Everything here is a disaster! Food are bad, the noodles almost had no flavor! Service was even worse, the cashier is definitely a racist, treated customers with different attitudes and replied always rudely and arrogantly! Terrible experience here, the waitress destroyed our great day!

The waiter's attitude was very bad. The noodles were not tasty and dry. I won't come again next time. Avoid lightning.

We were there spontaneously and were surprised that the noodles were so delicious. They had a pretty thick consistency but were also nice and chewy. The sauce was well seasoned. But things might get a little salty towards the end. The meat was also nice and tender and well cooked. And since we love cartilage and also cartilage in the ribs, which were braised nice and soft, this took it to a higher level for us (very subjectively).

Ordered beef soup that was tasteless like boiled water. No real broth used. Asked for spicy but turned out bland. Pathetic and flavourless

Noodles are fine. Beef incredibly tough, more tendon than meat. We wanted to give the food back and were angry that half of the food was already gone (after 3 spoons of soup and 1 piece of meat) and the meat is always like that. Incredibly rude. We weren't even allowed to take two trays to make it easier to carry the two bowls. The meal without soup was very cold. The ribs were also very meat-sparing and oh well. But not as bad as the beef with the tough tendons. Compared to pictures from other reviews, we also had *significantly* less meat in our food. I'm amazed at the pictures. So quality may have generally decreased.

No special food at such a high price and outrageous service. The restaurant is located in a canteen-like eating area where you pick up your food from the counter, but still charges prices like in a real restaurant. The service is terrible, the older lady is just absolutely annoyed every time you talk to her. The food was okay, but nothing more. In the end we wanted to take Baozi with us for our friend, but we were also charged extra for the packaging, which was not announced beforehand. We wouldn't come back.

The older woman who works here is extremely unfriendly. We asked at the beginning if it was possible to get our food to go and she said that of course it was. After she served the food on a plate anyway, we kindly reminded her that we had asked for it to go and then she laughed at us and told us that we had to pay extra for the packaging if we want that and after we paid, she took the food off the plate and stuffed it into the to-go packaging. Incredibly rude behavior!!! Not recommended!!!

If you are looking for authentic spicy Chinese HAND pulled noodles, come here. The spicy beef noodle soup is amazing but careful, mild spicy is quite spicy. For those that like not spicy, the pork rib dry noodle was also very tasty (mix before enjoying). It is in the most interior of the food court upstairs in the mall

I chose the rice/tofu bowl. In itself it was “okay”, but the dish was very dry and the tofu was almost inedible

I come here every day, and it feels like I'm going home. The taste is also very good, which is rare in Germany.

🇨🇳Really mega good hand-pulled noodles 🍜 a large portion for a fair price🇨🇳 I had number 11: Vegetarian and with tofu (not very spicy) 🌶️ for €11.50 If you feel like Chinese food, Bikini Berlin is a good place to try it out and possibly discover other Asian cuisines 🏯🌏

The food there is great. I've eaten there several times with my boyfriend and he's always thrilled. Price-performance ratio is absolutely ok.

I had the hand pulled noodles with ribs. The noodles had probably been lying together for a while to keep warm. A large ball sticking together that couldn't bond with the sauce underneath. You had to take a bite of the pasta ball. The ribs a little dry.

My 13th time here!!! The noodles and baozis never disappointed me I even eat then for breakfast 🤣 One of the best hand pulled noodles in Berlin and also the service is so so cute and kind 🥹 Love sitting at the big window and enjoying my meal

I loved MingTastic. I have been there dozens of times since the “Corona era” and up until today. The food was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The STAMP CARD has since been abolished.

They ran out of pork in the evening , so ordered beef noodle soup and beef bolognese style hand pulled noodle . They were nice , portions were not massive but just enough to fill us , the quality of beef could be better as they had quite a lot of fat which we couldn't consume.

The food is simply delicious! Had the vegetarian noodles with tofu! Taste explosion 😍

Niu Rou Mian has really become my go-to dish because it tastes so delicious and authentic. I can't stand chili, so I ordered a bowl without chili sauce.

The handpulled noodle was very good! This belongs in a restaurant not foodcourt! Wauw amazing taste and you can pick your amount of spicyness.

Ate handpulled noodles with beef. Beef was chewy and noodles all sticky. Such waste of money. Service was very average. I dont recommend it.

Das Essen ist über all lecker. Man kann Speisen von vielen Ecken der Welt probieren. Aus dem Fenster blickt man auf den Zoo. Die Leute sind alle sehr nett und höflich.

Fantastic noodles at the level of the best restaurants of the type in Berlin. You can choose the level of spicy and be prepared that the "original" level is quite hot (and delicious). Both the norma meat and the ribs were extremely good and well cooked. On a weekday, I recommend going there very early during lunch time to avoid a considerable waiting period due to the popularity of the place. They accept card payments

Toller Einkauf in der Passage, leggor die Kost im 1.OG; pure Erholung mit Blick auf die Affen im Zoo und der Service rundum perfekt. Auch für Menschen mit Einschränkungen hoch zu loben INKLUSION ist hier die Wirklichkeit. fast täglich mein Ziel für jeden Besucher. Wer das BIKINI nicht kennt, hat Berlin verpennt.

Sehr lecker! Personal und Qualität vom Essen sind Top! Kann man nur weiter empfehlen! Wer scharfes Essen mag, ist hier genau richtig. :)

Nur zu empfehlen. Der beste Tofu den ich jemals hatte. Die Nudeln werden vor Ort zubereitet. Wer scharfes essen nicht mag, sollte auf jeden Fall “nicht scharf” wählen, weil auch “leicht scharf” sehr scharf ist.

Chicken Popcorn war nicht schlecht, aber nichts Besonderes. Service: 3/10, wir kamen uns nicht vor wie Kunden, sondern wie Bittsteller, für die man eigentlich keine Zeit hat und lieber zwischendurch telefoniert. Bikini ist toll, aber hier geht deutlich mehr.

Приємне місце і смачна їжа за 12.5 евро порція. Брали суп з локшиною ручної роботи з яловичиною (7 номер). Порція велика, гостроту можна обирати при замовленні.

Лапша с говядиной очень вкусная, возвращалась за ней не раз.

Das Essen bei Ming Tasten war sehr lecker. Mal was Anderes. Klar ist die Auswahl in einer Großstadt schon enorm. Wir waren zufrieden, vom Preis her ok. Es war frisch und das Ambiente auch für älteres Publikum annehmbar. Etwas lauter als in einem Restaurant aber erträglich.

The noodles are original Chinese (the kind from the west where the people are most sophisticated in flour based cooking). The beef soup is so dear! Love it. Definitely recommend it to Chinese people who are homesick about food or people from elsewhere who loves Chinese noodles!

The beef noodle soup tastes fantastic! Has very little beef tho.I would prefer to pay a bit more and get a perfect soup.

I had chicken rice bowl here. it was really good.

這家店的特色是麵食，他們家的麵非常好吃（90分）。 所以常常銷售一空，飯的味道還可以（80分），最推薦的還是吃他們家的手工麵！ 吃滷肉飯的時候要特別注意，裡面有八角不小心會咬到。

Die Nummer 8 sollte Rindfleisch beinhalten, war aber echt nur unessbare und schleimige Fettstückchen. Ekelhaft! Und das hat 12,50€ gekostet.

Ich hatte die Hand Pulled Noodles mit Veggies. Sehr chewy und geschmackvoll. Gute Portionsgröße. Würde ich weiterempfehlen!

Authentic, delicious noodles. I like the Al dente texture of the hand-pulled noodles. They can adjust the spicy level if you prefer less spicy.
