Eigentlich top Location und gutes Essen. Negativ ist leider das Kartenzahlungsgerät, dass aktiv auffordert, Trinkgeld zu geben. Aus meiner Sicht absolutes NoGo. Ich gebe Trinkgeld, wenn der Service gut ist, aber sicher nicht, wenn es von mir verlangt wird. Das bringt mich als Kunden in eine unangenehme Situation und ich werde in Zukunft nicht mehr hier her gehen. Wir sind hier nicht in Amerika, diese Tipping Culture darf sich hier nicht durchsetzen.

Milchpilz ist ein großartiger Ort, um anzuhalten und etwas zu essen. Der Burger ist sehr lecker und ein großes Lob an den Gastgeber. Insgesamt ist das Essen sehr schmackhaft und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Ich war heute im Milchpilz in Lindau und habe einen Burger gegessen – und der war wirklich hervorragend. Frisch, saftig und perfekt abgeschmeckt. ein "Träumchen"!!! Ich komme wieder!!! Besonders beeindruckend ist die Kombination aus modernem Essen in historischer Umgebung: Der Milchpilz besteht seit 74 Jahren und gilt als echtes kulturelles Denkmal in Lindau. Ein großes Kompliment an Nicolas, der dieses historische Kleinod mit viel Herzblut führt und eine unglaublich freundliche Atmosphäre schafft. Und Nicolas versteht es mit seinen Kunden einen liebenswerten und kundenorientierten Umgang zu finden. Ein Ort mit Geschichte – und richtig gutem Essen. Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Hier gibt es die leckersten Hotdogs und Pommes. Heiß, mit vielen Soßen, würziger Wurst und einer ordentlichen Portion Pommes. Einfach köstlich!

Extra 6 Stunden gefahren für die Currywurst und dann bin ich da und es ist geschlossen obwohl online steht geöffnet

Wirklich netter kleiner Laden mit Biergarten. Aus einem Kiosk durch einen zusätzlichen Küchenwagen so viel herauszuholen... Das Essen wird schön angerichtet. Die Burger und die Fritten sind sehr lecker und die Getränkesuswahl ist auch prima. Sehr schöne Atmosphäre.

es war köstlich, aber als ich es gegessen habe, bin ich fast gestorben wegen des Plastiks, das in meinem Hotdog war, danke.

Dieses kleine Lokal hat zwar keinen Blick aufs Wasser, aber dafür die BESTEN Pommes, die wir je gegessen haben, tolle Drinks, gute Preise und super nettes, freundliches Personal. Es liegt in der Nähe wunderschöner Gebäude und ist einfach ein toller Ort. Wir bekamen sogar tolle Empfehlungen fürs Abendessen, aber die Burger und andere Gerichte sind auch für etwas Leichteres köstlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Every bite is juicy, fresh, and prepared with love – you can tell that quality counts here. The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming – you immediately feel welcome, almost like you're with friends. Whether you're a regular or a first-timer, the atmosphere is relaxed, open, and totally friendly. The relaxed atmosphere around the small beer garden invites you to linger – whether after a walk by the lake or just for a delicious break. If you're in Lindau and want to enjoy really good burgers with honest service, you should definitely stop by Milchpilz!

By chance, we went to eat at the Milchpilz on the island today, despite the changeable weather. We had two burger menus and were more than impressed by the high quality of the burgers and fries. The service is excellent and the prices are absolutely fair. We'd be happy to come back.

We were looking forward to eating here. There would have been something for everyone as a family. But it wasn't open at 12:15. I don't know; the clocks probably tick differently in Bavaria.

Looking for something to eat in Lindau at 10:00 PM Almost desperate All the restaurants close at 10:00 PM, and the kitchens even much earlier So that you can't really get anything even at 9:30 PM The Milchpilz is the only bright spot, as you can get decent food until well after 10:00 PM (In good weather!!!) A great place to grab a tasty bite to eat—even with kids. Friendly staff, and you sit under large chestnut trees. Only the nearby road is a bit of a distraction. Otherwise, it's top-notch!

I had to wait for a friend today and went to the snack bar. I received a very friendly welcome. I'm especially pleased that I was addressed as "you," which unfortunately doesn't really happen these days, especially in the Allgäu region! Special requests were also well catered for. Your polite and friendly staff, and the food, was also fantastic for a snack bar. Clean tables. Simply fantastic! Would love to come back! Thank you again.

