Montanaro in Bremen

I was there for dinner on March 27, 2025 and ordered pasta with tomato sauce, mushrooms and chicken. 3 to 4 minutes later the food was in front of me. On the left side of the plate I found a slice of blood orange that looked completely mushy and had blue mold all around the edge. I show this to the owner. She wordlessly took this rotten slice from my plate. That's it. Thanks! Never again!

This restaurant has hardly changed in the last 35 years. Any new owner just wants to make maximum profit and not introduce us to Italian cuisine. The pizzas are prepared and baked in a minute. Tasteless.

This is the third time we have been there and we find it very comfortable and the food is very tasty. It's our new favorite Italian restaurant, 5 stars with a crown 😀 and not to forget the friendly service is very nice.

Cozy, rustic pizzeria, we had pizza, lasagna and calzone (the last two were vegetarian), and it was really very good! A nice surprise while passing through Bremen-Vegesack in the evening. Gladly again! 8-)

Comfortable restaurant in downtown Vegesack. I ordered the Calzone Prosciutto, the dough was fantastic and the filling was very tasty. There was also a small salad. The food comes fresh from the stone oven, which is also open to the public. Strong recommendation!

Cozy little pizzaria in the pedestrian zone. Known for the pizza from the window, but also recommended for sitting inside. Reasonable prices and really solid food. We ordered queerbeet, pasta, appetizers, grilled dishes and Mexican and everything was tasty and sufficiently portioned. Dad team is attentive and friendly. The young pizza maker at the window is particularly competent, he makes the best pizza.

Konstanz seid Jahren leckere Pizza aus dem Fenster. Immer wenn man mal in die Fußgängerzone muss, geht hier eine leckere Pizza auf die Hand. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Nur das mit den kalten Getränken müssen sie noch lernen :)

I ate this company's pizza to test its taste. I ordered a mushroom pizza. The taste was very bad. Therefore, the tomato sauce was very salty, there were no mushrooms and the cheese was very little and the dough was thin like a lahmacun dough. In short, it wasn't worth the amount I paid. In my opinion, Pizza Vino is the best pizzeria in Bremen.

Very bad treatment. Today, September 3rd, at one o'clock in the afternoon: "The waiter kicked me out because I ordered a pizza without ketchup."

We wanted to pick up several pizzas and hamburgers with fries. The food had been ordered the day before by appointment, but was not ready (not even started). So we had to wait for some time. The pizzas were good. The hamburger was swimming in sauce (gross). The raw fries were even worse. Montanaro should stick to pizza instead. When we wanted to pay, we were told that the EC device was defective. So first one of us had to go to the ATM. So the food started to get cold. None of us will visit Montanaro again!

Small, fine Italian. Really delicious food and very friendly and attentive service. Price-performance ratio is crazy. For the great food you pay surprisingly low prices these days. As a child over 30 years ago, I ate there often and a lot with my parents. Quality has not changed over decades and I would argue that it has even improved. You are greeted in a friendly manner, served quickly and the ambience with the large stone oven in the small restaurant makes you sit really comfortably and comfortably. The only positive thing about this establishment was the furnishings, which clearly didn't come from the current owners. As for the food, I have to say, at least when it comes to the pizza, it's terrible. You might have to write that this is an extremely exclusive recipe for the dough that has absolutely nothing to do with real Italian pizza. The dough is very thick, but it has nothing to do with American pizza. The tomato sauce, if you even taste it, is only vaguely reminiscent of tomatoes. And by the way, the Margherita Pizza has mozzarella, which wasn't the case. It was really, really not tasty. I advise against it to anyone who has ever been on holiday in Italy and eaten a real Italian pizza.

The owner is not Italian, the "Carbonara" is with ham and cream and the pizza is with Gauda or something similar, but not with mozzarella. The food didn't really taste good for a pseudo-Italian.

Das Lokal ist ordentlich und sauber, der Service professionell freundlich. WCs ebenfalls sauber, jedoch ließ sich das Damen WC nicht ordentlich abschließen. Das Essen meiner Frau war in Ordnung (Salat mit einem kleinen Stück Lachs), meines allerdimgs NICHT: Die gegrillten Filets waren trocken, ebenso die Kartoffelecken, die Pilzsauce ein eher geschmacksneutraler Pudding!

Ein tolles kleines Restaurant in der Vegesacker Passage. Eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und nettes Personal sind hier ebenfalls zu finden;). Die Pizza wird hier noch im Steinofen zubereitet und schmeckt sehr gut. Wir besuchen das Restaurant sehr gerne;).

Waren heute mit unserer Tochter da. Wir waren in der Vergangenheit immer mal wieder da, es hat uns immer gut gefallen. Eine super Auswahl an Speisen, das Essen war gut, der Service vorbildlich. Der Preis ist für heutige Verhältnisse moderat gehalten,hier kann man noch guten Gewissens Essen gehen.

I'm a regular customer at this pizzeria last week i passed by the place wanted to eat but also use the toilet in the place . I asked one of the staff to use the bathroom he refused saying its only for customers. I was shocked by hes answer 😳i told him hey bro im a regular you know me i was here also yesterday. He sarcastically refused by waving his hand ✋️oh yesterday day.

Ich war überrascht. Sehr freundliches und herzliches Auftreten des Personals. Die Wartezeit war kurz und das Essen ist unglaublich lecker. Auf jeden Fall werde ich dort in kurzer Zeit wieder einmal fort hin gehen. Es ist sehr empfehlenswert
