Review: Unfortunately, I have to share a very negative experience. The way guests were treated was disrespectful and condescending. It felt like the staff were treating me as if I were asking for a favor, rather than being a paying customer. The hot chocolate I ordered was a huge disappointment. It was served as an unstirred lump of chocolate powder in lukewarm milk – absolutely inedible and technically unacceptable. The only positive highlight, and what somewhat salvaged the experience, was the tiramisu. This was actually very good and demonstrated the skill of the kitchen staff. Overall, a visit that I absolutely do not recommend, and which only avoids receiving the worst rating because of the dessert.

Very, very delicious tomato soup. The schnitzel is also quite good. And the prices are reasonable.

Pretty interesting! My first time being served by a tablet robot! 😄 The food was delicious too. Since we had the Christmas discount coupons, it wasn't too expensive.

We visited the Mömax restaurant for the first time today and were thrilled. The wonderful ambiance—modern, colorful, and bright—is incredibly inviting. For lunch, we had duck breast with red cabbage and dumplings, and I can honestly say it was the most delicious duck breast I've ever eaten. A huge compliment to the chef and, of course, to the lovely waitress. And because we felt so comfortable, we couldn't resist having coffee there as well. The cakes were so incredibly delicious that we couldn't stop at just one slice. (So we skipped dinner! 😂). Everything about this place is just perfect, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

I often come here with my family for breakfast, but this time it was very disappointing. It started with the server who rudely asked, "Where are your coupons?" Then the breakfast arrived, and all the cheese slices were dried out, as if the finished plate had been sitting out for a while. The tomatoes were already spoiled. It's fine that the servers take breaks, but standing at the open counter eating breakfast and staring at the guests is unacceptable. The woman who was there yesterday should receive training on how to behave towards guests/customers.

This is what system catering can look like. The price/performance ratio is right. The waiters are very attentive and friendly.

We had a wonderful welcome at the Mömax Schnellerstraße restaurant. My mother, 79, and I, 53, wanted a light breakfast and coffee after shopping. As we looked into the cake display, a very friendly employee with dark hair and glasses came over and said in a very good mood, #You should sit down, there's nothing here. And our hunger vanished immediately. His colleague apologized again afterwards. 1. I don't know this man, why is he on first name terms with me? 2. If he doesn't feel like working or is in a bad mood, he would like to give his position to someone else. Great service, thanks for nothing.

I've had the newsletter for a year and a half and regularly take advantage of the food specials. We were there again yesterday. For the first time since the renovations. We were impressed by the remodeled dining area. Very friendly service. A small highlight was the robot waiter. Freshly prepared food. We enjoyed it. The newsletter allowed us to select the daily specials in advance. This made ordering faster. And the newsletter allowed us to save a lot of money. Which is nothing to be sniffed at for a family these days. We were very satisfied.

Disastrous service; staff make rude comments, it just makes you feel uncomfortable. Not recommended to anyone.

Even the friendly service doesn't disguise the frozen pizza with extra toppings. You're eating at a furniture store, not an Italian restaurant. The place offers plenty of space, nice decor, and a service robot.

You're practically yelled at, "Just sit down, the waiter will come..." while others are simply told to "sit down." I've been sitting for ten minutes and I'm still hungry. I'm going to the Edeka restaurant now; at least you get served there.

I am a courier service and can always deliver packages within half an hour.

Unprofessional and rude – that pretty much sums up the two older ladies we had on Saturday. They couldn't even manage to check the bills for the right tables. They seemed totally stressed and overwhelmed. Incidentally, they withheld the coupon cards from us and took them away from our table right outside. It seemed like they didn't want the guests outside to see the coupons. Ordering and paying took ages. Some guests even left because the ladies didn't bother to show themselves outside. One of the ladies even said, "How many more times do I have to go out there?" She always came back empty-handed, by the way. Tables were left piled high with dishes. It could be fun with wasps in the summer. We certainly won't be coming back; we felt very uncomfortable.

The duck is highly recommended (takes a little longer but is delicious)

Who thinks a cheap lunch is no good? Unfortunately he is wrong here! I was there for a late lunch on January 30, 25 (spaghetti Napoli with small rump steak 150g) and on January 31, 25 (spaghetti cabonara). I have to say that I really enjoyed it. We saved on salt and pepper, but what are salt and pepper mills for? All in all a successful meal on both days.

We wanted to eat something quickly before we went through mömax. The schnitzel with Letscho (€9.90) was probably quite good. I wanted to treat myself to grilled chicken breast fillet with fries (€13.90). I should plan on waiting around 20 minutes for this. That sounded pretty good, it would probably be fresh. Unfortunately, the amount of fillet was very limited and it was definitely not grilled. The meat had a glassy consistency with no taste, so I didn't finish it. When I asked, I was told that it was even organic meat?! I won't eat there again. You should be able to expect more for the money. At least it doesn't seem to have been bad. Then it's better to go a little further to Edeka. You definitely get more and better for your money there.

The food is very average. Then they kick you out if you stay too long (over an hour) even though it's still very empty.

The waiter is arrogant and unfriendly. Restaurant/canteen is right next to the Corona test center. If someone wants to get infected, this canteen is the right place. EDIT after Corona; Restaurant quite OK, no longer required to wear a mask or be vaccinated

The employee (cook) was responsible for the cash register and was not in the best mood that day. In my opinion, he made a fool of a customer in front of us and she ended up leaving without buying anything to eat. The schnitzel had a very bad Champion sauce as you can see in the photo. Luckily, I won't be able to get back there any time soon in the next few years. I can't recommend it. You could eat fries.

