Schöner Laden und sehr angenehme Mitarbeiter. Aber geschmacklich sind die Pizzen eher enttäuschend. Einfach viel Mozzarella, und der Teig auch etwas unspektakulär. Aber ist ja individuell. Auch die Schorlen schmecken abgestanden.

Sehr lecker, das Personal ist höflich und die Atmosphäre ist einfach die beste.

Eine der besten Pizzen, die ich je gegessen habe. Wir hatten die Parmigiane und eine glutenfreie 4 Käse. Sie sahen sehr lecker aus und waren geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau. Das Restaurant ist klein und schnuckelig. Außenplätze sind leider an der viel befahrenen Straße.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Pizzeria mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und freundlichem Service. Die Pizza war frisch zubereitet, geschmacklich hervorragend und qualitativ sehr überzeugend. Der Teig war fantastisch. Auch die übrigen Speisen waren bestens zubereitet. Das Personal war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, sodass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Komme gerne wieder.

Wir haben hier Pizza zum Mitnehmen bestellt und sogar eine Flasche Wein als kleines Geschenk bekommen 😊😋

Perfekte Pizza und perfekte Nachspeisen

Das Personal war sehr nett, der Service flott und das Essen sehr lecker. Dazu lief italienische Radiomusik, es war wie im Urlaub!

1 Stern – und der ist geschenkt. War mit Kollegen da und ehrlich: nie wieder. Die Pasta war knallhart, von al dente keine Spur, einfach roh durchgereicht. Pizza ebenfalls eine Enttäuschung – das Essen kam quasi tot auf den Tisch. Das Highlight: Die Bedienung hat einer Kollegin den Wein über die Hose gekippt – keine Entschuldigung, kein Angebot zur Reinigung, nichts. Und dann noch das Beste zum Schluss: Beim Bezahlen wurde einfach Trinkgeld einbehalten, ohne dass jemand danach gefragt hätte. Sowas geht gar nicht. Finger weg von dem Laden. Es gibt genug andere Italiener in der Gegend, die ihr Handwerk verstehen und Gäste anständig behandeln.

Hab eine " weiße" Pizza probiert- was für ein Genuß! Mehr Worte braucht es nicht.

Spontan gefunden, diesen Perlen ..einzugestehen,was nicht ganz perfekt für mich war, die Eingangstür,die offen stand und direkt zu der strasse führte. Mein Sohn ist nämlich raus gerant und war direkt an der Straße...zum Glück haben die Fahrer gut reagiert..

Wir waren heute in Ihrem Restaurant und leider war unser Besuch enttäuschend. Zu Beginn hatten wir einen sehr freundlichen Kellner. Bei der Bestellung wurde jedoch die Pizza zunächst ohne Salami serviert welche als extrawunsch angegeben wurde. Auf unseren Hinweis wurde die Pizza zwar zurückgenommen, allerdings wirkte die Reaktion der Bedienung deutlich genervt, indem er sie wortlos mitnahm. Als die Pizza zurückkam, lag die Salami zwar drauf, war jedoch fast roh und kaum erhitzt. Auf unseren erneuten Hinweis reagierte die Kellnerin/pizzabäckerin wenig verständnisvoll und meinte, sie sei nicht schuld, da ihr niemand gesagt habe, dass die Salami auf die Pizza gehört hätte. Außerdem erklärte sie, dass die Pizza „schwarz wird“, wenn man sie nun noch einmal in den Ofen schiebt. Ich bat also um eine neue. Die selbe pizza wurde wieder in den Ofen geschoben und kam zurück. Ein wenig aufgebracht fragte sie nun ob das so passe… Ab dann wurden wir vom gesamten Team ignoriert, bis wir fertig mit dem Essen waren. Als ich dem Kellner mitteilte das es nicht so optimal war nahm er wortlos die Teller und ging. Ich bin selbst Gastronomin und wenn ich meinte Gäste so behandeln würde hatte ich keine mehr. Wir hätten uns hier eine freundlichere und lösungsorientierte Reaktion gewünscht. Fehler können passieren – aber der Umgang damit macht den Unterschied. Leider hat uns der Service in diesem Fall nicht überzeugt.

Wir waren jetzt zwei mal da und es war beide Male einfach Katastrophal ! Meine Freundin und ich haben beim ersten Besuch eine komplette Katastrophe erleben dürfen. Erst kam unsere Vorspeise verspätet an, woraufhin wir uns beschwert haben. Als Antwort kam nur was daran so schlimm sei. Die Hauptspeise kam mit falschem Belag an. Wir dachten das wäre ein einmaliger Fehler gewesen, jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag. Doch beim zweiten Besuch durften wir erneut so eine Enttäuschung erleben. Zuerst kam die Vorspeise an, ohne Gedeck am Tisch. Die Getränke kamen erst später nach der Vorspeise und dass nur nach Nachfrage !!! Auf die Pizza, als Hauptspeise, mussten wir 50 Minuten warten. Während der Wartezeit wurden wir garnicht beachtet !!! Es war einfach nur unverschämt!!!!

