After our second visit to Tenno Sushi in Heilbronn we can say: This restaurant is an absolute must for sushi lovers! The quality and variety of the sushi creations completely convinced us again this time. From classic variants to extraordinary rolls, there is everything your heart desires here. The special sushi variants in particular stand out in terms of taste and offer an excellent price-performance ratio. The service is pleasantly reserved, but is always there if you need any questions or recommendations. The team's suggestions suited our tastes perfectly and were a great addition to the dishes we had already ordered. For anyone looking for special sushi creations, Tenno Sushi in Heilbronn is a clear recommendation. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We went to Tenno for the first time last night and had high expectations. The reviews here, many stories and, above all, the prices promise at least something incredible. Nice restaurant, no question. We found the small tables very uncomfortable and far too close together, the neighbors sit almost next to you, which I think is a shame if you want to chat in peace. The food is delicious, no question, but apart from one piece of sushi, the rest wasn't a taste explosion. We would rate quality as good. Sushi is presented on the platters without any decoration and it's all really expensive. Yes, sushi isn't cheap, but in our opinion it's a bit exaggerated if you include the service in the price. In our opinion this is not at all clear. There are so many waiters and “cooks” running around there. Absolute chaos and absolutely no professional solution. The boys/men who are preparing the sushi downstairs (visible to everyone) are talking on the phone next to them, looking at things on their cell phones while they are preparing the sushi and which is an absolute no go for us. They take the cell phones in their hands with the gloves with which they then continue to prepare sushi... they chew chewing gum... and because there are so many people walking around, they don't get very professional or good service. The one star goes to the nice lady who served us. She was friendly. It's nice when the boss is relaxed and you're apparently not allowed to do that, but sorry for prices like that...

Location is top. Super nicely decorated, great ambience. We were greeted straight from the door and shown to our place. The ordering process was quick and the service is great. Unfortunately, I actually expected more in terms of taste for the price. For me there was a bit too much rice in the rolls, which meant that the taste of the fish was lost & generally I expected a larger proportion of fish in the rolls for the price, but that may also be a matter of taste. All in all, of course, still a great restaurant. Paid €150 for 2 people.

Sushi course with Tommy as a birthday group: It was simply MEGA! Super organized, very well explained, really funny, incredibly tasty (even though it was homemade ;)), top quality, great ambience, great music and delicious drinks! A birthday event you won't forget! Thanks Tommy

Yesterday we went to Tenno Sushi again. Like you last time, we were very excited again. It's a very nice atmosphere, the service staff is super friendly and the quality and taste of the sushi and other dishes are really perfect. We have visited several sushi restaurants, but this one is really exceptional. Despite our long journey of 65 km, we are happy to take this trip because we are always rewarded for it. The boss is also very friendly and competent. We have been there several times with friends and acquaintances and they are always thrilled! We wish you all the best and keep it up!!

The service was very friendly and responded quickly. We had a large sushi platter, it was good, fresh and tasty! However, the price for this was a bit too high.

Were there about a week ago. Unfortunately, we expected much more. The restaurant is nice and clean. The employee was also very nice. Unfortunately the food disappointed us a bit. We spent €140 for two people. At €140 you expect a lot more, not standard sushi, but something special. It's tasty, but I personally think it's not cheap for the price.

Hello everyone, Last Saturday evening I was at the Sushi Lounge Heilbronn with the family. We opted for the buffet that evening. The selection at the buffet is really huge. The quality of the food and the friendly service staff were really great. The dessert buffet was particularly delicious with delicious cakes, fresh fruit, many different types of ice cream and the great chocolate fountain. The parking situation on site is also great. There are sufficient parking spaces available.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food is not suitable for the high price. Only about 1/3 of the ceviche is fish and 2/3 goes to tomatoes/salad. And in my opinion the salmon was not cooked cold. The same pot is used to prepare Sencha and Jasmine tea. This results in the Sencha being like jasmine-infused. Furthermore, the rice is too dry for the nigiri and maki. In my opinion not acceptable for this price category.

Big, loud and uncomfortable. Great facility. The starters were really tasty (summer rolls and edamame), but the sushi was unfortunately disappointing. Not rolled well and tasteless. Great service. Price ok.

