MOIM in Berlin

I had an amazing dinner time at Moim. We ordered 2 bibimbap, one with salmon and one with beef. The beef was not cooked at the level that I expected and the staff had no problems in changing it and bringing me a new one that satisfied my needs. The taste, ingredients and value for money is great. Plus you get some small sides and a miso soup with your order

The taste has changed... I couldn't eat the side dishes because they tasted like strange spices and detergent.

We come here quite often since we live closeby and we come back for a reason. The staff is super friendly and quick & the food is very good and as far as I can tell it tastes and looks authentically good for me :) So 10/10 would recommend!

It was my first time eating Korean food and it was delicious. Will definitely come back.

I had the tofu bibimbap and it had no taste. Absolutely no flavour of the rice or vegetables so I would not recommend it.

We had two starters. The ribs were a bit dry, the chicken was ok. The main course was delicious as always, bulgogi with squid and Korean glass noodles, there were five banchans to eat and rice. I can recommend the Yuzu beer.

그래도 한식당 중 제일 자주 가는곳이라 싼가격에 이정도면 만족합니다~ 다만 새로 시킨 메뉴가 정말 너무 아쉬웠어요 ㅠ.ㅠ 점심메뉴라 그렇게 나온건지는 잘 모르겠지만 그 가격에는 정말 아니라고 봐요~ 음식은 늘 그렇듯 만족하고 먹었습니다 ^^ 음...떡볶이는 개선이 좀 필요할꺼 같습니다~

Even though we were there spontaneously on a Saturday evening around 5-6 p.m. and many tables were reserved (just shows that it is popular), we still managed to get a table. The staff were very polite and attentive. Despite guests, they answered every question with time and composure. There was also quite a lot of choice on the menu, if it's your first time eating at a Korean restaurant or you're not familiar with it at all, it might be a bit too much. The food was definitely tasty and you definitely can't complain about the prices, considering where the restaurant is located.

It was good but nothing special, especially for the price

Great authentic Korean food! The Bulgogi Bibimbab was outstanding with a great selection of vegetable sides and juicy aromatic meat. Plus original Korean cass and yuzu beer (highly recommended!). Friendly and polite service in a pleasant atmosphere. Clearly recommended! I will find my way here again. Thank you!

Veggie bibimbab on the menu served in a hot stone pot - to go just short of cold and a single insult to the palate. Even the fried egg was already cold. €13.50? Not again!

Everything was great, service great, food great. I had pasta with vegetables and pork in a dark sauce, but I searched for two mini pieces (hazelnut-sized) for additional meat, which was a shame.

We were there spontaneously during the week. Parking spaces on the Kudamm are not that problematic. The store was full, but we managed to get a seat without any problems. The service was very nice. The store has a puristic design, which is completely okay. The food and drinks were very tasty. We were satisfied. The store is recommended

This place will always be our favorite spot to eat Korean food. We always celebrate our moments here, because we knew that we gonna enjoy it so much 🤤 so yeah let’s eat. If you ever craving for Korean food, give this place a try. You’ll not gonna regret it.

Food very tasty and large selection. Lunchtime great. It's empty there and the lunch menu is really worth it. Salmon was very good as was the homemade pasta with beans. Will be back as we have to try more :-)

Korean food I missed during my business trip to Germany As expected… . it is delicious

We visited as a small group for dinner. The service was quick, and the food arrived promptly, allowing us to enjoy a table full of shared dishes. The portions were satisfying, and everything tasted great. I found the value for money to be very fair. I would definitely return here with a small group if we want more of a laid back shared dinner.

My favourite restaurant in Berlin, I am here basically once per week when I am craving authentic Korean cuisine. Everything I have tried tastes amazing and really traditional. Also, the service is quick, kind and really customer attentive. Love it!

