Miller's Halle in Halle (Saale)

We were there today at 6 pm after a long time. There weren't enough staff for the number of people. We waited forever for drinks and food, and some of the food was already cold. The staff seemed overwhelmed. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it.

Friendly service, but quite slow, even though there were hardly any guests. The cocktails we ordered unfortunately tasted like nothing more than fruit punch. The non-smoking area is separated from the actual bar area. All the guests who were there were sitting in the non-smoking area and, as could be observed, had all consciously chosen to do so. The bar area, on the other hand, was empty. Why aren't these two areas switched? Besides, the passageway between the areas is always open! So, if smoking is allowed, even a separate non-smoking area is useless – the smell of smoke permeates everything. Overall, rather uninviting and uncomfortable.

I can't rate the food. There were half-price cocktails. Millers was quite busy. It's more of a place for a drink. The clientele is younger. There's a parking garage and a cinema across the street.

The food was great, prices were reasonable. The drinks were excellent. Service was really good and fast at first, but after the main courses, the wait got longer; we sometimes had to point it out several times. And we had to get the drinks ourselves. The bill finally arrived about 30 minutes later, after several requests. The dishes also sat on the table for ages. Therefore, no tip.

Neither the cocktails nor the food were authentic

Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this bar at all. The staff was unfriendly and at times disrespectful; they seemed overwhelmed and stressed. They responded rudely or not at all to questions, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant.

Great food, long opening hours and exceptionally good service who accommodated all our asks in a very open and friendly manner. They have a large balcony with roof where you can sit outside and enjoy the summer. Definitely a recommended place to visit in Halle / Saale!

Toilet underground (and this after opening), table and floor sticky, long waiting times, extremely over-seasoned food, no possibility of reordering drinks, in the end we waited 30 minutes for the bill, the non-smoking area should only be advertised as such when the door to the smoking area is closed... overall not enough staff for the number of guests.

We were there on a Tuesday evening, and it was fantastic. Very friendly service, attentive, and customer-focused. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. The fajitas and quesadillas de pollo were amazing. And then a cocktail. The MaiTai is so delicious (and packs a punch). We'll be back next time we're in Halle!

We spontaneously stopped by Millers for a few cocktails after a concert yesterday. We can't say much about the food, as we were only there for a few cocktails. Great atmosphere, a truly excellent cocktail menu. Many thanks to Josi for her kind hospitality.

We stopped in spontaneously at a very late hour and were still served excellently by a very friendly young woman. The ambiance is fantastic, and the cocktails were delicious and reasonably priced. If we lived nearby, we would be a regular.

Even if you theoretically have all the ingredients, it still doesn't make for a good burger. Millers, unfortunately, clearly demonstrates this. At least during happy hour, everything is cheaper, and the service is friendly.

Dark pub with not-so-friendly staff, the burgers and fries were good and the cocktails were tasty.

The restaurant is great, but the area is a little difficult because the shopping center opposite, for whatever reason, doesn't get any tenants for its shops. The result is that not that many people come there, the cinema, restaurant, etc. Can live well... The cocktails are large and well mixed, the food is good and I think the prices are reasonable... The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating...

The only thing that bothers you is the music 70 dB at the table with the permitted 35. The nice waitress didn't dare turn the volume down, even though two-thirds of the guests were sitting at our table and the two couples in love certainly didn't want to shout at each other. It's a shame, it would have been really nice. I count the fact that you can smoke as part of the 5* service.

Unfortunately, it's not like it was a few years ago. Long waits for food and drinks. 25 minutes for a coffee is pretty tough. The staff is great, but we all know there are bad apples everywhere. The price would have been okay if it hadn't taken so long.

I was there for the first time yesterday and would love to come back. Everything is very well maintained and the drinks were extremely tasty, just the way I drink them. You can have a conversation and not be bothered. The staff is very polite and accommodating. You can tell from your staff that you enjoy the hospitality. I would happily recommend it. It was a unique experience, Simply unique in every way and I wish I had never set foot in this restaurant.

We were in the non-smoking area and it was just great. Super nice service and delicious food. They like to say that the eyes eat with them and they definitely got their fill there.

