MONA in München

Excellent food and very nice service.

As Munich natives, we were never particularly interested in the City Hilton Hotel, relatively centrally located in Munich. An advertising campaign enticed us to visit the in-house restaurant MONA. Divided into two identical syllables, the best of two worlds, namely Munich (Monaco) and Neapolitan cuisine, come together here. A promise that the menu cannot keep due to the sparse presence of Italian dishes. The chosen furnishings also don't give off an Italo feeling. We also don't understand why the "slightly" more atmospheric back part of the guest room is not preferred. What both parts have in common is that the visible ventilation architecture does not necessarily harmonize with the ambience and the view of the entrance and transition area (bar) that is inevitably given from the front part does not do justice to the kitchen on offer - which, however, has weaknesses. The entrecôte (300 grams), which cost over 50 euros with a side dish, was not convincing in terms of the stated degree of doneness (medium-rear), as it was clearly medium. We find the wine prices outrageous in relation to the selection on the menu. Since only small bottles (0.375 liters) are offered here, the impression is that the guests are being taken advantage of. This applies at least to all guests who do not ask for the actual wine list due to ignorance. This contains at least a few items at a price-performance level that is acceptable for Munich standards (Spätburgunder from Weingut Fürst in Franconia - 51 euros). We therefore advise all hotel guests to familiarize themselves a little with the gastronomic diversity of the surrounding area and therefore to avoid the gastronomic offerings in the hotel restaurant. We in Munich shouldn't even ask ourselves this question.

Well-kept, beautiful location with a high number of seats. The menu is a mix between Italian and Bavarian cuisine. However, it didn't convince me. I took a pasta with cheese, pepper and truffle: the latter covered all the flavours, and the pasta was a little overcooked. I also had a dessert: the pie with the month without infamy or praise, while the ice cream with salted caramel was very good. Super friendly and welcoming dining room staff. Prices too high!

Wir hatten zu Zweit einen wunderschönen Abend im MONA. Das Essen war hervorragend, der Wein nach einer ausführlichen Beratung der perfekte Begleiter und der Service super sympathisch und aufmerksam. Uns hat auch das moderne Ambiente sehr gefallen, das sich sehr von einem regulären Hotelrestaurant abhebt. Auch als Münchner lohnt sich der Besuch.

Very nice atmosphere and top food!

Estuvimos allí durante el desayuno, el buffet era bastante rico y todo estaba sabroso. El personal estaba bien organizado y muy amable. Realmente impresionado y agradecido.

Tuvimos 4 desayunos aquí como huéspedes del hotel. Empezando por lo bueno: la señora italiana en la entrada es fantástica (de vez en cuando tiene que lidiar con invitados MUY groseros) y hay una sección separada para los miembros de Diamond. En cuanto al resto de la experiencia, es MUY básico para un Hilton, con caos, filas, estación de huevos increíblemente mala, jugos enlatados, sin servicio de mesa en absoluto, sin pescado y comida promedio repetitiva, diariamente.

Si trova all'interno dell'hotel Hilton Munich city ed è gestito da napoletani per cui i primi di pasta sono eccezionali. Anche le altre pietanze sono squisite. Sicuramente è un ristorante di alto livello e di qualità con la cucina a vista. Servizio molto professionale. Consigliatissimo.

Had the chefs 4 course menu. Course one, fantastic. Course 2 and 3, terrible. When we didn’t eat course 3, as it was bland and just yuck, we spoke to the waiter, we were told ‘maybe you don’t understand and do not have the palate’. Then we were ignored. Disgusting. Trust me we eat out a lot including fine dining, and my taste buds are just fine. Instead of resolving the issue we were dismissed. Appalling.

Extremely rude waiters!!! Wanted to have dinner here, as I am staying in Hilton. When I arrived no one bothered, I had to wait around 2/3 min and several waiters passed without to take care! Finally I asked nicely one waiter but he responded in a very rude way that I need to wait for the responsible waiter. Before I left I asked the “head of the shift” if he is interested to have an honest feedback which he confirmed. I informed him and left. I am doing this as a support for the owner of the restaurant.

Food was good, limited menu option but nice service.

