Everything OK. I'm often there and enjoy being there... Unfortunately, here too and like in most hotels, the prices continue to rise. Underground parking and breakfast are added to the basic price.

We stayed here for 5 nights and were completely satisfied. Cleanliness, friendliness, location, amenities, peace and quiet - everything was flawless in our opinion. Thank you very much & would be happy to come again!

Price-performance ratio not appropriate. On Sundays there is no cleaning and restaurant opening times are shortened...but breakfast is quite decent.

Not a 4 star superior, very outdated, everything clean, no question, but no cream on the soap, no labeling on the ingredients, plastic trash can and very old bathroom towels also very worn. Breakfast was okay but not as expected for this category, for example. I was missing a selection of bread rolls in the grain area. No pretzel, no omelette, Birchler muesli not available. Reception very nice and the staff in the restaurant too.

Accommodation within the back college! Great service, all the employees were very friendly and always had a smile!! You were also addressed personally! I found it very good! Special requests were taken into account when preparing menu offerings! Rooms were spacious and clean!! Many thanks to the housekeeping and cleaning staff! Reception was always staffed, very friendly, accommodating and helpful for questions and concerns! Thanks!

The rooms are clean. The breakfast good. The staff friendly. It is within walking distance of the city and the train station.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and had breakfast. If we had to choose a hotel in the area again, we would go back without hesitation!

A nice well-kept and clean hotel. The employees were very nice and accommodating. The furnishing style is a bit outdated but very well maintained. One star deducted for the style.

I recently spent three weeks with you so I was able to get a clear picture. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The warm dinner, which was available almost every evening, was very tasty and always beautifully prepared. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Now I come to the actual point of why I am writing this report. On a few days I or we as a group were served by a certain lady whose name I don't want to mention here. At the beginning I noticed that she didn't always treat her trainees well. But then she sometimes took her bad mood out on us. At times she treated us like second-class citizens and made us feel like we weren't wanted. It happened that my counterpart accidentally ordered the wrong food. When my counterpart corrected this, the lady rolled her eyes so much that I have never seen such an angry look in a restaurant. On days when there was a snack break, I avoided going to the buffet when this lady was around. I could give a few more examples, but that would go beyond the scope. On the last day we were asked how we liked our stay and the whole group commented negatively on this person. We learned that there have been complaints for a long time and that we are not the only ones giving this feedback. There are said to have already been conversations with this person. Apparently without success. It doesn't seem to have any significant consequences for this lady, otherwise she wouldn't behave like that. Since the problem has been known for so long, I can only give the hotel 3 stars, even though everything else was perfect.

A perfect Hotel for a professional Stay, i really enjoyed the location, service, staff, breakfast and rooms. A place near the train station and near the city center.

Very good service and nice rooms

Small hotel from the Dorint chain near the main station. Very friendly staff. Facilities and furnishings are getting old, but nicely maintained. It was noisy from the outside at times in the evenings, as it is a popular gathering place for young people, there is a sports bar right downstairs and a cinema right across the street.

I was a guest at the Charlottenhof in mid-February and was completely thrilled. Everything radiates peace and sophistication; what should be highlighted is the extreme warmth, politeness, courteousness and professionalism of all employees from arrival to farewell, through the reception for breakfast, the service during breakfast and also in the evening at the bar for a nightcap. I really enjoyed the entire stay, felt pampered and will come back anytime. Also worth highlighting is the breakfast, which leaves nothing to be desired; a buffet is offered that is second to none. A smaller, separate vegan buffet is also appealing. I'm not vegan, but I think that's worth mentioning. I thank you for the wonderful time with you and recommend you with deep conviction. Hopefully see you again soon!

If anyone is wondering about the many good reviews here: I wrote a negative review including a review a long time ago. I recently received an email from a lawyer claiming I was never there. I had to provide proof that I was actually a guest within 10 days or my review would be deleted. It's good that I still had confirmation after two years (!). The Dorint seems to be specifically trying to have negative reviews deleted. Unfortunately, this confirms my impression of the business practices of this company at the time. Maybe Dorint should invest its money in its own infrastructure and employee training instead of in reputation management, then the reviews will also be better.

We had a seminar here. The premises, the food and the service were great.

