Very nice restaurant with friendly staff and very good food

We were on a mother-child health retreat in Grömitz, and the food was incredibly bad, so many of us needed alternatives. That's when we stumbled upon this gem. It's a fantastic place with a great atmosphere, very lovingly decorated. The food is amazing, and the value for money is excellent. There's so much variety and lots of love, but the service is so incredibly bad. No one really has an overview or a plan, or even comes to the table to ask if everything is okay. But because we wanted good food and delicious drinks, we kept going back. In my opinion, there was only one person who truly understood the meaning of service, and that was the young man who didn't have a tablet or wallet (blue shirt, short dark hair, young, and with an earring). We'll be back anyway, but maybe the service will be better, even when it's busy...

The pinsa is super delicious. The dough is amazing, and the variations taste really good. Service is down-to-earth, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is truly summery, and it's a really good beach bar.

The ambience was pleasant, the food was okay, but the service was unfortunately not particularly good and not very child-friendly. We also made a special reservation for a table, but were then told that the only two free tables were reserved outside, but a reservation for us would only be possible inside. So we were the only ones sitting inside. Then we wouldn't have needed to make a reservation at all. We also specifically stated in our reservation that we needed two high chairs. We didn't get a single one; there aren't enough available. So we had to eat on our laps with two very small children, which isn't particularly comfortable. Although we asked for a glass and cutlery for a toddler, they were only provided after repeated requests. I expect children to be treated well by the service team and not like second-class guests.

Beautiful, a bit hard to get used to but a really nice atmosphere

This place is extortionate. A small scoop of ice cream for two euros. In Kellenhusen on the beach, I got a scoop twice as big for that price. The staff doesn't smile and couldn't cope with the rush at a hot end! The food selection is monotonous, and the prices, as I said, are completely unreasonable! There's no hot meal for under €10. A total rip-off, and the service is unfriendly to boot.

Great location and delicious food

The food was delicious. We had pasta with salmon and pizza. Both were generous portions. And to finish, we had an espresso and panna cotta. The waiters were all very attentive and friendly. Dogs are also welcome. We'd be happy to come back.

Nice restaurant right on Grömitz's dog beach. Parking is free (2 hours) and there are restrooms available. They also offer various ice cream flavors and cocktails for those who just want a refreshing drink. Plus, they also serve dog ice cream 🥹

We ate here yesterday and were completely disappointed with the service. Of the four adult dishes, only one arrived correctly. Despite repeated inquiries, we received no feedback. The apology was that there was a party yesterday until 3:30. But is this the new guests' fault? The food is truly excellent and super delicious!!! We finished off with a scoop of ice cream. Unfortunately, there was a long hair in one of the scoops. When we complained, we were confronted with the statement, "I don't have long hair." They apologized, but the statement was beyond inappropriate. In brief: Food + Ambience = 5 stars Service = 1 star

We were completely blown away. We just wanted a pizza and ended up here by chance. The kids were completely satisfied. We were too. The ice cream 🍧 is also an absolute insider tip. Insanely delicious!

There were two of us and we had a wonderful evening with super delicious food. The Frutto di Mare Risotto was outstanding.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would do it for the first time! First, they make you wait forever at the "to-go" area, and then they're incredibly rude. Unfortunately, I can't rate the food. I left without it!

Very nice shop. The staff are friendly. The food is great and the cocktails were delicious too. We went there often and felt very comfortable. Everyone should visit Milloncino at least once. We'll be back. :) Maybe we'll have a wedding 😉

We visited on June 4, 2025, with five adults and six small dogs, and spent five wonderful hours there. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The service was second to none. All the staff were in a good mood and very accommodating. The ambiance is also wonderful. Anyone who comes here has done everything right.

Decorated and prepared with great attention to detail. A top beach bar and restaurant with a southern flair. A must-have for every Grömitz visitor!

A pleasant place where you receive a warm welcome. The menu offers a good selection at high prices. You expect the same. The food was a bit too salty, and the service is awful. You have to chase your drinks, the waiters rarely or never ask, and with multiple courses, you have to chase your cutlery. You've barely taken the last fork off your plate and are still chewing when your plates are immediately cleared away.

A wonderful restaurant right by the sea. Always friendly and committed to ensuring a pleasant stay. The food today was again excellent...we'd be happy to return.

A little removed from the hustle and bustle, you can enjoy a quiet meal here. The outdoor and bistro areas are casual. The service is always cheerful. The menu has a Mediterranean/Italian feel. I highly recommend the pizza with a special crust (note: I actually rarely eat pizza!).