My partner and I were stranded in Lindau on our way to vacation due to a car breakdown. Exhausted from the exertion and the circumstances, we were craving something hearty. So we Googled where to find good burgers in Lindau. We saw the Milchpilz and its beer garden, thought it was a nice location (which is why we gave it four stars), and the reviews praised the food in general and the burger in particular. We saw a photo of the menu, which stated that the patties were made from organic ground beef, and we were sold. Unfortunately, when we got there, we discovered that the photo of the menu was an old one, the prices had gone up, and the burger buns, which were previously whole-grain, were now multi-grain. We still wanted to give it a try and ordered a cheeseburger menu for just under €19, a cheeseburger for just under €12, and a Greek salad for just under €10. The server at the kiosk fulfilled our special requests, and we waited for our order. The ambiance in and around the beer garden lived up to its online promise. When our order was ready, we picked it up from the grill cart and began eating. The fries were delicious, but the first bite into our burgers hit a gristly, rubbery patty. The texture suggests it was frozen, and whether it was actually organic meat will likely remain the owners' secret. My so-called Greek salad consisted of a few tomato quarters, cucumber slices, and five olives, with a vinegar and oil (certainly not olive oil) dressing mixed with a blend of dried herbs. It came with a (baked) roll. Overall, very little, especially considering the asking price of just under 10 euros. Since we went there specifically for the food, we can only give it two stars. If you just want a drink, the place is definitely recommended, but we wouldn't eat there again.

The food is quite OK. Unfortunately, the staff at the food counter are very unfriendly. The atmosphere is nice and friendly, but that's also the best thing about the entire kiosk. We had two sausage salads and two portions of fries with drinks, and spent €42.

On a warm sunny day, we wanted a beirgarten that was out of the way of the piers and hustle of downtown. This garten is right next to a big park area with a public bathroom that you can use. The beer was great the food looked great and the whole vibe is what I needed. Then its a short walk to the train station to head home. Enjoy~

When my girlfriend and I strolled through the streets of Lindau after our arrival and we were gradually getting hungry, we stopped at the sweet mushroom and each ordered a burger menu. Both classic burgers and vegetarian alternatives were offered. Just the sight of the food suggested that this was not a run-of-the-mill snack burger. Barely a bite and the first impression was quickly confirmed. A dish of the highest quality! I can without a doubt say that I had one of the best burgers of my life here! The ingredients are fresh, high quality and carefully chosen and all at an unbeatably fair price! I warmly recommend that every island visitor support this inconspicuous company and let yourself be enchanted by the aromas, because these men know their craft more than exactly! The Milchpilz is one of our favorite places in Lindau. We really enjoy being there and always eat and drink a little something, really recommended! The guys are all super nice and very friendly

Definitely an important place on the island. Close to the skate park on the back island and within calling distance of the playground at the small lake. So if it gets longer there again, you'll be taken care of. The menu isn't gigantic, but it's fine and the service is friendly.

The bretzel I got was from the “hanger”, and I was “oohhh how long it’s hanging out on the not protected outside area, must be dirty…” Then we didn’t get any glasses and drank our Radler from bottles. Finally, we tried as foreigners to ask for the restroom but as we got there were no toilets (Maybe it was, we just didn't understand). My review is just an opinion of a foreign tourist, it shouldn't impact on locals and how they love the place, I hope they spend many happy days and evenings in this beer garden!

Amazing restaurant, you can not expect that the food in this restaurant spot is at that much delicious. The Greek salad is amazing with delicious original feta cheese and original kalamata olives and tasty onlive oil. The burger was really good and juicy. These guys are artists...well done.

Hatten zwei Currywürste mit Pommes. Die Currywurst war lecker, aber leider keine Bratwurst wie aus dem Ruhrpott sonder eher ne Bockwurst. Dafür aber ordentliche Lümmel 😂 Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind gut. Wurde sehr nett beraten zur Bierauswahl 😜 Im großen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Preis/Leistung ist in Ordnung.

Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war top. Die Burger und Pommes wurden frisch zubereitet und unsere Hund hat auch noch extra ein Wasserschälchen bekommen. Sehr zu empfehlen!
