Essen Service eher schlecht: Speisekarte kam nach 25 Minuten und die versprochene Sojasoße war auch nach dem bezahlen noch nicht da. Das Restaurant war sehr leer und die Bedienungen hatten Zeit zum minutenlangen reden. Für den Preis kann man einen besseren Service erwarten.

Das Lunch ist mittlerweile teurer als hier auf Bildern angezeigt wird. Dazu eignet es sich wenig als Business Lunch, ich habe 20 Minuten gewartet bis ich bedient wurde und weitere 20 bis ich das Essen hatte, musste es dann einpacken. Für den Preis waren auch nur spärliche Rameb.

Das Sushi war okay, nicht umwerfend, aber leider war der Reis zerfallen. Die Preise sind angemessen, die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und das Personal ist freundlich.

Viele Geschäftsleute besuchen so ein gutes Restaurant. Ich hätte guten Empfang erwartet, da ich einen wichtigen Anruf erwartete. Der Empfang war schlecht und das WLAN funktionierte gar nicht. Das hätte ich bei einem Restaurant, das 7 € für eine Flasche Wasser verlangt, nicht erwartet. Das Essen war gut, die Atmosphäre könnte aber verbessert werden. Außerdem gab es keine englische Speisekarte.

Das Sushi ist in Ordnung, leider jedoch im Preis - Leistungsverhältnis schlechter als andere Sushi Läden dieser Güteklasse. Gar nicht zu empfehlen sind die gebackenen Rollen. Hier war der Geschmack bei uns leider sehr fad.

Wir waren zu zweit im Tenno in Heilbronn und wurden wirklich positiv überrascht. Schon beim Betreten fällt das sehr moderne, stilvolle Ambiente auf. Besonders schön: Man kann den Sushimeistern direkt bei der Zubereitung zuschauen – das schafft Transparenz und macht das Erlebnis noch hochwertiger. Die Cocktails sind qualitativ wirklich überdurchschnittlich. Absolute Empfehlung: der „Tenno Driver“ – geschmacklich hervorragend abgestimmt und perfekt gemixt. Auch das Essen hat voll überzeugt: geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau, frisch zubereitet und optisch sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Hier merkt man, dass Wert auf Qualität und Präsentation gelegt wird. Die Wartezeit betrug etwa 45 Minuten, was bei frischer Zubereitung absolut angemessen ist. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Abend. Fazit: Modernes Ambiente, exzellente Cocktails, hochwertiges Sushi und ein stimmiges Gesamtkonzept – klare Empfehlung für einen besonderen Restaurantbesuch in Heilbronn.

Essen sehr gut. Ambiente schlicht und elegant. Man kann bei der Zubereitung zusehen. Wir haben das Lokal mit Schlemmerblock ausprobiert und finden es sehr ansprechend. Bedienung war freundlich. Leider hat es ziemlich gedauert bis man bedient wurde, obwohl es nicht voll war.

Das Ambiente dieses Restaurants ist großartig. Die Beleuchtung ist dunkel gehalten, die farblichen Komponenten (schwarz, gold, weiß und türkis) wirken sehr einladend und die Musik hatte genau den richtigen Geräuschpegel, man konnte sich super verständigen. Dadurch, dass der Raum sehr groß ist hatte ich auch das Gefühl dass die vielen Mitarbeiter (darunter Kellner und Köche) sich nicht im Wege standen und auf mich auch nicht gestresst gewirkt haben. Ich komme nun zum Essen: qualitativ hochwertiges Sushi, ich war von dem spicy Sushi wirklich begeistert (hatte die perfekte Schärfe), der crunchy Lachs war zudem super knusprig. Ich hatte wirklich das Gefühl, dass hier viel Wert auf Frische und Qualität gelegt wurde. Als Drink hatte ich einen Litschi Eistee, der Beste den ich bisher getrunken habe. Der Geschmack der Litschi war sehr intensiv. Anscheinend soll Tenno auch bekannt für seine Cocktails sein, das nächste Mal probier ich auf jeden Fall eins davon. Dadurch, dass Essen und der Service top waren, stimmte das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis für mich auch. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es aber: man hat mir meinen Drink mit Strohhalm aus Plastik gegeben. Für so ein Restaurant, das auf Exquisität und edlem Ambiente setzt, würde ich ein Edelstahlstrohhalm oder gar keinen bevorzugen. Mein zweiter Kritikpunkt wäre, dass es allgemein in dem Raum ziemlich frisch war. Gut, man hat uns direkt neben dem Eingang gesetzt, aber dennoch empfand ich den ganzen Raum an sich etwas zu kühl. 9.5/10