Very friendly and quick service in a small, busy restaurant (many Koreans among them - the best sign of a top kitchen!!!). A somewhat businesslike atmosphere and quite loud background noise, but an absolutely delicious, freshly cooked meal with lots of tasty side dishes such as kimchi, of course, which were always refilled. Highly recommend the fish hot pot for 2 people with tofu in spicy broth on the gas stove - a real eye-catcher with a firework of fresh ingredients - fantastically delicious! We enjoyed my wife's birthday with all our senses in a great place and if we come to Berlin from Hanover again, we will definitely visit this great restaurant again - many thanks again to the great service team, LG von den Schramm 's / October 6, 2024

The food was great! A filling portion with delicious side dishes. The staff was very friendly and the music was at a pleasant volume. The appearance of the restaurant was fine. Very simple. Shelves could be added as decoration, as some walls look quite sparse. All in all, however, recommended. I'd love to come back.

They add more perilla seeds to the sundaejeon bone and also provide Cheongyang pepper if you tell them. The young owner is really kind. Highly recommended!!

I had sundaeguk, cold noodles, and sweet and sour pork, and they were all delicious! We sat on the terrace, and the interior of the store was quite spacious.

I went to Moim on a Thursday evening. Every time I make a reservation and most of the time I come to the restaurants and think: I could have saved myself... But it was still full. Moim is a Korean and there is also a Korean there BBQ, which seemed to be very popular judging by the other tables. The ambience was ok, I didn't find it incredibly cozy, rather functional. Everyone was super nice and all of our questions were answered and our wishes were fulfilled. The food looked very appetizing and was also super tasty. The prices were ok too.

I went here for a late dinner with my Family and we enjoyed it very much. My favorite menu from them was the Bibimbap. It was lovely!

I loved everything, I actually walked in impromptu not knowing what to expect but ended up loving the whole experience. The food was super amazing the friendliness of the service was just on point. Would recommend any day

Family with kids age 8 and 10. They were kind and honest to tell us that we were ordering way too much food. It's a Korean BBQ place so expected the atmosphere to be just like that. We really enjoyed our dinner. Especially the hanmeul pajeon, bulgogi, fried mochi and baked banana dessert.

I was very pleasantly surprised that when I ordered meat and noodles, they brought me so many other things. it was very filling and tasty, I was able to feel the atmosphere of another country and completely forgot where I was. the difference between the first and second course is 0.50 €, but for that money they brought me so many additional appetizers. thank you for the great experience. Had lots of vegan/veggie options. The food was fantastic (especially the side dishes) portions were also decent. So the price-performance ratio is simply great. The staff was extremely competent, attentive, detail-oriented and warm (which is rare to find in a restaurant these days) Can you please open a shop in Vienna? :D

Warning to allergy sufferers and vegetarians: The restaurant has its own (wrong) idea of ​​what “vegetarian” means. In practice, MOIM says that crustaceans and fish (parts) can also be considered “vegetarian”. This is a misconception that can cause anaphylactic shock in people with fish allergies and a lot of frustration in vegetarians and vegans. Supposedly vegetarian dishes are marked on the menu with a green icon in the shape of a leaf. According to Kellner, "some vegetarians eat fish and shellfish." This is nonsense (and describes the pescatarian group instead). Incidentally, miso soup, which comes standard with many main dishes, is not vegetarian either, just like the kimchi. Allergy information on the last page + note the small print! Hence the point deduction. Otherwise a pleasant location and higher quality food.

The food was very tasty, the portions could have been a little larger. Unfortunately the ambience was a bit too loud, but otherwise everything was great. Service very courteous and friendly.

The food, atmosphere, owner and staff are all friendly and professional. I ordered sweet and sour pork (looks like spicy sweet and sour pork) and black bean noodles, and they were all delicious and clean. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to others.

Almost perfect, but: you can leave out the weird potatoes from the snacks, they don't taste like anything. Better more kimchi instead. A beer that was ordered was forgotten, perhaps. but go to the guests with a piece of paper or an iPad. Otherwise it was again very tasty.

