Arche in Ulm

There's something for everyone here! Since I discovered this restaurant, Tuesdays have become an absolute highlight for me. The staff is so friendly, attentive, and courteous that they always put a smile on your face. The dishes are delicious and varied. The vegan menu is also being expanded, and so far, every dish has been a feast for the palate. Thank you, dear Arche team, for your excellent work! Best wishes from your Tuesday regulars :)

An absolute insider tip! The staff is so nice that you almost feel like you're chatting with old friends over dinner. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable. The chef and the waitress even make small requests possible. And best of all: The food is not only super tasty, but also at prices that were definitely written before inflation! Here you can make yourself comfortable with a large selection of food and desserts. There is even an extra smoothie and cocktail menu. Definitely worth a visit! Went in here yesterday after the operation and ate a small salad and a pizza. Both very tasty and a top alternative to eating at BwK. Service also top.

Since our son's 8-month rehabilitation at RKU, we have been to the Ark at BWK at least once a week. Today again - fresh pizza and two delicious burgers, one vegetarian, were served today. As always, perfectly made, beautifully served, and great in taste. The service is also great - friendly and accommodating. Our son's special requests regarding the hamburger were accepted without hesitation and with a smile on his face and implemented in the kitchen. It should also be mentioned that you usually don't have to wait long for your food. At the end there's always an espresso on the house. There's nothing to complain about - keep it up.

Had tiramisu today. Out of 5 stars, I have to give it 10. This was the best tiramisu I've ever had. And I am very critical. Great, just great

I was very enthusiastic about the offer and the service. The cuisine was first class. Even special requests were taken into account. We recommend the schnitzel, which was also available with cheese spaetzle upon request. I will now always eat here when I have the time.

I've been coming here regularly for over six months now when I'm back in the hospital and have been trying to understand the negative reviews ever since, but so far without success. The service, the food, the prices and the portion sizes are impressive. no wishes left unfulfilled. Here you will not only find a more than good alternative to hospital food, but also an all-round package in which I don't miss anything. In the 10 times I've been here I haven't had anything to complain about. Therefore a very clear recommendation from me!!!

Eat here every day as regular customers. Always very satisfied, everything tasty and normal prices. Possibly the best pizza in the area. Weekly menu and season menu available with changing dishes.

Things have been looking up again for about half a year. Staff is available and super friendly. The kitchen has a new chef and the food is delicious. Thanks to the new decoration ideas, the store no longer looks like a school restaurant, but now you can feel really comfortable again. Anyone who is in a surrounding clinic should definitely check whether an event is taking place in the Arche. I see great potential in the store and you can tell that the new staff put their heart and soul into it. Great, keep it up!

With the intention that the food couldn't be worse than hospital food, I went to the “restaurant”. The waiter was completely overwhelmed. The food was ready after about 5-10 minutes. Which is why I recommend eating ready. My schnitzel was completely raw inside. The rest was also more than below average. The waiter said that the schnitzels were new and that's why it happened. I was not offered a replacement for the inedible meat and nothing was deducted from the price or offered anything else. A bitter disappointment.

After 50 minutes of waiting we finally got our order. The salad consisted of ready-made products from a jar with a few fresh lettuce leaves, and the turkey meatball was reminiscent of cheap ready-made meatballs from the discount store. Plus frozen carrots and watery ready-made puree. Simply cruel. A tiny cup of apple crumble was served as dessert. For the price you expected something better.

Food very tasty and service very nice

Huge portions at super fair prices, and it was extremely tasty on top of that. We had schnitzel, currywurst and cheeseburger. What particularly stood out were the crispy fries and the amazing sauce for the currywurst, absolute recommendation. And as you can see in the picture, everyone here is fed up! We will definitely come back.

After waiting almost 50 minutes, I went to the hospital to buy something to eat. Despite speaking to me, the waitress didn't come to me.

The Arche restaurant is very good, nice host, very friendly staff, very tasty food Extra requests are no problem and will be fulfilled I am very satisfied and I think the price/performance ratio is very good! Gladly again and again!

Unfortunately, there is no more food after 2 p.m., even though the shop is open until the evening. However, it is now only open until 6 p.m., not like the stated opening hours. Unfortunately, the owner is always very unfriendly, has a hard time putting a smile on his face and acts like he owns the hospital. The service is mostly very committed to doing a good job, but there is definitely a lack of preparation from the management.

Leider am 21.04.2023 sehr schlecht mit Personal besetzt. Der junge Herr, der als einziger im Service eingesetzt war, bemühte sich sehr, aber über 50 Gäste im Außenbereich zeitnah bedienen zu können, konnte er trotz aller Anstrengung nicht bewältigen. Ansonsten sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und eine gute Speisenauswahl. Wenn die personelle Unterbesetzung der Einzelfall war, durchaus zu empfehlen.

Liegt fußläufig gut erreichbar etwas versteckt zwischen Uniklinik, BWK und RKU. Nicht ausschließlich für BW-Angehörige, ist für die Allgemeinheit geöffnet. Zweckmäßig aber nicht ungemütlich eingerichtet. Speisekarte mit Snacks aber auch warmen Speisen. Burger, Pizza etc. Preis-Leistung fair. Sehr freundliche Servicekraft.

Habe an einigen Tagen dort gegessen. Pizza war sehr lecker und sehr groß. Die Salatteller waren für einen mittleren Hunger ausreichend und schön angerichtet. Auch die Currywurst war gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt, den ich anbringen möchte: Zumindest das Schweineschnitzel ist aus Formfleisch. Ich wäre gerne bereit 2 oder 3 Euro mehr zu zahlen, wenn stattdessen "echtes" Fleisch verwendet würde. Der Service ist freundlich und kompetent.

War mit der Familie zum Essen und auch mit Freunden zum Kaffee & Kuchen da. Die Auswahl ist gut, das Essen hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt, auch die Kleinen waren zufrieden. Dabei ist das Personal freundlich und die Sanitäranlagen sind gepflegt. Die Kuchenauswahl hätte bei unserem Besuch etwas grösser sein können.

Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung+leckeres Essen. Warrn jedesmal sehr zufrieden!!