We showed up at the last minute without reservation, and they could not have been more accommodating. The service was fantastic and the food was really good as well. All 7 of us enjoyed our meals. There are definitely quite a few vegetarian options on the menu.

El desayuno buffet en Mona era fantástico! La opción para hacer - para - pedir huevos era muy agradable. La fruta estaba fresca y no enlatada. Las salchichas y el tocino eran perfectos. Muchos yogures y panes recién horneados, también. Los cruasanes estaban muy buenos. Las diversas tortitas eran increíbles. Muy, muy buen buffet. Le había leído historias de terror sobre las líneas a Mona, pero no había líneas ni esperas para las mesas. Ni una sola vez tuvimos a una persona frente a nosotros ni notamos siquiera la mitad de las mesas en uso. ¿Quizás porque llegamos temprano cerca de la hora de apertura?

At the Hilton City Munich Hotel, there are beautiful and quiet outdoor sessions, nice relaxation, and friendly treatment. I recommend it 👏💯

Beware if you have dietary requirements. I expect more from a high end restaurant. I visited with my family of 7 on a Thursday evening. We were admitted to the restaurant despite our casual attire and were given the table that we requested (a lovely oval table at the front of the restaurant). One of us suffers from coeliac disease. Allergens are not listed on the menu. Our waiter had poor understanding of dietary allergens in the menu. They were, however, able to produce some gluten free bread for our coeliac sufferer upon request. The childrens colouring pencils were blunt. They were "unable" to make a lemon presse with  sparkling or soda water for our 6 year old who doesnt drink Sprite which I found very surprising that an upmarket establishment such as this could not squeeze a whole lemon on request. When her mother's limoncello spritz drink arrived with pieces of lemon in it the child was most perturbed. Our waiter offered us different opened (wines by the glass) to try to see which we liked best. It was sometimes difficult to get waiter's attention. They didnt often look up to see if one needed something. The food was good. All dishes were well seasoned and beautifully presented. We had pork belly with potato puree and vegetables; poussin was tender and succulent; grouper was tender and tasty with a complementary white sauce and some artistically displayed vegetables and cod roe. They dont give free tap water with the coffee. The restaurant itself does not have free wifi. We tried going to the Hilton reception but the codes given to us didnt work. We were presented with the wrong bill but this was rectified

Tenga cuidado si tiene requisitos dietéticos. Espero más de un restaurante de lujo. Visité con mi familia de 7 en una noche de jueves.   Nos admitieron en el restaurante a pesar de nuestro atuendo casual y nos dieron la mesa que pedimos (una preciosa mesa ovalada en la parte delantera del restaurante). Uno de nosotros sufre de enfermedad celíaca. Los alérgenos no aparecen en el menú.   Nuestro camarero tenía poca comprensión de los alérgenos dietéticos en el menú. Sin embargo, fueron capaces de producir un poco de pan sin gluten para nuestro enfermo celíaco a petición. Los lápices para colorear para niños eran romos. Fueron "incapaces" de hacer una prensa de limón con agua con gas o gaseosa para nuestro niño de 6 años que no bebe Sprite, que me pareció muy sorprendente que un establecimiento de lujo como este no podía exprimir un limón entero bajo petición. Cuando la bebida de spritz de limoncello de su madre llegó con trozos de limón en ella el niño estaba más perturbado. Nuestro camarero nos ofreció diferentes abiertos (vinos por copa) para intentar ver cuál nos gustaba más.   A veces era difícil llamar la atención del camarero. A menudo no miraban hacia arriba para ver si uno necesitaba algo. La comida era buena. Todos los platos estaban bien condimentados y muy bien presentados. Teníamos vientre de cerdo con puré de patata y verduras; poussin era tierno y suculento; mero era tierno y sabroso con una salsa blanca complementaria y algunas verduras artísticamente expuestas y huevas de bacalao. No dan agua del grifo gratis con el café. El restaurante en sí no tiene wifi gratis. Intentamos ir a la recepción Hilton, pero los códigos que nos dieron no funcionaron. Se nos presentó el proyecto de ley equivocado pero este fue rectificado

Very good food and excellent service.