An extravagant, glorious, unsurpassable and extraordinary bar? Millers is just the place for that. With friendly service like REBECCA (+ everyone else) you are exactly where you always wanted to be. Fast and fresh drinks are the main business. Always with an incredible decoration and an ultimate taste, every single drink on the menu impresses with its very own flair. And to top it all off, a service that your memory will never forget. Something for everyone, even though the generations overlap quite a bit. From A to Z (almost) every wish will be fulfilled here. A unicorn? Almost A dachshund? Only if you are suitable for it Women/men? If you do well Shots? DEFINITELY Good mood ? ALWAYS ! Anyone who doesn't take advantage of this opportunity has only themselves to blame. Convince yourself of this establishment or miss the opportunity of a lifetime. Best regards The Dieskauer.

Drinks are OK... But you wait for hours to place an order and a lifetime to get the drinks. - At the time I have been there the bar was 1/4 full.

The non-smoking area smells of smoke. It took more than 10 minutes before we could order. The beer then took even longer. If there had been a pub open nearby, we would have gone there. Other people at the next table had similar experiences. Conclusion Not recommended.

The first and greatest praise goes to the service, Rebecca is a magical, friendly and very pleasant service person. She provided very great service and always put a smile on our faces. Thank you for making this evening such a great one. The food took a long time, but that was communicated very well beforehand! Unfortunately, the restaurant is starting to show its age; some investments should be made in the right place.

The smoking area is in the cozy part of the bar and the non-smoking area is quite uncomfortable. This is my personal one subjective impression. Perhaps this concept should be reconsidered. Because it was also much more crowded in the non-smoking area.

The food took forever. Then a meal was forgotten so we had to wait another 30 minutes. No excuse. Just lame excuses.

Food was okay...if it comes at all! We were there with 5 people and one of us simply didn't get the food he ordered. When we asked, we found out that it had been forgotten...ok...but then still nothing came. 4 people were full and one of them went and got a burger from Burger King. It was a really miserable number. Never with you again!!!

Not my place, if the smokingsection was reversed it would be better . But again i am not a smoker . The chilli .. not really nice . The staff where nice

Good bar near the train station in Halle. I can't rate food. The prices for beer and cocktails are good and the ambience is okay. The room is very noisy, which means that it sometimes gets very loud during normal conversations. But that's criticism at a high level for a bar like this.

American-style sports bar with smoking and non-smoking areas. Mega hot cocktails made with attention to detail!!! Respect to the bartender last night, great job with the decoration too. American, Mexican cuisine.

When I entered the restaurant, I was surprised that there was smoking inside (the sign at the 6 entrance isn't exactly eye-catching) and then I wanted to go to the non-smoking area. However, this was not even separated by a door. There was no staff in sight, so we walked straight back out

Friday evening, shortly after 11 p.m., 5 people went to Millers for a nightcap after the cinema: This used to be possible without any problems. Today: Non-smoking area, all chairs already put up. There was no room for us on the terrace, even though there wasn't much going on, there were plenty of chairs available and could have been put together. Even “I’m welcome to sit inside” didn’t come up. It seemed to us as if the employees just wanted to get off work quickly. We will then generally avoid Millers in the future. Sales seem to be right even if you don't want to receive more guests on Friday evening.

When we wanted to place our order they said, sorry, that doesn't work, the oven is broken. Okay, it can happen...just order something else. The restaurant was about a quarter full. After ordering, we waited almost an hour and a half for our food. After almost 90 minutes of waiting, I received a far-dry chicken, drowned in sauce, with canned fried onions. I have no idea why frying onions is asking too much. Fries were good, as was my husband's burger. Still, the wait was simply unacceptable. To top it all off, we were charged full price on the bill even though we ordered during happy hour. This was only corrected when I asked. The Millers won't see us again, luckily there are plenty of alternatives in Halle.

We have just arrived in Germany and it was one of the first places we have been to, very friendly staff, it was obvious that we were not from there and we tried to defend ourselves with the language and the staff did their part at all times so that there was good communication . Several types of beer both on tap and bottled, a huge and delicious portion of nachos and very good Mozzarella sticks.

We had a lovely evening at Millers. Unfortunately the food took longer, as did the drinks. However, our waitress Rebecca was great and really nice, she made our evening 🥰

Unfortunately nothing has happened in the restaurant in the last few years and the menu hasn't changed! The burrito and the chili con carne were great, the burger wasn't worth the money and the facility needed a general overhaul, as well as a new projector for watching football!!! Staff was committed and super nice!

