MiMi - Sushi & Asia Cuisine in Halle (Saale)

Service and friendliness exceptionally good. Food very good. Unfortunately, the flambéed ice cream from the deep fryer wasn't completely convincing. You also notice the wintery cold air coming from the entrance when the door opens. Even if you sit a few meters away. The big curtain doesn't help much. The step that you can't see through the curtain also seems dangerous to me. I tripped over it both when entering and leaving the restaurant. Regardless of the criticisms, we would visit MiMi again :)

We have been guests here several times and have always felt comfortable. The waiters are all very friendly and accommodating, even if something goes wrong, they look for a customer-friendly solution without having to ask for it. The food, especially the sushi, is great, and the chef specials are highly recommended. All products are high quality and fresh and you can taste all the components in the sushi, completely delicious. I can therefore recommend MiMi without exception and will definitely eat here more often.

Fresh, delicious, wonderful. We were thrilled. And we look forward to the next time. Been there for the 7th time and everyone was full and very happy. Fresh vegetables, delicious fresh herbs. Great 1st Advent. Friendly team, very customer oriented. All wishes - no problem! Highly recommended!

It was our first time there and I only have positive things to say. I had the V10 and split starters V1 and V6. I found the main course very well seasoned and the tofu skewer was a varied surprise! Tofu breaded with mushrooms on a skewer was very good. My companion wasn't entirely convinced by his peanut sauce, but he also enjoyed it. The service was great. Our waitress was very, very nice and also specifically asked about allergens. The ambience is also really nice, a visit is absolutely worth it! Update: I found out afterwards that the tofu breading is not vegan, despite me asking beforehand. It can happen, but it shouldn't

Great atmosphere, service unobtrusive, friendly, selection of delicacies fantastic and tasty

Yesterday I reserved a table for 6 people for Saturday at 5 p.m. I received confirmation by email that we can stay from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. because from 7 p.m. it is again reserved for other people, but there is no information on the website that only allows 2 hours. I am very dissatisfied Because I was left without a table and the staff couldn't find a solution 😞

Super delicious dishes, well prepared, very cozy atmosphere (there is no typical Asian music playing or luckily there wasn't any to be heard), the service is very attentive, friendly and is also available for little jokes, a super young team, the prices are right between €13.00 - €18.00 per dish We just got out. Were at Mimi for the first time and will definitely be back. Preserve for yourself and us what you have created with it. The only 'shortcoming' is that you can only sit here until 10pm during the week.

Very tasty sushi and beautifully prepared. The restaurant is rather small and always full, so the tables are quite narrow. Be sure to reserve in advance, especially on weekends! But it's worth it.😊

It was amazing, there was just a small problem. The service (waiters) were not focussed on the surrounding. I've been looking around for few minutes. Then in the moment of the order the waiter did a small mistake that it's not worth talking about. At the end they surprised us with a "nach spiesen". Worth visiting.

My wife and I went to MiMi-Sushi & Asia Restaurant for lunch today. It was our first visit. We were very impressed by the ambience and the service and the food was simply delicious. We would like to thank the young waiter again for his nice manner. We will be back definitely.

Tested the MiMi - Sushi & Asian Cuisine for the first time yesterday. We were welcomed very friendly. The restaurant is very stylishly decorated. The orders were taken promptly despite the restaurant being fully booked. The food also came in a reasonable time, even faster than expected. We enjoyed the food wonderfully, and we also really liked the portions and the way it was presented. We'll definitely be back.

I have been here many times and even as a Vietnamese I can say that it is the best restaurant in Halle. I made reservations for each visit and so everything went smoothly. What I really love are the homemade drinks. Even the delicious food comes in super large quantities. So I'm absolutely satisfied and the dishes do justice to the prices.

I'm actually not very convinced by the prices of the sushi. Maybe more money should be put into more sushi and not more decorations. Additionally, I can't see any significant jump in quality that would justify the price.

We were guests in the Mimi restaurant in the evening. The waiters were extremely accommodating, incredibly nice and the food was very, very tasty. Regardless of whether it was spring rolls, pho or duck: every dish tasted really good. The duck almost fell apart, it was the best duck we were able to enjoy in an (Asian) restaurant. The prices are really reasonable, even cheap in comparison. The ambience, the filling portion size and the quick service - an overall package worthy of 5 stars. We will come back in any case.

Very tasty food and good portions. The price is okay, but a bit more expensive. The service is very friendly! It's just a shame that there's only Bitburger beer on tap. If German (and not Asian) beer is offered, then preferably from the region; we also have very tasty beers in East Germany!

One of the few Asian restaurants that stands out from the crowd. Choosing a dish is extremely difficult given the imaginative names such as “Singing on the Mango Tree”. When it's brought to the table, you hardly dare to eat it because everything is arranged like a little work of art and you don't want to destroy it. We destroyed it and ate it with pleasure. We'd love to come back!

Have been there several times and it is one of the best restaurants in Halle Service: Waiter: Friendly, courteous and always had a smile on his face. The needs were always met. Food: Delicious. Peanut sauce had a very intense peanut flavor. Top. Avocado mango rolls with peanut sauce. Top Ambiance: Very nicely done with the wooden elements and the color coordination in the room.

Unfortunately I can't give any stars because we didn't get any seats despite our reservation. We reserved online and received a confirmation email. We were then told on site that we would probably have to receive two emails. So I got there for free on Saturday evening. It can happen, but not really nice.

In mlml there is no “mimimi”, A young team managed to make the restaurant visit pleasant. Reservations are possible online and strongly recommended. We eat regularly and enjoy eating at MiMi. The dishes are very appealing not only in terms of taste but also visually. For us, they offer the best sushi and the udon and duck dishes are also super tasty! It's a little difficult to get a table spontaneously, but you can usually reserve a table a day in advance. The food is great, the atmosphere is great and the service is great! A really big recommendation from us!

This was my third time eating there. Rarely eaten so well. Very nice staff, explain the dishes and are very attentive. The sushi 🍣 and the other dishes are beautifully prepared and are simply something to look at. However, reservations must be made in advance otherwise it will be difficult or impossible to get a spot. Definitely worth a visit.