Very centrally located for our purpose, staff super nice, breakfast was very tasty with a large selection. The rooms are clean. The bed was very comfortable. Points are deducted for the equipment. Everything is getting really old. The socket at the bed was not German. Charging my cell phone in bed was only possible by removing the cable from the bedside lamp.

Service was very good, the hotel is well maintained but unfortunately seems old-fashioned.

I think it's a shame that the wellness area costs extra and is only open from 3 p.m. and is completely closed on Sundays.

The hotel is not the most modern but very tidy and clean. Breakfast buffet is super sufficient and beautifully prepared. The location is great. Close to the train station and yet quickly in the city.

Das Hotel verfügt über Tagungsräume und bietet somit die Möglichkeit, Geschäftstreffen oder Konferenzen abzuhalten. Das Zimmer ist altmodisch aber sauber. Parken ist sehr teuer, deswegen empfehle ich nebenan den Charlotten Center. Das Hotel ist zentral. Das Frühstück & Mittagessen war in Ordnung.

Nettes Hotel. Wir waren im extra Gebäude ruhig im DG untergebracht. Zum Frühstück ging es über den Hof. Gute Zimmerausstattung alles frisch und neu. Ausreichend groß. Tolle Badewanne. Wasserkocher für Tee und Kaffee vorhanden. Kein Kühlschrank. Es fehlten lediglich Gardrobenhaken, um feuchte Jacken nicht in den Schrank hängen zu müssen. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Parkplätze sind nur wenige vorhanden. Jedoch in der Nähe ist das Parkhaus vom Hbf zu nutzen, was sogar günstiger und neu und frisch ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel war sauber und ordentlich. Besonders gut haben uns das Frühstück und die freundlichen Mitarbeiter gefallen. Zu bemängeln gab es allerdings, dass es sich hierbei um ein 4*-Hotel handelt, welches für den Spa-Bereich 7,5 € pro Person zusätzlich verlangt. Zudem war der Whirlpool trotz dieses Zuschlages sehr kalt.

Ich war Im November 2023 für 2 Nächte im Dorint Charlottenhof. Fazit: Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, trotzdem gut mit PKW zu erreichen. Zu erwähnen: Sehr saubere helleTiefgarage, hilfsbereites Personal (Besonders am Empfang) und sehr ruhige Zimmer (Ich hatte ein Zimmer zum Innenhof, perfekt). Beim nächsten Besuch in Halle komme ich wieder ins Dorint.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel in zentraler Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Stadtzentrum.

Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel, da wir ein Konzert im Steintor Varietétheater besuchten. Das Hotel liegt zentral, trotzdem ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Service war erstklassig, das Essen im Restaurant ebenso und man den Tag angenehm ausklingen lassen an der Bar. Kurzum, alles bestens.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut ausgestattet, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine schöne Auswahl. Die Lage ist top (nur fünf Minuten Fußweg vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt). Es gibt auch eine Tiefgarage, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Im selben Gebäudekomplex ist eine Bar, die eine breite Speisekarte und gute Drinks hat. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war der kalte Whirlpool. Der arme (aber nette) Herr an der Rezeption hat versucht, meine Nachfrage entsprechend zu bewältigen. Ist etwas unglücklich, wenn man dafür bezahlt hat, aber nicht nutzen kann. Niemand setzt sich gerne in einen kalten Whirpool. Das soll das Gesamturteil aber nicht schmälern.

Wir waren für eine Nacht hier, freundliches Personal, schneller Check In. Wir hatten ein Zimmer auf der 4. Etage, sehr gemütliches Ambiente, Aussicht auf das Charlotten Center. Frühstück war von 7-10 Uhr, viel Auswahl und auch für Veganer gab es reichlich Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit sehr guten Service. Die Lage ist perfekt für allgemeine Unternehmungen. Nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, kann man von dort wunderbar die Stadt erkunden. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet sah gut aus, was wir aber durch eine recht zeitige Brunch Einladung nicht gebucht hatten. Am späten Abend sind wir noch auf einen Drink an der Hotelbar gesessen und wurden trotz das es grade in diesem Moment relativ voll war, sehr freundlich und schnell von den zwei Angestellten dort bedient. Sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe vom Bahnhof und nicht weit in die Stadt.

