We ate there and I can't say anything negative. The food was great, the price was unbeatable and the service was super nice.

I'm sitting at home with pneumonia, and when the delivery service rang I asked if he could please bring the food up because I have pneumonia, the delivery person said "no, you can walk downstairs" How unfriendly, the food is very tasty but this unfriendly attitude doesn't work.

Really beautiful I can only recommend it I go there often to eat, whether it's lunch or dinner, it's always very nice here

The food there is really nice, especially with friends and family, but ordering is hell, it could be due to Lieferando, I ordered at 6:40 p.m. then around 7:40 p.m. the order arrived straight away, no problem, I called at 8:25 p.m where the order stays etc. Then came: “Yes, it’s going out soon.” I'm sorry, but why do you write down times when it roughly arrives? You sit at home, you follow this timer and you're more disappointed than anything else. Addendum: Food arrived after 2 hours, of course it would be great if it was at least warm but hey, with a 1.2km journey the food can get cold. The food is so cold that the cheese crust on my pizza is actually just dog food. The nuggets and fries are even colder, as if they had been in the water for 2 hours. The naan bread could easily be used as a building brick.

Food okay, price performance is right with one waitress, the restaurant is a bit understaffed, there is nothing more that appeals to me.

Staff on the phone are unfriendly & ignorant, can't deal with the high number of people, drivers prefer to be on their cell phones while driving instead of keeping to delivery times. We waited 2 hours for the pizza and it didn't arrive! The driver drove past us 4 times, he didn't call any of the phone numbers given or use any addresses. When we complained, we were told “what should I do about it?” & when we complained personally, we were ignored! We also assume that we would have to finish off with a cold pizza! It's a shame, things have really gotten worse lately, no orders from us until further notice.

I liked ordering from Milano, in my opinion it's one of the cheapest and tastes good too. However, I had a very bad experience yesterday! I ordered a Magerita pizza without tomatoes and of course I said this. That's how I always order it. There are often tomatoes on top. Firstly, that. Then I got my order and there were tomatoes again, since I ordered to take away on site I mentioned it and said that I ordered without tomatoes, less than 30 seconds later I get the same pizza in the other box and the tomatoes were COLLECTED DOWN by the staff. You could see all the holes where the tomatoes were. Also, you can't make a new pizza in 30 seconds, which is what I was told before. I only noticed it on the way and was shocked. I put up with a lot of things (e.g. the constant tomatoes that are always on top even though I always say as a comment that it should be without tomatoes), but I didn't think that worked at all. I turned around and went back to the restaurant. I told them what my problem was and the woman at the checkout at the front took the pizza from me with an “oh oh,” so she doesn’t seem to have known anything about it. It's not their job, everything's fine. I just heard everyone talking to me from behind, the pizza chefs and a waitress. The words of the waitress were “here she comes waddling up 5 minutes later with her pizza” it’s a shame that I had to come waddling up twice! In addition, she wasn't there when I canceled the order, she just interfered and I kept hearing "it won't take much until I freak out." I don't know who that came from. The guys in the kitchen told me to say next time that I wanted it without tomatoes, I explained that I did. Then he wanted to explain to me that the sauce is also made from tomatoes. I know that, but I don't like raw tomatoes and I don't have to justify why I don't want any! Later he came out for a smoke and said he was sorry but it was so warm and stressful in the kitchen. I just said yes, everything was fine because I wanted to avoid the stress. Very bad, honestly.

I ordered here today and am more than disappointed because it used to be much better! I ordered a casserole and pizza. The pizza was very dark, the bowl with the casserole was only half full and I could only eat a quarter of it because the rest was baked black or burnt and I don't feel like eating burnt food! Just disappointing, I would love to have my money back!

We ordered via Lieferando, but as has often happened, some of the food was delivered incorrectly. The ladies and gentlemen are very overwhelmed, but the delivery person was very nice. The food is not hot. It's better to go directly to the local Milano restaurant because it always tastes good and the service has everything under control.

We called and said 30 minutes then we can pick up. On site they said there was no order. Competence is very important here.

