Der grundlegende Fehler wurde durch die falsche Richtung verursacht.

Das Personal war unhöflich, man wurde gar nicht beraten. Die Nudeln waren lecker, aber sehr schwierig zu essen, ziemliche Sauerei, besser nicht helles anziehen. Die Soße und Fleisch waren sehr fettig, nicht meins. Die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind recht eingeschränkt

Nach meinem Besuch in diesem Restaurant bekam ich leider Durchfall. Ich habe Zweifel an der Frische der Speisen. Hoffentlich wird künftig mehr auf Qualität und Lebensmittelsicherheit geachtet.

Das Essen war gut, obwohl die Teigtaschen und die roten Bohnenbrötchen etwas trocken waren. Ich schlage jedoch dringend vor, die kurzhaarige Bestellannahme mit der langhaarigen Bedienung zu tauschen oder sie sogar in die Küche zu schicken. Das würde das Kundenerlebnis deutlich verbessern. So ein mürrisches Gesicht habe ich noch nie gesehen!

Die Hand Pulled Noodles mit Tofu/ Aubergine waren sehr lecker. Geschmackvoll und man kann selbst noch Essig und Chilli Öl dazu machen. Die Portionsgröße ist auch genau richtig.

Ich hatte zwei Teigtaschen, eine mit Hühnchen in scharfem Öl und eine mit Schweinefleisch. Beide waren gut, aber die mit dem scharfen Öl war deutlich besser – ein tiefes, komplexes Aroma. Ich wünschte, ich hätte sie einzeln bestellt (beide Portionen sind nicht gerade klein). Leider gab es eine Panne mit dem Service: Mein Buzzer klingelte, bevor mein Essen fertig war. Bikini ist ein tolles Einkaufszentrum mit einer sehr guten und vielfältigen Food Hall, und ich würde gerne noch mehr entdecken. Beim nächsten Berlin-Besuch auf jeden Fall. Das Essen war... okay.

Das Mittagsmenü mit vier Hauptgerichten und einer kalten Beilage zum Preis von 12,80 Euro ist sein Geld wert. Es hat mich wirklich satt gemacht.

So lecker und scharf! Und eine riesige Portion. Nächstes Mal möchte ich unbedingt das Dim-Sum-Menü probieren.

Für so einen Idioten lohnt sich das Parken für 40 Minuten überhaupt nicht! Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass ich mehrere hundert Kilometer von einer anderen Stadt nach Berlin fahren soll. Das ist ja toll! Schrecklich!

Die Schweinefleischbrötchen waren in Ordnung. Die Dame an der Theke war allerdings nicht besonders freundlich.

Der Kellner war unhöflich und machte ein langes Gesicht. Wenn er seinen Job nicht kann, sollte er ihn nicht machen. 😊😊😊

Essen war gar nicht gut, konnte es nicht Essen. Mir wurde schlecht, allein vom Geruch schon.

In einem Food-Court gelegen, ist dies einer meiner Lieblingsorte für ein schnelles, leckeres und sättigendes Nudelgericht. Die Preise sind erschwinglich und die Speisekarte bietet eine gute Auswahl an Gerichten.

Edit: es gibt leider keinen Wassereispudding mehr. Die Essensauswahl im Bikini Berlin würde ich generell als schlecht einstufen. Die meisten Restaurants hier sind es absolut nicht wert hier her zu kommen. Umso überraschter war ich von einigen Chinesen zu erfahren, dass hier ein gutes Restaurant geöffnet haben soll und ich wurde wirklich nicht enttäuscht. Vor allem die Nudelgerichte mit Rindfleisch sind beide sehr zu empfehlen sowie auch der Wassereispudding.

Service ist sehr schlecht, unfreundlich, keine Lust zu arbeiten oder so, vielleicht hat sie schlechten Tag, Essen war besser.

Die Kassiererin war nicht nur unfreundlich, sondern bei einer einfachen Frage sogar unhöflich. Sie zeigte zweimal hintereinander auf die Speisekarte und sagte: „Hier ist sie, suchen Sie sich etwas aus“, wobei sie jedes Mal einen abweisenden Gesichtsausdruck hatte. Dann kam das Essen: Die Nudeln waren labberig und matschig und überhaupt nicht so, wie sie hätten sein sollen (was auch anderen Bewertungen hier entspricht).