During my Berlin itinerary, I decided to visit based on Google reviews. I took the train back, which took 5 hours, and it was well packaged, so not a drop of soup was spilled. It tasted better than expected, and my Chinese friends praised it as being on par with Korean restaurants. I regret not being able to order Jjajangmyeon, so I plan to come back again. However, if there is one thing that is disappointing... there are 4 sundae in the sundae soup, and the meat hair was not removed.

I ordered stewed tofu, green onion pancakes, fish stew, and stir-fried octopus for a meal with a family friend. I was so surprised that it tasted just like the stir-fried octopus I had in Korea... I was impressed by the refreshing taste of the fish casserole and the savory taste of the fish meat! The braised tofu and green onion pancakes were also very delicious~ It was so delicious that I ate all the food~ Thank you for the kindness of the owner and staff. I highly recommend all 4 menus~

There's been a Korean restaurant in this place for ages. Now it's the Moim. The dishes on the menu are very similar, the atmosphere is much more modern and the service is faster and more extensive. Korean BBQ with pork belly and octopus was delicious, but the banchan was unfortunately very small without refill. Still a recommended restaurant.

안경쓰신 알바 불친절했고, 갈비탕 제외 음식은 괜찮았지만 갈비탕은 물탄맛 Visited a while ago, Dude with the glasses was rude to our table. Also, some food are fine but the rib soup tasted like was like mixed with water, flavorless. Which you can see on the other reivews. Normally, I wouldn't even leave a review but the worker was really making the two of us uncormfortable. Don't know if he is treating all the people like that. I really don't recommend you to go when you see a worker with glasses inside. You should get fired or smt.

Super tasty food, service not really attentive

I absolutely love their Mul Naeng Myeon; it's the best in Berlin! The BBQ is also a favorite of mine. While the prices may be a bit on the higher side, the exceptional taste and excellent service make it worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Got Jjajangmyeon delivered through Wolt. Description included diced pork. I got exactly 1 piece of diced pork from the whole dish - not even bigger than an inch in size. The taste is good but the one piece of meat was sad :,( Is pork that expensive nowadays?

很正宗的料理店，来吃过好几次几乎都不踩雷。泡菜饼，糖醋肉，和各种BBQ都不错👍但是别点血肠汤真的很腥吃不惯。价格算是柏林韩料偏高的但是菜品质量都很好

Gut zu finden. Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert. Konnten einen Stuhl tauschen, da er für einen Gast, mit Armlehnen, zu eng war. Bedienung sehr freundlich. Die Wartezeit auf das Essen war angemessen und es schmeckte sehr gut. Für das 5 Sterne Ambiente fehlte mir etwas authentische Deko oder Musik. Die Preise sind angemessen. Wir würden öfter hier essen, wohnen leider zu weit weg.

I have been there several times and dined in. Good taste, but the portion is small even for girls 😅😂 The side dishes are tasty. But If you go alone, they give you 3 side dishes, and if you go as two people, they still give you 3 side dishes which can’t compensate the small portion of the main dish - we weren’t full after the meal at all.

위치가 멀다는 것 외에는 완벽한 한식 레스토랑이네요. 음식도 맛있고, 직원분들도 친절하며 분위기도 깔끔하고 고급져서 좋아요.

Sehr gute koreanische Küche. Die Supoen sind fantastisch. Beim Hauptgericht habe ich übersehen dass Fleisch enthalten ist und ich habe vom Haus eine kostenlose Zugabe erhalten. Ganz freundlicher Service. Wir kommen wieder.

Un peu déçue par leur poulet frit. La sauce était à base de "ketchup" et est trop sucrée. Ce serait bien d'avoir celle qui est plus basée sur le "Gochujang". Le plus gros inconvénient de ce restaurant : Trop d'odeurs de nourriture. C'est même pire que d'aller dans un restaurant coréen barbecue, je pense. On dirait qu'ils terminent la dernière étape des plats marinés en dehors de la cuisine (pratiquement à côté des tables des clients), l'odeur de cuisson est si intense. C'était vraiment un point négatif pour la note globale. Service très sympathique et rapide cependant. Peut-être le meilleur service que j'ai eu dans les restaurants coréens à Berlin.