I love the food and the design of the restaurant, the service is always polite and everyone can find something on the menu. The prices are super good and a visit is highly recommended. The waitress now knows my order by heart, which I always find hilarious, so everything about the restaurant is just great 👍🏼

The service was great as always, but the chef totally failed! Waited about 2 hours for the food, schnitzel was frozen pre-pressed schnitzel, fried potatoes were very similar to vacuum-sealed net fried potatoes, you don't really need to visit the restaurant for that, it's a shame.

I can't rate the ambience because I ordered for delivery. This one was really bad. Delivery time stated 30-55 minutes. After ordering then 1:36 hours. However, the food only arrived after more than 2 hours and a call to the pizzeria. It was Thursday. So no weekend either. The pizza was still warm and tasted okay. Fries and tzatziki also without complaints. Very annoying when you scare away customers with the delivery time.

The food is very tasty, the service is super friendly, the restaurant is decorated in Indian style and has a nice beer garden outside. We've been coming to eat with them for years.

It was better back then, but it has only gotten worse over the weeks. Deliveries take a long time and food gets mixed up. Drivers don't ring the bell. And and and. I've actually been eating from there every now and then for probably 10-11 years, but it's never been as bad as it has been in the last few months. It's no longer worth the money to order there.

Today's delivery at 6 p.m. in Lauchhammer-Mitte, Einsteinstraße-11 near Fischer, was not complete, the paid drinks Sprite and Cola were not included 😏

I cannot recommend the spaghetti carbonara.

Food itself was very tasty. However, I don't recommend ordering via Lieferando - I've been waiting for over 2 hours and the food is still not there!!!

The restaurant inside is beuatiful it has leds that makes it shiny comfortable seats the service is werry quick like u get the food werry fast and the food wow it's delicious so i give this a 5 star and u have to cime and try it one time . It's worth it. (German German) The restaurant inside is wonderful the LEDs make it bright and even more beautiful the seats are very comfortable the service is very fast so if you order something it is there quickly and the food is just wonderful so I give the whole thing 5 stars and recommend it to you It's worth coming here and trying it out.

How can you give a star here? The service is quick and very good. The food is prepared quickly and incredibly tasty. The selection is appealing to everyone. The interior is cozy and well decorated thematically. It was our first time here and it won't be the last time.

Unfortunately, the quality of the pizzas decreases from year to year. A pity!

Good inexpensive food good quick service

The employees are super nice and ordering is very easy. I just have to say it's great and the prices for everything are actually very cheap. When I look at other pizza shops, I have to say that the pizzas actually taste very, very good and are for me I've never been over-fatty or burnt, so in a nutshell it's just great.... just a note about the employee with the red hair, I think her name is Olivia. She deserves a REALLY high level of respect or a salary increase. She always knows what I want to order as always and she is always very nice and she never makes any cheeky comments

We visited this small restaurant spontaneously. The service was very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our orders. The food was really good and the prices were actually unbeatable. The atmosphere is rustic and quite cozy. However, when the number of guests increases, the small size, noise and constantly opening door make it seem more like a pub. 😉 But all in all it is still recommended. 👍

Cozy evening on the outside terrace. Although the restaurant was very busy, we were served quickly and friendly. The dishes were all very tasty. We would like to come back.

Went here again six months later with the whole family for Christmas dinner. We can only confirm our review back then. The service staff, especially the friendly service, are great. The food was very good. The portion size in particular is excellent, so at least less is thrown away. Keep it up. In our opinion this is the best restaurant in Lauchhammer 👍👍😊

Wir waren in der letzten Zeit öfter dort essen oder haben Pizza geholt und sind mega zufrieden. Schmeckt.... Service top und Preisleistung unschlagbar. Süßes Ambiente im Restaurant und eine sehr Familiäre Atmosphäre. 🥰

Leckeres Essen, kurze Wartezeit

Vor Ort dort gewesen sehr schön lässt es sich dort sitzen auch mal bei Schlechtwetter weil es Schirme gibt. Es ist ein Besuch wert mit der Familie dort mal essen zu gehen ob drin oder draußen. Eins ist uns gleich am Anfang aufgefallen das ist das mit den drei Soßen Wo wir der Meinung sind dass die drei Soßen ein Gast vor uns schon hatte das hat man an dem getrockneten Rand erkannt. Ansonsten ist das Essen top zu empfehlen

Nur als Lieferservice genutzt aber trotzdem sehr sehr lecker. Immer wieder gern.

