Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten am Nachmittag mit der Pizza Salami, die leider etwas sehr knusprig war, wir darüber gesprochen haben und diese von der Rechnung verschwand, habe ich mich am Abend entschieden nochmals die Küche zu testen. Gott sei Dank tat ich es. Ich bestellte Schnitzel paniert mit Spätzle und Soße. Es war spitze und reichlich. Auch der Preis ist angemessen.

Es gibt leider ab 14 Uhr kein Essen mehr, obwohl das Geschäft bis Abends geöffnet ist. Allerdings ist es mittlerweile auch nurnoch bis 18 Uhr geöffnet nicht wie die angegebenen Öffnungszeiten. Der Inhaber ist leider immer sehr unfreundlich, tut sich schwer ein lächeln auf‘s Gesicht zu bringen und verhälst sich so, als würde ihm das Krankenhaus gehören. Der Service ist überwiegend sehr engagiert eine gute Arbeit zu machen, aber da fehlt bestimmt einiges an Vorbereitung durch die Leitung.

Tolles, leckeres Essen. Sehr sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Sehr nettes Personal, die sämtliche Sonderwünsche der Kinder erfüllen!

Wir haben als Familie die Gelegenheit das Krankenhaus kurz verlassen zu können genutzt und haben uns von der Speisekarte verführen lassen um auch dort zu essen. Pizza, Pasta, Burger, Schnitzelvariationen, Salate, vegetarisches und süße Leckereien...für jeden was dabei. Tolle Portionsgröße mit der Bereitschaft die Reste einzupacken, da meine Tochter nicht alles geschafft hatte. So wie der Wirt ist das Personal sehr freundlich, sehr Teenagerfreundlich und humorvoll. Haben uns alle wie ein Familienmitglied gefühlt. Das Ambiente ist nett, insgesamt aber noch ein wenig ausbaufähig. Es ist kein typisches Restarant, aber auch keine Autobahnraststätte. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Frische Zutaten und für die Preise sehr große Portionen. Wir werden garantiert Gäste in der Arche bleiben. Viele Grüße an das Team. Bis zum nächsten Mal :-)

Gutes Essen zu wirklich günstigen Preisen Klare Empfehlung

Ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Das Personal ist so nett, dass man fast das Gefühl hat, mit alten Freunden beim Essen zu quatschen. Das Personal ist super freundlich und sorgt dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Sogar kleine Wünsche macht der Koch und die Bedienung möglich. Und das Beste: Das Essen ist nicht nur super lecker, sondern auch noch zu Preisen, die definitiv vor der Inflation geschrieben wurden! Hier kann man es sich mit einer großen Auswahl an Essen und Desserts gemütlich machen. Es gibt sogar eine extra Smoothie und Cocktailkarte. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! Dear future guest, This restaurant impressed me not only with its exquisite dishes but, above all, with its very friendly and competent service. I've rarely had such a positive experience in a restaurant! With both the portions and the taste just right, the price is definitely worth a visit. Hier ist für jeden etwas dabei! Seitdem ich dieses Restaurant entdeckt habe, ist der Dienstag für mich zu einem absoluten Highlight geworden. Das Personal ist so freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, dass einem immer wieder ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert wird. Die Gerichte sind sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Very good food and very friendly service. Would recommend.

I checked in here yesterday after surgery and ate a small salad and a pizza. Both were delicious and a great alternative to the food at the BwK. The service was also excellent.

Since our son's 8-month rehabilitation at RKU, we have been to the Ark at BWK at least once a week. Today again - fresh pizza and two delicious burgers, one vegetarian, were served today. As always, perfectly made, beautifully served, and great in taste. The service is also great - friendly and accommodating. Our son's special requests regarding the hamburger were accepted without hesitation and with a smile on his face and implemented in the kitchen. It should also be mentioned that you usually don't have to wait long for your food. At the end there's always an espresso on the house. There's nothing to complain about - keep it up.

Had tiramisu today. Out of 5 stars, I have to give it 10. This was the best tiramisu I've ever had. And I am very critical. Great, just great

I was very enthusiastic about the offer and the service. The cuisine was first class. Even special requests were taken into account. We recommend the schnitzel, which was also available with cheese spaetzle upon request. I will now always eat here when I have the time.