Way too loud. Expensive and usually too few staff. In the smoking area the exhaust is not really good. Things smell endlessly afterwards.

We had a great evening at Miller's yesterday. Very friendly staff, our waitress was great 👍 Price & performance is excellent! Thank you for your work, we really enjoyed it with you.

We chose a table in the non-smoking area. Shortly after opening time, it was almost full within minutes, as it only covers a tiny part of Miller's. You're more or less sitting in a glass box, which isn't nearly as nice as the rest of the place. The waitress constantly left the door to the smoking area open, so that after an hour and a half there was a smell of cigarettes even in the non-smoking area. The drinks, even a bottle of beer, easily took 20 minutes to reach the table and the food was okay, although most of it seemed like frozen food.

We had dinner there with colleagues. Unfortunately, the chef was alone in the kitchen, so it took a long time for the food to arrive. The food wasn't outstanding. I had a chicken burger...I think it was a standard sesame seed bun...prepared remulade...a lettuce leaf and a fried piece of chicken breast. The other dishes were also just okay. The service ladies were very nice and tried hard, and also apologized for the waiting time.

Tried to visit this place 2 nights in the row but both times there was chaos. Waiting time for food and drinks was very long. Only good thing was that the girsl behind bar apologized and treated us with repsect. My fajitas that I received after 2 hours had nothing to do with real fajitas.

The prices have increased quite a bit, we recommend ordering during happy hour. But cocktails and food are always delicious.👍

Very tasty food, unfortunately we couldn't order from the entire menu, but what we took was very good. I really hope we can try the burgers next time we visit. Our waitress Rebecca was very personable and friendly.

Sind schon Stammgäste und kommen immer wieder gerne hier her. Es stimmt alles, auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Eine Weihnachtsfeier mit einem Essen was vom Grundsatz her super aussah, leider hat hier der Koch überhaupt keine Ahnung vom Kochen. Der Reis war zum Teil hart wie ungekocht, der Gulasch und das Gemüse ungewürzt. Gewürze scheint dieser Koch in seiner Ausbildung nicht kennen gelernt zu haben. Absolut traurig dies einen Gruppe von ca. 100 Gästen anzutun. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen vorher ein Probe-Essen mit 2-3 Kollegen oder Freunden zu machen und zu klären das Essen dort im Haus aus eigener Küche kommt, oder von einem Dienstleister abgeliefert wird. Der Bedienung war sehr gut, nur bei einer Großen Feierlichkeit weder Salzstangen, Erdnüsse, Erdnuss Flips oder Chips zu haben ist einfach uncool und zeigt wie sehr man sich mit seinem Job und dem Haus identifiziert. "Null Ahnung vom Geschäft."

Eigentlich sind wir bisher recht häufig hier gewesen. Sei es nun direkt nach dem Kinobesuch - oder einfach nur so. Leider waren wir dieses Mal gleich an mehreren Stellen unzufrieden: Der 5 Tage im Voraus bestellte Tisch war nicht so richtig eingeplant und musste erst durch entzerren einer anderen reservierten Tischgruppe erstellt werden. Während der kurzen Verwirrung passierte dem Barkeeper ein Missgeschick, bei dem sich der Shakerinhalt in unsere Richtung entleerte und dabei eine unserer Damen breitseitig traf. Es gab lediglich einen guten Zuspruch, dass die Jacke ja glücklicher Weise wasserabweisend zu sein scheint - was man von der Handtasche bei späterer Kontrolle nicht sagen konnte. Da wir kurz vor Ende der Happy Hour für Essen waren, gaben wir neben Getränken auch die Speisen gleich auf - die dann etwas mehr als 45min auf sich warten ließen. Es gingen aber auch stetig Essen raus. Als es so weit war, fehlte ein Teller Pommes, welche dann ohne die angepriesenen Ketchup u Majo frisch geliefert wurden. Vor der Getränke Happy Hour wurde öfter gefragt, ob noch was gewünscht wird an Getränken. So auch kurz nach dem Start, wo wir eine entsprechende Bestellung abgaben und erhielten. Die restliche Stunde lief man an unserem Tisch vorbei zu den größeren Gesellschaften und Punkt Ende der Stunde wurden leere Gläser abgeholt - jedoch ohne Frage nach frischen Getränken. Es sei bemerkt, dass wir ein Kartenspiel auf dem Tisch hatten und somit nicht zwingend den direkten Augenkontakt suchten... Im Vorfeld wunderten wir uns etwas über Unstimmigkeiten in der Speisekarte. Es stellte sich heraus, dass eine Partei per Google nur die Karte von 2022 und die andere die aktuelle von 2023 vorliegen hatte. Im direkten Vergleich waren hier relativ viele Positionen verschwunden und eigentlich alle Preise nach oben korrigiert. Erschreckend waren hier vor allem die Ribs, welche fast im Preis verdoppelt sind.