Fresh, tasty, nice ambience, nice and professional service

I celebrated my birthday with a large group at Tenno. Everything from reservation to payment was super quick and organized. The staff always had a good insight and the food was also very, very tasty. Would recommend it, especially to anyone who would like to watch football at a large table with lots of people. Gladly again 😊😊 Thank you

After some friends recommended this restaurant to us, we wanted to try it out. The starters were really tasty and the first impression was very positive. We had chicken gyoza and baked shrimp. For the main course we chose the Summer Roll, Surf & Turf, Snow Crab Roll and the Corny Tiger. Everything was undoubtedly fresh. Unfortunately, there was so much spicy mayo and unagi sauce on some of the sushi that you could hardly taste the actual flavors. Also, the rice stuck to the plate so much that it was difficult to simply eat it. For the price I was disappointed with the quality. If you spend €150 for two people, everything should be perfect.

So if you really know what authentic sushi is, you'll quickly notice that you're in the wrong place here. You can quickly tell because the good pieces are swimming in sauce. You can hardly taste any of the fish. It still tastes okay, but for me it's more like “fancy sushi” and not real Japanese. Service was ok but not outstanding. Ambience very cool. Maybe there were more authentic dishes, but from the menu everything looked like “sushi stew”. Lol, the realization first occurred to me. Nevertheless, thanks to the team. It's probably just a matter of taste.

Essen war super. Preis trotzdem zu hoch. Der Service ist die Katastrophe. Es war weder noch voll noch stressig. Wir mussten mehrfach nach der Karte fragen, Bestellungen wurden dann nur teilweise ausgeliefert, da was gefehlt hat. Dann wieder von vorne. Nach 2x ansprechen des Personals kommt dann mal, dass was man bestellt hat. Kenn ich so eigentlich garnicht.. Leider, das Restaurant sieht ganz cool aus. Schade…

Restaurant völlig überbewertet. Das könnte auch daran liegen, dass kritische Bewertungen vom Inhaber als "Verleumdung" angezeigt werden.Bei unserem Besuch trotz Reservierung Stundenlange Wartezeiten und völlig überteuertes Essen. Servicekräfte überfordert.

The rooms are very nice and the furnishings are appropriate. The food was good, you could tell that everything was freshly prepared and the ingredients were of good quality but very expensive. The service left a lot to be desired. Food came before drinks and that took almost an hour. Unfortunately, since there was very rarely a service staff to be seen (although some were there that day), you couldn't order a second drink. At some point we approached a service person to pay. We had the feeling that there was no one responsible for the upper area. It was a shame.

Unfortunately, the quality of the sushi is not very good or average at best. I don't even need to mention price/performance. Some of the sushi sticks to the plate and is rolled in a super “amateurish” way. Unfortunately, I can’t describe it any other way. The taste of rice and fish is rather average. Unfortunately it was a €70 disappointment.

I got to know Tenno through friends because I had always avoided sushi and I have to say I was thrilled. The various sushi that my friends and I ate were extremely tasty and of the highest quality, which makes the high price seem quite justified. In addition, the staff was consistently friendly and very attentive. In the evening it is advisable to reserve a table. However, at lunchtime the crowds are limited so that you can still find a place spontaneously.

The restaurant is very stylishly decorated and is located in the pedestrian zone. There were only a few guests at lunchtime. The staff was very accommodating and the lunch menu was very tasty. I wish the operators that more customers “stray” to them. But as a downer, I have to point out the excessive prices in my opinion.

Large selection of sushi (some creative, somewhat American). In any case worth a visit. Nice service. Well attended, reservation makes sense.

Tenno used to be our favorite store and we went there every week. It was really top quality and a nice team. Unfortunately there isn't much left of it. Cheap sushi rice and salty soy sauce, plus carelessly prepared sushi, some of which is drowned in mayo sauce. The quality of the fish is no longer as good as it was in the island hotel. Staff unfriendly and unwilling. Often there is 2nd class service, i.e. if someone else is there who looks like they have more money, you as a guest are no longer noticed and not served. I often have dinner with international colleagues in the evening and they also found it unpleasant in this shop.

