We stayed for two nights. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was perfectly adequate. Very friendly staff. We'd love to come back!

Italian restaurant with very tasty cuisine. The style of the restaurant is reminiscent of ancient Italy from the Roman era, very cozy and rich. There is also a terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine when the weather is nice. In summer the tables are also set outside in the fresh air. The dessert menu didn't go unnoticed either, it's bright and colorful. And we had no choice but to try something sweet and we didn't regret it.

The pizza was okay. No elevator. There's still mineral water in the minibar, so I might as well drink a Kranenberger. No bottle opener for beer. Wi-Fi is spotty. Breakfast is very simple. Price is reasonable.

The staff is extremely polite and attentive, even in the event of small mishaps they remain courteous and extremely professional. Unfortunately, the staff was totally overwhelmed on New Year's Eve. You had to wait a long time for food and drink. No soft drinks except beer. Pasta dishes tasted like ready meals, pizza was good. But when the staff came, it was nice.

We had a Christmas party here and it was consistently positive!

We had booked a room for 2 people. When we came the room was only set up for one person. After consulting with the staff, we were allowed to get the bedding, towels, etc. out of the closet ourselves. The television only worked with a code. The breakfast wasn't special.

If you're really hungry, a 32cm pizza is enough, and the Gorgonzola Gnochi was also a large portion. In terms of taste, the restaurant actually deserves a few more stars. If you like authentic Italian food, you've come to the right place. Even price-performance tends to be more towards performance here. Last but not least: The mixed dessert platter - a dream. One small drawback: the service could be more attentive. If the restaurant is half empty, there is no excuse for stress on serving. All in all, top and still a clear recommendation.

The location and the house beautifully convey a little piece of Italy in the middle of Augsburg. It is pleasantly quiet and secluded. The ambience fits perfectly with the menu on offer and overall everything is highly recommended.

The service in the restaurant is absolutely unacceptable. We weren't asked during the meal if we would like something to drink. The four of us actually wanted to order a dessert, but we forgot when we were asked if we would like an espresso. We We said that we actually wanted a dessert, no response, then we paid and left disappointed. That was it for us. The staff urgently needed training in how to deal with the guests. Our pizzas weren't anything special either. I had a quarter of a pizza on my plate and wasn't even asked if I wanted to take it with me

We celebrated the 74th birthday of my father in law. I ordered a Filetto di Manzo with medium-rare cooking level but instead I got a total burned one. Will be the last time I will visit this restaurant. The service just smiled and did not even try to improve the situation. Later I got a grappa as an excuse which made no sense since I was driving.

We were cycling and visited the restaurant in the beer garden... Very nice atmosphere, our service person was a bit abrupt. The pizza was very good, the pasta was very unimaginative and sour, we would have expected more.

This hotel/restaurant is in a building that looks like an Italian villa. The restaurant has a very nice indoor area with a glazed terrace, the glass panels of which are open when the weather is nice, and a very nice outdoor area (garden) with a large babbling fountain. Our hotel room was large, well-equipped and the bed had a good (!) mattress. There was also a portable air conditioner in the room that you could use to cool down the room temperature a little, which we thought was great since it was humid and over 30 degrees that day. We slept well. The service was good and the staff very helpful.

There were two of us and we had one Sea bream, gnocchi and as dessert Panna cotta, mousse au chocolate eaten. Starting from the reception and the conditions, everything was great. The above-mentioned meal was served after a short time, the fish was fried to perfection 😊, the gnocchi in Gorgonzola sauce was also very good, balanced in taste, great and the portions were very suitable. The desserts were also simply delicious👍🏻. We are happy to recommend it and will come back soon and try something different.

Overall, 1 stars ,because I didn't have the chance to eat. I had reservations for 2 people, I stayed at the reception 25 minutes until somebody told us where should we go, somewhere downstairs. After 10 minutes, one guy came to us and redirected to our table. After we checked the menu for @10-15 ,we saw that no one was coming, we left. I just want to mention it was Saturday night, but still ,waiting 25min at the reception... no thanks....

The decor was nice, the place has pretty good service. I went there on a business lunch with a Project Manger who needed and engineering consultant. I'd rate the pizza I had which was a custom pizza with hot salami and onions. A 4/5 and the overall service a 4/5 only because the waiter forgot to bring us Expressos we had ordered and we had to remind him 15 minutes later. Overall I would return to this place to try more dishes. You can sit around and have a nice long meal or a quick 45 minute lunch. From time we ordered our pizza it was at our table in about 10 minutes or so. I would recommend coming here for lunch or dinner
