Alles super, nur etwas gehobene Kantinenatmosphäre. Würde es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Preis- Leistung ist gut.

Gerne hätte ich in diesem Lokal am 1 Mai gefrühstückt, das Personal hat einen aber komplett ignoriert. Eine Kellnerin war ständig an ihrem Handy, die andere wirkte etwas überfordert. Auch nach 20 Minuten warten, wurde man keines Blickes gewürdigt und man konnte nicht mal einen Kaffe bestellen, oder irgendwie auf sich aufmerksam machen, man war einfach Luft für die Damen, für mich ein absolutes no Go. Wird haben den Laden dann leider hungrig verlassen müssen und sind zur Konkurrenz. Sehr Schade, da die Speisekarte sehr gut aussah, beim Personal sollte man aber vielleicht noch mal schauen, die Kundenfreundlichkeit ist ausbaufähig.

Wir waren schon unzählige Male im Mokka. Früher immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Allerdings hat der Service bei den letzten Besuchen enorm nachgelassen. Heute zum Mittagessen haben wir 20 Minuten warten müssen bis die Kellnerin sich vom Ihrem privaten Gespräch 2 Tische weiter auf der Außenterasse zu uns bemüht hat. Und dies obwohl diese und mehrfach angeschaut hat. Absolutes No Go. Essen ist zwar immer wirklich gut und die Terasse schön ruhig und gemütlich, aber dies zieht das ganze wirklich runter.

Es ist ein sehr schöner Laden. Sehr offen und lichtdurchflutet. Für jede Gruppengröße gibt es ein paar passende Tische, aber auch sehr begrenzt, gerade zu den Stoßzeiten. Da sollte man schon einen Tisch reservieren. Nun zu unserem Essen. Wir haben uns alle drei das gleiche Tagesmenü - Hähnchen-Gyros mit Süßkartoffelnpommes, Bärlauch-Zaziki dazu Bauernsalat mit Fetakäse bestellt. Eigentlich war es nur mit normalen Pommes, aber wir konnten es gegen einen Aufpreis ändern. Optisch sah es sehr lecker aus und hat auch geschmeckt. Aber geschmacklich hatte es mit Gyrus und Zaziki nichts zutun. Der Zaziki war ansich nur eine Joghurtsoße mit etwas Grün drin. Der typische Geschmack fehlte vollkommen. Der Service war sehr nett und geduldig. Da wir noch auf jemanden gewartet hatten.

Wenn man kleine Kinder hat, ist dies eine echte Empfehlung. Das Essen ist mehr als fair, und die Bedienung wirklich bislang immer top gewesen. Einziges Manko, man fühlt sich ein bisschen wie in einem Büro. Dennoch komme ich hier gern wieder.

Ich habe meinen Geburtstag hier gefeiert und es war sehr gelungen und schön. Wir waren überraschend 3 Personen mehr als reserviert und es wurde sehr souverän und problemlos im Nu eine Lösung gefunden. Dafür nochmal einen besonderen Dank! Das war wirklich toll und sehr angenehm. Ebenso wie der Service, das Frühstück und das Ambiente auch ausgezeichnet waren. Ein ganz besonderes Plus bekommt noch die Spielecke. Das ist wirklich eine tolle Sache für die Kinder 🫶

Am Wochenende spontan einen Platz zum Frühstück zu bekommen, ist ohne Reservierung etwas schwierig. Das Essen war gut und die Bedienung war freundlich.

Eine Frechheit der Laden, wollen im Mittags Menu für Ihren Mokka Burger 10,90 haben...alles gut., hätte ich auch genommen...war aber ausverkauft...dann wollte man mir den Burger für 13,90 anbieten, der auf der normalen Speisekarte steht...auf die Frage hin wo den der Preisunterschied herkommt...wusste man keine Antwort. Ach ja die Pommes kosten dann nochmal 4,60 extra...verar..... kann ich mich selber.

Mittagskarte sehr gut, Preis/Leistung ebenfalls. Freundliche Bedienung. Das Wohlgefühl leidet manchmal, wenn der Lärm im großen angrenzenden Raum durch Kinder überhand nimmt.

Every time, it's an incredibly relaxing, soothing, and sensory-pampering experience! The service is always prompt and courteous, and requests are always met with great enthusiasm. As for the food, you can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. I can especially recommend the salmon here; it simply melts in your mouth. A true asset to our city!

Unprofessional service. We sat unattended for a good 15 minutes, even though three of the four employees clearly saw us. Instead of serving, they preferred to wipe down empty tables and chat. Finally, we left – without a word, without an apology, just as ignored as when we arrived. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident: We've had to wait long hours in the past several times and actively challenge the staff to even take our order. I would not recommend it.