Hat massiv nachgelassen….50 Minuten Wartezeit bis unsere Essen kam! Besteck gab es erst auf Anfrage….war mal empfehlenswert…aktuell nicht mehr auf meiner Liste.

Endlich war ich mal hier! Super gemütliches Lokal, mit italienischem Flair. Ich hatte die glutenfreie Pizza - toll, dass das angeboten wird! Die schmeckt lecker und ist völlig in Ordnung für eine glutenfreie Pizza. Der Service war auch echt toll - großes Lob Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder

War vor 1 Monat dort und muss sagen die Pizza war wirklich sehr lecker. Wir waren mit 4 Leuten dort essen. Reservierung problemlos geklappt. Die Preise finde ich ein bisschen zu hoch. Ansonsten alles Super.

Sehr leckere Pizza mit hochwertigen Zutaten – man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Allerdings sollte man unbedingt im Voraus reservieren, da es schnell voll wird. Außerdem sind nicht alle Sitzplätze gleich angenehm. Insgesamt aber ein klarer Besuchstipp!

We happened to pass by this Italian restaurant one evening. Even though it was packed, they quickly found a table for us. The staff were incredibly friendly and the pizzas were amazing. I've rarely eaten such good pizza outside of Italy. For dessert, we had tiramisu. A real treat.

Restaurant with about twenty tables. It is recommended to book in advance (especially for evening meals). We were well received, but the ordering process took a long time. The pizzas are very good. Thank you again for this delicious meal.

Great authentic Italian food. We had an excellent dinner so we came back the next day. This time the service was less friendly. We were lucky to find a table. They wouldn't let us switch to a better table, saying it is reserved. I couldn't find a way to reserve a table online.

The food was truly outstanding—fresh, authentic, and very flavorful. A particularly positive aspect: There were also gluten-free options, which we were very pleased about. The restaurant is ideal for families with children, as there's a play area where the little ones can have fun. The only downside: The service was friendly but visibly overwhelmed. It took a while to order, and we would have liked to order more, but unfortunately, there was no one in sight. Nevertheless, we'd happily return for the great food and pleasant atmosphere. With a little better organization, it would be perfect!

I love Mommos, one of the few restaurants in Ulm where you can order buffalo mozzarella on your pizza. The pizzas themselves are super delicious, the dough is great, and you just feel completely at home. The drinks aren't from dispensers, but rather from glass bottles. The staff is always super nice and friendly, and I always enjoy going there :)

The pizzas are super delicious. The staff can sometimes take a little getting used to, but the good food makes up for it. Sometimes, a same-day reservation isn't enough to get a seat.

I can highly recommend the Momos, the staff including the boss and bosses are very friendly, the food is perfectly presented and the taste is top. It was my first time there but definitely not the last time.

We were in Ulm again and, after our shopping trip, were really craving an Italian restaurant. Luckily, we found one quickly and went straight there. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and seated immediately. To be honest, I'm always a bit picky when it comes to service and requests – but all my special requests were still met in a friendly and flawless manner. Thank you again for that! The food was nice and hot, very tasty, and filled me up – it definitely put me in a good mood. The manager was also extremely friendly and chatty, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in Ulm!

Delicious, but not a place to go to if you have a complicated order on a Friday night. I have a gluten AND a dairy allergy, so I am always excited when I can find a place that is serving gluten free pizza when we travel. After a long day at Legoland, we just wanted to-go pizza back in our hotel room here in IUlm. I had a small glass of wine while we waited (which I wasn’t actually charged for… but I honestly think she forgot) and watched the happenings while I waited. I definitely noticed the woman making pizza and noticed that she didn’t use a different crust before they said my order was ready. I asked if one was gluten free and of course it wasn’t, though my kid’s ‘bambina’ pizza was ready. She made a new pizza, and when it was done, I was too hungry to remind them that I’d ordered three toppings but it only came out with one. A pizza without cheese is not a lot of fun to begin with, but a pizza with just sauce and spicy salami isn’t exactly what I was looking for. However, the crust, sauce and salami were all delicious and my daughter ate her kid’s margarita up. Just a word of caution: this place gets busy, so if you’re ordering something complicated (gluten free without cheese but with three toppings) and the server doesn’t write it down… well, just be ready to follow up.

Finally, chance brought us to Mommo's. The food was incredibly delicious! We'll be back.

My husband and I spontaneously went to this beautiful restaurant, where you can sit inside and outside. The pizza is simply to die for. This incorporated sourdough and the stone oven are fantastic. I have never had such great pizza outside of Italy. So if you want real Italian vibes, the best place to go is Mommo’s!

