Mio Gusto – Pizza, Pasta & Gelato A piece of Italy in the heart of the Multi Ostfriesland Center. Bright, warm, and lively – that's how Mio Gusto welcomes its guests. For over 13 years, the Moratti family has run the restaurant with passion, quality, and tangible pride in their Italian roots. Here, food isn't simply served; it's made with heart. Before the family settled in the Multi Ostfriesland Center, Mr. Moratti Sr. was known in Leer for his exceptionally fast and reliable delivery logistics. For years, he shaped the city's pizza culture with professionalism, dedication, and speed, which became a trademark. Today, his name stands for authenticity, taste, and hospitality. The menu is as diverse as Italian cuisine itself. From classics like Margherita, Funghi, Salami, or Prosciutto e Funghi, to creative variations like Primavera, Milano, or Inferno, to baked pasta, bruschetta, panini, and fresh salads. All dishes are also available for takeout. Tuesdays and Thursdays are pizza days. Every pizza from number 1 to 10 costs just €8.50, with a soft drink €2 extra, and with spelt dough €1 extra. Homemade desserts like tiramisu, trilets, or apple strudel are also available. At the entrance to the Multi SB Markt, the family's small ice cream stand invites you to take a delicious break, offering homemade gelato in many varieties, fruity crushed ice, and a genuine smile. Drinks like espresso, cappuccino, latte macchiato, hot chocolate with cream, soft drinks, or a glass of house wine round out the experience. And anyone sitting here immediately feels the special energy emanating from this family: warmth, togetherness, and a true Italian attitude to life. Every single business in the Multi Ostfriesland Center contributes in its own way to this large, vibrant overall picture, and Mio Gusto is one of the brightest examples.

The food was excellent, and the service was extremely friendly and attentive. The Bolognese is definitely recommended, and the bread served with it was freshly made. I'd be happy to go back anytime.

This restaurant is highly recommended. Despite being located in a shopping center, the staff manage to create a friendly, comfortable atmosphere. The visit is rounded out by the very high quality of the food. They don't use processed foods here. I've rarely eaten so well.

We had a delicious meal, but what was especially striking was the friendliness and attentiveness with which we received service, even in the very busy atmosphere we were in. In our opinion, the friendliest and most attentive service in all of East Friesland! This was our first visit to Mio Gusto and the Multi Center, but we will definitely be back!

Pizza desperately lacked sauce and the dough felt raw in some places. The toppings were nice but if the base is bad then its ruined.

We moved to Leer almost four weeks ago and found this pizzeria, restaurant, and ice cream parlor in the Multi Markt at Osseweg 87 in Leer. This pizzeria is owner-run, with lots of love and dedication. As a guest, you immediately feel warmly welcomed. The food is freshly prepared and of exceptionally high quality. The team is very attentive, professional, and works very well and harmoniously together. The location in the Multimarkt is great, perfect for a treat after shopping or before. Delicious Italian coffee. The food is amazing, I haven't had anything bad here yet. The family who run it are super friendly and always help you with a smile and don't make any fuss. Mom and Dad are also two lovely people, just lovely.

Mio Gusto - a good alternative if you're feeling peckish at the large Multi in Leer. I ordered a penne Bolognese with baked cheese and a cold drink. I think the price of just under €15 is justified, and even a little more considering the truly delicious Bolognese sauce. The ambiance is okay, the noise level is a bit loud, but that's just how it is in a shopping center. On the other hand, the owners are incredibly nice and very accommodating 🙏 Overall, I definitely recommend this place 👍

It's wonderful to eat there; I've never had anything that made me think, "Just don't do it." The service is excellent, and for a place like this in a shopping mall, the atmosphere is great.

My wife and I spontaneously stopped by for dinner on Saturday and were absolutely delighted with both the food and the hospitality! The staff were incredibly delicious, super clean, and very friendly—a friendly welcome, very attentive ("If you'd like, we can also offer you a sharper knife for your meal." They also took a great look at the details as we passed by, plus a quick check to see if everything was okay). In summary: from the greeting at the counter when ordering to the farewell, there was always a genuine, authentic, and warm smile from every member of staff! We'd love to come back! Best regards!

We often go to Mio Gusto, whether for work or with family. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. And whether it's food, ice cream, coffee, or drinks, everything is highly recommended. Whenever we're in Leer, we go to Mio Gusto. We had to wait a few minutes for the food, but that shows that it's prepared with a lot of love.

Last week, we went to Mio Gusto for lunch with a group of over 30 people (including three wheelchair users). We received a very friendly welcome and were all able to sit at the reserved tables. The dishes, which we had previously ordered via email, were served in a reasonable time, and everything tasted absolutely delicious. Above all, the friendliness we received, despite the tables being full, was outstanding. We will definitely be back and highly recommend you.

Had a delicious panini with chicken. Due to the busy kitchen, a small part of my panini was burned. The sweet, customer-friendly owner/chef apologized several times and offered to make a new one. When I said that wasn't necessary, I received a delicious scoop of ice cream as a compensation. Great service! Good value for money. Everything is clean and tidy. Food was delicious! Definitely come back here.