Today was our last visit here. My husband had a burger with sweet potato fries, and I had the watermelon salad. Our food simply didn't arrive. After waiting an hour, we inquired, and it finally arrived. My husband's food was fine. My watermelon salad looked like it had probably been sitting out for the entire hour. Everything was swimming in leaked liquid, and the feta cheese had almost completely dissolved in it. It was simply inedible. At least I got a refund for my drink. Still, it was very disappointing.

We went there for breakfast. There's a relatively large selection. We ordered scrambled eggs with mushrooms. This was served with salad and a roll. We also ordered a plate with a croissant, waffle, fruit, honey, and yogurt. We had cappuccino for our hot drink. Everything tasted good. The prices are a bit below average. The service was friendly.

First, I tried the breakfast. It was absolutely excellent value for money. I highly recommend it.

I visited Mokka in Viersen and was overall very satisfied. The food was truly delicious – fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The service was also attentive and friendly; I immediately felt welcome. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and everything seemed well-maintained. The only downside is the ambiance – being located in the heart of the city administration building, it lacks a bit of the cozy atmosphere you might otherwise expect from a café visit. Nevertheless: If you're looking for good coffee and delicious food with friendly service, this is definitely the place to be!

Edit: After the disaster a few weeks ago, I spontaneously went there for brunch with a friend today. Courteous, attentive service, very tasty food. We made reservations and enjoyed the first May sun on the terrace. We had a big breakfast, a starter plate, a portion of sweet potato fries, cold drinks and an espresso afterwards. And finally, a nice conversation with the boss and an honest apology. Thank you for that, we felt very comfortable and welcome! I've been sitting here at table 41 for 23 minutes now and am being ignored. I actually wanted to have lunch. Too bad.

The quality of the mocha depends partly on the day. The waitresses are always nice, but not always attentive. If you forget the main ingredient in a vegetarian burger (the sheep's cheese) and the customer asks: "That can happen!" comments and then delivers the sheep's cheese to top yourself, then that is the wrong answer. Basically, Mokka is a shop that is still easy to visit in Viersen. Addendum April 2025: the one new operation is a catastrophe. Despite making eye contact, she doesn't come to the table until 10 minutes later (even though nothing else was going on). She then places the drinks on the large, wide tables so far away from you that you have to get up to get them yourself. For further orders you have to go to the counter because they simply don't check on the guests every now and then. The food didn't come at the same time. The sweet potato fries were so burnt that they were returned. Not edible. Too bad. I actually like the mocha and I like to support local gastronomy. But this urgently needs to be improved. Hence the star deduction, which I would be happy to increase again the next time I have a positive experience.

For me a completely overrated location. There isn't much choice in Viersen. Long waits every time I've been there, no matter how full or empty the restaurant was. Significantly more sales could have been made with drinks. You feel like you're on display there. Nice atmosphere is different. The mornings were unbearable because of the mother gang and loud children.

Yes, I can recommend the mocha, you sit comfortably, there is something for everyone to eat, both sweet and savory. Price, performance is good.

A Sunday in Café Mocca – a pleasure for all the senses Today I visited Café Mocca in Viersen and it was a real pleasure! As soon as you enter you can feel the warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior exudes cosiness and the loving decoration makes it the perfect place to leave everyday life behind. The service was incredibly friendly – ​​warm, attentive and always with a smile on their faces. It's rare to feel so welcome. And the best part? The food and drinks! Everything was fresh, lovingly prepared and simply delicious. No matter whether you're in the mood for something sweet or savory - everyone gets their money's worth here. Especially on a Sunday, it's the perfect place to relax and treat yourself. A big compliment to the Café Mocca team – I’ll definitely be back!

Cozy food and especially great with children as there is a well-stocked play area. Never seen this anywhere else. The menu changes regularly or is supplemented and there is always a season ticket. The breakfast is unbeatable and cannot compete with any other restaurant. The selection alone is convincing. If you want delicious, non-fancy food, you will find it here.

08/10/2024 Always worth a visit. Highly recommended is the very rich grill plate for two people: 2 bacon-wrapped pork medallions, 2 small steaks, 2 pieces of chicken breast; further: Salad for 2 people, vegetable side dish... 1 portion of regular fries, 1 portion of sweet potato fries (extremely tasty). A dip for the fries and a portion of herb butter round off the menu. Currently just under €31 for 2 people is my tip. Staff is very friendly. Hygiene also not to be complained about. Hence the highest rating this time. A year ago: I went there at lunchtime today. There are daily changing dishes at an offer price of currently €9.90. However, from the very extensive menu I chose pork medallions in bacon with pepper sauce, fried potatoes and salad. Since the onions between the fried potatoes were a little burnt - not bad - unfortunately no 5 stars for the otherwise very tasty meal, which was served quickly. The service was friendly and unobtrusive. The location is architecturally modern and airy, you feel comfortable. There is also an outdoor area. I will certainly come back there.