Credevo che la cena fosse il peggio ma quando ho informato la proprietaria che la frittura mista era immangiabile mi sono trovata difronte una donna superba,superficiale e tanto arrogante. Ha iniziato ad urlare sostenendo che io stessi mentendo e questo difronte a tutti i clienti li presenti. La frittura mista era fredda, gommosa e impresentabile. I calamari erano gomma si potevano usare come guarnizioni per tubature, i gamberetti 3 ed erano secchi e vecchi per non parlare delle sarde che erano più vecchie di mia nonna,ma la cosa che mi ha fatto infuriare di più è che sosteneva che il pesce fosse fresco. Vorrei dire alla signora che forse lei il pesce fresco crede cresca nei congelatori e non era nemmeno un congelato di ottima qualità. Alla proprietaria vorrei darle un consiglio spassionato lei non è idonea a stare a contatto con il cliente e detto da una persona che ha 15 anni di gastronomia alle spalle. Sconsiglio vivamente ma non tanto per il cibo ma per il personaggio sopra indicato

Benvenuti in Italy! If you really want to enjoy Italian, come to Mommo's. Not only the pizza tastes good here, but also the pasta and the fish... all without any cream sauce. The atmosphere is perfect for us. The staff is friendly and always attentive. Went there almost every Saturday and haven't been disappointed yet. For us, absolute number 1 when it comes to pizza.

Every time I come from Kassel to Ulm, the first stop is Mommo's. Simply unbeatable in Ulm and I am thrilled every time. Everything is perfect here: the food, the ambience, the service! These days you rarely feel as well cared for as you do at Mommo's. I'm already looking forward to the next time!!!

We had dinner there yesterday and had a wonderful evening!! The gluten-free pizza was incredibly tasty and a highlight of our visit to the extremely cozy restaurant! the service is also unbeatable!! The price is really low for what you get! Thank you for the wonderful evening and see you soon!

As always, the food was very tasty, actually the best Italian in Ulm. But unfortunately the owner of the restaurant isn't leaving... From the first moment you could tell that she just didn't want to come to our table. Orders were taken half-heartedly and then sometimes incorrectly. When we pointed out that we were missing appetizers, we were insulted when she ran away. She was shouting loudly throughout the store, accusing us of placing our order incorrectly. Unfortunately, main courses were also forgotten and mixed up. Instead of being the owner of a restaurant and making sure everything runs smoothly, she preferred to be upset the whole time so that everyone noticed... Good food or not, but unfortunately this behavior just doesn't work.

Unfortunately, my visit to Mommo’s was very disappointing. The food was served cold, rigatoni al forno was rather regatoni al fridge. and the service left a lot to be desired. The boss in particular was extremely unfriendly and not very customer-oriented. Friendliness and good service are just as important to me as the quality of the food. Unfortunately, both were missing here. I therefore cannot recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, our visit to this Italian restaurant was a complete disappointment. There were problems when we ordered because the boss took our order incorrectly. When we pointed this out to her, she not only became rude, but actually insulted us and claimed we ordered wrong. The food also came incorrectly - some dishes were cold, others were not cooked properly. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, we continued to be blamed. Several guests at our table had the same problem, but the boss showed no insight. The treatment of guests was beyond unprofessional and the quality of the food also left something to be desired. We have never experienced anything like this! We absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant. But I have to say that the other waitress still did her best and apologized for the boss's behavior P.S. That's still harmless and phrased very politely

Actually a good shop (usually) but this time we were treated extremely badly. We were a birthday group of 13 people. The service seemed extremely annoyed right from the start. We thought nothing of it. After a while it got worse and worse. Our orders were taken incorrectly and then we were made aware of it. The lady then became very loud and came extremely close to us. Then she insulted us as we left. I don't want to say what she said here because otherwise this review might not go through. Unfortunately, as a result of this action, they lost 13 customers forever. Very unfortunate.

Disappointing visit to Momo’s Italian Restaurant Unfortunately, our visit to Momo’s Italian restaurant was a bitter disappointment. The boss, a blonde, younger lady, who not only took our orders incorrectly but also served us some raw food, was particularly negative. When we politely pointed this out, she responded in an extremely unprofessional and insulting manner, which resulted in an embarrassing appearance in front of all the guests. The atmosphere then became visibly unpleasant for everyone. The other waiters tried hard to defuse the situation, but unfortunately they couldn't save the overall impression. To make matters worse, our visit lasted a full 4 hours - and that was for a starter and a main course, which were also served incorrectly. All in all, a disappointing experience that we certainly won't repeat

Was there with family on Saturday afternoon. Good selection of food and mountain beer. Everyone enjoyed it. There's even gluten-free pizza and pasta! Unfortunately, the service isn't particularly attentive and the food doesn't come too quickly either.

I ordered the pizza with mozzarella, spinach and salciccia. First of all I got a pizza without salciccia, which wasn't a bad thing because after a comment to the service, I got a new pizza. Unfortunately, 2 hours later I wasn't feeling well at all. Unfortunately I had a bad case of food poisoning that lasted the entire day afterwards... ☹️