We had a wonderful evening in your restaurant Mona and the bar Juliet Rose next door, right in the Hilton Munich City. Wonderful food, super nice service with an Italian chat and an absolute dream from the starter to the diamond tiramisu. The Gelato al Brioche is divine... TLDR: algunos de los platos estaban bien en el mejor de los casos. No ordenes el mero, era gomoso y tenía un olor raro. Nuestro servidor era muy agradable y atento, el gerente era grosero y apático. En conjunto no fue una manera agradable de pasar una noche y lamentamos haber venido aquí. Versión más larga: después de nuestro largo viaje en coche desde Zúrich paramos para una cena tardía el 8 / 21 / 24. Pedí los taglioli, mi madre pidió los canelones, y mi hermana el zackenbarsch (el mero). A mi mamá y a mí no nos encantaron nuestros platos, pero era tarde y teníamos hambre, así que estaban bien. Mi hermana probó el mero y realmente no le gustó, me ofrecí a cambiar con ella porque sobre todo voy a comer cualquier cosa, especialmente pescado. Traté de poner mi tenedor en él, y ni siquiera pude hacer eso porque la textura era muy gomosa. Decidimos devolverlo porque nadie en la mesa podía soportar la textura y el olor. Intenté que mi hermana pidiera otra cosa pero le hizo perder el apetito. Cuando llegó la factura el mero todavía estaba en el recibo a pesar de que mi hermana solo había tomado un bocado antes de enviarlo de vuelta. Le pedí al gerente que quitara el mero ya que la textura y el olor nos habían alejado de él y nadie podía comerlo. Él se negó y me dijo que el pescado estaba perfectamente cocinado (? ) y que tendríamos que pagar por ello. ¿Tal vez esto es algo en Alemania? Pero trabajé como servidor y gerente para varios restaurantes en Nueva York durante 10 años y nunca en mis sueños más salvajes habría hablado con alguien de la manera en que este gerente me habló. Sinceramente, ha arruinado nuestra primera noche en Alemania. Afortunadamente Mona está unido al Hilton Munich City y la recepción era muy agradable y dijo que lo quitarían de nuestro cargo de habitación. ¡Gracias Hilton! Otras notas de interés: la decoración y la iluminación estaban bien, muy genérico para un restaurante de hotel. La música sonaba como portadas de ascensor de éxitos pop de 2006 - 2009. Por favor, sálvate y vete a cualquier otro lugar menos aquí.

TLDR: the some of the dishes were ok at best. Do not order the grouper, it was rubbery and had a weird smell. Our server was very nice and attentive, the manager was rude and apathetic. Altogether it was not a pleasant way to spend an evening and we regret coming here. Longer version: after our long drive from Zurich we stopped in for a late dinner on 8/21/24. I ordered the taglioli, my mother ordered the cannelloni, and my sister the zackenbarsch (the grouper). My mom and I didn't love our dishes, but it was late and we were hungry so they were ok. My sister tried the grouper and really didn't like it, I offered to switch with her because I mostly will eat anything, especially fish. I tried to put my fork in it, and I couldnt even do that because the texture was so rubbery. We decided to send it back because nobody at the table could stomach the texture and smell. I tried to get my sister to order something else but it made her lose her appetite. When the bill came the grouper was still on the receipt even though my sister had only taken one bite before sending it back. I asked the manager to remove the grouper since the texture and smell had put us off from it and no one could eat it. He refused and told me that the fish was cooked perfectly (?) and we would have to pay for it. Maybe this is a thing in Germany? But I worked as a server and manager for various restaurants in NYC for 10 years and I would have never in my wildest dreams talked to someone the way this manager talked to me. Honestly, it has ruined our first night in Germany. Luckily Mona is attached to the Hilton Munich City and the front desk was very nice and said they would remove it from our room charge. Thank you Hilton! Other notes of interest: the decor and lighting were ok, very generic for a hotel restaurant. The music sounded like elevator covers of pop hits from 2006-2009. Please save yourself and go anywhere else but here.

First visit: February 14, 2024 What can one say? The food was excellent, the atmosphere was appealing... and the wine list... no reading book in recent times has been more exciting. Thanks to Giovanni, although my preferred wine (last visit) was no longer available. But the selection is still large.

