We happened to pass by this Italian restaurant one evening. Even though it was packed, they quickly found a table for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and the pizzas were amazing. I've rarely eaten such good pizza outside of Italy. For dessert, we had tiramisu. A real treat.

An authentic Italian restaurant where you can feel at home. The service was friendly and prompt. They were always pleasantly checking to see when the next course was ready or if you needed anything. There's an additional handwritten menu for current/seasonal dishes. The dishes were well-crafted; I'd be happy to return on my next trip to Ulm.

Restaurant with about twenty tables. It is recommended to book in advance (especially for evening meals). We were well received, but the ordering process took a long time. The pizzas are very good. Thank you again for this delicious meal.

Great authentic Italian food. We had an excellent dinner so we came back the next day. This time the service was less friendly. We were lucky to find a table. They wouldn't let us switch to a better table, saying it is reserved. I couldn't find a way to reserve a table online.

The food was truly outstanding—fresh, authentic, and very flavorful. A particularly positive aspect: There were also gluten-free options, which we were very pleased about. The restaurant is ideal for families with children, as there's a play area where the little ones can have fun. The only downside: The service was friendly but visibly overwhelmed. It took a while to order, and we would have liked to order more, but unfortunately, there was no one in sight. Nevertheless, we'd happily return for the great food and pleasant atmosphere. With a little better organization, it would be perfect!

I love Mommos, one of the few restaurants in Ulm where you can order buffalo mozzarella on your pizza. The pizzas themselves are super delicious, the dough is great, and you just feel completely at home. The drinks aren't from dispensers, but rather from glass bottles. The staff is always super nice and friendly, and I always enjoy going there :)

The pizzas are super delicious. The staff can sometimes take a little getting used to, but the good food makes up for it. Sometimes, a same-day reservation isn't enough to get a seat.

I can highly recommend the Momos, the staff including the boss and bosses are very friendly, the food is perfectly presented and the taste is top. It was my first time there but definitely not the last time.

We were in Ulm again and, after our shopping trip, were really craving an Italian restaurant. Luckily, we found one quickly and went straight there. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and seated immediately. To be honest, I'm always a bit picky when it comes to service and requests – but all my special requests were still met in a friendly and flawless manner. Thank you again for that! The food was nice and hot, very tasty, and filled me up – it definitely put me in a good mood. The manager was also extremely friendly and chatty, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in Ulm!

Delicious, but not a place to go to if you have a complicated order on a Friday night. I have a gluten AND a dairy allergy, so I am always excited when I can find a place that is serving gluten free pizza when we travel. After a long day at Legoland, we just wanted to-go pizza back in our hotel room here in IUlm. I had a small glass of wine while we waited (which I wasn’t actually charged for… but I honestly think she forgot) and watched the happenings while I waited. I definitely noticed the woman making pizza and noticed that she didn’t use a different crust before they said my order was ready. I asked if one was gluten free and of course it wasn’t, though my kid’s ‘bambina’ pizza was ready. She made a new pizza, and when it was done, I was too hungry to remind them that I’d ordered three toppings but it only came out with one. A pizza without cheese is not a lot of fun to begin with, but a pizza with just sauce and spicy salami isn’t exactly what I was looking for. However, the crust, sauce and salami were all delicious and my daughter ate her kid’s margarita up. Just a word of caution: this place gets busy, so if you’re ordering something complicated (gluten free without cheese but with three toppings) and the server doesn’t write it down… well, just be ready to follow up.

Finally, chance brought us to Mommo's. The food was incredibly delicious! We'll be back.

My husband and I spontaneously went to this beautiful restaurant, where you can sit inside and outside. The pizza is simply to die for. This incorporated sourdough and the stone oven are fantastic. I have never had such great pizza outside of Italy. So if you want real Italian vibes, the best place to go is Mommo’s!