Der Service war freundlich, schlagfertig und dennoch zu jeder Zeit zuvorkommend. Die Speisenqualität war sehr gut wobei die Portion etwas größer hätte ausfallen dürfen. Doch das weiß ich fürs nächste Mal und bestelle einfach noch einen Starter vorweg.

Waren am 07.10.2023 im Millers. Haben uns in den Nichtraucherbereich gesetzt und damit keinen Fehler begangen. Die dort zuständige Bedienung war eine Klasse für sich. Absolut zuvorkommend, höflich, kommunikativ und einfach empfehlenswert. Wir bedanken uns für den geilen Abend Rebecca :)

Da wir eine große Truppe waren, haben wir natürlich vorbestellt. Hat alles super geklappt, Nichtraucher Lounge 🙂. Wir hatten alle unterschiedliche Essen bestellt und jeder für sich war sehr zufrieden. Immer wieder gern.

American Texas Mix. Essen ist lecker. Service hat auf dich Warten lassen. Nichtraucher Bereich eher klein und dadurch sehr laut.

Sehr schön eingerichtet aber das ist es leider auch schon gewesen. Das Essen hat eine durchschnittliche Imbissqualität was überhaupt nicht zum Eindruck passt. Bier ist warm gewesen, der Service nett aber am Limit gewesen. Vielleicht haben wir nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt ......

Ich kann Diane empfehlen, sehr lässige Kellnerin. Essen ist top, sowohl Burger, als aućh Salate. Coktails sind gut. Preislich vermutlich alles im Rahmen, seit meinem letzten Besuch vor 100Jahren aber merklich gestiegen. Die Preise sollen laut Diane aber im Verhältnis zu anderen Cocktailbars günstig sein. Das kann ich nicht vergleichen, aber warum sollte sie uns Quatsch erzählen? Also muss man sich bei einem trinkfreudigen Abend auch auf etwas Geld ausgeben einstellen. Sehr schade ist, dass es im fortgeschrittenen Zustand leider irgendwann keine Nachos mehr gibt (o.ä. Chips, Erdnüsse), weil die Küche geschlossen hat. Hier würde ich mir eine Nachbesserung wünschen. Lokalität, Ambiente, alles top. Parkplatzsituation schwierig, zum Abend guckt das Ordnungsamt aber meist nicht mehr (#angrenzendeNebenstraße).

Lecker Essen, schnelle und super freundliche Bedienung.

Wirklich gute Bar in Halle! Jedes mal wird man sehr gut bedient. (Schnell und freundlich) Die Cocktails und das Essen sind wirklich gut. In der Vergangenheit hatte ich mehr zu "meckern", das Essen und die Getränke waren nicht herausragend. Dies hat sich jedoch stark verbessert! (Das 1. Mal war ich 2007 in dem Laden) Mittlerweile ist dies meine favorisierte Location in Halle geworden! Jedes mal wenn wir Besuch haben, gehen wir in's Miller's, bisher gab es keine Beschwerden ;) Infos zu den Happy Hour's: 18 bis 20.30 Essen 20.30 bis 21.30 und 23 bis es dicht macht die Getränke... Zu den Getränken gehören alle Cocktails mit Miller's im Namen, z.b. Miller's Mai Tai.