A nice and cozy shop where you can have a coffee or eat something if you're hungry. The staff was sometimes just a bit forgetful but in the end we got everything we ordered. Both the waffles and the tarte flambée were delicious. The portions are normal. Not particularly big but not small either.

Food came quickly. Service a bit slow but very friendly. (It was also warm so everything was fine) Portion size really cheeky for the high price. It was really tasty, but you won't get full there. You could almost count the fries on two hands and the pieces of meat too. I think carrot salad consisted of half a mini carrot.

You can have a very good and cheap lunch here. Great drink selection. I can highly recommend the baked potato pan and the fresh lime tea.

Wanted to have a drink outside. Young people came with kebabs from Taco Döner and ate them on their furniture at Cafe Mokka. Then I left. Not the first time something has happened in front of the cafe. The staff don't understand why nothing is said.

Had a good meal there. If your senses shine in the evening you can sit outside there. Bus station is around the corner. Also very easy to reach by bike. Parking spaces are not far away either.

13.70 for a hamburger, 3.10 for fries and 60 cents. for mayonnaise. Including the drink I was over 21 euros. The hamburger was small and too fluffy for me. The bun had been left in the toaster for far too long. For me the price/performance ratio wasn't right.

Verlässliche Adresse für gutes Frühstück und Lunch ! Wer mit Kindern kommt, hat im Foyer des Rathauses Platz und Möglichkeiten zum Spielen. Das ist toll, so kommen alle zu ihrem Recht und ihrer Entspannung !

Wir saßen nicht im Café selbst, sondern in der sehr kühlen, sterilen und ungemütlichen Lobby von dem Gebäude. Man müsste da mal ein paar Trennwände oder Pflanzen aufstellen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber es ist eine Frechheit (!) 3,8€ für ein Glas 0,3L Hafermilch zu verlangen. Das finde ich nicht ok!

Essen und Service sind soweit in Ordnung. Allerdings geht einem die viel zu laute und aggressive Copyright Musik mies auf den Sack. Ruhige Hintergrund Musik wäre deutlich angebrachter!

Pozdrawiam te obie Panie Polki. Szczególnie tą troszkę wyższą. Jedzenie było pyszne, chodź trochę mało jak na mnie. Za to Pani(do wyższej) wygląda Pani naprawdę olśniewająco i naprawdę ja tracę głowe na Pani widok. I to widać niestety. Chodź druga z Pani niczemu nie ustępuje, to jednak Pani dla mnie wygląda naprawdę piękne. Jedzenie wyśmienite chodź sosik miał czapkę ciut za dużo soli (jak dla mnie) to nadal jedzenie nie dość że podane po królewsku to jeszcze jedzenie było przepyszne. Jadłem około 5 minut od zamówienia. 16:10 wejście i już po chwili zamówiona kawa i po 2 minutach zamówione danie.

Wir kommen so gerne hier hin in Viersen gibt es kaum ein anderes Lokal wo unsere 3 jährige sich beschäftigen kann während wir gemeinsam schnakleln und essen. Das Ambiente ist im großen Foyer nicht besonders schön aber viel Platz für viele Menschen sind gegeben an einem Tisch können ca 12 Personen sitzen Preis Leistung stimmt auch überein.

Gemuetlich, drinnen, wie draussen, sehr viel Platz, und ein sehr sympatisches und freundliches Personal. Behindertengerechter Eingang und WC, und 1 Aufzug. Ist vorhanden.

Unser Besuch im MOKKA war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Bedienung und der Inhaber waren sehr freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Essen war sehr lecker und hochwertig. Der einzig kleine "Kritikpunkt", die Sprühsahne zur Waffel. Das ist aber "jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-) Man sollte bei seiner Bewertung auch berücksichtigen, wie schwer die Gastronomie es durch diverse Umstände hat, wovon man sich als Gast gar kein Bild von machen kann. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nette Mitarbeitende, knusprige Brötchen, leckerer Kaffee und Kakao, Spiegelei und Rührei genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gläser sind zwar nicht mehr die neusten und sehen unappetitlich aus ,dafür ist das Essen sehr gut und die Bedienung nett!

Service und Essen waren top. Innen stehen die Tische im offiziellen Bereich etwas eng, sodass Gespräche ohne Zuhörer vom Nachbartisch im eigentlichen Innenbereich schwer möglich sind. An langen Tischen können größere Gruppen im offenen Areal des Rathauses Platz nehmen. Rustkale und bequeme Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Sonnenschirmen im Außenbereich. Es empfiehlt sich zum Frühstück oder zum Mittagsbereich zu reservieren. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Der Service immer freundlich. Ein Besuch lohnt sich unter Garantie!