Credevo che la cena fosse il peggio ma quando ho informato la proprietaria che la frittura mista era immangiabile mi sono trovata difronte una donna superba,superficiale e tanto arrogante. Ha iniziato ad urlare sostenendo che io stessi mentendo e questo difronte a tutti i clienti li presenti. La frittura mista era fredda, gommosa e impresentabile. I calamari erano gomma si potevano usare come guarnizioni per tubature, i gamberetti 3 ed erano secchi e vecchi per non parlare delle sarde che erano più vecchie di mia nonna,ma la cosa che mi ha fatto infuriare di più è che sosteneva che il pesce fosse fresco. Vorrei dire alla signora che forse lei il pesce fresco crede cresca nei congelatori e non era nemmeno un congelato di ottima qualità. Alla proprietaria vorrei darle un consiglio spassionato lei non è idonea a stare a contatto con il cliente e detto da una persona che ha 15 anni di gastronomia alle spalle. Sconsiglio vivamente ma non tanto per il cibo ma per il personaggio sopra indicato

Benvenuti in Italy! If you really want to enjoy Italian, come to Mommo's. Not only the pizza tastes good here, but also the pasta and the fish... all without any cream sauce. The atmosphere is perfect for us. The staff is friendly and always attentive. Went there almost every Saturday and haven't been disappointed yet. For us, absolute number 1 when it comes to pizza.

Every time I come from Kassel to Ulm, the first stop is Mommo's. Simply unbeatable in Ulm and I am thrilled every time. Everything is perfect here: the food, the ambience, the service! As always, the food was very tasty, actually the best Italian in Ulm. But unfortunately the owner of the restaurant isn't leaving... From the first moment you could tell that she just didn't want to come to our table. Orders were taken half-heartedly and then sometimes incorrectly. When we pointed out that we were missing appetizers, we were insulted when she ran away. She was shouting loudly throughout the store, accusing us of placing our order incorrectly. Unfortunately, main courses were also forgotten and mixed up. Instead of being the owner of a restaurant and making sure everything runs smoothly, she preferred to be upset the whole time so that everyone noticed... Good food or not, but unfortunately this behavior just doesn't work.

Disappointing visit to Momo’s Italian Restaurant Unfortunately, our visit to Momo’s Italian restaurant was a bitter disappointment. The boss, a blonde, younger lady, who not only took our orders incorrectly but also served us some raw food, was particularly negative. When we politely pointed this out, she responded in an extremely unprofessional and insulting manner, which resulted in an embarrassing appearance in front of all the guests. The atmosphere then became visibly unpleasant for everyone. The other waiters tried hard to defuse the situation, but unfortunately they couldn't save the overall impression. To make matters worse, our visit lasted a full 4 hours - and that was for a starter and a main course, which were also served incorrectly. All in all, a disappointing experience that we certainly won't repeat

Unfortunately, my visit to Mommo’s was very disappointing. The food was served cold, rigatoni al forno was rather regatoni al fridge. and the service left a lot to be desired. The boss in particular was extremely unfriendly and not very customer-oriented. Friendliness and good service are just as important to me as the quality of the food. Unfortunately, both were missing here. I therefore cannot recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, our visit to this Italian restaurant was a complete disappointment. There were problems when we ordered because the boss took our order incorrectly. When we pointed this out to her, she not only became rude, but actually insulted us and claimed we ordered wrong. The food also came incorrectly - some dishes were cold, others were not cooked properly. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, we continued to be blamed. Several guests at our table had the same problem, but the boss showed no insight. The treatment of guests was beyond unprofessional and the quality of the food also left something to be desired. We have never experienced anything like this! We absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. But I have to say that the other waitress still did her best and apologized for the boss's behavior P.S. That's still harmless and phrased very politely

Actually a good shop (usually) but this time we were treated extremely badly. We were a birthday group of 13 people. The service seemed extremely annoyed right from the start. We thought nothing of it. After a while it got worse and worse. Our orders were taken incorrectly and then we were made aware of it. The lady then became very loud and came extremely close to us. Then she insulted us as we left. I don't want to say what she said here because otherwise this review might not go through. Unfortunately, as a result of this action, they lost 13 customers forever. Very unfortunate.

Was there with family on Saturday afternoon. Good selection of food and mountain beer. Everyone enjoyed it. There's even gluten-free pizza and pasta! Unfortunately, the service isn't particularly attentive and the food doesn't come too quickly either.