Ich war nach langer Zeit mal wieder im Tenno. Das Essen ist nach wie vor top. Leider lässt der Service im Laufe des Abends zu wünschen übrig. Es ist bis 22:30 Uhr geöffnet. Bereits gegen 21:00 Uhr werden dezent alle Tischleuchte abgeräumt. Auch unsere, obwohl wir noch Getränke hatten. Alsbald kam die Frage nach der letzten Getränkerunde. Da wir aktuell nichts bestellen wollten wurden wir direkt gefragt ob wir dann zahlen können, damit die Abrechnung gemacht werden kann. Das hat sich schon ein wenig nach " Rauswurf" angefühlt. Schade

Wir hatten vile Glück, auch mit wenig Kellner wir haben alles bekommen was gewunscht. Das essen ist nicht wirklich Japanisch Original sondern mehr USA Style auch sehr gut. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder zurück. Danke Tenno Team

Das Essen war einfach hervorragend, und die Atmosphäre im Restaurant trug dazu bei. Die schönen Drinks rundeten das Ganze perfekt ab. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Service und Küche kennen sich mit Zöliakie aus und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Sushi-Platte wurde in Absprache netterweise extra mit rein glutenfreien Optionen ermöglicht. Es gibt natürlich auch glutenfreie Soja-Sauce. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Das Essen und die Cocktails sind unfassbar lecker! Klare Empfehlung!

Wir lieben das Sushi von Tenno! Es ist wirklich jedes Mal etwas Besonderes und unfassbar lecker. Der Service ist ebenfalls top. Egal ob vor Ort oder zum Abholen. Wir würden nie enttäuscht. Die Special Rolls Sexy Veggie und auch Corny Tiger sind nochmal ein mega Highlight 😍 ein richtiges Geschmackserlebnis.

Wir waren zum ‚Mittagstisch‘ im Tenno und berichten gerne über unseren Erfahrungen. Service war anfangs sehr gut und aufmerksam, je später es wurde umso mehr ließ der Service nach. In Summe aber herzlich und aufmerksam. Vorspeisen und Hauptgang waren sehr gut, das Sushi wirklich herausragend. Der Nachtisch war nicht so unser Geschmack, höchstens mittelmäßig. Eigentlich eine sehr gute Erfahrung, die allerdings auch ihren Preis hat. Einige Kleinigkeiten, die uns gestört haben und wir in der Preisklasse nicht erwartet hätten: Die Deko an der Wand (kleine Spiegel) waren nicht geputzt und nicht intakt. Es waren rote Farbespritzer an den Wänden, was nicht schön aussah. Der Service parkte seine Reinigungs Flasche und Lappen sehr lange auf einem leeren Essenstisch. Die sehr schöne Leuchte auf dem Tisch war angestaubt und nicht geputzt. Ansonsten auch die Einrichtung tadellos und vornehm. Bis auf die genannten Kleinigkeiten wirklich sehr gut, wenn auch entsprechend hochpreisig. Guten Appetit 😀

Das Tenno ist schlicht und einfach genial. Vom Empfang, der aufmerksame und nette Service, bis hin zum Essen das einer geschmacklichen Explosion gleicht. ( wenn man das Richtige bestellet ). Wer etwas besonderes haben möchte und das leckerste Sushi essen möchte, ist hier richtig. Ich komme gerne wieder und freue mich richtig darauf.

