China Restaurant in Viersen

Früher war es hier definitiv besser. Die Auswahl hat sich leider stark verkleinert. die Vielfalt von früher vermisse ich sehr – das ist leider keine Übertreibung. Man merkt während den Aufenthalt im laden wie nerveus das Personal sind wie unhöflich und unsympathisch die wirken Da wo die gäste platziert sind klimaanlage ausgeachaltet und da wo niemanden sitz komischweise an hä. ​Da man als Kunde hier den vollen Preis bezahlt, erwarte ich auch die entsprechende Leistung und eine angemessene Auswahl. Aktuell stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich leider nicht mehr.

An die „2“ Gäste die „3“ Rezensionen schreiben um uns zu schaden. Wer denkt, eine Getränkeflat sei ein Freifahrtschein, um stundenlang jedes Maß zu verlieren liegt falsch. Wir haben Hausrecht und entscheiden selbst, wen wir in unserem Restaurant bewirten. Respektlose, unverschämte und dreiste Gäste müssen bei uns nicht noch einmal erscheinen. Wer sich nicht benehmen kann, ist bei uns schlicht fehl am Platz. Die vielen zufriedenen Stammgäste sprechen für sich.

Wir haben jedoch schnell gemerkt, dass das Restaurant den Gürtel enger geschnallt hat. ​Der eigentliche Hammer kam aber erst noch: Nach etwa zwei bis drei Stunden riefen wir den Betreiber, um zu bezahlen. Daraufhin mussten wir uns in gebrochenem Deutsch folgendes anhören: „Ich habe Minus mit euch gemacht! Gehen Sie woanders hin, versuchen Sie es woanders!“ ​Wir waren absolut schockiert über diese Aussage. Es ist wirklich schlimm geworden, wenn man sich so etwas anhören muss. Anstatt die Gäste anzuschreien und rauszuschmeißen, sollte der Betreiber lieber seine Geschäftsbedingungen oder Preise ändern! Eigentlich hätten wir direkt die Polizei verständigen sollen, aber...

Ein Beitrag zum Lehrgang für Gastronomen "Wie versaue ich meinen Gästen den Abend?": Das Essen des Abendbuffet war durchaus zufriedenstellend sowie die Bedienung bzgl. der Versorgung mit Getränken. Doch dann wurden wir mit dem Hinweis, man hätte mit uns als Gäste ein "Minus" gemacht, de facto hinaus geworfen. Dies ist eine Frechheit und Respektlosigkeit sondergleichen gegenüber Gästen. Man könnte sogar eine Vertragsverletzung seitens des Restaurants beanstanden. Wer ein Abendbuffet mit "All you can eat" mit samt Getränken anbietet, muss damit rechnen, daß trinkfeste Gäste mit gesegnetem Appetit dies bis zum Limit ausreizen. Wenn dies sich als teuer erweist, kann er das Angebot etwa auf zwei Stunden beschränken und auf seiner Speicherkarte bzw. Internetseite ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen. Da wir unsere Teller auch ordentlich leer gegessen haben, lag von unserer keinerlei Verstoß gegen die "Vertragsbedingungen " vor geschweige ein Grund uns derart unverschämt anzugehen. Abgesehen davon war es zudem merkwürdig, dass die Klimaanlage in den Nebenräumen funktionierte, nicht aber den Haupträumen des Restaurants. Wer so seine Gäste so verärgert, darf sich über demnächst ins Haus stehende Insolvenz wundern.

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.

Wir haben essen bestellt zum Mitnehmen. Die Preise waren schon hoch ,im Gegensatz zu anderen. Aber das essen hatte leider kaum Geschmack.

Immernoch die beste Peking Suppe landesweit!

Essen ist sehr gut ! Service ist auch gut. Wir hatten Bufette mit Softdrinks incl. für 29 € p.P.. Es gab sogar einen Kaffee Vollautomaten mit vielen Varietationen. Ich kann es nur Empfelen!

Immer sehr gut, wir lieben dieses Restaurant alles Immer sehr sauber und organisiert das Essen ist ausgezeichnet der Service immer sehr freundlich

Wir gehen hier wirklich sehr gerne und auch sehr oft essen. Das Personal ist jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und entgegenkommend. Besonders am Wochenende mit dem großen Büfett schmeckt für uns alles hervorragend und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Für das Essen haben wir dennoch vier Sterne vergeben, weil wir festgestellt haben, dass es wochentags mittags manchmal ein kleines bisschen anders schmeckt als am Wochenende. Woran das liegt, können wir natürlich nicht beurteilen. Insgesamt essen wir trotzdem immer sehr gerne hier und können das Restaurant absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, dass es euch gibt.