For years, when I've been in Grömitz, I've never missed a visit to Molloncino. When the sun is shining, the entire atmosphere is comparable to a holiday in the Canary Islands, simply dreamy. Come see it for yourself, and you'll keep coming back. Everyone I speak to there has only one answer: we've been coming here for years and will keep coming back.

The restaurant is simply an oasis of well-being! The ambiance is very chic, and the staff is very friendly and prompt. We had bruschetta as a starter and three pasta dishes: one with prawns, one with chicken, and one with salmon. All three dishes were delicious and fresh! We've never had such good pasta! We've never had bruschetta like this before, but it was definitely much better; the pesto and burrata were perfect! We'll be back! :)

The location is right on the beach, so the view is naturally magnificent. However, the food wasn't warm enough and tasted nothing special. The iced coffee I ordered to go also consisted of just cold coffee and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was rather carelessly slapped into a reusable €1 cup. Not worth the hype.

The two of us had the Cacio e Pepe and the tuna steak. Best restaurant in Grömitz and the surrounding area. Always happy to go back.

I went there with my mother for breakfast today and had reserved a table. We had to wait 10-15 minutes before anyone even noticed us, and they didn't even know about the reservation. So, we were seated in a "lounge" because there weren't any proper tables available. Once we got there, we waited another 25 minutes until the menu was brought to us. To avoid any further waiting, we ordered immediately. The hot drinks arrived 45 minutes before breakfast. The breakfast was delicious, but the service was terrible. Totally inattentive, and they didn't even apologize for the wait.

Unfortunately we can't judge the food because we didn't get that far. We had made a reservation for 10 a.m., but when we arrived on time we were told that they had taken too many reservations and didn't have a table available for us. After a while we finally looked for a free place ourselves. At 10:30 we were finally able to order – it was just two large breakfasts including five drinks. We only got one cocoa. Even after another 20 minutes, not even a coffee came. We finally decided to go again because our little daughter was crying and she should finally get something to eat. At the end, a waiter ran after us who wanted to pay for a coffee that we hadn't received (of course we paid for the cocoa).

The food was very tasty and the selection of dishes is good. The service was friendly. Unfortunately, the food arrived before the drink (that took a long time to arrive). Price-performance ratio is okay. You can also sit very nicely on the outside terrace.

The food was delicious, whether savory or sweet, with some wine spritzers. With a view of the water you can spend a lot of time here. We will definitely come more often now.

Priced too expensive!!! We ate pizza and pasta with wild garlic and asparagus there in the evening. The pizza tasted good, but was way too expensive for its size. The noodles were great, but also on the high side in terms of price. The drinks were also too high. Here you pay for the location, but apparently only a few people do that. Because there were still many tables free. It's a shame actually.

People like to stop here. Although it is the furthest walk along the promenade to this restaurant, the journey has still been worth it so far. The map is wild, in the truest sense of the word... You have to get your bearings first. But so far every shot has been a hit, you obviously know what you're doing in this kitchen 😉

We were there on my wife's birthday and felt we were well looked after right from the start. Super friendly service, a lovingly prepared breakfast and the scrambled eggs also surprised us. The pancakes with different fruits (berries) are also really great. Everything is perfect down to the last detail and I say that because, as a trained restaurant expert, I now avoid going to restaurants as much as possible. If it has the same quality in 2026, we'll be happy to come back

Unfortunately very unfriendly and arrogant! Then it's better to go to a little pinze in the harbor - they don't just put on a show but are very welcoming!!

We were there to eat delicious ice cream and I admit that I love chocolate and the ice cream was just amazing. Really dark and with really big chocolate pieces in it. I can simply recommend it. The nice thing is that he actually makes his own ice cream.

We come here often, it is our favorite restaurant. Great food, incredibly great surroundings, right on the dog beach, gigantic view. Next door is also the popular Ferris wheel.

The day was still quite cool, so we warmed up with coffee and delicious cake.

Actually a very nice place, unfortunately service not that great. After I waited for a long time, the other guests were served but I was given a table first. Had an Italiano from the menu, cappuccino and chocolate croissants for €6.50 and was charged €7. I didn't say anything against it but that was the case last year. Too bad

Very good food, friendly and attentive service in the "bistro" with a great atmosphere :-) The pizza was ok, but didn't blow us away, in contrast to the antipasti and the pasta (with saffron) WOW👍 Unfortunately, the gentleman at the ice cream counter wasn't that relaxed and friendly (to the children), which dampened the mood a bit - hence only 4 out of 5 stars for the service. The Pina Colada was also very good and the music got better and better (and the volume became more pleasant) 😉 We'll definitely come back - we'll just think about the ice cream thing.