Der erste Eindruck (die bunte Neonlichter) haben mich bewogen hier essen zu gehen. Leider vermisse ich hier die ein oder andere Illustration,damit man sich das Gericht besser vorstellen kann. Wann ist also gezwungen Bilder aus dem Internet zu recherchieren, damit man weiß was man bestellt. Ich bestelle die vier verschiedene Gerichte, welche ich immer ohne Gurke bestellte. Dadurch fehlte mir dann der knackige Effekt, auch geschmacklich war es nur okay für mich. Preislich ist man hier ganz oben angesiedelt. Die frittierten Rolls waren ganz okay. Incl. Getränk lag ich dann bei sportlichen 70,-€😉 Fazit: Preis-Leistung finde ich nicht okay

Excellent sushi in a stylish atmosphere. The selection of sushi is large, there are also platters for two people. Everything tastes very fresh and the fish is of good quality. Service is very attentive and friendly. Great desserts! Parking is possible in the nearby parking garage.

We reserved a table for 7 p.m. on a Saturday evening, and the food arrived around 8:30 p.m., which took a long time with two hungry children in tow. The portions aren't big enough to fill you up, so you have to be aware of that beforehand. Prices are reasonable, too. The food itself was tasty.

The sushi was delicious, and the appetizers are also highly recommended. The service was very competent, friendly, and attentive. We felt very comfortable and would gladly return.

Very nice sushi restaurant! We had a variety of vegetarian dishes, all of which were delicious. We didn't wait long for our food, and the waitresses were very nice and accommodating. We were there on a Friday evening, so be sure to make a reservation in advance.

The restaurant is very busy, and the staff is accordingly busy. Unfortunately, the soup was only available at lunch, not at dinner. The sushi was fresh and the food was delicious. The acoustics were a bit loud due to the large space.

For the tenth time in a row we return to the best sushi restaurant in all of Germany and Spain, the food is of the highest quality, the treatment of the waitress in the morning service with glasses and blonde (we don't know her name) is an absolute 10, as always my congratulations for the wonderful place and food

Sushi restaurants are popping up like mushrooms in Heilbronn these days – but Tenno Sushi Lounge remains the clear number one for me.

The food was very good, as always. Unfortunately, the service is getting worse and worse. Drinks sit on the counter for 15-20 minutes and unfortunately never make it to the tables. Since we were repeatedly dissatisfied with the service, we will prefer the numerous other sushi restaurants in the future. What a shame.

Wonderfully fresh and very well-crafted. It's definitely worth a visit; the tuna bowl was especially recommended, great value for money. The service staff were very attentive. The Pronstar Martini was at a bar level.

It was my first time at Tenno Sushi Lounge – and definitely not my last! The roll selection was incredibly creative, everything was super fresh, and perfectly presented. The crunchy rolls and the salmon tataki were a particular highlight. The atmosphere is also perfect: modern, stylish, yet relaxed. Ideal if you want to eat something special without it being too stiff. Service? Fast, friendly, attentive – just right. In conclusion: If you're looking for good sushi and a pleasant location, this is the place to be.

A very long wait. And it's never explained why. You look after the waitress, but she doesn't look back. Waited forever for a bottle of water until she took your order. Then waited forever to pay. Waited standing because sitting for so long was already getting irritating. 😒 Unpleasant. The place is a bit expensive, too. And basically, there was nothing special.

Great location. It was our first time eating sushi, and we'll definitely be back. The service and the chef were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. Top notch.

The food was incredibly delicious. We enjoyed each sushi dish in its own way. The waitress was very attentive and checked on us at convenient intervals. The place is very stylish and elegantly decorated. What we didn't like was that the tables were relatively close together, which made it a bit noisy. Additionally, the table was a bit too small for the food served. We would definitely come back.

Wednesday evening, 8 p.m. 4 guests. The dining room was moderately full. We stood at the entrance for over five minutes. Between clearing the tables and taking new orders, no server felt called upon to seat us. I walked toward the bar with a questioning look and, before I could say anything, was professionally appeased with a passing "Coming right up." Another three minutes later, we left the restaurant and ate three excellent sushi platters next to the Insel Hotel; with courteous service.

I visited earlier and had a disappointing experience. Our party of 4 was left standing at the door for about 10 minutes without being acknowledged or offered a seat. When we approached a waiter, he gave a quick wave to say he acknowledged our presence, but it felt dismissive and impersonal. I understand that staff can sometimes be under pressure, but it didn’t seem like they were managing things well. After waiting too long without any real engagement, we felt disrespected and decided to leave. We went to Enso instead and had an excellent meal there.