Ich habe hier eine der besten Handpulled Noodles Berlins gegessen. Leider war das Servicepersonal (in unserem Fall eine Frau) sehr unfreundlich, es wurde bei Fragen zum Essen und den Getränken sehr abgenervt reagiert. Es gilt Selbstbedienung, was es sehr unpersönlich macht, und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für einen Food Court etwas teuer. Der Essensbereich war etwas kühl eingerichtet, dafür aber mit Blick auf den Berliner Zoo und großen Fenstern. Zudem hat es leider in der Food Halle sehr stark nach Essen gerochen. Werde leider nicht wiederkommen trotz des guten Essens.

Nicht nur das Essen war mittelmäßig, sondern es wurde auch kein Leitungswasser dazu gereicht.

Wir hatten hier einmal das Dim Sum Menü, welches sich total lohnt und einmal biang biang Nudeln. Beides war toll. Es gibt richtig originale Chinesische Speisen und die Nudeln sind richtig schön dick und lang. Die Soße ist im Vergleich zu anderen Läden sehr süß, aber das gefiel mir sehr. Der Service ging auch super schnell und oben in der Kantine von Bikini Berlin kann man super entspannt essen.

Das Essen hier war fantastisch! Wir hatten Schweinefleisch-Shumai, Schweinefleisch-Dumplings, gedämpfte Brötchen mit roter Bohnenpaste und Kürbis-Reisbrei. Alles war köstlich, wir waren positiv überrascht und können es absolut weiterempfehlen!

Die Rindfleisch Nudelsuppe bestand nur aus Fett, Sehnen und Knorpel. Das war früher mal besser. Nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Die Nudeln waren ein großer Klumpen in der Schüssel. Die Soße hat mir nicht geschmeckt, sie war zu sauer und klebrig, sodass ich die große Portion Nudeln, die alle zusammenklebten, nicht genießen konnte.

Wir bestellten Nummer 2. Die Nudeln waren lecker, aber es war viel zu viel Chiliöl drin. Das Rindfleisch war wirklich schlecht, zäh und bestand größtenteils aus Knorpel.

Die Lage ist so unklar, dass ich es überhaupt nicht finden kann.

Der Service war unhöflich. Die Nudeln ein großer Kneul, der die ganze Zeit durch die Stäbchen flutschte. Außerdem war es zu scharf. Da hätte man im Menü drauf hinweisen können. Das Fleisch war zäh und ungenießbar. Ich habe das Essen nach wenigen Bissen stehenlassen müssen. Hatte die Nudeln mit Rinderhesse.

Das Erlebnis war furchtbar. Die Kellnerin mit hochgesteckten Haaren und Brille war extrem unhöflich. Wir hatten nicht genug Kleingeld dabei und gaben ihr deshalb einen 100-Euro-Schein. Sie hätte höflich fragen sollen, ob wir kleinere Scheine hätten, aber stattdessen verdrehte sie die Augen, runzelte die Stirn und schmollte. Sie meinte, sie könne nicht wechseln, und zeigte dabei extreme Unhöflichkeit und Ungeduld. Dieser Service war mir sehr unangenehm und höchst unprofessionell.

Die Arbeit hier scheint sehr stressig zu sein; die Kellnerinnen waren völlig unzufrieden mit ihrem Service. Die ältere, früher so nette Dame wurde durch eine jüngere ersetzt, und deren Einstellung lässt mich nicht wiederkommen wollen.

Aktualisierte Bewertung: Die Qualität hat wirklich nachgelassen. Ich bin oft wiedergekommen, da sich der Food Court in der Nähe des Zoos befindet und sich somit gut für einen Ausflug mit Kindern eignet. Das Essen schmeckt wirklich nicht gut.

Nudeln ok, Sauce super, aber Fleisch so durchwachsen, dass man Vegetarier werden möchte. Musste die Hälfte davon wegtun.

Das Essen fand ich ok aber nichts besonderes. Der Service bestand im stummen Aufnehmen der Bestellung ohne jegliches Wort. Ich hatte permanent den Ehrgeiz der Bedienung irgendeine Form von Reaktion oder Freundlichkeit zu bekommen. Wenn man das ausblendet kann man das Essen zumindest einigermaßen genießen.

war "früher" Stammkunde und habe daher viele Suppen gegessen dort...mittlerweile ist die Brühe klar und ohne Geschmack, das Fleisch ist sehnig und der Service ist eine Zumutung, Schade! War mein absoluter Lieblingsladen.

The pulled noodles were very good, with room to spare. The service was very poor and unfriendly. After asking for an extra napkin, I received nothing but dirty looks.