We found a very pleasant atmosphere in this sushi restaurant. The menu offers a wide range of classic and signature sushi. The classic sushi was okay but nothing special. Signature dishes were delicious and high of quality. Dessert didn’t really amaze us. Mochi and ice were nothing special and the espresso was a little too sour. The service really disappointed us. They forgot part of our drinks and didn’t really care about us once we had our food. We had to wait a long time until the waiters came after calling them. For example, it took a very long time to receive the bill and to transact the payment process. The questions we asked could only be answered partially by the staff. All in all the restaurant is okay, but the value for money is too low. For this amount of money I would expect an all-round care - and unfortunately this wasn’t offered to us.

Great atmosphere in the middle of Heilbronn. Tenno was recommended to me as a top restaurant. Unfortunately I cannot sign this. Price-performance ratio is absolutely wrong. Service underground. Parts of the order were forgotten. The payment process was very strange. The invoice was simply handed over. A while later the waiter came back. We asked to please split the bill. It worked so far. Table was only partially cleared. Service was overall chaotic. The sushi was good quality, nothing special. However, the prices are absolutely exorbitant. Get more enjoyment for less money somewhere else. It's a shame actually. I really enjoyed the dessert, but it just wasn't anything spectacular for the price.

Food was okay, service was good, atmosphere was nice. In my opinion, the price-performance ratio is not appropriate, at least based on the one-time experience. The creations are unusual, but in my opinion the sushi is ultimately nothing special and sometimes not that great in terms of execution. Other providers with the same quality, albeit a little less selection, are significantly cheaper. I honestly hoped for more. But the ambience is really great in comparison.

There was something to celebrate. And in keeping with the occasion, we had a great sushi variation (quarantine platter), nice cocktails and very pleasant and attentive service. So it was a perfect evening.

Were there for a girls' night. The waiter was very polite and accompanied us well throughout the evening. The Suhsi is awesome.

Nice picture and history of the restaurant but nothing else. Unfortunately the food was bland, you had to ask for little things like soy sauce and ginger. After 10 minutes and already after eating the dish, the waiter brought a glass of wine, even though everything was ordered at the same time.

First of all, on the positive side, the sushi is, as always, delicious. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service this time. Given the price-performance ratio, this shouldn't happen. Long waiting times, unprofessional students or 450€ workers who have no idea about the service. You can do something like that in a pizzeria, but not with the prices. The statement was that there were too few staff and overwhelmed, then perhaps you should order fewer guests so that the service is not neglected. Because it should remain an upscale restaurant.

Wir waren letzte Woche und irgendwie enttäuscht. Sehr teuer und wenig gegessen. War auch schon mal leckerer dort. Über den sushi (crispy) eine mayonnaise die fast alles übertüncht hat. Ein schorle fast 8 Euro. Sorry da teste ich jetzt lieber mal anderweitig.

For me there is no better sushi anywhere. What is served here is simply outstanding!

Essen Top, Service extrem mies! Wir waren zu meinem Geburtstag dort. Leider war es sehr voll. Sehr lange Wartezeit trotz einer Reservierung. Wir wurden lange,( 30 Minuten) nicht bedient, sodass wir am Nachbartisch nach einer Karte fragen mussten. Ca. 45 Minuten nachdem wir Platz genommen haben, gab es erst unsere Getränke. Und ca. Weitere 45 Minuten später das Essen. Ich hatte mir eine Cola, als das Essen gebracht wurde bestellt. Trotz zweimaliger Erinnerung, wurde das Getränk nicht gebracht. Das Essen war sehr lecker, aber aufgrund dieser Tatsache werden wir nicht wieder kommen. Sorry, bei den Preisen erwartet ich einen besseren Service.

Essen sehr lecker, 10/10. Service unfreundlich und für das hochwertige Essen nicht passend. Keine Begrüßung und keine Verabschiedung. Speisekarte wurde nach 15 Minuten Warten am Tisch immer noch nicht gebracht… In Zukunft nur noch to go, wie gewohnt.

Ich fand das Personal bisschen überfordert und das Essen hat kein gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Es war meiner Meinung nach viel zu überteuert für die Lage und Qualität. Ich fand zum Teil dass die Speisenqualität nicht dem Preisniveau entsprach. Die Cocktails waren auch nur sehr sehr durchschnittlich. Der Ingwertee war das Highlight, der wird aus eingelegtem Sushi Ingwer zubereitet, der war so sauer, dass man den Tee nicht mehr trinken konnte. Der Kellner hat diesen Tee fairerweise nach der Beschwerde von der Rechnung runter genommen. Würde nicht wieder kommen.