The food and service was great!

Very extravagant furnishings, we really liked it, the dining class was unfortunately a failure, the cheapest food, the wine was very good, there were 5 of us and we were all very disappointed

We were just drinking cocktails in the bar. Very good whiskey sour! It wasn't that busy, but we still had to wait a bit until we were served. Otherwise everything is okay.

Dolce Vita in Munich. It was my first time in the Mona restaurant and I was thrilled by the excellent cuisine. You can feel the passion in the entire team to give every guest a special experience. Alla prossima volta!

Excellent Italian restaurant from the service to the kitchen everything was perfect. The service was very attentive and courteous. Very innovative Italian cuisine. We celebrated my birthday and we'd love to come back.

Food experience was amazing, very well prepared dishes, with a mix of classic and gourmet dishes. It is pricy, but it is one of the best restaurants in Munich.

Exceptional dinner with a course menu and wine accompaniment, attentive service

We actually went to the cocktail bar next door, the food served there comes from this restaurant and “deserves” its own review: The César salad was relatively small (it was on the menu at “Big Bites”) and was thrown onto the plate very carelessly. The chicken that was ordered on top of course cost extra and was a maximum of 100g of meat. All together for a bargain price of €31.50!!! The two pasta dishes were almost unseasoned and needed a lot of salt and pepper; we had to get the seasoning mills from the shelf ourselves. And we missed the “Aglio” too. The bill suddenly showed a bonus of €21.90 instead of €17.50. All in all, not a recommendation!

Endlich mal ein Luxusrestaurant, das Wort hält. Hervorragendes Essen perfekter Service, unaufdringlich, aber sehr aufmerksam. Hier passt wirklich alles. Mittags auch durchaus vertretbare Preise. Man hat uns das Dessert sogar geschenkt.

I completed my training as a chef (1st generation) in this hotel in 1990 and have many positive experiences with this hotel. After I found out that there was a big renovation in the front areas, I wanted to see it live. I am very enthusiastic about the redesign of the bar, the lobby, but especially the restaurant area :) Where the "Löwenschänke" used to be with lots of wood and an oppressive atmosphere is now the lovingly and stylishly renovated restaurant "Mona" which has a chic industrial look with trendy furniture, thick carpets and a bright design. I particularly liked the front cooking station where the buffet used to be. The food we ordered was perfectly prepared with modern and creative finesse. The service was impeccable. From the advice to the expertise and the unobtrusive way of working, there was nothing to complain about. I'd love to stop by again :)

If you value your wallet and have self-esteem, don't dine here. The prices are excessively high, the portions are too small and the waiter's attitude is very bad for a place with such a reputation. We have literally been mistreated from the moment we sat at the table until we left.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't as good as I expected.

Worst place I've been to in my entire life. Extremely rude waiter/host. Wanted to have dinner here, as we were staying in Hilton. When we arrived no one bothered to seat us. The host/waiter that was supposed to do that, was busy putting some clothes on hangers at the entrance and totally ignored us. We eventually went inside the restaurant hoping someone will assist us and although the place was empty (only 1 table occupied) we had to stop another waiter (which passed in front of us 2x times, also ignoring us) to ask to be seated. Once seated the same host/waiter that was previously busy at the entrance brought us english menus that didn't make any sense. They dish names and types were missing so we couldn't tell what are we ordering. The menu was just a bunch of ingredients and and associated price. I've never seen that in my life. You couldn't tell what's the main dish, what's the appetizer etc. When he came back to take the order, he ironically asked us if we have any questions. When we replied yes, he seemed irritated and mockingly said, "question 1, go". My wife told him she's allergic to dairy and asked what can she eat, to which he seemed confused and suggested the steak. She rarely eats steak so she asked what other options does she have, to which he replied "lady, you don't understand. This restaurant is fine dining, we have small dishes and big prices" and immediately just left and did not even wait for our response or "question 2". At this point we just got up and left the restaurant, but not before confronting the waiter about his behavior. His only reaction to our feedback was to angrily take the menus from the table and leave. No apologies were given. I've been to countless different restaurants across the world and never ever have I experienced such rude behavior from a waiter.