I've been coming here regularly for over six months now when I'm back in the hospital and have been trying to understand the negative reviews ever since, but so far without success. The service, the food, the prices and the portion sizes are impressive. no wishes left unfulfilled. Here you will not only find a more than good alternative to hospital food, but also an all-round package in which I don't miss anything. In the 10 times I've been here I haven't had anything to complain about. Therefore a very clear recommendation from me!!!

Things have been looking up again for about half a year. Staff is available and super friendly. The kitchen has a new chef and the food is delicious. Thanks to the new decoration ideas, the store no longer looks like a school restaurant, but now you can feel really comfortable again. Anyone who is in a surrounding clinic should definitely check whether an event is taking place in the Arche. I see great potential in the store and you can tell that the new staff put their heart and soul into it. Great, keep it up!

Eat here every day as regular customers. Always very satisfied, everything tasty and normal prices. Possibly the best pizza in the area. Weekly menu and season menu available with changing dishes.

Super nice staff and the food is on the table quickly. I always like to eat there on my lunch break. I can only warmly recommend it 🫶

With the intention that the food couldn't be worse than hospital food, I went to the “restaurant”. The waiter was completely overwhelmed. The food was ready after about 5-10 minutes. Which is why I recommend eating ready. My schnitzel was completely raw inside. The rest was also more than below average. The waiter said that the schnitzels were new and that's why it happened. I was not offered a replacement for the inedible meat and nothing was deducted from the price or offered anything else. A bitter disappointment.

After 50 minutes of waiting we finally got our order. The salad consisted of ready-made products from a jar with a few fresh lettuce leaves, and the turkey meatball was reminiscent of cheap ready-made meatballs from the discount store. Plus frozen carrots and watery ready-made puree. Simply cruel. A tiny cup of apple crumble was served as dessert. For the price you expected something better.

Food very tasty and service very nice

Huge portions at super fair prices, and it was extremely tasty on top of that. We had schnitzel, currywurst and cheeseburger. What particularly stood out were the crispy fries and the amazing sauce for the currywurst, absolute recommendation. And as you can see in the picture, everyone here is fed up! We will definitely come back.

After waiting almost 50 minutes, I went to the hospital to buy something to eat. Despite speaking to me, the waitress didn't come to me.

The Arche restaurant is very good, nice host, very friendly staff, very tasty food Extra requests are no problem and will be fulfilled I am very satisfied and I think the price/performance ratio is very good! Gladly again and again!

Leider am 21.04.2023 sehr schlecht mit Personal besetzt. Der junge Herr, der als einziger im Service eingesetzt war, bemühte sich sehr, aber über 50 Gäste im Außenbereich zeitnah bedienen zu können, konnte er trotz aller Anstrengung nicht bewältigen. Ansonsten sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und eine gute Speisenauswahl. Wenn die personelle Unterbesetzung der Einzelfall war, durchaus zu empfehlen.

Liegt fußläufig gut erreichbar etwas versteckt zwischen Uniklinik, BWK und RKU. Nicht ausschließlich für BW-Angehörige, ist für die Allgemeinheit geöffnet. Zweckmäßig aber nicht ungemütlich eingerichtet. Speisekarte mit Snacks aber auch warmen Speisen. Burger, Pizza etc. Preis-Leistung fair. Sehr freundliche Servicekraft.

Habe an einigen Tagen dort gegessen. Pizza war sehr lecker und sehr groß. Die Salatteller waren für einen mittleren Hunger ausreichend und schön angerichtet. Auch die Currywurst war gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt, den ich anbringen möchte: Zumindest das Schweineschnitzel ist aus Formfleisch. Ich wäre gerne bereit 2 oder 3 Euro mehr zu zahlen, wenn stattdessen "echtes" Fleisch verwendet würde. Der Service ist freundlich und kompetent.

War mit der Familie zum Essen und auch mit Freunden zum Kaffee & Kuchen da. Die Auswahl ist gut, das Essen hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt, auch die Kleinen waren zufrieden. Dabei ist das Personal freundlich und die Sanitäranlagen sind gepflegt. Die Kuchenauswahl hätte bei unserem Besuch etwas grösser sein können.