Tolle Atmosphäre sehr vielseitige Speisekarte. Für jeden was dabei. Haben sehr gut gegessen und waren nicht das letzte Mal hier Sehr toller Service.

Best sushi: quality and taste are uniquely good! The Special Rolls and Tommy's Rolls are highly recommended. Service is unfortunately inattentive, you haven't even taken off your jacket yet and are already being served ginger and soy sauce, you want to clear away the starters that were half eaten and then the annoying questioning about every 15 minutes whether everything is okay... Things have to be better in a restaurant of this class. Nevertheless, my absolute No. 1 in the corner of Heilbronn when it comes to sushi. SB

I went here when it had just opened about 3 years ago I think. It was fantastic, linen napkins, lush seats, and excellent decor. You felt like you were in Japan in a fine-dining restaurant. The menu didn't disappoint back then either; yellow fin tuna, fresh and super cut. Costly, of course, but we were coming out of covid and wanted to indulge. It was a memorable experience, so a couple of years later, we decided to go again. They've definitely had to bring their prices down to cater to their clientele. It's still from what I can gather, the most upmarket Sushi restaurant in Heilbronn. Gone are the linen napkins (I understand why), there are no more chopstick holders on the tables, which doesn't sit with me. The food was excellent, superbly presented. I'd give it €€€ in price cost, so still not on the cheaper side, but the quality and freshness of the fish was fantastic. Service was excellent, super friendly and competent. We did have to point out that he hadn't charged us for our bottle of wine!it happens, coming from the Industry myself, I can kind of relate, but they weren't super busy! Professionals 25+ seemed to be their clientele. I wish them well, they have a great venue (1 star off as it's looking a tad 'tired' after being there as it opened). In summation; excellent food and service and well worth a visit!

Too expensive, service not optimal

I was really disappointed because the taste and quality didn't justify the overpriced prices at all. There were two of us and the food came on a platter and was so stupidly prepared that half of two 15 euro pieces dripped over the edge. I want my order on my own plate damn it, maybe we're not close. the music was unbearably loud and what I found really outrageous about the prices was the really disgusting alleged wasabi paste. The waiter told us it was some flavored flour paste that was made from powder mixed with water because real wasabi was too expensive. Your prices are totally outrageous. In terms of taste, I can also get the sushi from the fresh food counter at Rewe. The beef wasn't good quality either

Tenno Sushi offers an excellent selection of sushi with a wide variety of fresh and tasty creations. The quality of the food absolutely convinced us! In addition, the staff is extremely friendly and attentive, which makes the visit very pleasant. Our place was spacious and pleasantly quiet, which we particularly liked. The restaurant's accessibility is also commendable, as it is easily accessible for people with disabilities. The only criticism is the long waiting time. It's understandable that it can take a little longer if the quality is good - but 50 minutes just for the bill is simply too much. Therefore I deduct a star. Overall, a great sushi restaurant that we would love to visit again!

+ Sushi is high quality - Ground floor is very noisy (upstairs is quieter) - Service is often slow and disorganized (especially with student assistants) and on the upper floor. - Sushi takes a long time (multiple visits always take about 40-50 minutes - in the evening)

Tenno's – Luxurious sushi restaurant with lots of bells and whistles, but nothing special I know my headline sounds harsh, but after two visits to Tenno's, my impression remains the same: lots of show, but nothing exceptional in terms of taste. On our first visit, we weren't really welcomed, and the overall service seemed inconsistent for a restaurant in this price range. The staff is mostly made up of very young, sometimes insecure waiters. Once, we sat near the cocktail bar and watched the waiters joking around with each other. Of course, it's nice when the team has fun at work, but in an upscale restaurant, I expect a certain level of professionalism. The ambience is modern and stylish, but the tables are so close together that it's almost impossible not to overhear every word from neighboring tables. The menu offers a wide selection of sushi, so there should be something for every taste. The sushi tastes solid, but in my opinion, some of it is over-the-top with too many sauces. For the high price, it's nothing special—I've had at least the same, if not better, quality at other sushi restaurants for less money. For me, Tenno's isn't a must-visit, nor is it worth a repeat visit.