Was für ein schönes Restaurant! Wir haben köstlich gegessen; alles war erstklassig. Die Stammgäste wurden stets freundlich bedient. Wir kommen aus dem Ausland und hatten manchmal das Gefühl, zu stören, obwohl wir uns gar nicht danebenbenommen haben. Es ist angenehm belebt und hat eine schöne Atmosphäre.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Es schmeckt alles super lecker. Nachtisch reichlich, super lecker. Bitte weiter so.

War an unserem Hochzeitstag dort essen. Alles was ich mir aus dem Bufet ausgesucht hatte hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Meine Frau war auch sehr zufrieden mit dem Essen. Der Preis scheint eher zu teuer, spiegelt sich aber in der Qulität des Essens wieder. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu Empfehlen.

Wir waren schon mehrere Male dort essen. Es war wie immer sehr lecker 😋 Leckere Gerichte zur Auswahl, Gerichte vom Grill werden nicht "total gebraten", das Personal ist flott und sehr freundlich. Wir werden auch weiterhin hierher zum Essen kommen.

Das erste mal dort essen gewesen und im Chop Suey direkt auf ekelhaft hartes Stück/ Knorpel und Knochen gebissen … das geht gar nicht! Fleisch muss ordentlich geschnitten werden und nicht oberflächlich, um möglichst wenig wegzuschneiden! Weil auf Knochen und Knorpel zu beissen und Angst sich die Zähne dabei zu beschädigen, verdirbt sofort und langfristig den Appetit. Wir werden hier nie mehr hingehen, weil das ist ein KO-Kriterium

Ich bin damals mit der Familie regelmäßig hin und das Essen war immer gut egal wie voll der Laden ist Aber gestern Nein Das Essen war nicht mal mittelmäßig es war schlecht ich musste die Hälfte zurück schicken da es ungenießbar war Hab mir das nen teller frisch braten lassen Joar Tiegerganelen waren alles aber nicht frisch die zweite soagr ranzig Die Muscheln genauso wenig Eine davon war auch schlecht stark bitter und sehr eklig Mein Vater hatte Magenschmerzen ohne Ende Ich hab Magenbeschwerden Meine Mutter ist die einzige der es gut ging Sogar in der cola hattest du Ablage Reste und selbst das hat nicht geschmeckt wie es sollte Noch nie das ich nach nichtmal 2 vollen Tellern wo ich auch essen zurück gebe sagte nein nicht weiter Ich gehe War den Preis überhaupt nicht wert

Ich bin sehr gerne da war heute auch dort mit meine Mann bin sehr zufrieden und kann es jeden empfehlen sehr lecker und sehr sauber und sehr freundlich

Sehr große und leckere Buffet Auswahl

Freitag abend (Karnevalswochenende) spontan ohne Reservierung dort eingekehrt und freundlich empfangen worden. Zwei Erwachsene, ein junger Teenager und ein Säugling(Hochstuhl wurde sofort an den Tisch gebracht) sind trotz des eher überschaubaren, aber völlig ausreichenden und leckeren Buffets, sehr satt geworden. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Das Buffet hat reichlich Auswahl, ist hochwertig und sehr lecker! Für die ganz Durstigen lohnt die Getränke Flatrate in Höhe von 6 Euro, da 2 Softdrinks schon bei 7 Euro liegen. Vorsicht: Die Slushies sind nur in der Flatrate enthalten und gehören nicht zum Buffet. Die Beschriftung vor Ort war missverständlich! Die Location ist wirklich zauberhaft, glitzernde Kronleuchter und Wandlampen. Alles hübsch und sauber. Parkplätze vor der Türe sind auch praktisch.

Essen schlechte Qualität, der Service Na ja sagen wir er war stets bemüht. Die Preise sind wie überall zu teuer Cappuccino 3.00€ Kaffee 3.50€ kommt dann noch extra dazu

Das Essen in diesem Restaurant war einfach mega lecker – richtig authentisch und geschmacklich top! Auch Service und Ambiente sind super, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ich ziehe einen Stern ab, weil das Restaurant leider nicht optimal für ganz kleine Kinder ist. Die Hochstühle sind für Kinder unter 1,5 Jahren kaum geeignet: Die Sitzfläche ist zu groß, der Gurt zwischen den Beinen fehlt komplett oder ist, wenn vorhanden, defekt, und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, ein Kind sicher anzuschnallen. Mein 9 Monate alter Sohn ist ständig unter dem Hochstuhl hin und her gerutscht und konnte aufgrund des vielen Platzes problemlos herausklettern. Für Kinder ab 1,5 Jahren ist es sicher in Ordnung, für die ganz Kleinen sollte man vorsichtig sein.