I ordered the pizza with mozzarella, spinach and salciccia. First of all I got a pizza without salciccia, which wasn't a bad thing because after a comment to the service, I got a new pizza. Unfortunately, 2 hours later I wasn't feeling well at all. Unfortunately I had a bad case of food poisoning that lasted the entire day afterwards... ☹️

Worst restautant experience in germany . We ordered and waited for drinks to arrive , the soup served had some aluminium pieces and when we showed that to the kellner he was just like , may be from cleaning utensils. No sorry or any apology. We still waited and neither the food or drinks came . We dressedup and wanted to leave , he saw and didnt even cared , seems like not invited guest. Worst !

I love the ambience here - it feels like homey & cozy Italian restaurant. 😍 especially if you sit by the window. I only tried 2 dishes so far: -Seafood Risotto 7/10 i love the texture and taste of the risotto, its perfectly cooked - also the squid& fish are quite good. but I do think the scallops could be improved -cappucino 7.5/10 Its quite decent! and the price is only 3 euro the price is ok, mostly 14-15 euro for each dish and you get quite big portion ( for me I eat it twice and had to take it away) the service is ok, and will definitely try.more dishes and update in the future😻

Very tasty pasta and salad. Service was also very good for us with 15 people. We were very satisfied so far, but unfortunately the guest room was poorly heated or not heated at all and it was very cold.

The dough was fantastic. Unfortunately the cheese was way too wet, which made the whole pizza too mushy in the middle. There didn't seem to be any Fior di latte mozzarella either - potential was wasted here. Service was nice and everything came quite quickly. Ambiance was okay inside. The view outside onto a busy street is just ugly.

For us it was the BEST PIZZA in Ulm and the surrounding area. The staff was super quick and totally friendly. A table without a reservation was only possible outside. Next time we will definitely make a reservation. The food was perfect and the drinks menu was also very good. The ambience was thoroughly Italian with food and staff and like a vacation for an evening. The only negative point that the restaurant can't do is that you sit outside directly on the busy street where there are also a lot of pedestrians.

My friends, and I had a fantastic time at Mommo's Pasta & Pizza in Ulm. The restaurant offers a diverse menu of delicious pizzas and pastas, all with a genuine German flavor. We were all impressed by the quality and taste of the food. We ordered a variety of dishes, including pasta, pizza specialty, which was a huge hit with everyone. I would love to visit again, they serve alcohol and soft drinks cocktails and mocktails too. Specialised german beverages are also available.

The mixed salad was bland and the bruschetta was disappointing. The pizza, however, is outstanding, the dough is really fantastic, but the few toppings make the high price an outrage.

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience here, which surprised us given all the positive reviews. First of all, our service was very unfriendly right from the start, otherwise the “start” was actually quite good. We ordered our drinks and pizzas and then the whole thing started. I eat gluten-free (due to celiac disease) and ordered gluten-free pizza accordingly. This was then brought to me. But when I was halfway through eating it, it turned out that it wasn't actually gluten-free and I was brought the “real” gluten-free pizza. The already half-eaten pizza was supposed to have been for my girlfriend, but the toppings were forgotten and so there was a mix-up. It's annoying, of course, but mistakes can happen. However, what happened afterwards is just an absolute disgrace. Toppings were quickly slapped on half of the pizza and then brought to my friend, so she ended up only getting half a pizza instead of a new one being made, due to the mistake. When I asked our waitress about it, we were not taken seriously and ultimately had to pay the full price. I'm really not picky when it comes to restaurant visits, but this really went above and beyond: not only the mistakes themselves, but especially the lack of insight and unfriendliness left us absolutely suspicious. And of course, at no point was there an apology for giving me a gluten-containing pizza with gluten intolerance, nor for half my girlfriend's pizza. The food was very good but service 0/5.

Very tasty pizza with successful dough and good toppings. However, if you're looking for a cheap pizza, you've come to the wrong place. The size of the vegetarian pizza for EUR 15.20 was cheeky, so a point was deducted!