Ich habe mich schon bei der Hotelbewertung über das Restaurant geäußert. Hier nochmals: Die Speisekarte war sehr reduziert, und wenn man mehrere Tage dort essen mußte, wußte man nicht mehr, was man noch aussuchen sollte. Als Nachtisch gab es nur Eis. Die Qualität der Speisen war gut, aber die Kombination ziemlich seltsam. So gab es zum Rindsfilet neben den obligaten Pommes noch ein Stück gebratenen Kürbis, dessen Schale so hart war, dass man nur die Hälfte verzehren konnte. Das etwas trockene Maishuhn gab es im Suppenteller. Es war offenkundig ein gekochtes Huhn, das man noch kurz in den Grill gelegt hatte; dazu eine scharfe Ratatouille. Leider gibt es keine Restaurants in der Nähe des Hotels ausser asiatische, und das mag nicht jede/r.

Sehr gutes Essen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Man bekommt auch leichte bekömmliche Kost. Ich würde das Restaurant jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Fazit: sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich war heute zum zweiten Mal mit einem Kunden Mittags zum Lunch im Charlott und kann es nur empfehlen. Eine angenehme Atmosphäre für ein Meeting, ruhig und diskret, trotzdem nicht langweilig. Die Karte bietet eine gelungene Auswahl für den großen oder kleinen Appetit. Chapeau Charlott!

Der Service im Charlott Restaurant hat mir gut gefallen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und kompetent. Die glutenfreien Speisen waren sehr schmackhaft und toll zubereitet.

Wir waren im Zuge eines Familientreffens mit 10 Personen zum Mittagessen zu Gast im Restaurant. Die Begrüßung durch eine Praktikantin war äußerst charmant und professionell, der Service im Gesamten war sehr gut was Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit betraf. Das Interieur ist angenehm und bequem. Bei der Kernkompetenz des Essens muss ich zum z.T. Negativen kommen. Ich hatte den Burger mit Pommes für 18,50€ wie auch zwei weitere Personen. Bei dem Preis ist die Erwartungshaltung entsprechend. Das Rindfleisch war sehr fest, trocken und nicht schmeckbar gewürzt, leider überhaupt nicht saftig. Das Burgerbrötchen war ebenfalls zu trocken und fest. Die Portionsgröße, Sauce, Pommes und die Zwiebeln waren hingegen sehr gut, bei der gereichten Mayonnaise hätte ich mir eine frisch zubereitete statt der aus dem Heinzgläschen gewünscht. Die Boullion und der Tagesfisch wurden sehr gelobt. Der Gambasalat war mengenmässig nicht mit dem Preis zu vereinbaren - ganze drei Stück hatten sich auf den Salat verirrt. Zwischen aufgerufenen Preisen und dem Gebotenen besteht noch eine zu große Diskrepanz. Wir werden dem Restaurant jedoch irgendwann nochmal eine Chance geben.

Kami makan malam bareng di restoran hotel ini. Setiap orang dicatat pesanannya sesuai dengan posisinya masing-masing, sehingga tidak ada pesanan yang terlewat ataupun salah hidang ke orang lain. Makanannya lumayan enak dan cepat penyajiannya.

Abwechslungsreiche, sehr kreative und dennoch übersichtliche und nicht zu gewagte Speisekarte; ausgesprochen aufmerksamer, höflicher und kompetenter Service Bei der Atmosphäre muss man vielleicht etwas Abstriche machen, den Charakter des Businesshotels muss man in Kauf nehmen; mancher Spleen wie etwa die weißen Handschuhe des Personals sollen vielleicht davon ablenken. Preise für Hallenser Verhältnisse hoch, im allgemeinen akzeptabel. Hervorragender Wein im Angebot!

I always stay this hotel and always eat my breakfast here. They have good variety but I prefer their traditional German meats and cheeses for my breakfast, and as always the wait staff is always good....but this place is really nothing too special.

anlässlich eine Business-Meetings habe ich dieses Restaurant kennengelernt, uns wurde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen, sehr leckeres Essen, die Küche ist sehr empfehlenswert; das Hotel mit dem Restaurant liegt verkehrsgünstig sehr nah am Bahnhof (trotzdem lärmgeschützt, da von Häusern umrahmt)

Das Abendessen in Form eines 3-Gänge-Menüs war in Ordnung, das Frühstück sehr gut, aber absolut unschlagbar ist der Brunch!!!