A good place, both for a large company and for dinner for two. The prices correspond to the quality and serving. They asked to bring cutlery separately, as not everyone uses chopsticks. We ordered a large set of rolls, everything was great. Friendly staff.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Abend in der TENNO Sushi Lounge – ein Restaurant, das mit hochwertigem Sushi und insgesamt gutem Service überzeugt, jedoch auch einige Schwächen aufweist. Das Ambiente ist edel, mit angenehmer Beleuchtung und schön gedeckten Tischen. Leider mussten wir gleich zu Beginn feststellen, dass die Tische an den Kanten stark verklebt waren, sodass wir uns nicht getraut haben, unsere Arme abzulegen. Unsere Servietten wurden zunächst zum Abwischen genutzt, was ein wenig enttäuschend war. Der Service war dennoch sehr aufmerksam und professionell. Unser Kellner war freundlich und wusste, wie man das Gespräch führt, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Die Vorspeisen – Miso-Suppe, Edamame und Yakitori-Spieße – waren insgesamt gut. Die Miso-Suppe mit Kombu-Algen und Seidentofu war gut abgestimmt, hätte aber etwas heißer sein können. Die Edamame waren perfekt gewürzt und gut durchdacht mit einer extra Schale für die Schalen. Auch die Yakitori-Spieße waren lecker und solide. Beim Blick in die offene Küche fiel uns auf, dass das Team insgesamt sehr jung war. Während die Hälfte des Teams einen motivierten Eindruck machte, schien die andere Hälfte eher mit anderen Dingen beschäftigt zu sein. Einige sahen eher gelangweilt aus, was vielleicht das eine oder andere Detail im Service beeinflusste. Dennoch bleibt die Qualität des Essens insgesamt sehr gut. Die Sushi-Platten überzeugten durch frische Zutaten und ein gutes Geschmacksprofil. Die Tenno-Klassiker-Platte mit Lachs- und Thunfisch-Nigiri, Maki und der Ebi Tempura Roll war insgesamt sehr gut, auch wenn die Rolls aneinanderkleben und beim Entnehmen mit den Stäbchen zerfielen. Der Spicy Mayo und das Sesamdressing schienen aus Fertigprodukten zu stammen, was schade war, da der Rest der Speisen wirklich gut war. Besonders der Gari und der frische Wasabi stachen hervor. Die Getränkeauswahl war solide, mit einer gut sortierten Bar und lokalen Produkten wie Heimat Gin und Ramero Rum. Die Cocktails waren gut, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Leider passte die Musikauswahl nicht wirklich zum Ambiente und war eher störend. Fazit: Die TENNO Sushi Lounge bietet leckeres Sushi und einen sehr guten Service, aber auch einige kleine Schwächen, wie die verklebten Tische und die eher durchwachsene Musikauswahl. Wenn das Küchen-Team noch etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit auf Details legt, wäre die Erfahrung rundum perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und sind gespannt auf die nächste Runde.

I was very disappointed with the sushi course! At €100 the price was far too high for what was on offer. There was hardly any instructions, you were more on your own. I didn't feel like I was really learning anything. There was no clear structure and everything seemed very carelessly presented. The service also left a lot to be desired. In the end, in my opinion, the course cannot be described as such. At least the ingredients were fresh and the sushi tasted good. I can definitely not recommend this course!

I did a Siushi course there, which was completely overpriced at 100 euros. The owner had little empathy for the “students”, they rattled off listlessly, the service was miserable. Not even water was included, just a completely oversweet aperitif at the beginning. You had the feeling that the owner was happy to be able to leave. With a few changes you could make the event a highlight, but somehow the concept isn't well thought out. Not recommended!

Very nice and tasty restaurant, perfect if you want something special. The sushi was heavenly delicious and the service was excellent. Upon request (for allergy reasons) part of the sushi plate ordered was even served on a separate plate.