Also das Essen ist unglaublich und nur zu empfehlen. Ein wenig zu kritisieren habe ich auf Grundlage der hohen Preise das Verhalten des Service. Unregelmäßiges Erscheinen am Tisch sorgt dafür das man teilweise sehr lange auf eine weitere Bestellung wartet. Gerade wenn man oben sitzz und dort nie eine Servicekraft per Zuruf erreichbar ist. Auch zu bemängeln ist, dass das getrennte Bezahlen bei einer größeren Gruppe ein viel zu aufwenidges Verfahren mit sich bringt bei dem man wieder über 20min warten muss.

Für mich das beste Sushi in Heilbronn (und eigentlich überhaupt das beste und leckerste Sushi, nicht nur in HN ;-) ) Kann ich auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. Der Besuch dort ist jedes Mal ein Highlight. Die Crispy TigerRolls sind mein absoluter Favorit.

Fantastisches Sushi in hochwertigem Ambiente

Das Ambiente in der Tenno Sushi Lounge ist super schön. Es gibt nicht viele Plätze und eine Reservierung sollte man eigentlich immer haben. Das ist auch super über die Website möglich. Deswegen ist es dort auch sehr gemütlich und lädt eigentlich zum verweilen ein. Eigentlich, denn nach zwei Stunden wird man gebeten zu gehen um den Platz für die nächsten Gäste frei zu machen. Das Sushi ist super lecker und super frisch. Leider wurden unsere Bestellungen vermischt, so dass wir das Sushi auf den Tellern hin und her schieben mussten. Auch wurde ein bestelltes Sushi vergessen (es kam aber dann relativ schnell nach Beanstandung). Das darf trotzdem auf Grund des hohen Preises nicht passieren. Ich komme wieder und teste ob es dann besser wird.

Gemeinsam mit meiner Familie erlebten wir in diesem Sushi-Restaurant eine köstliche Reise durch kreative Sushi-Varianten. Der Service war nicht nur zuvorkommend, sondern auch besonders kinderfreundlich. Das moderne Ambiente trug dazu bei, dass unser Besuch zu einem rundum angenehmen Erlebnis wurde. Mit einem ausgewogenen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist dieses Restaurant definitiv eine Empfehlung wert – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Essen war wirklich Top ! Leider war der Service an diesem Tag nicht so gut. Selten hat man die Bedienung gesehen und als das Hauptgericht kam hat man vergessen die Vorspeisenteller abzuräumen. Auch beim bezahlen sagte sie, dass es ungeschickt für sie ist wenn wir getrennt zahlen würden und wenn, dann auch nur mit einer Zahlungsweise, es solle einer doch bezahlen und wir sollen uns es dann gegenseitig per Paypal schicken. Aber das Essen und die Getränke waren wirklich super ! Deshalb 5 Sterne⭐️

Leckeres Sushi vom ehemaligen Eishockeyspieler. Kann ich nur empfehlen, Top Service. Große Auswahl an Desserts. Sehr sauberes Restaurant und Toiletten. Sehr gerne wieder.

Such a wonderful restaurant to enjoy an evening. Very nice music and ambience, and the menu is very extensive and excellent. But unfortunately for me and my friend, the service was just above average(maybe because it was too busy for the waiters). It took a lot of time to order the food and receive it. Then they forgot to bring spoons for our dessert. Had to wait for 10 minutes while our desert melted before they attended us again. Considering the high price, the service could have been better. But nevertheless, this restaurant is a gem, we will be visiting again.

Ich hätte heute gerne auf der Durchreise etwas für zuhause mitgenommen. Leider war die Dame am Telefon zu faul oder zu unmotiviert, vielleicht auch zu beschäftigt meine Bestellung entgegen zu nehmen. Sie verwies freundlich auf die Online-Bestellung. Leider war es mir in diesem Moment aus berechtigten Gründen nicht möglich online zu gehen, was ich auch kund getan habe. Hat aber leider an der Motivation die Bestellung telefonisch aufzunehmen nichts verändert. Das Sushi ist nach wie vor sagenhaft. Da gibts nix zu diskutieren. Jedoch kann ich das Gefühl nicht von der Hand weisen, dass die Bodenständigkeit und Kundennähe etwas unter dem Erfolg leidet.

