Leider hat das Mille Miglia unsere Erwartungen nach den anderen Rezensionen überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Die Preise sind relativ hoch, und die Qualität passt nicht dazu. Wirkt insgesamt, als wäre es gerne ein edlerer Italiener, Pizza schmeckt aber höchstens durchschnittlich und der trockene Oregano überdeckt alle weiteren Zutaten. Service war auch mittelmäßig. Also kann man schon machen, aber auf gar keinen Fall für diese Preise!

Das Mille Miglia ist sehr empfehlenswert und die beste Adresse in Augsburg, wenn man sehr gute italienische Küche in einem edlem Ambiente genießen möchte. Schon beim Betreten merkt man, dass hier sehr viel Wert auf Atmosphäre, Gastfreundschaft und Qualität gelegt wird. Das Ambiente ist wirklich außergewöhnlich schön: stilvoll, gemütlich, gepflegt und gleichzeitig sehr einladend. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und kann den Abend in einer sehr angenehmen Umgebung genießen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den erstklassigen Service. Das Personal, um Janis und Fabio ist super aufmerksam, freundlich, professionell und trotzdem angenehm natürlich. Man wird herzlich empfangen, gut beraten und während des gesamten Besuchs sehr aufmerksam betreut, ohne dass es aufdringlich wirkt. Genau so sollte guter Service sein: präsent, freundlich und zuverlässig. Auch die Qualität der Speisen ist hervorragend. Die Gerichte schmecken frisch, hochwertig und mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet. Gianluca ist ein wahrer Künstler! Man merkt, dass hier gute Zutaten verwendet werden und dass in der Küche mit Anspruch gearbeitet wird. Die Speisen sind geschmacklich sehr überzeugend, schön angerichtet und insgesamt auf einem wirklich hohen Niveau. Wer italienisches Essen liebt, wird hier definitiv auf seine Kosten kommen. Für mich überzeugt das Mille Miglia in Augsburg auf ganzer Linie: sehr gute Küche, ein erstklassiger Service und ein wirklich sehr, sehr tolles Ambiente. Es ist ein Restaurant, das sich sowohl für einen schönen Abend zu zweit als auch für besondere Anlässe oder ein gutes Essen mit Familie und Freunden bestens eignet. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Mille Miglia uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ein echtes Highlight in Augsburg.

Wir waren mit 10 Personen im Mille Miglia. Als Oldtimerfahrer haben wir uns in diesem Ambiente sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr guter und aufmerksamer Service. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders die Vorspeisen präsentiert auf einer Etagere waren das Highlight des Abends. 5 Sterne sind wohlverdient.

Qualität der Speisen hat leider nachgelassen. Mal versalzen, mal etwas vergessen. Salat nahezu ohne Dressing. Dann ist wohl noch die Küchen Lüftung kaputt, weil oft das ganze Lokal nach gebratenem Fisch und Fett riecht so das man nach dem Abend seine gesamte Kleidung reinigen lassen muss. Gnädigerweise noch 3 Sterne, aber bei den gehobenen Preisen eigentlich eine Zumutung