My wife, son and I ate here while staying at the Hilton Munich. We had been traveling all day and picked Mona by default as the hotel restaurant. It is actually a great restaurant. It reminds me of a similar Italian themed restaurant in St. Moritz. Service was prompt and knowledgeable. Food was very well prepared and delicious.

We went for the tasting menu, with a 6 pm start time, we were not served food until 1.5 hours in, where the waiter explained that “we are waiting for everyone to be seated before we serve”. Why have us all have reservations at different times? If we had known this we would have booked the absolute last reservation; HOWEVER The entire meal took 3.5 HOURS, which was absurd. Four courses and one of which was dessert. As other patrons reviewed, this was not worth the time or the money.

Staff is not attentive. Very small portions. Main course comes with tiny side dishes. They can not even leave an olive oil bottle at a table for the bread, no one sees this situation. Taste of food was ok or average. For the desert we went to another place.

Sehr modern und hübsch eingerichtet, aber doch sehr gross und deshalb etwas wenig Ambiente. Die Bedienung war sehr nett, aufmerksam und witzig. Wo wir jedoch enttäuscht waren, ist das Essen: Blumenkohl-Miso kaum Geschmack und lauwarm. Die „Carbonara-Nudeln“ auch fast kalt, geschmacklos….obschon wunderschön präsentiert, fast ungeniessbar und sicher nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Warum nicht einfach gute traditionelle italienische Gerichte kochen und die Gäste nicht mit experimentellem Schnickschnack als Versuchskaninchen missbrauchen?

Lovely room, good food, inattentive service. A bit too expensive for this combination. First a menu was missing, then we got the wrong drinks and later we sat in front of empty plates for 20 minutes.

Schönes Italienisches Restaurant mit Terrasse, das zum City-Hilton am Rosenheimer Platz gehört. Recht modern eingerichtet, offene Küche. Sehr freundlicher, professioneller Service. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Weinkarte umfangreich. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Gerne wieder.

I would have given everything 5 stars but after ordering a medium rare ribeye steak it came back well done. I personally do not like steak well done. Everything else was perfect 😊

Great food, a little bit posh and price is €€€. But very good when you don't want to leave the hotel.

Das Essen und den Service kann ich nur mit 5 Sternen bewerten. Es war einfach köstlich und ich habe mich bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Einen Stern ziehe ich in der Summe für die Preise ab, die mir trotz des Gebotenen hoch erschienen. Zudem hätte ich mir beim Frühstück, das für Übernachtungsgäste ebenfalls hier angeboten wurde, ein wenig mehr Auswahl gewünscht.

Avoid. - Service was terrible: a tall bald waiter who barely talked to me all night, while paying was expecting the tip. He said I was rude to not leave the tip as it is part of his wage and in Germany there is an American system, so I should leave the tip. Then he looks at me with a furious eye and says:”see you tomorrow”. Food is ok, but 57€ for a fillet without any sides or anything…. So up to you, I believe I ate much better food in many other places, other than that, I felt in peril for my life for the poor mannerism, I ran away.

Muito caro! Lista de vinhos muito fraca. Empregados de mesa simpáticos. Gestao de mesas terrível, 30 minutos antes de ter que libertar a mesa, vieram avisar de forma agressiva que tinha que sair, inadmissível … a seguir íamos pedir um Moet Chandon … os clientes seguintes beberam água … Recolher os pratos antes de todos terminarem a refeição, inadmissível Trazer entradas e prato principal em simultâneo … só mesmo para apressar os clientes a sair Os anos dos vinhos da carta afinal … não têm … têm anos mais recentes … mas o preço é o mesmo … Restaurante da moda … quer ser da moda … 4 pessoa 400 euros … 2 vinhos básicos ,,, 1 sauvignon 70 euros e 1 redoma 60 euros … A vista e o som são fantásticos mas não chega … A não repetir.