Das Lokal war so gut wie leer. Die Bedienung hatte 2h vor eigentlichem Schließzeit recht offensichtlich keinerlei Lust mehr noch einen Kunden zu bedienen. Immerhin gab es grade so noch etwas zu essen, da anscheinend die Küche bereits zu 21h zu macht. Der Salat war ok, die Bestandteile waren recht offensichtlich allerdings nicht frisch und die Guacamole war eine Fertigprodukt, das quasi nix mit einer echten Guacamole gemeinsam hatte. Die Cocktails waren ok, überzeugten durch die DDR Qualität der Bedienung allerdings nicht. 1h vor Ende der Öffnungszeit wurde zusammengepackt und neue Gäste abgewiesen, sodass ich den Rest des Abends lieber in der Hotelbar verbrachte als hier. Der Raucherbereich ist etwas hübscher gestaltet als der Nichtraucher und überzeugt eher mit Kantinen Charm. Insgesamt ein ziemlicher Reinfall und in keiner Weise empfehlenswert. Ggf. sieht dies mit anderem Personal besser aus, was ich aber nicht austesten werde.

Insgesamt ganz ordentlich. Sehr freundliche Bedienung! Essen hat an einem Samstagabend aber sehr lange auf sich warten lassen.

Wir waren heute hier und es war Super lecker, vorallem super nettes Personal, sehr freundlich und vorallem muss man nicht lange warten und man wird sehr gut beraten bei der Auswahl 😊 Immer wieder gerne ☺️

Wir hatten für 8 Personen reserviert und waren dann leider nur 6. Wir wurden gleich angeblufft, dass die beiden Mitarbeiter sich gerade darüber unterhalten hätten, in Zukunft, für solche Fälle eine Gebühr zu erheben. ( Unverschämt ! ) Die langhaarige, blonde Kellnerin war unfreundlich, unprofessionell und schnippisch. Die Getränke wurden über den Kopf der Gäste zum Gegenüber gegeben, ohne Vorwarnung. Beim Essen genau das gleiche. Dann hat sie die Nachbartische umgeschoben und Stühle über den Boden geschoben, dass man sein eigenes Wort nicht mehr verstanden hat. Beim Bezahlen war sie sichtlich genervt, weil wir mit EC Karte gezahlt haben. Hat dann den Rechnungspreis 3 mal genannt, wahrscheinlich in der Hoffnung, dass wir aufrunden und Trinkgeld geben. Bei diesem Verhalten? NIEMALS !!! Dann sagt sie noch, vor uns, zu ihrem Kollegen: " Na heute zahlen alle mit Karte, da können wir uns nichts rausnehmen." Sie sollte sich mal fragen, warum sie kein Trinkgeld bekommt. Zum krönenden Abschluss wurden wir 22.10 Uhr rausgeschmissen, obwohl noch einige Tische besetzt waren und die Öffnungszeiten, was anderes sagen. Ein großes Lob geht an die Küche! Das Essen war recht schnell fertig und war sehr lecker.

Das Essen ist gut und die Getränke Mega. Lasst es euch hier richtig gut gehen.

Alles in allem eine nur durchschnittliche Leistung. Wir saßen im Nichtraucherbereich und dieser war deutlich weniger gemütlich und mühevoll eingerichtet, als der Raucherbereich. Noch dazu war die Raumtemperatur sehr niedrig. Essen war okay, nicht besonders (weder geschmacklich noch äußerlich), aber dafür günstig. Service war bei den Getränken etwas langsam, dafür war das Essen schnell da. Ich würde das nächste Mal wahrscheinlich nur mit Sitz im Raucherbereich wiederkommen.

Gibt nichts zu meckern! Gemütlich, lecker und gut.

Wir waren zu sechst an einem Freitag Abend dort. Hatten extra im Nichtraucherbereich reserviert, brachte aber nicht wirklich was, da die Tür zum Raucherbereich durchgängig offen war. Zudem war es unangenehm laut, sodass man sich nicht mal unterhalten konnte. Das einzige was schnell kam, war unser erstes Getränk. Der Rest ließ wirklich lang auf sich warten. Die Burger hätte ich zuhause auch selbst so hinbekommen und mein Burrito war in Soße ertränkt. Zum Nachtisch wollten wir Pancakes, da hieß es auf einmal diese gibt es nicht. Für eine Schachtel zum Reste einpacken mussten wir 3x anfragen, es schien auch nur eine Kellnerin da zu sein, die mit der Menge der Leute überfordert war. Das nächste mal gehen wir lieber woanders hin.

Bisher immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. Auch als Sportsbar sehr zu empfehlen.