Im Mille Miglia wird man als einzelne ältere Frau nicht sehr gut bedient. Als ich das Lokal so gegen 11.45 betrat war es noch ziemlich leer. Trotzdem hat man mir einen Tisch im unteren großen Bereich zugewiesen, in dem dann nur ich saß. Es hat ca. 20 Minuten gedauert bis ich meine Bestellung aufgegeben konnte. Ich habe Spaghetti Carbonara und ein Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure bestellt. Das Wasser hat mir eine ältere Frau gebracht. Auf dem Tisch stand zwar eine Kerze due aber nicht angezündet wurde. Der Raum ist nicht besonders freundlich und sehr dunkel gestaltet, wohlfühlen konnte ich mich dort nicht. Ein Keller hat mir dann die Spaghetti auf einem eiskalten Teller serviert, als er sich wieder mal blicken ließ, teilte ich ihm das mit und trug im auf das der Küche mitzuteilen. Sein Antwort ja, mache ich! Das war's dann. Ich hatte noch nicht Einmal die Hälfte der Spaghetti gegessen, da waren sie ebenfalls kalt. Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis wieder jemand in den Raum kam. Dieser Keller hat dann gesehen, daß ich mit dem Essen fertig waren. Er fragte mich, ob er mir den Rest einpacken soll. Daraufhin teilte ich ihm mit, daß die Spaghetti mir auf einem eiskalten Teller serviert wurden und ich deshalb mit dem Essen aufgehört habe, da kalte Spaghetti nunmehr nicht schmecken würden. Er bot mir dann an nochmal etwas zu servieren, was ich dankend abgelehnt habe. Nach einer Weile wurden dann noch zwei ältere Damen in den Raum gebracht. Diese stellten dann fest, hier istces aber nicht sehr warm. Ich habe sie dann darauf hingewiesen, daß mein Essen auf einem eiskalten Teller serviert wurde, sie meinten dann, dann werden wir das sagen. Als der Kellner zur Aufnahme ihrer Bestellung kam, hat ihn die eine Dame aufgefordert doch die Kerze am Tisch anzuzünden, das hat er auch gemacht, ich dachte mir vielleicht ist er do schlau und zündet auch die Kerze bei mir am Tisch an. Denkste! Ich habe dann noch einen Espresso Maciato bestellt und auch bekommen. Als ich die Rechnung verlangt habe , teilte mir der Keller mir der Espresso würde mir nicht berechnet. Das war ja ganz nett, hat mich aber nicht für das kalte Essen entschädigt. Von einem Lokal das vorgibt zur gehobenen Gastronomie in Augsburg zu gehören, hätte ich erwartet, daß der erste Kellner sofort reagiert und mir anbietet den Teller nochmal mit in die Küche zu bringen um die Spaghetti erneut zu erhitzen. Ich werde dieses Lokal weder weiterempfehlen noch werde ich es nochmal versuchen.

Hier war einfach ALLES perfekt - angefangen spontan einen Platz zu bekommen bis hin zum Essen 👌🏼 Das Ambiente hat mich total angesprochen - urig, gemütlich & trotz voller Auslastung hat man seine „Ruhe“ aufgrund der Nischen. Der Service lief reibungslos - wir haben keine 15min auf unser Essen gewartet. Top Organisation und sehr freundliche Servicedamen. Wir sind unter der Woche ganz spontan um 17:30 Uhr zu dritt gekommen und haben gefragt, ob ein Tisch frei ist. Zuerst hieß es nein, dann kam ein anderer Kollege und hat uns widerwillig einen Tisch für zwei gegeben, mit der Begründung, dass angeblich alle Tische zeitnah reserviert seien. Wir haben ausdrücklich erklärt, dass wir nur kurz und schnell etwas essen möchten. Der Service war von Anfang an eine Katastrophe: Wir haben nicht einmal die Getränke bekommen, die wir bestellt hatten, sondern einfach das, was die blonde Servicekraft uns hingestellt hat offenbar nach dem Motto: Das wollt ihr jetzt halt. Danach wurden wir mit der Hauptspeise komplett vergessen. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Erklärung. Insgesamt saßen wir fast zwei Stunden dort. Erst kurz bevor wir zahlen wollten, kamen dann die ersten Gäste wohlgemerkt gegen 20 Uhr. Da frage ich mich ernsthaft, wie man um 17:30 Uhr behaupten kann, alles sei reserviert, und uns dann zu dritt an einen Tisch für zwei setzt. Man hätte uns problemlos an einen größeren Tisch setzen können dieses Verhalten war schlicht unverschämt. Krönung des Ganzen war der unhöfliche Umgangston. Wir wurden behandelt, als wären wir Asoziale. Wir waren früher öfter dort essen, aber nach dieser Aktion war das definitiv das letzte Mal. Da wir selbst aus der Gastronomie kommen, wissen wir sehr genau, wie man mit Gästen umgeht und das hier war absolut respektlos und inakzeptabel. Nie wieder.

It gives me shisha bar vibes: neon-lit seats with way too loud hip-hop music, the bass vibrating intensely under the bench. The waiter barely acknowledges us and forgets the appetizer. The main course was delicious.

The ambiance, service, and food were consistently good. Unfortunately, the prices on-site don't match those online at all; pizzas, for example, are €3 to €4 more expensive on-site. This is unacceptable, especially for guests who rely on Google Maps and the internet for directions. This urgently needs to be adjusted/updated.

