Mimi's African Fast Food in Berlin

The food looks so simple yet is so delicious - some of the best stuff I've ever tried! Still thinking about the rice soup and meat skewers with plantains I had. Mimi is also a lovely person, along with being a great chef. Definitely recommend!

I honestly love it! We ordered puff-puff and beans - really tasty and filling though not so expensive, I also like spicy so i got chili sauce made by Mimi and it’s amazing! I love it so much! Must find it again when revisiting Berlin :)

Mimis Home Made African food is amazing. Vegetarian food is the most prepared ones. Just give her a try and you wouldn't regret your passing by. Tuesdays and Fridays at Leopoldplatz Wedding, Wednesdays at SpittleMarkt in Mitte.

love mimi's cameroonian food! got the meat on skewers and peanut soup with rice, everything was DELICIOUS. although the weather was not great that made eating outside more difficult, totally recommend to visit now the weather is better and less windy. dont forget to get the puff puff or the plantain chips for something sweet. 100% recommend

Mimi ist die Herz und Seele des zweimal wöchentlich stattfindenden Marktes am Leo! Immer für ein warmes Wort und einen heißen Teller mit kamerunischen Köstlichkeiten gut. Sowohl Veggies als Karnivoren kommen hier gleichermaßen auf ihre Kosten. Mein persönlicher Favorit ist der Vegetarian Mixed Plate mit Erdnusssoße, Bohnen, gebackenen Bananen, Poufpouf (frittierte Teigbällchen) auf Reis und die Peppersoup, aber bei Mimi kann ich uneingeschränkt alles empfehlen. Unbedingt Dienstag oder Freitag mal vorbeischauen!

Bei “Mimi’s African Fast Food” gibt es leckeres authentisches Essen aus Kamerun, auch Vegetarier finden hier etwas. Alles wird direkt frisch von der Inhaberin im kunstvoll gestalteten Food Truck zubereitet. Mimis herzliche und fröhliche Art rundet den Besuch des Food Trucks perfekt ab. Mein Favorit: die Poff Poff, kleine frittierte Teigbällchen, die mit einer scharfen Sauce gegessen werden. Aber auch Plantain/Kochbanane, Fleischspieße, Reis und Bohnen gibt es hier. Mimis Food Truck steht gut erreichbar am Dienstag und Freitag zentral auf dem Leopoldplatz – einfach hin und ausprobieren!

Wow, what a culinary enlightenment! I ordered the "Soya" (meat sticks) with peanut sauce and rice on the side (batter or fried bananas on the side are other options).