Ive been looking for authentic chinese dimsum in berlin for years and couldnt believe i found it tucked in a noodleshop in food court.. U get four dimsum and side dish for $12.. Ridiculous cheap compared to your classic ming dynasty bullshit...not sure if its just a promo right now tho

More than just a food court spot—you can enjoy authentic Biang Biang noodles here! The flavors are rich and satisfying, and the price is very reasonable. There’s also a nice variety of side dishes to choose from. A great place for quick and tasty Chinese food.

Absolutely fantastic Chinese breakfast at a fair price. The selection is extensive, and you can choose from many hot and cold dishes. The breakfast price is valid until 3 p.m., which will definitely appeal to all late brunch lovers. There were two of us there, and everything we chose was delicious without exception. We didn't have to wait long for our food. Two hot breakfasts for under €26—you can't complain at all. Highly recommended!

I ordered the beef brisket fried noodles and the fish-flavored eggplant fried noodles, both were delicious! The beef was of good quality and generous in portion! The biang biang noodles were chewy and delicious! Recommended!

This noodle place used to be great, but after name changed, the food became terrible, the ingredients cheap, and the staff extremely rude. I guess the owner has changed? I can't recommend this place anymore.

I wasn't particularly hungry, but Chinese food always appeals to me, so I just had to try something. I only had the dumplings. They were good, not outstanding. I would still have them again. Next time, I'll try the biang biang noodles.

Surprisingly good for food court Again. We had thebeef and pork ribs noodle. Personally i prefer the beef one better. The noodles were so flavourful. Downside is the portion and service was pretty average. There's an outdoor area overlooking the bird cage. Pretty mall. They also have a breakky menu offering very good value stuff till 3pm

I really liked the beef dish, but the chicken and pork ribs weren't my cup of tea. The flavor wasn't intense enough for me, and the chicken biang biang had too much pineapple and too little chicken. However, from the picture, I couldn't tell that it even contained pineapple.

Very, very tasty. A bit too spicy for me personally...but the noodles, toppings, and flavor were perfect. I was there for the 2-for-1 deal 😋 The food is great, but the area is so crowded that it can get overwhelming, hence the one-star deduction.

The line was long, so you waited patiently, even if you were very hungry. What can I say? I've never eaten anything like it...sweet, spicy, umami all at once...insane. Definitely eat there if you drop dead. You'll have experienced it all.

As expected of hand-made noodles, very strong! It’s perfect to have a bowl of hot and sour noodles in the summer! Each noodle is evenly coated with sauce and mixed with the light aroma of vegetables, which is sometimes rich and sometimes sweet. The smooth texture of the noodles and the sourness of the salty and sweet sauce make people want to stop. Unfortunately, it’s a bit hard to find a seat, so if you have a big appetite, I suggest you order more noodles.

Since the change of ownership the hand pulled noodles have become cheaper but unfortunately the quality and taste have deteriorated. This used to be my weekly spot to get my noodles fix, now it's just bland, sweet, garlicky with no spice and no umami. Such a shame!

Unfortunately, the food was a bit bland. The chili oil noodles were more sweet than spicy, even though we had ordered extra spicy. I think the portion size is a bit too small. I remembered everything better...

The menu design has changed and the dishes a bit too. I really not find it nice to increase the price and reduce the amount of noodles, remove the half pak choi and remove the tiny pieces of shiitake. Was coming regularly but ill look for somewhere else. The handpulled npodle dish with tofu doesnt fill you up anymore.

Update on March 11th: After the quality has continued to decline in the last few months and the prices have continued to rise >€15 for pasta. Apparently there was a change of operator. The noodles are even worse than before. The price has been reduced to around €13. It was a real pearl. Now no longer recommended. The schnitzel next door has a good price-performance ratio and is recommended as an alternative. Unfortunately no more hand pulled noodles - and the price is higher than before. The other ingredients/meat also became worse.

Came here on a strong recommendation, but unfortunately the food only tasted ok. Price-performance is ok. But the portion is also quite small.

Small snack in Bikini Berlin The waiting time was short and there was also a place to sit. The food was well seasoned and sufficient.

Unfortunately the quality has decreased drastically since our last visit, the first time the meat was as tender as butter, this time it was unfortunately extremely tough and had no taste.

We ordered online via uber eats, only received 1/3 of the items we ordered. Tried to call the restaurant via the phone number in the profile. Number did not work, hence, no way of informing the restaurant.