I stumbled upon this place by chance while looking for a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven. I decided on pinsa. Very good!!! Lots of original ideas for topping pizza and pinsa. The menu is otherwise exciting, too! Cloth napkins and clean restrooms…what more could you want? 😊

I'd say it's one of the most overrated places in this city. The ambiance isn't great. The seating is comfortable, but nothing more. The food is what I expected. Expensive and tastes like nothing. Well, that was definitely not good. Dessert was acceptable. But the espresso was good. The waitresses were quick and efficient. And the boss is just the kind of annoying, pushy guy I'd expect at an Italian restaurant. But if you like it there, go ahead and have a good time.

We ate very well and were welcomed by the precious Armando in a place that deserves at least one visit.

When you pay €8 for a 1L carafe of water... I'm sorry but it's a rip-off. The pinsas were good but the service was unpleasant. By ordering 2 pinsas for 2 people, we no longer felt like we were bothering them but rather like good customers. I won't be back...

We visited Mille Miglia in Augsburg for a work-related farewell dinner with a large group of around 25 people. The location is excellent – somewhat tucked away, but very charming once you find it. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is pleasant, although it did get a bit noisy at times due to the size of our group. As a starter, we shared assorted platters, which were beautifully presented. Some of the items were quite tasty, while others were a bit bland – particularly the roast beef and salmon. For the main course, I had the saltimbocca. It was okay, but the sauce was on the greasy side and lacked a bit of flavor. I would have appreciated more sage, and the prosciutto could have been more flavorful as well. However, the vegetables served with the dish were excellent. One downside was the timing of the food service – the main courses arrived at very different times, and one colleague had to wait a long while, watching the rest of us eat. All in all, it was a lovely evening – mostly due to the occasion rather than the food. Still, Mille Miglia offers a good setting for group events and has potential with a few culinary improvements.

Overall, we were rather disappointed. The pasta was extremely al dente (I go to Italy regularly, but nobody there cooks that "hard,") there was very little sauce and the flavor was rather bland. All four dishes were okay, but none of them was worth the high price. We skipped the appetizers (poached egg with pecorino cream on mashed potatoes for €20...), and in general, the vegetarian selection was uncharacteristically limited for an Italian restaurant. In total, we paid just under €200 for four people, which is quite steep for one drink, one main course, and one dessert per person, even for Augsburg. The service was nice, but the fact that, for example, the huge wine buckets that were lying around everywhere weren't cleared away didn't exactly contribute to the coziness. The price/performance ratio, in my opinion, was completely unjustified.

I used to be a big fan of the restaurant and was therefore very shocked last Saturday. There were three of us and we had an aperitif that was served to us incorrectly. Can happen. In the past, beef tartare was prepared at the table. Today it comes to the table already ready and they charge 27 EUR including a few slices of truffles. The octopus was tough, the salad was good. The pasta for the main course was extremely al dente, almost inedible and charging 23 EUR for pasta in tomato sauce with a sliced ​​scallop is also a disgrace. So we were really very disappointed. So starter, there was tramezzini - that's why I'm only going to give my rating here, but I can say that my colleagues also really enjoyed it - vitello tonnato - I've rarely eaten such a vitello to sink my teeth into. The main course was pasta with scallops, crab meat, tuna tartare and cherry tomatoes, super delicious 😁 Unfortunately there wasn't enough for dessert because the starter and main course were more than enough. A sensational pit stop in the Mille Miglia, we spontaneously went here for dinner. The very friendly reception at the entrance by the boss was warm and inviting. We were given a nice seat at the counter and immediately received very attentive service. The bartender, who was very busy, also looked out for our well-being. The starter, grilled baby calamari, impressed with its perfect preparation and loving presentation. The main courses, red grilled shrimp and langoustine would be perfect and of the best quality. Actually a visually great location. The price is okay at first glance, but it's excessive for what you get. You didn't get a drinks menu at all, just the shock of the prices afterwards. The lasagna I ordered was cold on the first attempt, then warm on the second attempt, but unfortunately it was rather poor in terms of taste and portion size. (as a little tip to the owner, lasagne, pasta, pizza, don't cost as much as it's worth letting a customer go hungry). What's worse, however, is trying to sell a glass of 0.2 sour red wine for €11.40. The bottle of water, 0.75 for €7.90, is probably quite a chunk. If the food and drink is good you are willing to pay, but not because of the quality. Maybe that was an isolated case, but that simply shouldn't happen in current times

Had lunch here in December 2024. Hard to find because it's in a courtyard, but so glad we found it! Food was great (we had the lunch special with lasagna) and the services was wonderful. It was all decorated for Christmas which made it very special. Highly recommend!