Nonostante il personale sia simpatico e accogliente, la ricerca di stupire con preparazioni ricercate lasciano il tempo che trovano. Se ordino tagliolini al tartufo non mi devono arrivare tagliolini colmi di formaggio che coprono ogni sapore. Purtroppo alcune sperimentazioni non vanno bene. Prezzi ovviamente alti. Mai più!!@

Did tasting menu, chef’s choice. It was so much fun. Food was excellent! Their signature desert from Monaco to Napoli was amazing. My only suggestion is that a restaurant of the caliber could use a more extensive wine list.

Food is good here but service and attitude is not. I have been here several times but last time (19 August) reinforced why one should not go here. The attitude of the staff is very uptight and demeaning. As soon as we walked in we were shouted at - “we do not serve burgers and pizza!” in front of a full patio of people. Well, we were going there for the steaks and other food they serve… we sat anyway after responding that we were not there for burgers or pizza. The person that did serve us kind of “apologized” but the apology was- well people come from the hotel and want this food. We were staying in the hotel as well, and what is the problem if people want a burger? They are popular everywhere in the world and on many menus. If someone doesn’t like the menu they are free to leave. They sat us in a corner and treated us as though we were a nuisance. The food was good but it’s not acceptable to be treated this way when you are paying 150 EUR for two main dishes, sides and two glasses of wine. I stay at the Hilton next to it many times per year (three times in the past six weeks for instance) and the restaurant should be welcoming and happy to get business from the hotel, I think. I will never again give them my business despite the convenience.

We visited this restaurant for dinner while staying at The Hilton City. I chose a Fillet Steak ($53!) and my husband chose a Ribeye Steak(€55) These didn’t come with any accompaniments at all. Mushrooms, Vegetables, Potatoes, sauces were all extra. This accounts for a very expensive meal. The following day we saw an illuminated display board outside the restaurant advertising their steaks(same weight we ordered) at €15 less than the price on their menu inside. There were no steaks on the Menu at the same price as the advertising board. I would add that the Steaks were excellent but the price deterred us from returning. Our meal was charged to our room, but the waiter did make a point of saying that the tip had to be paid separately in cash!! Although the restaurant doesn’t belong to The Hilton Group it is used by the hotel for guests breakfast, and dinner bookings. At checkout, we mentioned the menu pricing compared to the advertising board outside. The hotel said they have had other guests raise varying complaints about the restaurant.

Service très bien, lieu agréable et calme, nous étions très confortablement installés. Côté assiette, les prix ne sont pas en adéquation avec la prestation. Je n'ai pas vu l'étoile ni les codes du restaurant gastronomique (amuse bouche en ouverture, pas de pain servi avec les plats).

Empfang war schon enttäuschend: mussten längere Zeit warten wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt, weil wohl nur der "Chef" die Reservierungen im System anschauen und einem zum Tisch führen darf. Da der beschäftigt war, standen wir erst mal einige Zeit blöd rum. Service am Tisch war auch seltsam und hat nichts mit gehobener Gastronomie zu tun - man wird während des 1. Gangs gefragt, was man zur Hauptspeise trinken möchte?! Mit vollem Mund spricht man schließlich nicht und kann vor allem nicht in Ruhe essen. Was aber eigentlich auch nicht dramatisch ist, denn die gasalzenen Preise enthalten mehr Würze als das Essen, welches mehr als fad und langweilig schmeckt. Portionen sind sehr übersichtlich und nur mit dem extra zu zahlenden Brot mit Olivenöl (für 7,50 €!) würde man vielleicht von 2 Gängen satt. Einrichtung ist recht stylish, aber mehr hat dieses (typische Hotel-) Restaurant leider nicht zu bieten.

Super Restaurant mit extrem qualitativen Essen - jede Speise ist ein Erlebnis. Bemerkenswert waren die hausgemachten Tagliolini mit Trüffeln und Haselnusssoße. Hervorragendes Service, top Weinempfehlung, entspannte Atmosphäre.

We dined here three times while in Munich. The service and food were outstanding. the staff were efficient, very friendly and we were made to feel welcome every evening. They gave good wine and food recommendations. A very pleasant dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Meine Frau hat sich für ein 4-Gänge Menü entschieden, ich klassisch für Rib Eye Steak. Nachdem meine Frau nach ihren Essenswünsche befragt wurde, hat der Koch genau ihren Geschmack getroffen. Wir werden unbedingt wieder kommen !!!