Good sushi, but with some stumbling blocks We had a pleasant evening in the TENNO Sushi Lounge - a restaurant that impresses with high-quality sushi and overall good service, but also has some weaknesses. The ambience is elegant, with pleasant lighting and beautifully set tables. Unfortunately, we discovered right from the start that the edges of the tables were heavily glued, so we didn't dare put our arms down. Our napkins were initially used for wiping, which was a little disappointing. The service was still very attentive and professional. Our waiter was friendly and knew how to carry on the conversation without seeming pushy. The starters – miso soup, edamame and yakitori skewers – were good overall. The miso soup with kombu seaweed and silken tofu was well balanced, but could have been a little hotter. The edamame were perfectly seasoned and well thought out with an extra bowl for the bowls. The yakitori skewers were also tasty and solid. When we looked into the open kitchen, we noticed that the team as a whole was very young. While half of the team seemed motivated, the other half seemed more preoccupied with other things. Some looked rather bored, which perhaps influenced one or two details in the service. Nevertheless, the quality of the food remains very good overall. The sushi platters impressed with fresh ingredients and a good flavor profile. The Tenno classic platter with salmon and tuna nigiri, maki and the Ebi tempura roll was very good overall, even if the rolls stuck together and fell apart when removed with the chopsticks. The spicy mayo and sesame dressing seemed to come from pre-made products, which was a shame as the rest of the food was really good. The gari and fresh wasabi particularly stood out. The drink selection was solid, with a well-stocked bar and local products like Heimat Gin and Ramero Rum. The cocktails were good, but not exceptional. Unfortunately, the music selection didn't really fit the ambience and was rather distracting. Conclusion: The TENNO Sushi Lounge offers delicious sushi and very good service, but also some small weaknesses, such as the sticky tables and the rather mixed music selection. If the kitchen team paid a little more attention to details, the experience would be perfect all around. We would love to come back and are looking forward to the next round.

Overall, the sushi restaurant offered good food, the quality of the sushi was fresh and tasty. The selection was also varied, so there was something for every taste. Unfortunately the service was a disappointment. The atmosphere in the restaurant was severely disturbed by loud arguments and discussions among the staff. It seemed unprofessional and unfortunately significantly detracted from the experience. For this reason I only give it an average rating. If the service is improved I would definitely come back.

We had a tuna bowl for €22. When the waiter came I said to my daughter that the starter was good and I was looking forward to the main course. It turns out that this is the main course. a small salad bowl with 3 pieces of tuna and some green stuff!!!!! (22!!!!!!!!! €) when I had to pay almost €7 for a bottle of water... If someone wants to spend a lot of money for little food.... Then we went out to eat first!!!!! NIIIEEEEEE more

Excellent sushi of very good quality. Service was impeccable at all times, one star was only deducted for the very long waiting time of an hour. We didn't have anything else, service was otherwise very courteous and good. Chic and upscale atmosphere, very tasty cocktails. The price is high, but the quality is worth it in my opinion. The sushi with truffles and Wagyu beef are particularly good - something special!

Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was anything but pleasant. I had a Lillet Wild Berry emptied all over my beige jacket and body. When I asked again, I was finally offered to cover the cleaning costs if necessary - although in such a situation I would have expected more courtesy and professionalism from the start. Unfortunately, the food was no compensation either. The quality of the sushi was mediocre at best, neither convincing in terms of taste nor freshness. All in all the visit was a disappointment. Both service and food do not justify the price in any way!

Yesterday we went to Tenno Sushi again. Like the last few times, we were very excited again. It's a very nice atmosphere, the service staff is super friendly and the quality and taste of the sushi and other dishes are really perfect. We have visited several sushi restaurants, but this one is really exceptional. Despite our long journey of 65 km, we are happy to take this trip because we are always rewarded for it. The boss is also very friendly and competent. We have been there several times with friends and acquaintances and they are always thrilled! We wish you all the best and keep it up!!