Bei Nachfrage zur Reservierung für eine Gruppe wurde mitgeteilt, dass Gruppen in der Adventszeit “nur angenommen” werden, wenn die gesamte Gruppe verbindlich eine gemischte Vorspeisenplatte “dazu bestellt!” Im Telefonat wurde vom Restaurant vermittelt, dass eine mögliche Reservierung verfällt, wenn man sich bis abends nicht zurückmeldet. Da wir kein Vorspeise “aufgezwungen bekommen wollten”, hat sich die Gruppe für ein anderes Restaurant entschieden! Tags drauf haben wir einen “bitterbösen” Anruf vom Restaurant erhalten, wurden beschimpft und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass man nie wieder eine Reservierung von uns annimmt!!! NICHT NÖTIG!!! Dieses Restaurant werden wir ohnehin NIE WIEDER BETRETEN! SCHLECHTESTER SERVICE, der uns jemals untergekommen ist!

During the phone call, the restaurant conveyed that a possible reservation would be forfeited if you didn't get back to us by the evening. Since we didn't want to be forced to have an appetizer, the group decided on another restaurant! The next day we received a “bitter” call from the restaurant, were insulted and told that they would never accept a reservation from us again!!! NOT NECESSARY!!! We will NEVER ENTER THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN! WORST SERVICE we have ever encountered!

Relatively expensive in terms of price-performance ratio. I had a vegetarian pinsa. The prices for the wine are very high, but the food (although very tasty) is not of high enough quality. All in all we felt comfortable and ate well. The restaurant is recommended.

What a scam! After reading all the positive reviews we decided to give it a try...and were left incredibly disappointed. This is one of those places where they pretend to do "typical" and "authentic" italian food, while charging an exaggerated amount of money for every single dish. They may be able to fool many people, making them think this is actual italian pinsa because they don't know better, but trust me, an italian, that this is NOT pinsa. This is a DISGRACE to italian culinary. The italian workers here should be ashamed. If the pizzaiolo is italian, his nonna definitely didn't teach him well. The service is arrogant and (only positive thing here) the atmosphere is great. We always check the menus online, and when we came here we were greeted by a totally different menu (!!!) filled mostly with expensive pasta and meat dishes and only one page of pinsa (maybe 6 types?). Since we came here for the pinsa we asked if they could prepare us the types we saw online, but the incredibly sympathetic staff told us that quote "the online menu is super outdated" and that they only serve what is on the menu in the restaurant. And this is where things start getting worse. The pinsa is ready. Only it's not a pinsa, it's some fake flat dough with cheap and tasteless mozzarella and sour burrata (who knows if it was even fresh...). The prosciutto was quite tasteless as well (defined NOT a San Daniele) and the prices just didn't make things better. The only positive thing on the pinsa was the big amount of basilico. That's it. Do NOT come here unless you want to be scammed.

The selection on the menu was really varied, especially the pasta was very tasty, the service was quick and the staff was extremely friendly, the atmosphere was spacious and inviting, you felt comfortable while eating, the desserts are a must, they are definitely worth a try.

Good food at fair prices. In my opinion, the selection of dishes could be a little larger. The food was well prepared and I felt like the pasta was homemade, or at least great products were purchased. Rather large portions. The service was friendly and quick. The ambience is also modern and inviting, but unfortunately there is some loud music. But basically recommended!

Top. No zero-eight-fifteen dishes. Great brushes. Not exactly cheap, but the overall package is right.

Right place, I was with my partner in this amazing restaurant, excellent paccheri with lobster, not to mention the sea bass, excellent cooking and quality, also excellent service thanks to the advice of Daniele, a well-trained and professional guy.