Honest ! With all that being said, the prices for breakfast are astronomical (e.g.: normal roll €1.30, 0.33l Pepsi €3.60). The joke is, the breakfast menu is served without rolls but with 2 pieces of white bread and a butter croissant. Unfortunately I won't be coming here anymore🥲

Ich finde trotzdem das es ein Schell Restaurants ist, relativ gut. Essen entspricht Preis-Leistung, Ambiente ist schön gestaltet und freundlich sind die Mitarbeiter auch noch. Nichts zu meckern. Angebote kommen per SMS per Link, die lohnen sich wenn man 3€ sparen kann.

Leider ist in den Prospekten kein genaues Datum von wann bis wann ein Sonderangebot gilt. Das führte dazu, das wir ein angekündigtes Frühstücksangebot so nicht erhalten haben.

Waren zum Mittag dort und Bedienung sowie Essen top und preislich für die Portionen echt fair. Essen war warm und sogar für das Baby konnte man den mitgebrachten Brei erwärmen 👍 Alles sauber und gemütlich. Wir waren positiv überrascht und können das Restaurant weiterempfehlen!

So ein toller Laden wir gehen da oft frühstücken und Mittagessen haben uns eine Anrichte gekauft die wurde runter gesetzt die sieht super aus auch einen Kleinen Haushaltsschrank habe ich mir gekauft alles perfekt Ambiente alles sieht super aus man fühlt sich dort richtig wohl

Tolle wirklich schmackhafte Gerichte zu erschwinglichen Preisen und mit Coupon noch günstiger. Ob Frühstück ,Mittagessen oder Kaffee und Kuchen es schmeckt alles sooooooooooo gut. Unsere Favoriten sind die Currywurst mit Pommes, die Crispy Chicken Bowl und die Piccata.Das Mittagessen wird frisch für jeden einzelnen zubereitet und vom super netten Personal an den Tisch gebracht. Das ist hier keine Kantinenabfertigung wie man es aus anderen Möbelhäusern vielleicht kennt. So nett und gastfreundlich wird das Essen in manch einem Restaurant nicht serviert. Ein ganz dickes Dankeschön an alle in der Küche und der Bedienung. Das Essen ist jedesmal ein Erlebnis. Das Frühstück ist absolut klasse ob klein mit Croissant und Marmelade oder das Große für Zwei mit Spiegel/Rührei und Saft, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wer immer noch Hunger hat kann sich ein köstliches Kaffee/Kuchen Gedeck schmecken lassen.Hierbei ist die Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte besonders zu erwähnen.Alles in Allem 100 Punkte.

Essen leider aus der Friteuse. Man war aber sehr bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Für 5,90 € ist das mal wirklich ein faires Angebot ; es handelt sich hier um das Dienstags Tagesmenü , das sonst wohl 8,90 € kostet . Den Preis ist es , meiner Meinung nach allerdings nicht Wert... Sorry.

Eckelhaftes TK-Food zum Höchstpreis. Danke nie wieder .... Bei Edeka 3m weiter erhaltet ihr leckeres frisches und warmes Essen zum fairen Preis. Ein Vergleich lohnt sich 😉

Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen über die Gastronomie bei Mömax nicht. Wir haben schon sehr gut hier gegessen. Currywurst mit Pommes Frites (und die Pommes Frites waren sehr lecker), Hähnchen Schnitzel etc. und nicht zu vergessen der Service Küche ist sehr freundlich. Wir kommen immer gern wieder zum shoppen und danach auf einen Kaffee oder ein Menü.

Für ein Kaufhausrestaurant gutes und preiswertes Angebot.

Vor dem Shoppen gemütlich Frühstücken oft sehr preiswert . Kann man immer empfehlen. Freundliches Personal sauber auch die Toilette . Coronatest kostenlos zumindest steht draußen tran. Bin nicht sicher.

Ein toller Rundgang durch das ganze Haus und zum Schluß das Essen im Restaurant für sage und schreibe 5.90€.

Billig ist was anderes, aber zumindestens hat es gut geschmeckt. Für zwei Personen Spaghetti mit Hähnchen und Cordon bleu mit Pommes und jeweils ein Getränk waren 25 € fällig. Aber lieber so als dass das Essen nicht schmecken würde.

Freundliche Beratung und gepflegte Auswahl. Haben ein tolles und günstiges Angebot für Gartenmöbel gefunden.

Gemütlicher Ort für eine Rast nach dem Shopping. Auswahl ist reichlich. Das Personal war freundlich und brachte unsere bestellten Speisen auch zu uns an den Tisch. Auch auf "Sonderwünsche " würden eingegangen !!!

Schönes Möbelhaus erinnert ein wenig an ikea

letzten Donnerstag waren wir hier zum zweiten mal Essen, aber leider kann ich es nicht weiter empfehlen, weil das Essen immer nur lauwarm ist und die Pommes Frites sind sowas von dünn, dann waren es nur Krümel und verbrannt waren sie auch noch. Habe in meinen Leben noch nie so schlechte Pommes Frites gegessen und bekommen. Wir dachten beim ersten mal es war nur einversehen.

Das Essen ist ziemlich teuer. Um die 6-7€ für ein Schnitzel mit Pommes. Genug Platz ist vorhanden und die Toiletten gleich daneben. Sonst okay.

Lecker, und Preislich Joa... Tische sollten sie öfters mal richtig wischen, da immer das von 3 kunden/Gästen davor dran klebt.