We had an excellent experience at Mona’s where we had breakfast for 3 consecutive days. The entire team without exception is the warmest, kindest and most hospitable set of people. The maitre d’ , Willy leads by example and sets the tone by welcoming each guest warmly and then handing them over to his team who provide a similar experience. The team went above and beyond to organise my special vegan breakfast every single time. I would definitely recommend Mona’s to everyone wanting to enjoy an elaborate spread with great ambience and an amazing team!!

Depois de um dia cansativo em Munique, decidimos jantar no próprio hotel. Pedimos a sopa de lentilha, o cordeiro com alcachofra e uma massa. Tudo gostoso, mas a estrela da noite foi com toda a certeza o Ravioli. Além de saboroso, o ponto da massa estava corretissímo, o ao dente ideal. Como de praxe, preço e quantidade Michelin. Uma entrada e dois pratos para uma única pessoa. Gostaria de ressaltar o atendimento do garçom. Não consigo me recordar o nome, mas um gentleman. Atendimento nota mil!

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit zwei Hunden als Attraktionen. Essen war zum Teil sehr gut, aber auch sehr teuer. Der Service war top, und weile ein Essen nicht ganz o.k. war wurde dieses sofort aus der Rechnung gestrichen.

Attenzione al cliente eccezionale. Cucina gourmet con un forte richiamo alle origini. Carta dei vini super interessante. Se cercate un posto dove mangiare benissimo, essere coccolati dall'ambiente e dal servizio non potete perdervelo. Un sincero grazie a tutto lo staff, ci vediamo presto

Moderne italienische Küche. Ambiente irgendwo zwischen Hotel und Szene-Gastronomie. Service sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Küche passt zum Ambiente. Uns hat es gut geschmeckt.

Eddy‘s Service war ausgezeichnet! Wir haben uns sehr umsorgt gefühlt.

Der erste Eindruck war schon gleich nicht der beste. Die Einrichtung wirkte umgepflegt, der Tisch war nicht sauber und mein Stuhl drohte, trotz weit unter Übergewicht zu kollabieren. Der Kellner wirkte routiniert und war locker, die Speisekarte vielversprechend. Schon bei den Getränken wurde es schwierig Bestellt wurden nach zwei Campari-Spritz ein Weißbier und eine Cranberryschorle. Nach 20 Minuten haben wir erinnert und es kam ein Weißbier im 0,4 l, Glae, halb voll eingeschenkt und eine Johannisbeerschorle. Wir reklamierten erst die Schorle, Antwort: schmeckt doch ähnlich. Bei dem Bier bekam ich zur Antwort, dass wir ich mich nicht aufregen soll und man brachte mir nun das Bier im angemessenen Glas und korrekter Menge. Die Vorspeise, Rindertartar war einwandfrei, das Begleitbrot schmeckte ranzig. Der Steinbutt war gut, allerdings per random unschön angerichtet, und die Portion für 36 Euro winzig. Die Tagliiatelle mit Trüffel waren ebenso sehr übersichtlich, das Rezept unaufgeregt, eigentlich eher langweilig. Fazit: Das war ein Reinfall, hier stimmt einfach von vorne bis hinten gar nichts. Typisch für ein Restaurant „im Hotel“, Funfact: gegenüber ist ein alteingesessenes, chinesisches Lokal. Geht doch lieber dort hin.

Gutes Essen in einer entspannten und weitläufigen Atmosphäre. Gerichte könnten noch etwas mehr Pepp haben…Personal sehr zuvorkommend - Top Service!

Sehr schönes Restaurant mit einem tollen Ambiente. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns 12 Personen hervorragend bedient und ist auf individuelle Wünsche im Rahmen des machbaren eingegangen. Das Essen war kreativ angerichtet und geschmacklich sehr gut.

Es wird sich bemüht! Essen war sehr gut und Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Beim Ambiente geht noch mehr, wirkt sehr leer und kühl.

La sala è molto grande, informale e poco accogliente. C'è una tenda che divide la sala in due parti, con un pessimo effetto da sala cinematografica. I piatti sono curati, ben cucinati ed impiattati. Servizio lento e poco attento.