Our visit to the Mille Miglia left mixed impressions. While the taste of the food was impressive, the service was unfortunately disappointing. When we ordered drinks - six drinks, three of which were non-alcoholic and one with alcohol - the orders were completely mixed up. This is particularly critical as two people in our group were pregnant and had specifically ordered non-alcoholic drinks. When we asked, the waiter only responded after being asked and showed little initiative to correct the mistake. Overall, the service seemed rather arrogant and did not meet the expectations of an upscale restaurant. Even during the meal we were not asked about our satisfaction, which further spoiled the impression. In our opinion, the prices, especially for drinks (e.g. €8 for a bottle of water), are disproportionate to the quality of service. There is still a need for optimization here in order to reflect the quality of the food in the service.

The food tasted absolutely wonderful and was beautifully prepared, only a salad that adorned a plate was not cleaned properly, but this was resolved immediately in a discreet and friendly manner. The staff were friendly without exception, but unfortunately far too rarely at the table, which meant that we had to serve ourselves the wine from the wine cooler right from the start and were almost too late for dessert, which was communicated that way. I then politely pointed out that no one had come by and that we had to call for any additional orders. Our bill was clearly too high for that. The price-performance ratio didn't convince us, but the food alone did. Atmosphere was very nice, but there was a lot of smoking on the outside terrace, including cigars, which the restaurant can't do anything about! That's just the way it is, but it gives the ambience a bar-like character, which somewhat detracts from the elegant look of the outdoor area.

I've been there several times and liked it, but since my last visit I don't like it anymore. There is no pizza anymore. Only the Pinsa, which isn't bad, but where the price-performance ratio is no longer right. The waiter we had seemed very funny and probably thought we would find his manner funny. I found it rather tiring. Overall, the prices are now very high and Mille Miglia doesn't do justice to that. But that certain something and the quality are missing. From the food, ambience and service alone it feels like any other Italian place, except mille miglia is almost twice as expensive.

The staff was very nice. There were no vegan options on the menu, but a solution was offered. The food was tasty and everyone was happy with their dishes.

Having been "stranded" in the Mille Miglia by chance, we were absolutely thrilled by this upscale restaurant located in a well-kept courtyard. Very friendly service and our food (tagliatelle and filled tortellini with chanterelles, fine slices of black truffle, cognac sauce, parmesan...) delighted us completely and made for an unforgettable evening. At the end we were invited for a small drink by the very friendly waiter! Thanks to the team and we'll be back! Jana and Klaus💕

Very good Italian with a great ambience! Four of us spontaneously came here for lunch and had a place in the courtyard - nice and pleasant in the summer! The food was very tasty, we all had pasta. Finally no run-of-the-mill dishes, but a really great selection of Italian cuisine! There is also pinsa which looked delicious. The service is attentive and friendly. There was also gluten-free pasta.

Wir waren zu Besuch in Augsburg, und sind spontan in das Restaurant zum Mittagessen gegangen. Toll und ruhig im Hinterhof gelegen, aufmerksames Personal, schöne Karte. Wir nahmen das Mittagsmenu (18,50 Euro p.P.), dazu einen sehr leckeren Lugana-Wein. Fazit: rundum gelungen, gerne wieder😎

Wir waren wieder einmal zum Mittagessen im Mille Miglia und waren wieder begeistert. Die getrüffelten Ravioli gehören zu den besten Pasta, die wir jemals gegessen haben. Dazu ein toller Prosecco, der schöne und schattige Innenhof, die freundliche Bedienung - eine Oase in der heißen Stadt.

Anyone who demands prices at a high level must also deliver at a high level, which is not possible here. The greeting from the kitchen, which used to be normal but no longer exists today, is not the problem at all. For €13.80 there are 6 small pieces of cheese (see photos of other reviews) on the so-called cheese plate, a lemon sorbet costs just under €9, bread sticks cost a good €7. Quality can come at a price, but in the Mille Miglia they try to present themselves as “noble Italians” with a somewhat fake attitude. Unfortunately, this doesn't work due to the noodles dripping with fat, as you can see in the photos from other reviews. A perfect example of a restaurant that has forgotten its origins and no longer knows where it comes from. A pity!

There was very little going on, only one other person was sitting next to us in the back yard. Nevertheless, we were basically ignored and the focus was only on people who came after us. The staff generally seemed unsympathetic and made us feel very unwelcome. We left after half an hour.