The conversion was really successful! Pure holiday feeling on the terrace! I would have actually given it 5 stars for the ambience, but the music... far too loud. You look at the sea, enjoy the food and have music that is way too loud on the bistro terrace!

We had two types of risotto... Both completely bland, without any taste. Prawns were added to the “herb risotto”. For the stick risotto, a stick of asparagus was chopped into the identical risotto. When asked about it, all they said was that they would pay attention to it next time. No liquor on the house... There will be no next time for us.

Wonderful place by the water! The ice cream was exceptional, looking at the menu you can definitely find something tasty and at a higher price.

Perfect and exceptionally good food. We come here often and no matter whether pizza or pasta, it is always delicious. Everything is rounded off by a really good ice cream and of course the wonderful ambience with a view of the beach and sea. 100% recommendation

We went here twice during our Grömitz vacation. Really very tasty. We had the risotto with salmon, really well seasoned, really great. The salmon was slightly crispy, but not dry. The wine also tasted really good. We'll be back there in November and hope we can get a table at Milloncino again. April 2025 We ate at Milloncino again. I had salmon with risotto again. The salmon was fried to perfection, but seasoned blandly. Unfortunately, the vegetables were very greasy and dripped on the fork. We could have said something, but I thought for once it wasn't so bad. Unfortunately, I had diarrhea about 3 hours later. Since we actually feel comfortable in the restaurant, we became repeat customers. But this time my husband wasn't feeling well a few hours after eating. He had panfish. Maybe just add a little less oil to some people's food? On our next Grömitz vacation we might stay away from the restaurant for the time being. Too bad. And what we didn't find so nice either. We sat upstairs. The view is really great, but the atmosphere is nicer in the lower area. Sitting at the top is a bit like being away from the crowd.

We ate here for the first time, and everything was just perfect. The food was very good, the atmosphere was amazing, and the server was super friendly, always asking if everything was okay. Requests for changes were immediately accommodated. The ravioli was super delicious with porcini mushrooms. The music is also very pleasant. So all in all, perfect and highly recommended!

We were here for dinner. The service was very good, attentive and very friendly. The selection is large, the food was good. For both main courses the fish was a bit dry, hence a small deduction. But overall recommended!

We stayed at Milloncino 4 times from February 28th to March 9th and we were super satisfied. Whether pizza, salmon or cod, the food was excellent. We haven't eaten out so well in a long time. I celebrated my birthday with them yesterday and ordered a brunch buffet. We sat on the upper floor and had a great view of Grömitz. The ambience and food were great and the support was very committed. Not only we but also my guests were thrilled, what more could you wish for on a birthday. Everything was great all around and definitely recommended. We'd love to come back.

Great, nice people. Location not quite finished yet. But if everything turns out the way it started, it will be inviting and cozy both inside and outside. Very nice location! Super friendly staff! Great food! Very hard to offer a nice experience in Grömitz! Tip: leave room for dessert - the portions are very good and made with love. Rump steak and veal schnitzel were very good! The salmon with risotto is also highly recommended. Thank you again :-)

We were there on a Saturday in February, the restaurant was well attended, very attentive service, the dining room on the 1st floor had a cozy atmosphere with a beautiful view of Grömitz, we had Bruschetta Burrata as a starter and then Mimo Grigliata and "Green Pizza" from the winter menu, both with a different taste and very tasty, big compliments to the chef! Our only point of criticism: the knives, it would be nice if they were suitable for more than just smearing bread ;-)

The food (Bruschetta Burrata, Pizza Terra Bianca, Crema Catalan) was very good. The pizza in particular was very well seasoned and a successful change from the typical pizza. The service was very attentive and the atmosphere was pleasant. In winter you should just stay away from the seats by the window, as there is a bit of a draft there.

Unfortunately on the evening of our visit the heating had broken down and it was very cold. The restaurateur can't do anything about it, but he could have responded in a more customer-friendly manner if you stayed and ate there anyway. A discount or a drink on the house would have been a nice gesture. We also unfortunately discovered that the “half duck” only consists of a duck breast. The dish tasted very good, just not as promised. Half a duck is half a duck and doesn't just consist of one breast.

Unfortunately the heating failed that evening. The temperature upstairs was just bearable. The restaurant can't do anything for the loss, but it would have improved the overall picture if at least blankets had been offered or a small compensation, e.g. B. Drink on the house. But the price level and customer friendliness drift somewhat apart. At least the waiter was very friendly. Unfortunately, the online reservation didn't work at all.

Great service and fast service, the atmosphere was really great. We had a New Year's Eve party. Is really recommended even if you want to eat little things like ice cream, cake or just a drink