Wir hatten Pizza bestellt und die war sehr lecker ausreichend belegt und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen. Preis/Leistung super .Das Ambiente kann ich nicht beurteilen, da ich bestellt hatte.

Leider zum 2x nicht das bekommen was ich bestellt habe auf 2 Pizzen fehlten die Wunsch Zutaten und ein Essen war dabei was wir gar nicht bestellt haben Bedienung hat das Essen einfach auf denn Tressen geknallt ohne ein guten Tag und sonstiges Bin leider sehr enttäuscht

Wir sind sehr oft hier. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und schaut öfter vorbei. Alle Speisen, die wir probiert, waren sehr lecker. Auch unseren auswärtigen Gästen waren begeistert.

Edit nach meiner 1 Sternebewertung bezüglich Pizza-Lieferdienst (vor 2 Jahren? 🤔) ... waren jetzt mal mit den Kollegen dort direkt im Restaurant. INDISCH .... Karte hoch... Karte runter... is ne Wucht! 👌 👌 👌

Essen war phantastisch! Leider war die männliche der 2 Bedienungen nicht wirklich aufmerksam. Ich bekam ein seit 6 Monaten abgelaufenes Bier (bin ja nicht mäklig, aber bei den Getränkepreisen derzeit...) und als es diese Sorte nicht mehr gab, hab ich ungefragt ne andere (die ich eigentlich furchtbar finde) bekommen... naja, dafür war das Essen wirklich wunderbar. Gerne wieder!

Schon lange kenne ich das Milano & wurde bisher eigentlich nie enttäuscht. Draußen sitzt es sich wirklich sehr angenehm & ruhig. Im Sommer wirklich zu empfehlen. Die Räumlichkeiten des Restaurants sind eher dunkel gehalten & etwas eng gestaltet. Die Bedienung macht immer einen tollen Job & ist stets freundlich. Bei meinen Bestellungen ist nie etwas schiefgelaufen. Das Essen kommt zügig & ist immer lecker. Die Preise sind absolut klasse & kaum zu übertreffen - da geht man gern noch essen. Kindergerichte & vegetarische Speisen werden auch umfassend angeboten.

Hat sich alles irgendwie zum positiven verändert. Werde wieder dahin gehen. Essen und Service waren Super!!!!

Das Essen vor Ort war Lecker nur leider zu Kleine Portionen und somit die Preise nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Lieferservice eher Standard nichts besonderes.

Lecker essen für eine vernünftigen Preis... wir lieben es ... Pizza super lecker 5 Personen essen mit Getränke lagen wir bei ca 58 Euro...

Essen ist ok. Mehr aber auch nicht. Zum Ambiente kann ich nix sagen. Die Speisen waren pünktlich abholbereit.

Kleines Manko sind die Lieferzeiten wenn man nicht gerade im Restaurant essen möchte. Darüber kann man aber hin weg sehen da das Essen echt lecker schmeckt. Der Service am Telefon ist echt nicht ok Mitarbeiterin würde ich vor die Tür setzen so eine unfreundliche Frau 18:20 Sa. den 06.06.2020 .Neues heute 01.04.2023 zwei Stunden auf Pizza gewartet keiner kam Milano würd gemieden ! Von uns gibt es keine Bestellung mehr!!!

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, mit denen man auch mal einen Scherz machen kann. Essen breit gefächert, sehr lecker, gute Portionsgröße und preiswert. Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant, immer wieder gerne!

Kleine gemütliche Pizzeria mit wahlweise auch indischen sowie mexikanischen Gerichten. Das Essen und der Service vor Ort ist fantastisch und vor allem für diesen Preis.Wir sind hervorragend von der netten Kellnerin bedient worden und kommen gern wieder.

Von meiner Mutter eingeladen und sehr positiv überrascht. Die negativen Rezensionen kann ich nicht bestätigen. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und auch für kleine Scherze offen. Das Essen hat uns gut geschmeckt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Hier kommen wir bestimmt wieder hin.