Ambiente sieht sehr einladen aus und man fühlt sich währenddessen vom Personal gut aufgehoben. Es gibt sehr viel Auswahl und das Essen schmeckt wie versprochen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!☺️

Wir hatten ein wunderbares Essen mit 16 Personen. Reichlich leckeres Essen, freundliches Personal und ein gemütliches Restaurant. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Es ist nur zu empfehlen 🙏 besonders das freundliche Personal…das Essen wird ständig frisch aufgefüllt und schmeckt wirklich gut… besonders möchte ich auch mal das Personal erwähnen was man nicht immer sieht , auch dieses ist super freundlich und begrüßt einen mit einem Lächeln…wir kommen wirklich gerne .

We eat there quite often. For me, it's the best Chinese restaurant. The food is delicious and always fresh, and they're constantly replenishing the trays, so you never find yourself facing an empty container. All the staff are very friendly. The restaurant itself is clean and has a lovely atmosphere. We always feel comfortable there and happily return.

A regular customer for years, always excellent, good value for money, and always friendly staff. The motto: The Chinese don't just have chips and rare earth elements, they also have delicious food.

We arrived at 2 PM and were already being urged to eat quickly. Never again will we eat at this restaurant, and they charged us full price!

We had reserved a table for five people for Thursday evening. The ambiance is lovely. It was a very pleasant evening. The waitstaff were incredibly attentive, absolutely wonderful. The buffet was also delicious, plentiful, and fresh. We also had an all-you-can-drink package, which I highly recommend. Our beer wasn't even empty yet, and they were already bringing us a fresh one (very thoughtful). This Chinese restaurant has quickly become my favorite. The price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. Unfortunately, only one star. The food and service were acceptable, but I was ripped off here. All buffets included alcohol, even though only 1 out of 5 had alcohol. Of course, you could say it's your own fault if you're not careful, but you trust and rely on the operator. The cashier should have asked if they didn't know, but instead, they simply charged incorrectly. In my opinion, this is fraud.

We've been coming here three times a year for almost 20 years, often for birthdays. We've gotten to know the family owners and their staff very well. The 5-star rating is for consistent quality since the beginning, a very pleasant atmosphere, and simply excellent food. The good signage and the drinks selection are worth highlighting. Unfortunately, everything has recently gone up slightly in price and is steadily getting more expensive (€29 including drinks, €33 with alcoholic beverages), but given the quality and continued strong demand, this isn't worth deducting a point. In my opinion, this is the best Chinese buffet in the area; I've never been disappointed!

We ate there yesterday with six adults and two children and were very satisfied. The menu is extensive, there are various desserts, and the staff is extremely polite. It was my birthday dinner, and we even received a gift at the end. 😊 We've been there several times and have always been satisfied. We'll be back.👍

Everything you need and lots of it. You definitely can't go wrong. But it's not like you'll be totally thrilled. It's really good and exactly what you'd expect from this type of restaurant.

This restaurant used to be really good, but now it's forgettable. Upon entering, we were greeted very rudely, without a smile, and with the immediate words, "So, what do you want?" We immediately felt uncomfortable. The food was equally disappointing: not a large selection, simply bland in taste, nothing special. My son wanted chicken, but he didn't like it and couldn't finish it. Then an older employee approached us, was very rude and pushy, and said, "Yes, you have to eat all of that, come on, hop!" This behavior is completely inappropriate in a restaurant and made the situation even more unpleasant. So we left after less than an hour. For us, it's clear: never again! I wouldn't even give this restaurant a star. It's a shame, because it used to be good.

We were there for the lunch buffet and were very satisfied. The quality of the food is excellent. The buffet is a bit smaller, but still more than sufficient. Plus, everything is always hot and refilled quickly. The dessert selection is also very good. Fresh fruit, cakes, ice cream, and even soft-serve ice cream from the machine. We'd be happy to come back.

Very delicious food. I've often heard that the buffet is too small, but I can't say that. The selection is excellent. I prefer quality over quantity. I've been going there for years and have never had reason to complain. Great value for money.

The food was OK, but too expensive. The service was very pushy. You can eat there if you need to, but it's definitely not worth recommending!