The food was delicious - the portion was generous. A starter was forgotten / the drinks came after the starter / water is put on the table in a sealed container without being poured / the main course unfortunately came very late / cleaning rags with disinfectant linger on the serving counter / soy sauce is carried through the dining room in measuring cups to bring the supplies to the Filling up the tables/the service was very nice and customer-oriented/it's a shame - I would have expected more for the price/but these are all things that can be changed✅

Really tasty, great atmosphere and high but reasonable prices. But why do you have to be so greedy and allocate tables at 5 p.m. on New Year's Eve when there is a party there from 6 p.m.? This was not stated anywhere in the reservation. After we ordered (“quick, last round!”) and received our food, we still had about 15 minutes to eat it in peace, as the kitchen took a long time to place the order. At the same time, the DJ was already testing his sound equipment for the party and carpets were rolled out and posters were put up directly behind us. I think that a restaurant that appears to want to place itself in an upscale environment must also have the decency to only allocate tables if the experience can do justice to the price, and not to rush through guests just before they arrive also to take the last bit of profit in the old year. It's a shame because we would have liked to stay longer; However, the extremely loud atmosphere and the structure of the party did not allow this. I recommend that everyone check beforehand to see when the table is actually available.

The food was very good, you could especially taste the high quality of the sushi. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the service. First we had to wait a few minutes to be greeted, even though the restaurant wasn't even half full. The drinks that we ordered before the starters were only served to us after them. After the sushi we asked for the menu again because we actually wanted dessert. Since we still didn't receive it 15 minutes later, we ultimately gave up on it. With the prices being quite high, we are used to better service.

Despite a reservation for 8 p.m., there was no table available for us when we arrived at 8:03 p.m. We had to wait and were then seated at a dirty table which was cleaned after a few minutes. The service staff were extremely friendly at all times, but noticeably overworked. We ordered a starter to share and were then served our starter on two plates. At first I thought that was great, but when we looked at the bill we realized that it had been charged twice. For the main course we had the All Stars Platter. The waiting time for starters and main courses was hardly acceptable. It was really frustrating. I ordered a glass of wine to go with the sushi. When it arrived, however, it was almost eaten. A positive thing to mention is the high quality of the ingredients, which you can noticeably taste. I found the finished sushi to be too mayo-heavy at times. This is certainly not necessary and not desired with high-quality ingredients. The two of us paid €130.

After our second visit to Tenno Sushi in Heilbronn we can say: This restaurant is an absolute must for sushi lovers! The quality and variety of the sushi creations completely convinced us again this time. From classic variants to extraordinary rolls, there is everything your heart desires here. The special sushi variants in particular stand out in terms of taste and offer an excellent price-performance ratio. The service is pleasantly reserved, but is always there if you need any questions or recommendations. The team's suggestions suited our tastes perfectly and were a great addition to the dishes we had already ordered. For anyone looking for special sushi creations, Tenno Sushi in Heilbronn is a clear recommendation. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We went to Tenno for the first time last night and had high expectations. The reviews here, many stories and, above all, the prices promise at least something incredible. Nice restaurant, no question. We found the small tables very uncomfortable and far too close together, the neighbors sit almost next to you, which I think is a shame if you want to chat in peace. The food is delicious, no question, but apart from one piece of sushi, the rest wasn't a taste explosion. We would rate quality as good. Sushi is presented on the platters without any decoration and it's all really expensive. Yes, sushi isn't cheap, but in our opinion it's a bit exaggerated if you include the service in the price. In our opinion this is not at all clear. There are so many waiters and “cooks” running around there. Absolute chaos and absolutely no professional solution. The boys/men who are preparing the sushi downstairs (visible to everyone) are talking on the phone next to them, looking at things on their cell phones while they are preparing the sushi and which is an absolute no go for us. They take the cell phones in their hands with the gloves with which they then continue to prepare sushi... they chew chewing gum... and because there are so many people walking around, they don't get very professional or good service. The one star goes to the nice lady who served us. She was friendly. It's nice when the boss is relaxed and you're apparently not allowed to do that, but sorry for prices like that...

Location is top. Super nicely decorated, great ambience. We were greeted straight from the door and shown to our place. The ordering process was quick and the service is great. Unfortunately, I actually expected more in terms of taste for the price. For me there was a bit too much rice in the rolls, which meant that the taste of the fish was lost & generally I expected a larger proportion of fish in the rolls for the price, but that may also be a matter of taste. All in all, of course, still a great restaurant. Paid €150 for 2 people.