The handpulled noodles here are simply fantastic. The noodles are freshly prepared and taste incredibly delicious - the texture is perfect and they absorb the sauce wonderfully. The restaurant offers authentic Asian cuisine in a cozy atmosphere. The service is quick and friendly. An absolute insider tip for all noodle lovers.

pork belly rice (卤肉饭） quite tasty but the vegetables do not match with the food. would be better to pair with other types of vegetables.

Maybe they had some invisible customers. There were obviously many empty tables but they asked me to wait aside. When I asked him how long he would have to wait, he was still unhappy, so he just asked the foreigner behind us to sit down first.

Basically it is a spicy broth with lots of flavor enhancers and cheapest quality canned meat. Then they threw in some bok choy and spring onions. An absurd impudence for the price. Words fail you.

Unfortunately the concept has been changed. Hand pulled was once. There are now standard noodles for this, but the price has been adjusted. Instead of 11.50 then 12.50 now 15.50€ with poorer overall quality and non-handmade noodles. Not really an improvement. Too bad.

Kou Shui Ji and Baozi (don't forget a little vinegar) are both super tasty and a nice combination for lunch

I used to be a regular customer. Food and price was better. Now they changed the menu and the handpulled noodle with beef is €15,5 wow. Quality and taste aren’t that good to match that price. Won’t come back again.

The waiter's attitude was very bad. The noodles were not tasty and dry. I won't come again next time. Avoid lightning.

Everything here is a disaster! Food are bad, the noodles almost had no flavor! Service was even worse, the cashier is definitely a racist, treated customers with different attitudes and replied always rudely and arrogantly! Terrible experience here, the waitress destroyed our great day!

We were there spontaneously and were surprised that the noodles were so delicious. They had a pretty thick consistency but were also nice and chewy. The sauce was well seasoned. But things might get a little salty towards the end. The meat was also nice and tender and well cooked. And since we love cartilage and also cartilage in the ribs, which were braised nice and soft, this took it to a higher level for us (very subjectively).

Ordered beef soup that was tasteless like boiled water. No real broth used. Asked for spicy but turned out bland. Pathetic and flavourless

Noodles are fine. Beef incredibly tough, more tendon than meat. We wanted to give the food back and were angry that half of the food was already gone (after 3 spoons of soup and 1 piece of meat) and the meat is always like that. Incredibly rude. We weren't even allowed to take two trays to make it easier to carry the two bowls. The meal without soup was very cold. The ribs were also very meat-sparing and oh well. But not as bad as the beef with the tough tendons. Compared to pictures from other reviews, we also had *significantly* less meat in our food. I'm amazed at the pictures. So quality may have generally decreased.

No special food at such a high price and outrageous service. The restaurant is located in a canteen-like eating area where you pick up your food from the counter, but still charges prices like in a real restaurant. The service is terrible, the older lady is just absolutely annoyed every time you talk to her. The food was okay, but nothing more. In the end we wanted to take Baozi with us for our friend, but we were also charged extra for the packaging, which was not announced beforehand. We wouldn't come back.

The older woman who works here is extremely unfriendly. We asked at the beginning if it was possible to get our food to go and she said that of course it was. After she served the food on a plate anyway, we kindly reminded her that we had asked for it to go and then she laughed at us and told us that we had to pay extra for the packaging if we want that and after we paid, she took the food off the plate and stuffed it into the to-go packaging. Incredibly rude behavior!!! Not recommended!!!

If you are looking for authentic spicy Chinese HAND pulled noodles, come here. The spicy beef noodle soup is amazing but careful, mild spicy is quite spicy. For those that like not spicy, the pork rib dry noodle was also very tasty (mix before enjoying). It is in the most interior of the food court upstairs in the mall

I chose the rice/tofu bowl. In itself it was “okay”, but the dish was very dry and the tofu was almost inedible

I come here every day, and it feels like I'm going home. The taste is also very good, which is rare in Germany.

The food there is great. I've eaten there several times with my boyfriend and he's always thrilled. Price-performance ratio is absolutely ok.

I had the hand pulled noodles with ribs. The noodles had probably been lying together for a while to keep warm. A large ball sticking together that couldn't bond with the sauce underneath. You had to take a bite of the pasta ball. The ribs a little dry.

My 13th time here!!! The noodles and baozis never disappointed me I even eat then for breakfast 🤣 One of the best hand pulled noodles in Berlin and also the service is so so cute and kind 🥹 Love sitting at the big window and enjoying my meal