In my opinion, a very good restaurant with a buffet. I live in Belgium so the price of 33 euros with alcohol seemed ridiculously cheap to me 😄. Service with knowledge of English is a plus. And for the first time I tried kangaroo meat which was an interesting experience

First of all, the positive: I think the ambience is very nice, and I also like the fact that you can book all you can drink. The selection of drinks is also very large! Unfortunately, the core of the food is unconvincing. There is actually no vegan food (except spring rolls and fries) and, unlike other shops, there is no sign indicating what is vegan. In the evening it is at least a little better, as there is the Mongolian buffet which is also good. Nevertheless, almost everything is frozen goods like in 99% of the all you can eat shops, you have to be aware of that. That's why I can't make a recommendation overall.

I am very grateful to the boss and his family. I lost my car when I was passing through this city. The boss took me everywhere to look for it without knowing me at all. They are such a kind and nice family!

I always enjoy going there. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. When dining you can choose between card ordering or a buffet with live cooking. The price for the buffet including drinks is absolutely fair. I also think the size of the restaurant is ideal. Not too small, not too big.

Very nice service and also very tasty food, the only thing that isn't so good is the meat that comes fresh from the grill. Probably because it isn't cleaned very often, but otherwise no complaints and you can eat very well there.

Once again we had a wonderful evening with delicious food and very friendly staff. Always happy to come back :)

China buffet with a manageable selection. Unfortunately the duck was very dry. Price-performance is still OK including drinks. The Mongolian buffet was good and the waiting time was quite short, but nothing more. The dedicated street parking area is limited.

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen (meistens recht alt) nicht nachvollziehen. Seit wir am Niederrhein wohnen (15 Jahre) sind wir oft in diesem Restaurant gewesen (zuletzt Oktober 2024). Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und erinnert sich an die Gäste, wann sie das letzte Mal da waren, was sie gerne trinken. Das Essen ist durchweg gut und von gleichbleibender hoher Qualität. Wir werden wieder dorthin gahen.

Unfortunately little choice For 23 euros on Sunday it should be better. Gambas were good in size and taste, unfortunately no Jacobs mussels. Service was friendly and quick Fruit is not that nice and there is little choice. Conclusion There are better ones for the money with more choice and also more beautifully decorated (food) And more modernly furnished. 3 stars for prawns

Overall, a very nice place, at the beginning the food was not warm but lukewarm, now there is a significant improvement, although the only thing is that the price for the buffet is a bit too high, but apart from that, nice atmosphere, nice service too, maybe for one thing the service lady who behaves as if she had a stick in her hand... But apart from that, it's worth eating.

We were here this evening and even though it was full all the staff were very attentive and things were constantly being refilled everywhere. Everything tasted very good and the selection was pretty good too. There were also plenty of drinks to choose from. We were there with a group of 10 people and everyone had a very nice evening. The acoustics were also pretty good, at least in the room we were in. Even though it was full, you could have a great conversation and understand the other person wonderfully. Unfortunately, this is often not the case in restaurants. The staff was consistently friendly and we felt very comfortable. We'll definitely come back soon!

Very cozy restaurant with a wide variety of buffet options, more or less extensive depending on the time of day, with or without a Mongolian buffet. The quality of the food is very good and varied. Everything from starters, main courses including sushi and dessert is offered here. We are always greeted and welcomed here in a friendly and warm manner. We are now regular guests here and it has become our absolute favorite restaurant in our immediate area and hopefully it will remain so.

Good food with a large selection, always fresh and appetizing. Very reasonably priced, especially at the buffet. Very friendly service, attentive, quick. The atmosphere is fine, the restaurant is very large and can be quite busy. Reservations are recommended, especially for larger groups. Parking can be difficult, off-peak times are not a problem.

Buffet wasn't good and there was little choice. The meat wasn't cooked through at all and now the stomach is tight.

We were there again on May 25th, 2024. Service is good and the buffet is delicious as always. However, the cook from the fresh preparation department was very unfriendly and wanted to take hot sauce from the bottle for me but he couldn't because the bottle was blocked. So I wanted to put something on my food from the fresh counter. All I hear is “not from there” in an unfriendly tone. The sound makes the music. Tried to pour the sauce myself and found out that it didn't work. I don't think the customers are responsible for the cleanliness of the bottles. If he doesn't like the job, he should look for something new. You can point it out to someone, but not like that, especially since no one would have minded taking the sauce from there because it would have been an isolated incident.