Mit Abstand das beste Sushi, dass ich bisher gegessen habe. Das Restaurant ist edel und geschmackvoll designt.

The staff are all young and not very experienced, waiter forgot my ice and not friendly or motivated to serves guests they was more busy chatting with on another

Absolutes Must-visit wenn man in Heilbronn ist und Sushi mag. Das Essen kommt in top Qualität und ist geschmacklich deutlich besser als gängige Sushi Ketten. Service ist immer top.

Exzellentes Sushi in stylischem Ambiente. Auswahl an Sushi ist groß, es gibt auch Platten für zwei Personen. Schmeckt alles sehr frisch und der Fisch ist von guter Qualität. Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Super Desserts! Parken ist in der unmittelbaren Nähe im Parkhaus möglich.

Nix besonderes, allerhöchsten Standard Sushi, aber Preise wie im Sternelokal! Service „ignoriert“ einen. Bestellung aufgenommen und dann abkassiert zwischen durch war niemand da um zu schauen ob alles passt, etc. Für 2 Personen 85€. Was ich noch akzeptieren würde wenn das Sushi wirklich etwas besonderes wäre. Leider ist das aber nicht der Fall. Ambiente ist sehr schön das war’s dann aber auch. Fazit, wir werden nicht mehr kommen und es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen.

Anlass war Geburtstag. Zwar wurde meine zum Geburtstag gratuliert aber Tischwahl war nicht gut. Nebentisch war frei und ich fragte ob wir uns umsetzen können. Antwort war, sie seien sehr beschäftigt. Nachdem der Nebentisch sauber gemacht wurde sagte man, es sei bereits reserviert. Hätte man uns nicht gleich am Anfang sagen können statt zu sagen, daß man sehr beschäftigt wäre?

Das beste Sushi das wir jemals gegessen haben. Auch wenn viele sagen, dass es sehr teuer ist, aber hier lohnt sich jeder Cent, man schmeckt die Qualität! Mega lecker!

Aktuell das beste Sushi in Heilbronn. Die Preise sind gehoben die Qualität stimmt aber. Der Service hätte hier und da noch etwas mehr auf Zack seien können war aber im allgemeinen auch gut.

Tolles Lokal mit schönem Ambiente. Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Das Essen war eine Augenweide und geschmacklich sehr lecker.

Haben leider viel mehr erwartet. Das Ambiente empfanden wir als sehr einladend. Alles schön gemacht, sauber, Toiletten top - passt. Der Service war für uns auch völlig ausreichend. Das essen hat uns leider enttäuscht. 4 Stück Hähnchenspieße 10€ und mit 5 Stück Fitnessrollen 16€ als Vorspeise. Bei der Platte für 2 (59€) war der Lachs und ein undefinierbarer Fisch komplett geschmacksneutral. Der rest leider absoluter standart. 91€ zu zweit und nicht mal satt geworden ist nicht gerade super. Dann lieber zum Yedo.

Super leckeres Essen, wenn auch preislich gehoben. Wir haben für 2 Personen gut 100€ bezahlt. Hat sich aber auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Personal super freundlich, TOP. Wir hatten vorab eine Miso Suppe. Dann einen Feinschmecker Teller mit verschiedenen Sushi Variationen, den haben wir uns zu zweit geteilt. Geschmacklich das beste sushi was ich seit langem gegessen habe. Nicht so langweilig wie man das manchmal bekommt. Weil es so gut war und wir noch Hunger hatten haben wir noch eine summer roll bestellt. War gut aber nicht ganz das Niveau wie der Feinschmecker Teller. Zum Schluss noch eine gemischte Nachspeise Platte. Das war auch ein Traum für die geschmacksnerven. Und für die Augen auch, siehe das Bild. Einziger Minuspunkt für uns war das Ambiente. Etwas dunkel und die Tische sehr eng gestellt. Zumindest im Erdgeschoss. Trotzdem 5 Sterne.
